I wanted to like this place way more than I did, the food was good, but the service is what really brought it down. I asked what was in the cowboy butter, and I was told that the manager or the owner does not allow them to give out the ingredients. That’s fine. I don’t want your secret recipe. I just wanna know if it’s something that I can eat. I went back and asked for salt and pepper, which that is not allowed there they use their own mixture of ingredients, I wish I would’ve known because my wife has a lot of dietary issues and it did cause problems. They were very secretive about everything that was going on. I’m not really sure why. But in the long run when people are asking it’s a good idea to figure out why versus no we don’t do that here. There’s a lot of things going on out there that could cause issues and food is a big one of them. All in all my only advice is just be a little more transparent going forward. I was afraid the value was not going to be there for the cost versus what you got. The potatoes were well on point. They were worth every penny, but we did get a sausage sandwich that was kind of expensive with just a half a piece of sausage on it so I thought that was not really worth it.

We’ve ordered from them a bunch and the food never disappoints. The potatoes are easily 2-3 meals worth! So good. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is price. $13 for two scoops of plain Mac n cheese? I feel like that’s a stretch. But other than that, it’s so good.

Y’all!!! This place is a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, very professional and upbeat attitude, the menu explained and all around outgoing personality. (That is enough to make me want to eat anywhere BUT!!!!) it’s gets better!! YALL! They have a rewards program, & once you eat there one time you’re gonna wanna go back. You’ll want to go back before you pull out of the parking lot! The food is fresh, meat is tender, potatoes are big enough for 3 people! The Mac & cheese…… oh honey… to die for! 10/10 recommend! They have retained customers for life! As if the service wasn’t amazing enough, they provided outstanding food also! I could go on for days. Anyway, GO GET IT!!!

We kept driving past their location and kept saying to ourselves, "We have got to eat there!" Well, today was the day and the food here is GREAT! We told Markayla it was our first visit and she gave us the rundown on what's on offer. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Baked Potato and my wife got the Honey BBQ Chicken with Bacon Tots. These were some of the best taters we've ever eaten! The chicken on both was fried. The tots were really crispy. The potatoes were the stars of the show. The potatoes were whipped inside. They weren't too overbaked - just right. We took over half the food home and will revisit as another meal! There were bottled sodas and water available. I know it's a rationalization, but they didn't offer diet soda but if you are eating taters, maybe you don't need diet drinks. Dining area is well arranged, but there are three tables inside. They were doing a lot of to-go orders so lots of in and out. Will definitely eat here again. These hard-working folks deserve your business!

This place is really expensive and equally disappointing. The Mac n cheese by itself is pretty good but the chicken and bacon were both very stale and dry, it seemed really old. I ended up picking it all off because the texture was awful and ruined it. It also didn't add any flavor to it. I also spent $1 for extra cheese... And they gave me the tiniest cup of shredded cheese? Anyway, not at all worth the money. Third time eating there, and have gotten different things each time. I really want to like it, the idea is nice, but I have never been impressed with the quality especially for the price.

Food was great! Got my food really fast, was able to order my food myself off of the kiosk.

We went on an unexpectedly busy day near closing time, so they were out of many items. The crew was very friendly and accommodating with what they did have left. The food was delicious! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family that are more local.

First time there and was greeted by a young man. Explained the menu to us as it was the first time. As we waited for our food I noticed he greeted every customer, was very friendly, upbeat, and helpful. The place was clean and well-kept. Tables were also clean and had paper towels on the tables. The food was delicious and hot. I did think it was a bit pricey (by like $0.50 to $1 over what I think it should be on items) but everything is right now so I get it. The portion size for what I got was definitely enough. Looks are deceiving due to the food containers they use, but once you start eating, unless you can pack it away, you'll have leftovers. Overall, pleasant experience, tasty food, and I'll be back again.
