Taverne Saint-Sacrement

The food was good. The service was not so. We ordered muscle with marinara sause, but they brought in the muscle with white wine sause. When I ask about the dish, the waitress said their marinara sauce is white. Go figure... We didn't want to make a scene so we just accept and took the food. We saw table next to us ordered some sort of salad and looked good, so we asked what kind of salad that was. One of the waitresses said it was a tataki tuna salad, but when the dish came out, that was different then what we saw from the table next to us. We asked about this as well, however, the waitress serving our table didn't understand what the issue was. Again, we end up just taking the dish. When the waitress brought the check, they charged additional $1 then the price they out on the wall with the menu. When asked, the waitress brought the menu plate which showed different price compared to the one noted on the wall. I would say the right way to handle was to honor the price on the wall and correct the check, but the waitress did not. To be fair, when we were leaving after paying the full price, seemed owner offer to give back $1, but I think it was too late. They need to train their waitresses for the food they are serving, and to get customer focused service.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve eaten at recently. The chicken Caesar salad was very expensive for what it was. Lacked flavour and taste like lettuce with chicken. The poutine was salty, the cheese curds weren’t melted, the gravy was cold, the fries were cold. The service was slow and inattentive

Everything is perfect. But a smidge loud. If that’s your jam this is your place. I’ve been a fan of the kitchen since before the pandemic and it’s still rocking.

Great terrace to sit on when the sun is shining and the burger was great! Super saucy which I love and the fries were so pillowy and delicious! Loved this!

Great venue, good selection of beers. Impressed by the portions of the chicken fingers, it was real chicken stripes with a light seasoning, really good. Beautiful terrasse with, interestingly, an active traffic light.

The food and drinks are always impeccable. Very well priced. A chill vibe. Service is chill, but way too chill in my opinion to the level where I feel like I need to chase the waiter/waitress, but they’re very friendly. 9/10 would recommend.

Always a great time here, staff is always friendly, drinks are always cold and good vibes. Atmosphere is great, clean environment and the food is always hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
