"Laid-back and easy-to-get-to on the light rail, Tavern on the Tracks in Southend has a love for the Buffalo Bills and subsequently, a killer beef on weck, a Western New York staple, and loaded Buffalo nachos with blue cheese and banana peppers. Despite being on an often boujee strip on the rail trail, it’s got a divey-ness about it. Thursday Trivia (with $3 Yuengling and $6 Jim Beam), lots of ice-cold American beer, and whiskey neat all make for a trusty, traditional game-watching experience." - Kayleigh Ruller

Love the atmosphere in here! Felt just like being back in Buffalo. This is definitely the go-to spot for all Bills games! If you're a native buffalonian and wing enthusiast like my boyfriend, you have to try these wings. He said you could convince him he was back home! The appetizer tray was also an array of deliciousness. My favorite was definitely the fried raviolis! Can't wait to come back next week!!

Google
Food was great but took 45 mins for an appetizer. When we asked the guy at the bar about our drinks we ordered under the previous bartender he replied “you aren’t getting anywhere tonight with that attitude” with a sassy voice. We asked what his issue with our group was and he proceeded to tell us he could get us thrown out by a bouncer. The manager said she couldn’t do anything due to it being her employees word vs ours.

Alex Adamek

Google
Tavern is easily my favorite bar in South End - reasonable prices, stellar food, good drink specials, and just a fun atmosphere. The best place in town to watch the Bills by far! I do wish they would bring back brunch though!

Google
Well, if you are looking for a place with great service and cold beer, might want to keep looking. First time here and highly disappointed. A nice short walk from the Blue Line light rail, the outside boasts of a bright colored "hole-in-the-wall" gem. With its small umbrella dotted patio which had all full tables, we were expecting a great experience. The interior was dark, which gave it that true tavern feel. Charging stations at the tables was an unexpected treat. The beers (draught)...depending on which one you ordered were not cold. Half of my party had cold, the other half was just a bit above room temperature. The food was typical "pub-type" fare and it was delicious. The bad part was how long it took to get a server (and there was only one who worked the whole place, inside and out, at lunch). Once our food came we immediately asked for the check because we weren't sure when we would see our server again. We ended up getting the bartender to close us out because our server never came back. All in all, a few perks in the visit, but with so many other places to eat along the lightrail line, it will be awhile before I return.

Google
Food is great! Giant Chicken Salad with the chicken tossed in your choice of sauce, and the Philly cheese steak is amazing (I added blue cheese to mines) comes with A1 sauce.. smh Took it to a whole... Nuvah... Level!!

Google
Tavern on the Tracks in Charlotte, NC, embodies the true spirit of a dive bar. With its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, it's a go-to spot for a laid-back night out. The dimly lit interior and eclectic decor create a cozy ambiance, perfect for enjoying a cold beer or a classic cocktail. While the menu might not be extensive, the simplicity adds to the charm. The diverse crowd adds to the welcoming vibe, making Tavern on the Tracks a local gem for those seeking an authentic dive bar experience in Charlotte.

Google
This was the first time experiencing a Buffalo Bills Backer bar in NC. Wild atmosphere! We went to drink and watch the game but would love to go back and try the food. Wouldn’t be Buffalo without buckets of Labatts Blue.

Sean Mahn

Google
Came here specifically because it was a Bill's Backer Bar while on my trip to Charloette. Atmosphere was great with Bills and Buffalo memorabilia. Lots of TVs to watch the games with plenty of seating. Food was great, got the Chicken Wings and Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese and tasted as if I got it in Buffalo. Servers were incredibly friendly. Overall it was a great experience!

Mike T.

Yelp
Great local sports bar with a hometown feel for the Buffalo Bills. Menu selection was excellent and highly recommend the boneless wings! It was seat yourself and service was quick and attentive. Too bad I didn't find this spot during football season!

Julie P.

Yelp
Not sure how the food is but this is definitely a good spot to kick of a Sunday funday with the mimosa towers. It is a little dark inside but it is a casual sports bar so no big deal. Service was friendly and pretty quick.

Madelyn M.

Yelp
What could be wrong with a BILLS backers bar??? The wings were perfect today: crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly throughout. Had them hot: spicy, but didn't burn my mouth. If you like spicy, order up. Fried cheese curds-what a treat! And the marinara was a nice compliment. Blue light-yes! And TVs seen from every angle. It was loud, but that's the atmosphere! Can't wait to go back!!! A 4-star because it's perfect for a sports bar!!!

Ian S.

Yelp
Bartender Brittany is amazing and one of the best in town. A must visit for anyone coming to Charlotte.

Suzanne A.

Yelp
Met my boys for a late lunch here as they have claimed they have the best bacon cheese fries. Well, they were right. They use waffle fries with just the right amount of cheese and plenty of bacon. The ranch dressing for dipping simply added to its taste. So good we ordered two! The chicken wings are very good as well. This is a restaurant in Uptown that has that local "hometown bar feel - a square wrap-around bar is the focus of the restaurant. They have a full bar. You can tell they had their regular customers as you saw laughter and camaraderie amongst the bar patrons. Plenty of televisions to watch whatever you wanted. There was also a few electronic games to play. The service was excellent. It seems as though its the same staff that has been there for years. So friendly and helpful. My boys say they draw a big crowd when the Buffalo Bills play. So if you are a fan it would be a great place for you to spend your afternoon watching football. Enjoy!

Ben D.

Yelp
Great atmosphere for Bills fans. Drinks are great and decently priced. Newer and larger tv's are def needed especially in the party room but other than that it's a 10/10 experience.

Joseph M.

Yelp
Came in for a drink glasses were dirty and bugs in the liquor. Place was always great but seems to have gone downhill.

Brooke C.

Yelp
Yes, it's a Bills bar. Yes, if you park in the lot and don't immediately go in the bar you will get towed. Just know that going in and you're totally fine. This place has the normal grungy bar scene, is understaffed & the food is average at best. When we arrived it wasn't very crowded, yet it still took our waitress forever to get our drinks, then another forever to get our food orders, then another forever to actually get our food. Catch my drift? And I'm typically a very patient person. Before it got crowded, our waitress did nothing but complain about how busy they were and that there weren't enough of them working. No one complained to her face, she just offered up all of this as a fact and not even apologetic. Anyways, the food-the menu looked great and the food was your average bar food. The buffalo blue chips are literally potato chips with hot sauce poured over it with some cheese and banana peppers on top. I was hoping it would've looked like a little more effort was put into it. The best thing out of what the table ordered was the French fries covered in cheese, bacon, and scallions. I also ordered the bbq chicken flatbread, and it was a disappointment. My husband burger was just okay (per him). At the end of the night, our friend paid with gift cards (WHICH HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE! WTH?!?!). It took the bartender or whoever a solid 20 minutes to figure out how to calculate it.... Basically, I would only come back if my friends forced me to.

Ashley D.

Yelp
My friend and I came on gameday Saturday and had an absolute blast! Food and drinks were really good, great prices and atmosphere. I can't believe I've lived in Uptown for 4 years and never visited this palace until last Saturday. Very chill and laid-back bar, will definitely be back!

Tracie B.

Yelp
We stopped in on a Thursday evening for dinner and drinks and some trivia. I had the hot honey fried chicken sandwich with fries and a couple of beers. The sandwich was great the fries were phenomenal. The beers were good, a little overpriced but not surprising for the area. The service was good and the trivia was fun. Great night!

Mike S.

Yelp
I wanted to write an update to give them their fifth star because I really love this place. I have now tried nearly every item on their menu at this point and haven't been disappointed. Great bar food, great location, this is one of my favorite bars in Charlotte!

Dalton B.

Yelp
While the food and atmosphere was great for the Bills Bengals game this past weekend, the bouncer of the bar harassed, intimidated, and actively sought to provoke physical altercations with my group of friends. It escalated to the point where he dragged me out of the bar in an attempt to fight me outside. I understand the tendency to assume patrons at a bar to get drunk and rowdy and for bouncers to have to intervene. However, this simply wasn't the case. The role of bouncers is to maintain the peace. This particular gentleman (a term that doesn't seem appropriate here) clearly doesn't understand his job or basic human decency. A horrible look for an otherwise fun bar.

Brian J.

Yelp
Food is normally good and they are normally on point with good beer specials.... however I wouldn't recommend coming here as they no longer have any parking .....AND they have no signs indicating it in what used to be their parking lot. It's not. I will not be coming back here as the parking ticket I got was 35$ Complete and utter bullshit - Not worth it..... you would think with what is going on, the parking wouldn't be an issue. It is...... Uber here or do not go at all. Period. Actually - just go somewhere else.....you'll be happier. I promise.

Rachel M.

Yelp
First off the service was pretty bad. Our large group was surely annoying, but not enough to warrant our server's attitude. I got the hot honey fried chicken sandwich and it was dripping with honey and not nearly spicy enough. My mason jar cocktail was super sweet and while it was pretty good, it was extremely weak on the liquor.

Madeline B.

Yelp
Went to have a bite last weekend and was shocked to discover this place was not following Covid guidelines. Bartenders, waiters, and waitresses were not wearing mask. Most had them on their neck. Some put them on briefly and some didn't even bother. Tables were not six feet apart either or wiped down from what I witnessed. My party was sat near another party so closely that we actually got up and moved tables. I am in the process of trying to report this restaurant and bar for not following COVID mandates. I was so disappointed. No do not visit if you are concerned about COVID. I will not be visiting again.

Michael A.

Yelp
ROACHES! I've been here many times before, normally enjoy the atmosphere, the food is typically very good too. I was enjoying my food here again, that was until I saw a huge 3 inch roach crawl down the wall in the booth I was sitting in. That really put me off my food, I couldn't eat anymore after that. We grabbed and killed the roach in a napkin. We notified the server who was very screamish about it and asked for another napkin from us to take it away. Not once were we apologised to for the roach. We just got our checks and left after this incident. Again no apology from anyone. Roaches maybe the normal here!? Will never be going back to eat there, the whole place could use with a good clean.

Trice B.

Yelp
Stopped by one weekday afternoon around 4pm, prior to the after work crowd. There were only a few customers, but the atmosphere was friendly. My date and I sat in a booth and enjoyed some chicken wings and burgers for us both. My cocktail (I believe it was called South End Cosmo) was yummy and pretty strong. Great bar food, very filling and a friendly wait staff. I enjoyed the decor and good hearted sports banter from fans of opposing teams while watching football highlights. Definitely recommended.

Meg R.

Yelp
A good place for casual drinks and apps with friends! A group of us came to Tavern On The Tracks on a Friday night. The bar is definitely a sports bar- nothing fancy, but that is exactly what we were looking for. We were quickly seated, even though it was pretty busy! They had quite a few drink specials going on and lots of people were getting beer towers. We stuck to some local craft beers. I ordered the Tracks Quesadilla, which was stuffed with pulled pork and jalapeños. It was surprisingly delicious, and super filling! I also tried the Toasted Ravioli, which were essentially just mozzarella sticks shaped like raviolis, but they were good as well! For a low key spot to catch up with friends or watch a game, I would definitely recommend Tavern On The Tracks! Ask about their drink specials- they always have some good deals going on.

JaNaa W.

Yelp
I used to love this restaurant wings were great. Last week we went to the tavern and the patio is invested with roaches . If you don't believe me sit outside. I was totally disgusted. The waitress casually said. Oh it's just roaches. Like this is a norm. Well it's not. I hope this review is noted and the infestation is taken care of

Harold A.

Yelp
Let's start with the food. It's alright. Wings are okay, although you're better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Beer selection is okay. Staff can be kind of rude at times. What is really at issue is the corruption in how this place conducts its business. What kind of place steals customers' cars from the lot and then charges them $420 to get it back? They even did this to a mother of two and tore the bumper off her car, causing over $1000 in damage, only to be given the runaround for two weeks before the "towing company" would accept any responsibility. My car was towed as well, even though I was in the restaurant the whole time! Fortunately, I successfully contested the charge on the credit card, which I recommend you do if this happens to you. What is happening is that the owner has decided this is how he supplements his income, as "Carolinas Towing LLC" is giving him kickbacks under the table. Please lend your business to honest establishments, not this scam.

Michael N.

Yelp
I guess I like this place more than most ...because I walked here. Looks like people get their cars towed here frequently. My experience here was pretty good. I was craving some wings and John H. said it was decent. So: Some really good Nineties music + cute waitresses + really good wings made with house made sauce (the Gold Rush has just enough heat) + Legion's Juicy Jay + great company = fun night. Go for the wings and beer - get down and dirty - and leave your car at home!!

Lisa H.

Yelp
Honestly I wanted to like this place. Just passing through town on a Sunday. Went there based on reviews. First off, we were stopped by a drunk guy at the entrance wanting to play "rock, paper, scissors ". So, we walk in and incredibly loud rap music was blaring with a lot of swearing. I'm no prude but he, it's supposed to be a nice comfortable restaurant, not a college bar. We were sat only to see 4 or 5 guys SLAMMING a boxing machine the entire time we were there. Ok, now onto the food. Took waitress recommendation for a Beef on Weck Sandwich (same as a French dip but on a bun, not hoagie roll). Fatty roast beef, just gross. Had buffalo chips as an appetizer. They were ok, but nothing to write home about. Out of Miller light on tap and bud light, seriously, both? Fresh cut fries.....ummmmm, refried several times, gross. Didn't even seem fresh cut at all. Seriously, everything about this place was a huge disappointment. I had fish, and it was undercooked. I asked for it well done specifically. The waitress was nice, that's about all I can say good.

Mike S.

Yelp
My wife and I ordered 2 pints of Guinness and we got a bill for $18, along with a $1 service charge for paying with a credit card. I will say our service was really nice and attentive, and I love dive bar atmospheres (which it has). But a dive bar doesn't charge $9 for a pint.

Candyce B.

Yelp
This is a decent spot if you're looking for somewhere to go with a group for happy hour. Just a few notes from my visit: 1. They have daily drink specials - but ask what they are so you're not surprised when what you ordered isn't actually a "special". 2. The black bean burger is good - not great. But it's not a typical frozen patty so that's a win. 3. If you get a salad - order it with the warm bacon vinaigrette dressing. 4. Wednesday is trivia night. Even if you didn't go to play...you're going to end up playing. Tip! Try to be there early so you can find a decent parking spot.

J. Scott W.

Yelp
When I first began visiting Tavern on the Tracks, it was because of their appeal to Buffalo sports fans and the fact that their wings and (especially) fish fry were Buffalo quality. Sadly, that has almost completely vanished. The fish batter has been changed, and the fish itself no longer tastes as fresh. I never used to have to specify that I wanted my wings crispy, but not even when I do half the time they're still chewy. It's OK on Bills game days if you don't mind a younger crowd that doesn't always pay attention to the action, although the folks with the Bills Backers chapter do an outstanding job of running promos and general fun.

Jordan B.

Yelp
So I usually love this bar and the staff is so friendly however the Saturday night 1/22/22 around 6pm the hostess working could not have been more rude and unwelcoming to my friends and I. We asked to be seated and she refused yet didn't give us an explanation on why we could night. Her attitude was not necessary for a casual bar. She simply did not care about her job and probably should not work in costumer service if you can't communicate or have a decent look on her face instead of a rude stare down!!! The other gentleman who we talked to was so kind and welcoming explaining to us that it's first come first serve and he would let us know when a table opens up. Loved him !

Andrew B.

Yelp
The food is subpar at best but worst of all ownership clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Chicken quesadilla was just a pile of soggy tortilla, cheese, rubbery chicken, and grease. Would not recommend Tavern on the Tracks to anyone. First 1 star Yelp review I have ever written.

Lakisha M.

Yelp
My new fave pub!!!!! Always seen this place jumping while I was at work and have never been. Well I decided to look on Groupon for some money saving food ideas...since it's the holidays and I'm sticking to a budget AND guess what pops up first??? This baby...15$ for $30 worth of food AND there wasn't any restrictions on using the voucher for alcohol purchases. WIN WIN AND WIN!!! But back to the food and atmosphere. It was great. A Saturday at 5pm and it was the reserved day for Halloween and we got to see plenty of costumes. The waitresses here was even dressed up. Looking at the reviews of this spot and everyone raves about the wings and the special sauces. Hands down this was the best wings that I have eaten at any bar place in a very very long time. They were hot and fresh and cooked just the way I love it. Our servers Tiffany, Tim and Jeff in that order-yes we had three of them because we decided to sit at the bar, were absolutely amazing and engaging, which I love especially when seated at the bar. There are multiple televisions here and they also have a gold interactive game. This is a spot that I am definitely coming back to and hate that I've waited forever to get here.

Hannah K.

Yelp
Great bar to drink, hefty portion sizes of food. Food was pretty good, they could've done a better job of spreading the cheese on the nachos and loaded fries. A lot of potential. Great sauces.

Austin M.

Yelp
This place does not fill up the beer towers. Absolute rip off. Would not recommend coming here. Maybe if they filleted beer towers adequately I would consider coming back.

Allyson D.

Yelp
Large, large bar food menu! You want it, they have it! I got the southwest shrimp salad and it was delicious. It came in a large tortilla bowl and was full if flavor and veggies. Tavern has a great outdoor patio, many tv's and local beers. Friendly staff and daily specials.

Kaitlin M.

Yelp
My party of 2 waited in line for 20 minutes and once we got in there were a total of maybe 25 people in the entire bar. We waited for 30 more minutes to be served and were never served. The bar was too busy fixing all of the tabs they messed up earlier that night, charging people for MULTIPLE extra drinks they did not order. Our friend was kicked out because the bouncer was her ex-boyfriend and was not happy she was with someone else, and the bartender could not find their tab. The bar also ran out of Tito's before 9pm, but again there were only about 25 people in the bar on a Saturday night. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible do not recommend.

Zachary C.

Yelp
The service is absolutely horrible every time I go there. I think they need more help or better servers. Probably both.

Miranda B.

Yelp
Came here for lunch looking for some good classic bar food. Their food was terrible. I got a Chicken sandwich and fries and it was hard to eat. Fries basically had no potato in them - it was just a shell of a fry. Cheap beer which is a plus, but I likely would not go here again.

Peyton J.

Yelp
Our favorite dive bar in Charlotte. Drink deals are superb and the staff is great to chat with at the bar. Overall a more hole in the wall place but that's why we like it!

Josie JO B.

Yelp
The server was very rude and rushed us as soon as we sat down, we had reservations for hot toco but they where to packed for me and my family so we decided to try this place since we been wanting to try them. The food was great I would recommend the wings, the bartender was awesome she took the time to come over and assist as our server seemed to be a bit racist. I've been seeing more confident racist servers lately which is scary especially because I love to tip. Not a family friendly environment definitely more of a party type of vibe.

Erika B.

Yelp
Avoid at all costs. Bad service, bad drinks. Very disappointing for a South End facility.

LeeAnn B.

Yelp
Poor service. poor quality, and poor attitudes. Hey Bills fans, head to Lebowskis done on East Blvd. for your Beef on Weck, Buffalo wings and smiling, fun bartenders.

Jon B.

Yelp
Tavern on The Tracks is conveniently located in South End, with a decent parking lot as well as on-street parking on nights and weekends. I've been here three times now for food and football games, and each time has left me with a positive experience. Despite being crowded during games, they wait staff is always fast and friendly. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes for food here, despite ordering at halftime during a packed gameday crowd. The loaded fries are a great snack to split. The wings are pretty good size, and are super tender. I'd recommend the gold rush sauce, it's dyn-o-miteeeeee. Another great option is the Salmon BLT wrap (my wives favorite); it's loaded with salmon, and cooked to your liking. If none of this piqued your interest, then I'd recommend the good ole chicken tenders and fries. They're huge tenders, and hand breaded .. not the cheating kind that comes frozen in a bag. PS: This is a Wolverines (Go Blue) and a Buffalo backers bar!

Cameron K.

Yelp
I came here to check them out for Charlotte Burger Week. I went during the mid afternoon so I didn't have any trouble finding parking. I do see how on a busy night it would be extremely difficult to find a place to park or even a place to sit inside. I wasn't sure where the entrance was so I just went inside through the patio. Still not sure if that's the main entrance but it worked! I was promptly seated at a table by the bar. There are no chairs with backs here, only backless barstools. It's not that big of a deal, but I like having a place to lean back especially if I'm going to kick back for drinks and a football game. There's not much to the inside. It's just a basic bar but be aware that it is a Buffalo Bills bar. If you aren't a fan of the bills then you probably aren't going to want to come to this bar during football season. The waitress was also the bartender and was very attentive. She kept my drink full and made sure my food order was good. I will say that the burger they had for CBW was impressive. It it was a half pound burger on a brioche bun with blue cheese crumbles, Frank's red hot, and onion straws. (Plus the basics of pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce.) It was $6 for the special and I ordered a side of homemade chips with ranch dressing. The burger was juicy and delicious. I couldn't even finish half of it because it was so filling. I took home half to eat later! The house made chips were cold. There were crispy but I would have preferred if they had come out hot or at least warm. Considering I was the only person in the place eating, I don't think it should have taken 25 minutes to get my food. Their ranch dressing was nice and creamy but they charged 75 cents for it. I get it. You have to cover your costs but at least tell me when I order it that it's going to cost extra. Overall, the food was decent but I wasn't super impressed and I'm not sure if I'll be back. The patio did look really nice for drinks and I might have to come check that out with some of their famous bloody mary's I've been reading about on the Yelp.

Amanda G.

Yelp
Best service we've had in along time. When you go to uptown Charlotte, you typically get rude service. But not here. All the bartenders are exceptionally nice! We had great conversation and great Service. Will definitely be coming back.

Evan G.

Yelp
I've been to TOT a few times and I'm never impressed. It's kinda the place we go when all the other places are packed. They do have an outside deck that is nice, but the food and service is so so. I feel like this place just hires young girls that don't know what they are doing to work the restaurant. The problem with that is it attracts your frat boy crowd and the service kinda sucks. My last meal I had there was the wings. They cost $16 for 12 and there was nothing "jumbo" about them.

Abby L.

Yelp
I have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes the bartenders are more friendly than others, but that's really my only complaint. The hot banana peppers are so good! They are addicting, and they are bigger than I ever saw banana peppers. They also have a decent selection of local beers on tap. And they are open late of course!

Jill I.

Yelp
The bartender with long brown hair had a horrible attitude and barely acknowledged me despite it being completely dead. I paid my tab and later noticed that there was another $5 added to my bill. I don't care to dispute it but it should be known that the girl stole money from me after giving incredibly horrible service.

Gabe H.

Yelp
Are you from Western New York? Do you believe chicken wings should only be created by hands forged from the coast of a frozen Lake Erie? Then chief do I have the spot for you...Tavern on the Tracks might be the only spot in Charlotte to get OFFICIAL Buffalo, New York style food. Oh yeah, do you also crave a crisp refreshing Labatt (Draft and Bottle) on Buffalo Bills game-day then look no further. The staff is great, atmosphere is incredible, and the food brings you right back to the great white north. I'd give it a 10 out of 5 if I could.

Drew M.

Yelp
I'll keep this short. Used to be a great spot to drink with a couple friends and watch sports....now they have towing companies hawking the parking lot for people that don't"stay" at tavern and the bartenders are Incompetent. Not a Place to avoid but 100% not place to visit if you don't have to.

Rob D.

Yelp
Went to grab a drink from this place today and received to rudest service ever since moving to Charlotte. I came in with a friend to grab a drink after an interview I had downtown a waitress came and she was visibly upset. So to lighten the mood I made a joke about Ohio State since they have tons of Michigan memorabilia hung around the bar, she didn't think it was funny because she mumbles something under her breath and walked away. Then when she came back my colleague asked her about the beer they had on tap, the waitress then dropped a drink menu in his face and walked away again.... worst service ever! After that we were over it and walked out, spent less then 5 minutes in that place. I'll never go back

Ashley G.

Yelp
It's not TERRIBLE. But it's not the best. We sat on the patio and I mean, I know how it is when you get busy and someone sits all the way outside but 7 minutes before you're greeted after we went in and told them we were sitting outside- is kind of ridiculous. It's unfortunate the Cuban wasn't very good either. I had to wash it down with ranch dressing because of how dry the whole sandwich was. The Tryon chicken was great though (says my other half) I still don't know the servers name but she did say sorry for taking so long to check on us, she was busy cleaning ..... Hmmm I love trying new places, this wasn't the worst I've ever been to lol but step it up TOTT, this place has potential because of its location in South End. Rip to The Cuban (Pictured)

Susan M.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Their customer service was the most horrendous experience I have ever had. They called my autistic brother someone with "special needs" and the manager said he "wasn't sure if they could serve him." I tried to confront the manager about the situation and he was beyond disrespectful. I will never step foot in this restaurant ever again and I hope the manager is fired for his blatant disregard for individuals with special needs. People who work in customer service should be kind, open minded and understanding to all individuals regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, or disability. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Sam B.

Yelp
Great atmosphere for Bills fans! This bar supports 4 different teams from up North, so those far from home can get their fix. Food was a little lackluster especially the specialty mac and cheese, which needed a little more flavor. Chicken wings had a good variety of flavors available, and had a good thigh/wing ratio. Unfortunately ours tasted a little undercooked, perhaps they just were taken out a bit early. The crust of the flatbread we ordered was a bit overcooked. Overall a solid standard food experience. Service was good, especially considering how busy they were! P.S Nathan Peterman should never pick up a football ever again. Circle the wagon
