"This restaurant is as comfortable as the rest of the hotel, while its outdoor dining area allows guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful garden. Chef Guido creates dishes with a regional influence, some of which are more modern in flavour." - Michelin Inspector

We had the asian themed dinner during our stay on the property. It was exquisite, and we had an awesome experience. We had our meal with the wine pairing, and everything was timed so well. Each course was very flavorful, and the selected wines were a perfect amount with wonderful compliments to the food. They had very unique dishes, my favorite was the duck, and the pre-dessert of fried acacia flowers with their own honey and a beautiful orange colored wine. Please make sure you make a reservation!

Wonderful experience! The food was of the highest quality, and the sommelier, Carolina, made excellent wine selections to pair with our dinner. The service was attentive and helpful throughout the evening. I highly recommend stopping by for dinner🤍

My wife and I had an amazing dinner for our anniversary here at Tavola di Guido! We have been eating at several Michelin starred restaurants during our trip and this one easily stands out as the best! The food was creative and tasted amazing! The views at the location are to die for. (Take some time and walk around the grounds and take pictures!) Highly recommend dinning here as Chef Guido is doing some amazing things with food. Their tasting menu changes through the week so you can even try it more than once. Only other thing I will mention is the stand out service. The staff is amazing and one standout was Francesca. You could tell she really cared about everything that was taking place and wanted to make sure we had a great dining experience! Don't hesitate if you are in the area or staying at the property. This is a culinary experience you don't want to miss.

We did the five course tasting menu with wine pairings for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food. (The atmosphere and wait staff were lovely though. And the wine was delicious.. we loved the Syrah.) However, the food was mediocre. We started with a 64 degree egg and a strip a bacon, which was fine, but not memorable. The 2nd dish was spaghetti with a ragú sauce, which tasted and looked like something that was thrown together at the last minute. We then went into our 3rd dish, which was (again) pasta with (again) ground meat. To have two pasta dishes, both with ground meat, felt a little repetitive and thoughtless. The main course was a Parmesan crusted veal, which was tasty (my husband said some parts of his were chewy) but having just had three courses with meat, we were hoping for something else. The desserts were yummy - In fact, we loved the panna cotta. But overall, it felt like a very disconnected and thoughtless menu. And I don’t believe the price matched the food at all. Sadly, it was the least memorable and least tasty food that we had in Italy (and by far the most expensive).

Restaurant located in a very chic and quite hotel outside in the nature. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Our dinner reservation was at 7 and I have to say that the food was very tasty, creative and true to its origins. The staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. A must go place when you re in Tuscany.

Yelp
Tavola Di Guido is located within the Locanda Le Piazze hotel. The roads in the area can be a little dark and scary at night (especially after a glass of super tuscan), so if staying at the hotel this is a wonderful and convenient option. Everything was so delicious that we ate here twice in a row. In fact, my husband also had the lamb shank twice in a row because of how amazing it was. Each meal starts off with a complimentary basket of bread and butter and some crackers and dip. The meal also ends with a complimentary platter of mini desserts. I tried the pappardelle with wild boar ragu and seared steak with arugula, parmesan and potatoes. Both of these dishes were absolutely standout -- especially the steak which was perfectly rare and juicy. The menu doesn't have too much pasta and mainly features various selections of meat and seafood. Despite this being a gourmet, michelin star (all the things) the portions are quite large. The prices are definitely a little bit high, but the quality of food and convenience really can't be beat. If you are staying at the hotel I strongly suggest making a reservation.

Yelp
Amazing food, attentive service and outstanding ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Guido's four course tasting menu and the perfectly paired wines with each course. The dining area gives one a panoramic view of the Tuscan hillside with plenty space between other patrons. The wait staff spoke excellent English and thoroughly explained each culinary creation from Guido's innovative and yet rooted in tradition respect for Italian cuisine. We are so happy to have found this restaurant and we will be back!

Yelp
I do not have words to describe how wonderful Chef Guido's talents are. We have eaten at this restaurant numerous times over the past several years and are always beyond satisfied. The dishes are creative and delicious. The most recent dinner we had the chef's tasting menu and wine pairing. It was the best meal I have ever experienced. Bravo Guido!
