9 Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Minneapolis and Saint Paul - Eater Twin Cities

"Nestled in a bright, unfussy space on St. Paul’s University Ave, this is one of the best places in the Twin Cities for pho. The house “special pho” features a clear, complex broth fragrant with anise, crescents of white onion, a hefty sprinkle of scallions, and paper-thin slices of rare beef and tripe." - Julie Zhou

Google
Great Vietnamese restaurant!! The food is pretty cheap, especially with the specials. My favorite is the vermicelli salad. The service is great, and the owners are very welcoming. I highly recommend this place

Google
Ok, this food was so amazing that I had to write a review on DD and google. A6. Sesame Chicken Wings bursting with flavor and crunch C29. Shrimp Fried Rice loaded with veggies and perfectly cooked rice and shrimp A7. 10 Pieces Cream Cheese Wontons fried golden, lots of flavor A1. 2 Pieces Egg Rolls were some of the best ive ever had Soup was hot, lotttss of extra meat. Got my moneys worth. I WILL ABSOLUTELY order from here again. If youre thinking about getting it, do it. No complaints.

Google
I came here to get a quick and casual lunch while working in the area. Service was very friendly and attentive. I got the $8.50 combo meal with beef and broccoli, fried rice, and an egg roll. My food was hot and flavorful, and came out quickly. The portion was large enough to give me a filling lunch plus leftovers. Despite not being super busy, it seemed to be a popular place with some regulars who staff knew by name. I'll definitely be coming back soon, and I am excited to try a dessert next time when I'm not in a hurry.

Google
Just had take out from here and wow! I’m a new fan. The take out pho was meticulously put together so that it could be assembled at home for the freshest experience. Then the special noodle salad was excellent as well. They are very generous with portions. Tremendous value and delicious. Can’t wait to dine in or order take out again soon.

Google
Service was bad. We were the only customers. It took around 25-30min to take our orders. About 4 other customers came in and they got their food first before us. The banh mi sandwich did not taste fresh. The meat tasted old, cucumber tasted bad, parsley was discolored and not fresh. The Pho was on the sweeter side. It was disappointing when the condiments was not fresh. The basil looks unrefrigerated and a couple of days old. Would not recommend.

Google
We ordered the Bun Bo Hue, chicken fried rice, chicken wings (perfect crunch), bahn mi, and beef with lemon grass. Everything was absolutely delicious! Very high-quality flavors and portion was just right. We came on a weekday lunchtime and it was not busy. The service was good and super fast. Got our food in less than 5 minutes.

Google
Excellent Bun Bo Hue, best I've had, even in Vietnam. The setting felt very ethnic (in Minnesota). Vietnamese women scurried about, I assume cooking as well as waiting on the half filled restaurant. I longed for them to have more staff, for their own sake! The food, spring rolls, pho, fried rice, egg roll, and the bun bo Hue, were all very authentic feeling, even though this restaurant has been open for at least 20 years. It has not become a dumbed down, Americanized palette. Reasonable prices, possibly a little less than comparable Vietnamese restaurants on University Ave. in St Paul.

Google
Pho dac biet was good, a little on the sweeter side. Ordered the bun bo hue to go and it came out right after I received my pho. I wished the cup of water I had, had ice and was full when it was given to me. I believe it was the manager who took my order but she also refilled my water with out me asking even though I barely took a sip out of it. Might update this review when I try the bun bo hue.

Yelp
The pho was delicious this is the first place I've been to with a broth I had to add nothing tl

Yelp
Tay Ho is a fun whole in a wall type of restaurant. It really is a cute family owned restaurant served by aunties who have been there for years. No frills straight to the point, menu is clear- has both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. Pho is good but light in flavor, on the sweet side. There are 2 sizes, I think for the price protein is somewhat lacking. There are other options around the city if preference for pho is more beefy and rich in flavor. The grilled pork Banh Mi is good, chewy bread crunchy texture. I would return for the Banh Mi. The grilled pork is more of a sweet roast pork versus the lemon grass pork that you might typically get elsewhere. Cream cheese wontons were not memorable. Pass.

Yelp
I recently went to Tay Ho, a small Vietnamese hole-in-the-wall located in St. Paul, MN. I grew up on Vietnamese food, so naturally, I have a big love for it and Tay Ho did not disappoint. My mom and I were there for a lunch date and she got their B1 aka "Bun Dac Biet" ($12.95) which is a vermicelli noodle salad with an egg roll, grilled pork, pickled veggies & a grilled pork meatballs skewer (skewer was on the sweeter side). It was the perfect summer option! I opted for their M5 "Mi Hoanh Thanh" ($12.95) which is their egg noodle soup with wontons & sliced pork - a soup for the soul). The wontons broke a part a bit in the broth, but the filling tasted great. All in all everything was tasty, and prepared fresh! I loved my mi's broth - slurp ready. Portions were generous and compared to other Viet places in the Twin Cities, it's cheap for what you get. I would go to Tay Ho again for their service alone. Our server (also named Kim) was a sweetheart who was on top of it & so welcoming - left me wishing service was this good at every local establishment. If you haven't tried Tay Ho yet, you've gotta put it on your list! I can't believe I didn't dine in when I was a student at nearby Hamline. They have great daily lunch combos you need to check out!

Yelp
Combination pho is amazing and love the way they package their pho for to go/pick up!

Yelp
This is one my of favorite go to places for pho. It gets busy quickly so be prepare to navigate around for parking if the lot and off street parking are full. Today, we've arrived before 11 o'clock and got our choice of parking spot. The lines are faded so we did our best to make room for others. Not long after we arrived, other customers started trickling in. Today we ordered: Egg rolls - cut in halves, came with egg roll sauce, has pepper flakes and fish sauce Bun Bi Special - cut in halves Pho Special - side of bean sprouts, Thai basils, jalapeño and lime. Shrimp Rice Platter - lettuce leave under the food, a broth with cilantro and a dipping sauce The food were delicious and shared between the two of us. The services were fast and friendly. We will definitely go there ago next time.

Yelp
Sat down and was given water that was less than 3/4 filled with no ice. The pho dac biet was ok. It had a sweeter taste. It had one piece of tripe and maybe a piece of tendon. The service was good as I believe it was the manager who took my order. She refilled my cup of water with out me asking seeing that it was less than 3/4 fill, I barely took a sip of the Luke warm water. She tried to be interactive with conversation but it was hard when I had food in my mouth and she was walking away before I could answer.
google avatar

Dee C.

Yelp
The pho and bun dac biet have been good every time I try it. My husband also likes their pho. I'm not sure about the service or ambiance because I've only ordered delivery from here.

Mary Y.

Yelp
Tay Ho is a pretty good place. I have been here a couple of times. Here is what I got... i got the fried rice special which has chicken, pork and shrimp. The flavor of fried rice was kind of plain, however my niece still like it . The chicken wings was a good decent size which is great it was plain looking however the flavor was well salted. The eggroll was good as well, however the outside looks like it was super fried up. Also, I got the vermicelli salad ( meatball, eggroll and pork). The taste of the fish sauces after pouring it into the salad got water down, which to my surprising it doesn't happen often but it happens. Lastly, i got the bun bo hue it was good, however it does taste a little water down . Overall, great customer service and food is good.

Yelp
Tay Ho is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to grab a bowl of pho. Great broth and protein options are available alongside a mountain of bean sprouts. It's a classic hole in the wall type of place with huge portions. Some of the other options we've gotten have been hit or miss. But I think that's more of issue of their massive menu rather than ability. Already thinking about that next bowl of pho... see you soon Tay Ho!
google avatar

Tony V.

Yelp
This is nothing fancy. Good little hole in the wall. Plenty of off street parking. Great Pho.
google avatar

Yelena K.

Yelp
I ordered the shrimp bun. It was lacking in Vietnamese flavors but at least the shrimp was good. Might be better to stick with the more generic specialties.

Thai P.

Yelp
Food is authentic and fantastic, it's good to be able to have a place to go for Vietnamese food when im so far from home!
google avatar

Panda V.

Yelp
First time ordering tay ho pho to go while i was at work and I literally laughed when i saw the small portion of pho. I took it home to eat and it was blend. Not too much meat and veggies at all. Would not recommend.

Yelp
This is heads down one of my favorite places (if not my favorite) in the Twin Cities for PHO! As a local, growing up in the Frogtown neighborhood too, I always felt lucky to be surrounded by authentic cultural food on University Ave and I always leave here as a happy camper. I am always so excited to eat my food here that I forget to take pictures every time- even when I do take out! The eggrolls (A1) and beef pho (P2) is my to go but I have also enjoyed any of the refreshing rice vermicelli salads on a hot summer day or the hot bun bo hue (B10) on a chilly fall evening. For me the pho broth is clean and just the perfect level of savory for my taste and Tay Ho is never cheap on giving me handfuls of veggie toppings of bean sprouts, lime, basil and jalapeno for my preference. My only feedback is that I wish they gave a little more meat. To be honest, I have never got Chinese food from here lol but there is a lunch special for that. For COVID, Tay Ho is doing take out only and face mask is required. If you order pho or a soup, they always put it in a take out bowl (noodles, toppings and stock in different containers to keep it fresh) with plenty of napkins and plastic silverware- which is really nice is you are going back to the office or some where where you dont have access to silverware. And I did notice that the prices went up a little- which I think is normal. There is a free parking lot on the side or metered street parking in the front- I never had problems finding parking.
google avatar

Trini T.

Yelp
The bun bo hue is sooooo good! So flavorful! Not bland at all and it's actually pretty spicy! I'd definitely come back. The portions are really nice. I couldn't finish it!
google avatar

Neil S.

Yelp
Ordered the banh mi, which was alright. Ingredients were good, though I'd toast the bread more if it were me so it's a less chewy experience (the meats are usually chewy already!). The grilled pork banh mi (thit nuong) was particularly good.
google avatar

KellyAi K.

Yelp
Love this place! They have the best bun rieu like no others. Taste like home made food. They also have the best bun Bo hue around the area
google avatar

James H.

Yelp
Tay Ho has the BEST chicken Pho. It is served with a lime wedge and jalapeño and always tastes so fresh and delicious. Pro tip: also order cream cheese wontons for dipping. Deeelicious.
google avatar

Kathy M.

Yelp
Tayho is always a good spot for all your basic Vietnamese dishes (pho, bun, rice platters, etc), but there is a lot of variety. They also have some Chinese dishes on their lunch and dinner specials menu. I'm not a big fan of their pho broth, but they have plenty of other delicious dishes to pick from. Their R1 Combination Rice Platter with pork chop, pork loaf and pork skin is bomb.com! Sometimes, restaurants will have dry porkchops that are precooked then heated when ordered. Not Tay Ho - well, not tonight anyways. The porkchop was juicy and tasted like it came right off the grill. Their sesame chicken wings are a great starter too. They're messy though, so these are definitely finger licking good. There's definitely not anything special about the decor.
google avatar

Panoukee V.

Yelp
I love their bun bo hue. Most authentic version I have yet I'm MN. Even their veggies for it was more authentic than other places. Other places don't make it as good as them. Their pho was good as well. Spring rolls was super good too Our waitress was nice. Nice cozy friendly place.

Jacco V.

Yelp
Ordered their Bun Dac Biet, Mongolian Beef and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The first two items were edible. Was disappointed with the Sweet and Sour. It had no flavor or sauce to it.

Yelp
After reading what someone witnessed at your restaurant, I will not be coming back. I've only been once and wasn't impressed with the food. I'm glad that the party left your business after they say what happened and told the host they would not be supporting you guys anymore after they witnessed how you treated the teenagers.. bc they were black so they kitchen lady came out and threatened to kick them out and even snapped in their faces! I applaud those teens for keeping their cool, but you guys are so wrong for treating them unfairly and rude just because of their skin color. Did you forget your freaking a minority also? We get discriminated also,so what's makes it your right to do it back to anyone else? Be better.. your business sucks
google avatar

Jonathan L.

Yelp
Tay Ho is alright..I've been here 2-3 times now and the pho is decent here. The soup base is more on the sweet side and I don't get the MSG effects here like I do at Quang's. When I get pho from Quang's, I get bad headaches and the feeling is terrible. I think it's due to the MSG, but not 100% sure. The soup base at Tay Ho is not bad, but not amazing. I usually get the combo pho here and while it's cheaper than some other places, they don't give as much meat like tendon, tripe, meatballs and etc... The egg roll here is not that great though. There is way too much vegetables in there and not enough meat. It's cheaper than most other places, but you're sacrificing a little quality.
google avatar

Cnrnz L.

Yelp
By far my favorite pho place. Love the banh mi, egg rolls, spring rolls, sweet and sour chic, beef noodle soup, banh cuon, most of what's in the menu is delicious. I've been here countless times, however this is my first review. Fast service, flavorful dishes. Perfectly priced. I love that this place is generous with portions. I like to have a few pieces of meat with every bite of pho since some places offer little to no meat at all. This place is great with matching the ratio of meat with pho. What I'm trying to say is, after our meal, I'm always happy about paying and tipping because I am so satisfied with the food and feel I should be charged way more. Pho for two, 1-2 appetizers is under $25. That's a great value for over the top food.
google avatar

Dorthy X.

Yelp
We had dinner here on a Friday night. We came for pho and banh mis--except they ran out of banh mis by 6:30 PM (darn it!). We decided on eggrolls and the pho special, one size L and one size XL. The eggrolls were a good size and very crispy! The sauce had a distinct sour yet fishy smell, but tasted light and sweet. The XL bowl was intimidating, and broth was sweeter than what I am used to. Even after adding the provided condiments, the broth maintained light, but more tasty. This was perfect, since we were visiting the city and on the go. Service was wonderful, even with the steady traffic.
google avatar

Angela M.

Yelp
I am always excited to try new banh mi from all different places, however, I was by far most disappointed with what I received. Let's begin with the Pros! Pro: French bread perfect. Fresh cilantro Roast pork was tasty Cons: NO PATE OR BUTTER?!?! What?!?!.... The pickle mix wasn't even pickled, just julienned carrots and daikon. Meatball and pork belly was very bland. I do not recommend getting banh mi from this location with so many other competitors on University that have far better options.
google avatar

Lincoln T.

Yelp
Always a good time at this place, my favorite for Wonton Soup. At a very reasonable price, it comes in a bow of fresh broth and spring mix of chopped veggies, a couple of slices of slowly steamed beef, and of course, an ample amount of dumplings. Today I didn't get wonton soup (I call it light Pho on a budget, great for cold days or if you're feeling a bit under the weather), I instead opted for a bit heavier fare of sweet & sour chicken with steamed white rice. Firstly...yes, I know going to an authentic Asian noodle soup restaurant is not the place for sweet & sour chicken...but the way the chef prepares this American staple is so delicious! Everything is fresh; I think they even steam the rice to order. Fast, superb, delicious, and my water glass must have been refilled three times without asking by the young man running the register. Everything on the menu is exceptional, but he warned if you order any noodle soups: the portion is mammoth! The bowls are HUGE! And I have it on the authority by the chef himself that every soup is made fresh to order, including chopped vegetables and sliced proteins. It is really that good. I almost "hate" to write such a glowing review as I almost want this gem to remain hidden...but this is what Yelp! is for, honest reviews of really good places. No matter what you might desire or order, you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Fantastic food. Personable wait staff. Very authentic, a clear community hub. I had a pork, rice noodle salad. It was phenomenal. My fiancé had the hot and sour soup. The Butterfly shrimp was exceptional as well.
google avatar

Greg P.

Yelp
I went back today and I was very pleased. I got take out and it was ready when I got there. The food was absolutely delicious. One thing I was not aware of is they have raised their prices by about $2.50 for their lunch specials so instead of $7.00, it is now $9.50 per special. I wish I had known that as I brought cash and ended up using my card. All in all food was good and I do plan to visit again.
google avatar

Alex J.

Yelp
Dropped in for pho and spring rolls to-go for several hungry hippos. There was some confusion over which my order was, but meh. It was the end of the night, and they were still quite busy. The spring rolls were fairly standard. As was the pho - and I felt the meat-to-noodle ratio a bit skimped. Nothing particularly stood out as great. I'm a spring roll addict. On my birthdays growing up, we would have entire weekends of rolling our own, a delightfully colorful spread of shrimp, pork, greens, noodles, and rice paper enticing us to have fun and enjoy. I've tried every spring roll in my path in the Twin Cities thus far, and there are far too many amazing spring rolls in the area to settle for subpar fare. I get that between the great location and the hours, you'll get customers no matter what if you offer a decent menu. That's not what Yelpers go for, though. I came. I ate. I'm moving on.
google avatar

Xia Y.

Yelp
The one thing I like about this place is that they are open pretty late compare to all the other Asian restaurants on University Avenue. It's convenient and they do have a small parking lot and some additional street parking. Hands-down, they have one of the best eggrolls I've had from any Asian restaurant. Their pho is also good.
google avatar

Shawn S.

Yelp
This is one of the better Vietnamese places in the Twin Cities, and I've tried most of them. It's a bit dated in the decor - but that is just fine since they are able to keep the prices low. The Pho was great - authentically seasoned. They do have traditional Chinese dishes as well as more traditional Vietnamese dishes. They have a private parking lot. The staff was super friendly and conversational even with two white guys that came in for lunch.
google avatar

Shayla P.

Yelp
Checked this place out! Hands down amazing! Everything I want in a good pho! Chicken and full of amazing veggies!!! The spring rolls where really good also!
google avatar

Quoc D.

Yelp
Great place to go get your basic Vietnamese food in Frogtown. Good food, basic service, but don't expect an eye candy environment. Overall, very good value and should leave pretty full for under $10. The Pho is on the sweeter side if you are into it. The Banh Mi is decent and choices are priced right. The Che (Vietnamese dessert) is okay because the beans didn't seem to soak in the juices or cooked long enough to get the sweet flavors. If you want fried rice, it's a good value. Big plate for about $6-$7. I have to try the noodle salads or the rice platters next time. They have their own parking too on University so that's a plus!
google avatar

Patricia L.

Yelp
So disappointing. Ate inside, food barely warm, Vietnamese coffee bitter and watery, obviously premade and sat. They botched the first order, tried to charge for coffee that was undrinkable. The manager was horrible and rude. I won't be returning.
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
Hands down the best pho I've ever had (and I've had a lot). Their broth has the perfect blend of spices. Often during quarantine I would door dash 3-4 portions and just eat them during the week. Great family runs it too.
google avatar

Pang Y.

Yelp
Came here after work and the food was great! I ordered the pho special and my friend ordered the pork chop platter.
google avatar

Vy B.

Yelp
Tay ho..tay ho..it's off to work we go..wait..I have no idea if that even makes sense in this context but Tay Ho is a pretty decent place to go if you need to get your fix of Vietnamese food. Probably not the first place that would come to mind if I had a craving, but it's good enough to hit the spot. Definitely a no frills type place but you may get some thrills if you order way too much food like Regina V. and I did when we decided to grab a quick bite before a late night work sesh. You'll find your typical Vietnamese restaurant staples here (Pho, Bun Bo Hue. Broken rice platters, Hu Tieu, stir frys, egg noodle soups, and your various fried appetizers like spring rolls, egg rolls, and chicken wings). Here's the run down of what we ordered during our most recent visit: Spring rolls: standard spring rolls, the bbq pork was not that flavorful, but the peanut sauce made it better. Chicken wings: great light and crispy batter, juicy meat. DO NOT PUT THEM IN YOUR MOUTH as soon as they put the plate down because you will burn your mouth cause those babies come straight outta the fryer. Mix the sweet and sour sauce with the hot oil chili peppers and BAM!! instant awesome sauce. OMG I feel iike Guy Fieri all of a sudden. By this point, Regina and I were already crazy full so we instantly regretted what came next. Bun Bo Hue: A HUGE portion. ORDER ONE BOWL for two people unless you want to be rolled out of the restaurant like that girl from Willy Wonka who turned into a fat blueberry. A little bland for my taste but that's why fish sauce exists. This had all the correct fixin's with it so I won't complain. BBH is something you customize to make your own cause everyone eats it their own way. It even came with pig's feet, which is recommended if you want to eat it the authentic way. About 10 minutes later, this dish came out which we had completely forgotten we ordered... Seafood pan fried noodles: Good flavor, super crispy noodles, OK seafood included. The shrimp was probably the best part but the squid and fish balls and extra soft scallops threw me off. I'm used to fish pieces, octopus, and bigger/firmer scallops (i.e. Shuang Cheng has better SPFN). I'd suggest ordering this with the crispy noodles on the side so you can take it to go!! Honestly though at this point we were suffering from intense food comas so it was really hard to enjoy this dish. Service was fast and friendly. There's a parking lot on the side of the building.
google avatar

Zen B.

Yelp
The food is just mediocre at best. Customer service, what's that??? You won't find it here, what so ever!!! The older lady in the front, don't know if she's the owner or related seems to enjoy confrontation with customers. Sanitation is next to non! Don't waste your time or money at this place!!! I've seen many other unsatisfied customers. Never will return.
google avatar

Mary X.

Yelp
Love coming to Tay ho for their bun bo hue and Bun Dac Biet! It never disappoints me! It always tastes the same when I order again! Service is great too!
google avatar

Patti I.

Yelp
My husband and I ate here at the suggestion of his southeast Asian co-worker who knows we love Vietnamese food. So I came with high hopes. It was a warm day and I'd just finished a long bike ride so I wasn't in the mood for a big steaming bowl of pho. I opted for beef noodle salad, hubby ordered a rice plate with shrimp. We shared an order of egg rolls. Everything was fine. But not more than that. I love a noodle salad or rice plate that's served with a bunch of herbs for that punch of fresh flavor. These came with a few carrot shreds, cuke slices, and green onions. The iceberg lettuce in my salad was fine, fresh...but that was it. Just...meh. It's my favorite kind of place, no frills, friendly service, but seriously, the food needs a little more zing than what we had today. I may go back later when I'm in the mood for pho.
google avatar

Ruby D.

Yelp
We order pho and Everything ok except they only accept cash or check. Make sure you have cash before coming.
google avatar

Ka Noog Y.

Yelp
Let's get straight to the point the pho here was okay. I feel like i've had better experiences else where. I felt like the pho was really watery and it didn't have much flavor. Not only that, the fried chicken wings weren't even seasoned.. The servers occasionaly asked us if we needed more water, which was nice. Overall, it was a okay experience.
google avatar

Jonathan T.

Yelp
Yo, I got mad love for Tay Ho and I'll explain why. A couple years ago, my Vietnamese brotha Dan and I rolled-up into the joint on a Saturday afternoon to talk about life, girls, and the hustle. After sittin' down and orderin' our food, the owner comes out and straight-up asks us "WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN MARRYING MY DAUGHTER" who worked as the hostess/ cashier. I mean, yo, she was cute, and she looked like a nice girl, nah mean? But yo, WE GOTTA AT LEAST DO DINNER MOVIE, MOVIE DINNER before even contemplating that notion. But yo, THAT'S MAD LOVE SON. STRAIGHT-UP, THE OWNER TRYING TO HOOK IT UP ASIDE FROM FOOD YO! We coulda been like crazy people or sumptin', so I don't know why she trustin' us like that. I highly suggest the Bun Bo Hue. Everything else is above average. The pho is a little too sweet for me. Peeps gotta stop pouring sugar into their pho and ish. Nasty yo. Café sua da is legit.
google avatar

Steve M.

Yelp
So I came in around 7PM really looking to get some Bun bo Hue, but they were out of the meat to make it! Oh well, I decided that I couldn't go wrong with Pho, banh mi, and egg rolls. Tay Ho is now concretely in my favorite places to get banh mi. The meat was fire and the bread was perfect. The egg rolls were absolutely on point, I would recommend trying them. The pho was just confusing to me however. It tasted like great pho broth that someone just poured some water in. Like it was almost translucent! Everything else in it was fine though, and it really wasn't bad after I sriracha'd it lol.
google avatar

Jess D.

Yelp
Tay Ho offers the best bun bo hue I have ever tried in the Twin Cities area. It is rich in flavor, generous in portion, and extremely satisfying. Definitely go an empty stomach, because you won't be able to finish your bowl if you're "kinda hungry." I am a huge fan of the meat. It is succulent and ultra tender. They offer pig feet, which I find to be a great indicator of whether you're going to have really good and authentic bun bo hue or not. The noodles are great. The broth is so so good. Please, please order the bun bo hue... Don't tell anyone I said this, but it's better than my mom's. They also have really good chicken wings for appetizers! Note: the service isn't always amazing depending on who you get, but it is well worth the potentially poor service. Trust me!
google avatar

Markus G.

Yelp
Great food, great staff, decent parking, and very reasonably priced. I will keep this very short and sweet. The Pho is great, bun no hue as well from what two friends said and the spicy chicken is awesome as well, kudos to Tay ho for being such a great place to dine in, or carry out!
google avatar

Yelp
WORST PLACE EVER! It might be the end of the day but seriously they got lazy with the broth. Taste just like water and sugar! Took 4 bites and I just paid and left. The waiter still took our money even though she saw that we didn't touch our pho. Didn't even bother asking how was our service or food. Smhhh!
