First time trying Taylors of Harrogate and snagged some Rich Italian Beans, not too bad! Good flavor, bold with edgy punch. I want to try the Hot Lava Java blend next, but is pretty difficult to find them in Beans and not grounded round the grocery store.

I wanted to share with everyone, excellent customer service that was provided to me by this company. I have been drinking yorkshire gold for a long time as I do like a strong cup of tea. More recently I bought a couple of boxed and the perforations were not right hence when I tried to separate the two bags they ripped instead so I wrote to their customer services this tea is not cheap. Anyways Judith wrote back to me within a couple of days and asked me to send them the packaging details and also offered to replace the boxes of tea. I thought that was such a generous offer and she was so polite. I sent all the details and within a week received a box neatly packed with new boxes of tea. A big thank you to this company and their staff. Hats off to them 👏🏽

Taylors Assam Tea one of the best in the market. Difficult to find in supermarkets in Italy so buy it online - Amazon or whoever! Great tea!
