Amazing workers!! The food is always so delicious, the atmosphere is calming but fun. Never disappoint! They pass on information to help you get the best deal also!!

Yum!! The food smelled so good I forgot to take a picture before we ate! As you can see from the photo, we enjoyed our meal a lot. We had the salmon feast and the chicken kebab dinner. The salmon was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The roasted potatoes had onions tossed in and were delicious. The cucumber salad was crisp and very tasty. The two chicken kebabs were nicely seasoned. We got the rice and Caesar salad and both were very good. Fresh Parmesan on the ceasar. Food is delicious and a whole lot healthier than fast food for not a whole lot more money than a junk food combo meal. This is a great place to get a healthy meal for a reasonable price - it is a GREAT VALUE. They have an outdoor patio, too. We’ll be eating here a lot more.

Great food!!! The Salmon is one of my favorites!! Everything I've tried on the menu is delicious! I highly recommend this establishment! You won't be disappointed!

So we will see if the experience gets better tomorrow when I go to get my money back. Completely did not get the order correct. This was supposed to be 2 lamb dinners and a chicken wrap. Got steak and not much of that with 3 day old 1 piece of pita each and 3 forks worth of rice each. This for the reasonable price of almost 60 dollars. I will say it was near closing but it took 15 minutes to get it so I would have expected it to be correct.

I was visiting from Dallas and absolutely loved the service. Francis was such a great help, she suggested so many great things on the menu. I had the lamb burger, it was delicious along with the cucumber and tomato salad. Definitely will try the one in my area all because of Francis. If I’m ever here again, I’ll be sure to visit.

Hadn’t been in awhile and we will be back this week. Started with friendly service as well as getting food quick. We got 3 chicken gyros and they were great. Roasted red potatoes a hit as well as pasta salad. Great job!

The hummus was out of this world. It left me feeling like I had washed upon the shore of a greek island. The greek salt on the table changed the way I see the world as I know it. This was truly an outstanding cultural experience. The lemon soup was not lacking in lemon. Also a fantastic option.

We noticed Lynn right off the bat and what a great employee he is for this place. Give this man a raise and keep him around! Food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, always met with a smile by employees. One of our go to places to eat in the Franklin/cool springs area. 10/10 recommend.

We needed dinner for an impromptu gathering with friends. So on our way home from volunteer work, we ordered Taziki's feast for 6 by mobile. The Chicken kabobs, potatoes and asparagus was a huge hit including those who had never tried Mediterranean food. Delicious. My fav thing is the whipped feta.

Can't say enough great things about this restauran. Staff is warm and friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing. No matter what you order, you can guarantee that it will be on point. Menu options are as affordable as most fast food restaurant, but actually filling and healthy. Family friendly and wait times are almost nonexistent!

We were in the mood for Mediterranean food like gyros and kabobs. While walking down the street in Franklin we came across this little restaurant. There were quick to take the order and just as quick to serve it up. The food was good. I had the chicken kabobs on rice, and it was very flavorful. My wife had the lamb gyro, and I took a bite, it was great. The place is fairly small, so if you're going to eat there, you might want a reservation.

I love their salmon! My family loves their lamb and shrimp. Taziki's has a great variety of food to choose from. Honestly we've never had a bad meal. Highly recommend!

I am obsessed with this place. The hummus with soft pita is to die for! If you are hungry, I highly recommend the grilled chicken feast with the basmati rice and Mediterranean salad. It is SO GOOD! Give this place a try if you haven't already!

Only once have we had a problem at this Taziki and the manager contacted me to make sure the issue had been resolved. Honestly one of my favorite restaurants for quick service and consistently great food. They always have our food ready before the promised time when we order on the app.

I love Mediterranean food, I just don't love it from Taziki's. The food is so bland and lackluster here. I refuse to order the chicken as the last several times I have it's so tough a steak knife couldn't cut it. Today I ordered the salmon in attempting to find something good, but it was beyond overcooked. I watch a lot of Masterchef and am fearful of what Gordon Ramsey would say about that salmon if he ever put eyes on it. Catered from here on many occasions as well and it's not any better. The Greek salad is good and fresh ingredients, but I would caution you against putting a protein on it. All in all, there are better options in town if this is the cuisine you're looking for.

Rating solely based on food as I have only gotten food to-go. We always get the salmon and it is sooo good. Love to have a healthy option when I don't feel like cooking and this definitely hits the spot!

The fish sandwich was great. Nothing like a fresh piece of fish. Not like any fast food place. The lamb gyro was good. It should come with Taziki sauce but I guess you have to ask for it. The side greek salad was also a great side option.

Taziki's is one of our favorite quick healthy meals for lunch or dinner. I love how reasonably priced the kids chicken feast is for such a healthy meal. Don't miss out on the sautéd veggies as a side with any meat feast plate. They are SO GOOD. The only vegetables I would gladly eat as a meal even if they did not come with meat. Cooked to be crisp with a fantastic spice blend.

One of our favorite spots because food is awesome but the staff makes this place great. Always a smile and phenomenal service. Will forever suggest the pesto chicken or the normal gyro but baklava is a must.

Lots of chicken and lamb in their gyros. They don't skimp! We like a lot of taziki sauce so we ordered extra. Very clean and very fast.

I've never ever had a bad experience at the Cool Springs location, which is my normal go to. The food is great, the staff is always friendly, and the food comes out first and hot.

I swear this is the worst Taziki location. I only go here because it's close to where I live. Every time I get food here, there's a problem. They either get the order totally wrong or they forget parts of the order, like the pita, or the correct dressing...or you wait forever for your food. In fact, while I was there tonight, a woman came in to pick up her take-out order and she discovered that they forgot to give her a soup that she ordered. I don't know what the employee said to her about it, but I heard her reply and she told him that she had already paid for it and that it was on her receipt. Tonight takes the cake though. Not only did the girl taking my order get it wrong but then asked me to pay the difference because my order cost more than the one she mistakenly gave me. Wow! That's just poor business practice. I've been a business owner and if you make a mistake, you own it. You never allow the customer to suffer more than they already have. Your job is to provide an exceptional experience to your patrons and if you screw up, then you do whatever it takes to make that customer happy. The customer should not be penalized for your error. Also, when you walk into this Taziki location, it's sometimes uncomfortable. It's like you're walking into a party full of people you don't know. The table that sits where the main menu resides, is usually full of workers who are chatting up a storm and laughing, as are the people working in the kitchen. It's loud and exclusive and it seems they're more focused on themselves instead of focusing on their customers, and their constant errors are the result. I won't be returning to this Taziki location and neither will my family!

Love the food and seating at this Taziki's, but please for the love of God can you remove that plug-in air freshener right underneath the ordering/paying area?! #1, it is SUPER TOXIC and #2, who wants to smell some fake scent when you have all that delicious food cooking? I really wish you would use something natural to scent the bathrooms, but at least don't use those outside of the bathrooms!!

My 10-year old grandson gets a pat on the back for encouraging me to come to this restaurant. He and the family have visited here quite a few times over the past 3 or 4 years and it has become one of his favorite restaurants in Franklin. It's his "go-to" when asked to choose a place for the family for a casual lunch. Today he brought me here and I was not disappointed. To begin the visit - we received prompt, courteous service. Then we dove into an app of super lemony and smooth hummus with warm pita triangles. Winner-winner at lunch or dinner. My grandson chose his "regular" Child's Feast of tender and moist grilled chicken, basmati rice, and fruit. He loved it as always. Others in our party of four had a Grilled Chicken Pesto gyro (a nod to the Italian member of the family), Char-grilled Lamb, cooked to pink perfection with rice and Greek salad. (My wife thought she'd take part of this nicely-sized lunch home, but finished the entire thing before realizing what she had done!) I had the Monday special: Grilled Chicken breast with Portobello - I'm always on the lookout for mushrooms with anything - red peppers, and mushroom butter on a kaiser bun. The sandwich normally comes with swiss cheese, but I chose to forego that today. The chicken was great! And I also had a cup of the highly seasoned (tarragon?) lemon-rich, Greek Lemon and Chicken with Rice soup, savory and satisfying. I think I'll nominate my grandson for a 4-star Yelp Award - Junior Division.

We normally go to the mom and pop Greek restaurants but had a coupon so gave this place a try. We got the lamb wrap and chicken kabob with the pita tazkiki appetizer. Tried to find a clean table but settled for the least dirty one that had remnants of a sticky substance that we attempted to clean. Food didn't take too long despite a fair amount of people dining in and a large amount of pick up orders going out. The wrap was dry with no sauce of any kind. The tomato cucumber salad was good. The chicken kabobs were good but again could've used WAY more taziki sauce than the 2-tablespoons container. We didn't receive our pita taziki app and I was never offered a receipt which was odd how it was on the fancy electronic register. Looking back I should've asked for one but figured such a small order was safe. I asked the server and she inquired only to inform me we weren't charged for it. All in all it was ok but left me still hungry for Greek food having felt like it was a miss. I've had catered meals from Tazikis for work functions and they were excellent but something is amiss when placing separate entrees.

I had a terrible experience today when picking up my to-go at this Cool Springs location. I accidentally ordered at a further location which is Cool Springs. So it took me more than 30 minutes to get there. Went in and did not find my food. The lady who worked at the pick-up station said scoffed at me and said: "You ordered an hour ago." I was like: "Ok, but where is my food?" The short hair lady named Tammy I believe, said that someone took the order, did you ask someone to pick up?" Wow, never look for drama but here it comes. She gave me this attitude where if you come late then you asked for it?! Like what?! This was so uncalled for and so disrespectful. I said, I paid for my food! There are others people food still here, Idk for how long but why you have that attitude with me?! Anyway, she told her colleagues and manager to remake a new order which I had no complaints about. While her manager was making the food, that lady (Tammy) kept saying: "it was ordered an hour ago!" Wow, I've never seen someone so butthurt over food. If you leave food at the pick-up station and someone stole/took it, why is it my fault? So, I decided to ask around what her name was, she scoffed at me again and refused to give me her name! Is that guilt that I'm sensing? Eventually, the manager came to ask me what the matter was, I said I did not deserve this disrespect! The Tammy lady tried to talk back and scoffed at me again but the manager told her to stop it. Please don't come here ever! Worst choice of my life lol. The taziki sauce was saltier than necessary.

The worst meal I've had in Nashville. It was tasteless, cold and not worth the visit. I'm not a posting person, however this was taking time to tell othes...go somewhere else. Staff was inconsiderate and restaurant dirty. It's not worth 1 star.

The food was amazing! Had the Veggie plate with a side of Chicken and it was beyond expectations. The vegetables were marinated to perfection and the chicken was tender and juicy. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for an amazing service and food during these weird COVID times.

My favorite location! Me and my family love to come here, the food is always fresh and consistent. My favorite is the beef gyro with the pasta salad. My mom really enjoys the chicken pesto gyro.

Prices have escalated out of control for the portions of food. Two salads and drinks - and a 20% tip - landed an over $40.00 lunch. Did I mention, salads? Won't be returning.

I enjoy the food however on several occasions I have requested a glass of wine and they said that they can't serve wine. The wine is on a lovely display and the even have wine Wednesday. Unacceptable

One of my favorite quick go to places! Food is HEALTHY and flavorful! The service is quick, and my order has always been correct. Only complaint is once in a while they don't cook the chicken well enough and it's got a pink spot or two, but they correct it immediately (every tazikis has had that issue because they are actually making your food to order!!!). We eat here at least once a month, and the whole family loves it.

Update: after emailed their store email, they offered to refund our order. I appreciate the customer service and trying to rectify the situate. Not happy with the curbside service AT ALL! Point blank, don't offer it if you aren't going to actually do it. I arrived and checked in at 6:25 and no one had brought out the order so I called at 6:35 and the guy confirmed the car I was in and said "I'll be right out". Fast forward to 6:50 I got fed up waiting so I went in only to find my order sitting in the pick up area COLD because no one brought it out. Very disappointed that my $40 order was cold by the time I got the food.

Haven't been here in a long while and everything we ordered was great. The restaurant was kept very clean and everyone is very friendly. Definitely will return

I was really pleased to find this restaurant in Franklin. It's right in the center of old town Franklin and has very good Mediterranean food. Love the appetizers and their lamb plate is to die for. Grilled veggies, spicing, pita bread, roasted potatoes all YUMMY! And as a bow to being in the South, even their Pimento cheese is out of this world good. They have nice big booths, quick delivery to your table once you put your order in at the counter. Friendly servers. Hey... this is all good stuff. Their food is a healthy and tasty departure from the predominance of southern cuisine and BBQ. Love that stuff though I may, it's nice to tuck into some grilled lamb or gyros.

This is my first time at the restaurant and upon first glance, it looks very clean and spacious. I placed a to go order at the restaurant and didn't have to wait very long since it was well past noon. The menu is quite extensive as well but I decided to go with a beef gyro sandwich with roasted potatoes as my side of choice. I was actually surprised when I opened my box of food because they also added a side of potato chips. So I'm not sure if the sandwich comes with one or two sides but I got two. I was very pleased with the taste and quality of the beef strips (comparable to size of beef fajita strips) in my sandwich. I was expecting thinly sliced pieces of meat like at Greek gyro shops, however, these strips were really tender! The sauce or spread on the sandwich was also very good and I could taste a bit of garlic which I love. It's definitely a place I would go again and even recommend to others.

This location is by far my favorite! The food is amazing and comes out very quick! I love that I can sit in the restaurant on my lunch break and eat and chat with the friendly employees! Would highly recommend for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner!

Don't come here looking for traditional Greek food. The closest they come is a Gyro plate. I ordered the Greek salad which came with a pita chip (yes one chip) Salad was good sized but more lettuce than anything else. I've never had lettuce on my Greek salads in Athens. Should be cucumbers red onions olives tomatoes fresh basil garlic pepper with a topping of feta. Good basic salad but not Greek. Two small Greek olives and 1 small pickled pepper. Would only recommend as a salad stop.

If you are looking for a yummy, affordable and health meal, look no further. Taziki's offers a menu that is entice and leaves your tastebuds dancing. What I love about this place is their natural and non processed food. It's nice to have a healthy option! Both times I have dined here, I got the same thing. The grilled chicken feast. This came with grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, a greek salad and taziki sauce. I love dipping my grilled chicken in the sauce (it's this cucumber yogurt sauce!). My friend got the grilled salmon and rice and loved it. I will be dining at this place often! They also have great family sized options!

Tasty, inexpensive Mediterranean restaurant for lunch or dinner. Local chain restaurant with a casual vibe. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Clean. Appreciate the restaurant's efforts to accommodate my friend's gluten allergy by offering the humus plate with veggies, instead of pita. In addition to the humus, I had the delicious Mediterranean salad with grilled Tilapia.

So me and my friend were having a day out and we were so hungry by the time we finished shopping and we had been to the one in Nashville and so we were so excited that Taziki's was right down the road. So we decided to stop in for a little lunch. We walked in, and the food smelled amazing. Looked amazing and we were so excited then it all went downhill. We order food and nothing was necessarily out of the ordinary. No one was overly friendly, but what can you say it is a Saturday after the holidays. And then we get a table we put our number up and we sit and wait for our food like anyone else then a middle aged man brought us our food. Without warning, he slammed the food on the table and says that we didn't put our number up soon enough and he was walking around looking for us we put a number on the holder the moment we sat at the table. So why and how he was walking around looking for us confused, we do not know. And then after he slammed our food down as if that wasn't enough, he rips the number out of its holder and slams the holder down on the table and then, just as we were going to ask for sauce for our food he turns and stomps away from our table. If this is how you treat your customers we will not be returning. Food was great but not worth being treated like we were. Nashville it is.
