The place itself is nice, but the staff at the Noodles station were quite rude and seemed uninterested in customer service. I placed my order with two different people, clearly asking for two different types of noodles, but received two of the same kind. On top of that, the noodles were undercooked — I could actually taste and feel the flour when biting into them.
The portions were also disappointing, with very little protein and vegetables. When I brought this up, the only response I received was, “I’m sorry you didn’t like it.” I was also told I wasn’t charged for the different protein, but no one even asked me if I’d be willing to pay extra to get what I actually wanted.
Very disappointing experience overall. I love noodles, but we couldn’t even finish these and definitely won’t be ordering again.
