"This is a cool alternative to FINE, the fine dining restaurant also located on the first floor of the modern building and accessible by lift. Asian cuisine takes centre stage here, with dishes ranging from shumai prawn dumplings to Iberian pork katsu, white cabbage and carrot salad, ponzu and honey jus; they also lend themselves to sharing. What is more, the bill for these delicious but reasonably priced dishes won't break the bank. The atmosphere is nice and lively and the team provides highly attentive and professional service. I was there for a celebration and been reading good reviews about it, and I was getting my hopes up. The ambience, I guess, was good for people who like it? But not my cup of tea. Food was almost indescribable. To be fair, the bun was quite okay - it was the only thing I could eat. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed by the main dish - the meat was hard to chew, and the rice..it was the hardest bowl of rice I’ve ever had. 🤦🏻‍♀️

We went here for the Easy lunch menu. The Pho broth was very light, and all the veggies were fresh and crunchy. A very refreshing meal, highly recommend! The oriental kiss drink is also great. We finished off with the 3 assortments of mochi. The coconut one was served way too frozen and hard. The mango mochi was my favourite. Overall, a lovely meal at reasonable prices. They also parking spaces which you don’t see from the main street, you have to drive in.

I was there for an office event and have only good things to say! Lots of parking places. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Excellent service, really friendly. Although they didn’t have a menu in english for us. And finally: THE FOOD! The starting dishes were all really tasty and unique: the shrimp 🍤 and the little tofu salad were an EXPLOSION of flavour. For the main course I had the chance to try both of the options that were offered to us and they were 10/10! I loved the sweet-salty combination of my meat and the texture was HEAVENLY! I could go back just for dessert! They were also so good. WHAT A GREAT MEAL. Also nice drinks and Sake! I enjoyed it a lot

After seeing all nice reviews, it was disappointing for us to dine there. Restaurant is very nice decorated and atmosphere is great. The restaurant has two parts, one is fine dining and the other is causal eating. We came for causal eating. The fish we ordered, 24€, was tasteless. The rice was cooked poorly. Too much water and also it seemed like microwaved. Burger was fine. The beer was 4,9€/0,5L. Overall the food was very average. The service was not good as well. They don’t have enough staffs for a busy Friday night. It took around 15-20min for our bill. Cool place to hang out but not for food.

Tawa Yama Fine - My experience was a success, I was delighted with the place. The service is excellent and every dish I tried was better than the other. Perfect: the atmosphere, the service, the food, the presentation, the drinks.

Date night!! Food was great, drinks were fine as well! We got plates with chipped off edges to start the evening which wasn't nice, but they were replaced quickly after asking. Two of the three people who served us over the night were super! One was a little unfriendly and impatient - seemed to be like that since we set foot into the location so we didn't take it personal. They have real candles which is great, the warmth of them now and then got carried towards us with a breeze of wind. Delightful. There were a lot of ants on the table. And the drinks did not have anything to put them onto. Condensed water getting all over the place. All in all a good experience!

This rating is for the Tawa Yama Easy. Great location, great atmosphere. The drinks were really good, some of the best Spritz! The prices are definitely high - we paid about 75 pP. The food didnt quite match the price although it was excellent, especially the fish based dishes such as the sashimi plate. Will try the fine at some point but can recommend for a great evening with nice ambiance

Not recommended if you are interested in good food . Had a full course but the price and quality ratio is not good. The name of the place is TAWA YAMA so i expected some more Asian/japanese taste of the food but was a let down by how westernized everything is. Peanut butter with Gyoza? Seafood flavoured ice cream? C'mon. I guess the 1 star Michelin they got is from the fanciness of the restaurant, the good selection of wine and the service from the staff, not the taste of the food.
