If you hang around long enough you get to visit old places, new places and places that change names.
I remember coming here when it was called "Spagetti Western" loved it then...love it now.
This is the kind of pub that is really a treat.
It's not a "dive bar", in fact it's quite nice and clean.
Unfortunately I was there during happy hour, and popped in just around noon, to a light smattering of people.
Bartender was very sweet and friendly, even when I start with my boring "I used to come in here years ago", talk.
The space is a nice, classic wooden bar, with high booths in the main dining area.
QR menu details even the daily specials.
Most items are in the $14 to $16 range for lunch, which I find reasonable.
The grilled chicken club sandwich I ordered was served on some fresh rye bread, lightly toasted w/ a side of fries.
The chicken was fresh and plump and perfectly charred.
I really enjoyed that sandwich.
Also, while it's a small thing, I enjoy restaurants that offer some type of automated check out, like Square or Toast on a device. It just eases my day.
Anyway...I'm going to come back to check same more of the items.
I think there's real value here.
