Google
Hunter is the best. We came to Taziki‘s for my mom‘s birthday and we felt very welcomed and very well taken care of. Hunter took out order and was very knowledgeable about the menu. He also checked in on us multiple times during our meal making sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would come again And ask for Hunter. If he’s not the manager, he should be!!!

Google
Wonderful Mediterranean spot! Wife is not one to branch out and try new stuff, but she did here. She got the Gyro with chicken. She even had the pita and hummus. Chicken was juicy and not dried out. Hummus was well seasoned and not blah. They gave us both regular and baked pita bread. I got the Lamb Burger. I was craving a gyro, but the outside advertisement showed a lamb burger with spicy pimento cheese. I highly recommend this dish. Absolutely delish!

Google
The crew did a great job prepping our dinner with hearty, chunky chicken full of flavor! We were glad to get this weekend's chicken gyro special! Good stuff!

Google
I have been dining at Tazikis in Hermitage for years and they have been consistently PERFECT every time I eat there. The food is perfect, the staff is amazing and a special thank you to Shirley, the manager, for being so kind to me and my dog, Lilly who enjoys their wonderful chicken twice a week. It's honestly one of the best places I've ever been to and I really really appreciate them. I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves the best review possible.

Google
Great spot for a delicious nutritious dinner. We love the Build a Feast dinner option. The Greek salad dressing is our fave. Their sauces are made in house and are delectable. Michael took our order and went the extra mile for us. We will be back. 😊

Google
We got there right when they opened on a Saturday. Phenomenal customer service, clean restaurant and bathrooms and the food was so good. I highly recommend!

Google
Cafe serves Mediterranean style food, chicken, beef, lamb and fish dishes. I had the Tilapia, rice and Mediterranean salad which was very good. Eat in or take out. Reasonable prices and parking available.

Mary Fish

Google
Quick and accurate service. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Couple of outdoor tables with umbrellas. Mediterranean salad was crisp and fresh. Chicken was juicy and not dry. Hummus tasted like homemade with warm pita, enough to share. Tomatoes and cucumber salad was fresh and had flavor. Not sure if they buy local produce but that would make it even better.

Yelp
We ate this location early in the week. The food was great. Restaurant was very clean. Employees were so nice. We will definitely be back

Robin G.

Yelp
EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality and amount you get. I got the feast with chicken. The chicken had a strange texture and taste and no flavor. It tasted more like boiled chicken than anything else I can think of. It has NO spices whatsoever. NONE. The salad was fresh but mainly lettuce. It lacked the candied pecans and some other things it was to have. The rice was very sour like it had been soaked in lemon juice. My husband got the lamb feast. The lamb came in steak form and was not shaved, and it didn't taste like lamb. We asked if it was beef and they said no that they don't shave their lamb and not shaving it is the real way it is done in Greece. They said shaving it came from Chicago. But we couldn't find anything on the internet to support that claim. The location and venue is nice. The food is lacking and overpriced.

Yelp
Some good, some not good at all. Good: Chicken Greek soup was actually very good. Small bowl for $6. I get it, inflation, etc. Basmati rice side dish, very tasty, good size portion. Bad: Lamb Gyro. About the size of a taco. Lamb was overcooked on two sandwiches, greasy, and grilled onions made it worse. The actual Tzatziki was below average. The Gyro meat is not from a spit like tradtional Mediterranean (Greek) restaurants. Extremely disappointed with the above issues and overall size of the Gyro wrapped up in paper. Not sure how this place survives other than perhaps the locals dont know good Greek food. Two sandwiches and two drinks and a small bowl of soup with top $42. I usually dont tip counter top orders, but felt like doing so as it was somewhat of a restaurant atmosphere. I wont go back. Its just really bad and expensive.

Yelp
Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Quiet but comfortable. Fast and friendly service. I've always enjoyed the food. No complaints.

Yelp
**Edited: The manager (Yandel?) called multiple times to harass me because of my review. A heavily accented "Leh me tell you suuuu-thing" is not how you address someone who's paid money for a service. Added are the calls and the beginning of the police report I'm currently filing** Twice have I come here for curbside service. Twice have I been outside for an absorbent amount of time. The manager just claimed he didn't know I was out there, yet I've been here for 30 minutes with hazard lights on. And I sent the restaurant notification twice online. He also lied: he saw the car with the hazard lights on, pointed at the car, laughed, and hid behind the wall. If he was afraid of a woman in a vehicle, he should've said as such. He also said he couldn't deliver the food curbside because I was on the phone. He wasn't alone. Two workers were standing while another was cooking. My food had been sitting there for 15 minutes sans an attempt at delivery. Again, as the manager, he hid: he could've brought the food out, but sent a teenager instead. I shall contact the corporate office because this is unacceptable service: a lying manager who's afraid of women needn't have a customer-facing job.

Yelp
Staff here was really helpful and the food was great quality. The store was super clean as well. Solid fast casual option!

Yelp
Has great options for salads. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you.

Yelp
Great little diner. Parking lot was a bit small due to other businesses. Good quality food with generous portions. Very clean.

Yelp
I visited this location at lunch and it seemed to be fairly busy. I placed my order for a chicken gyro, tomato and cucumber salad, and extra tatziki sauce at the counter, then I took my table number and settled into a booth. It did not take long for my food to arrive. Unfortunately I did not receive my extra tatziki (for which I was charged), but other than that the food was good. There was lots of meat on my gyro, but it was big slices and so they wanted to fall out while I was eating. The cucumber and tomato salad was good. Gyro plates are also served with chips. I'm not a big chip fan, and I wish you could substitute a different side instead, but I ate some of them. Overall, Taziki's is a decent spot for lunch if you are in the area. I might try one of the platters or salads if I return.

Yelp
If you take a look at the picture posted, there is a black rubber piece. Looks like some type of rubber stopper. This was inside my boyfriend's chicken roll-up. It was NOT an olive. It was hard and stretchy. Even the "manager" stretched it to ensure it wasn't an olive. Because my boyfriend ate 1/2 of his 2 sides and 1.5/4 of his chicken roll-ups, the "manager" decided it was was enough food to not deem worthy of a refund after even he acknowledged there was this mysterious object IN the food. Not even a partial refund. No refund was given about his food at all. He refunded my order considering I ate 2 bites of my sandwich and left the side they also messed up. I ordered 2 sides of pasta salad and got 1 side of potatoes. The "manager" let us know there was no one else above him and could not provide any contact number besides the store number. He said there was no corporate, but he does not own the store, but refused any contacts. He just kept repeating "that's all I can do." It's not about the money, it's about making things right especially not knowing the repercussions if he was too ingest it. Do better for the next people, because we'll make sure we don't come back while it's under it's current "management".

Yelp
Yum! Ordered the grilled chicken basil pesto gyro with the pasta salad and was very impressed. I'm not a huge lamb lover so was hesitant to try a gyro but when I saw that they offered chicken I had to try it. So glad I did! The basil pesto was delicious. The chicken was a little dry but still tasty so I would definitely order again. The pasta salad tasted fresh and was filling. Overall I'd give it a solid 9/10 (the staff could've been friendlier) but if you're looking for quick Mediterranean meal I highly recommend visiting.

Yelp
For a chain Taziki's is pretty awesome. I especially love their Mediterranean salad with Lamb and eat it pretty often

Josh D.

Yelp
Food is usually decent. The employees are awful. Rude. Took my order and acted like I was interrupting him. Not pleasant and act like they couldn't care less about you. Set food on table abruptly and walked away. Didn't say a word. Will never see another dollar from me. And I will make sure to inform as many people as possible. 14 year olds at Chic Filet should train these jerks. And after they train your employees, they will say "It's my pleasure". Too many options...go somewhere else.

Momma S.

Yelp
The family meals are a great deal. Healthy, fresh food. Decent service. Usually pretty expedient as well. One of my favorites.

Lawrence G.

Yelp
I've been to several locations in the Nashville area and the quality is consistently great. I had the chicken kabobs recently, after several times getting the Greek salad with grilled salmon. O so good!
google avatar

Filipe F.

Yelp
Great vegetarian choices. Service is good for a order behind bar style. My choice of food this time was not enough to give a 5 stars but the veggie plate was well done. And the hummus was super tasty. Will try the hummus trio next time. I would definitely return to this location.

Yelp
Visiting area and did pick up for 4. Three had lamb gyros, the other a Greek salad. All who had gyros felt they were bland, we ordered extra taziki sauce but the 1 little container wasn't enough for all. There was no feta cheese on the gyros and the lamb was more chunky than shaved, a was marinated very lightly. Salad was ok but not lots of ingredients. Understand that area chain... we will stick to locals where the typical quality and authenticity is on point.... disappointing. After posting this review I got a comment from the manager, they are a Mediterranean Southern restaurant.... sorry if it isn't a gyro don't call it a gyro!
google avatar

Liraz F.

Yelp
Terrible service. This is not the first time that an order was canceled last minute after being put in well before their cut off time. Leaving me scrambling for last minute options. Best part is they didn't tell me that they were canceling the order. They just did nothing with it. Too many options for businesses, who actually want business. Will not give them another chance to screw up my day.
google avatar

Yelp
I honestly like Taziki's very much... food is delicious and the atmosphere is like a great high end fast food place. The only thing I would really would love them to be more careful of is the lemon. Like I'm the person that love citrus but if I say it's too much... well trust me, It's too much. Potatoes are most of the time very food but I have lately in this location to be very very acidic. Also the hummus, and for meto day that is very rare. I eat a lemon or a lime by itself and think is delicious... yeah. Still very demand I will definitely come back even though I will get surprised (disappointment) every blue moon.

Kevin C.

Yelp
great staff! very friendly, clean environment, the food came out quick and was delicious , they have very generous portions
google avatar

Yelp
The Lamb & Skordalia Gyro is delicious!! If you like lemon definitely try the soup too. I hate that I can't remember the young lady's name who assisted us but she was great! Good food and even better service. I have no complaints and will most definitely return.

Yelp
I was pretty surprised to find out this place is a National chain because it doesn't taste like it, at all. We ordered the Chicken Kabob Feast for 4. It was huge and so well put together. The side salad was beautiful and delicious. They have us a ton of dressing for it (on the side), which I appreciate. The kabobs are juicy and flavorful. We got an extra side of Grilled Veggies and it was a generous portion and really well seasoned. The only thing that I didn't care for was the basmati rice. It was a little lemony(?) and I hadn't experienced that flavor in Mediterranean rice before. But it's worth mentioning my sister said the flavor in the rice was her favorite part. We loved it. Filling, delicious, healthy and consistent. We'll absolutely be back!
google avatar

Kristen S.

Yelp
When it comes to chain restaurants you pay for the consistency of service throughout. Taziki's fits that bill to a T. They are a traditional Greek style place with great portion and excellent service. I have been to a few around and they have never failed me. Always consistent and I truly appreciate that.

Tesha L.

Yelp
I ordered the feast for 6 and found a dead fly in my salad. I didn't want to eat any of the other food I purchased.
google avatar

Shelly S.

Yelp
Seriously the BEST salmon in town!! I am addicted to the Mediterranean salad with the salmon, so worth the price. Service is always great as well

kath m.

Yelp
Love the food! We live in NY When we babysit our grands, in Mt Juliet,so our kids can have date night, we always order tazikis Never disappoints

Renee M.

Yelp
The Franklin TN location is a must every visit & a great healthy alternative to fast food! My sister eats there every week. They know her by name (& she knows them) & her 'usual' order! I can't wait til they, hopefully, open one in Cincinnati area!

Benji B.

Yelp
The food was mediocre: barely had a taste. Don't make this restaurant your first choice.
google avatar

Diana G.

Yelp
We had a hankering for some Mediterranean and so we stopped here after our visit to The Hermitage. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a gyro chicken wrap. I requested the potatoes as a side and my guy had the tomato-cucumber salad. My sandwich and his gyro were delicious, but the sides were less than great. The potatoes were just slightly roasted with not much flavor to them and his salad had basil in it. Basil does not go into a Mediterranean tomato-cucumber salad...maybe parsley, but not basil. We didn't finish the sides, but we finished the rest. The food was served quickly and the customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Yeah, I'd go again.

Natasha T.

Yelp
II've never had a such a terrible experience at any restaurant until today. I ordered the chicken gyro and the side of potato chips and pasta. I wanted a to substitute the chips for a side of fruit. The employee told me it would be an extra $2.50. I said that okay and I received my order to go. After I left the restaurant I had a bite of gyro and realized it was dry and Luke warm. The pita bread was not soft. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and the non manager told me I am not giving you a refund you are mad about the fruit. I proceeded to tell her yes she would give me a refund and I will return the food. She said I will give you a refund but don't come back. Don't worry I won't!

Yelp
I think the night we went must've been an off night for the kitchen. More on that in a moment. We were going to order on the mobile app, but this Hermitage location wasn't listed on the app. Which I find a little odd, seeing that this location has been here for nearly two years. We instead called the location to order. We ordered some hummus, the chicken gyro with pasta salad, and the chicken basil & pesto gyro with pasta salad. They told us it would be about 15 minutes. We popped into the restaurant about 8ish & walked right up to the pickup order area. Our food was ready and bagged up. I paid and left, it was only about a 30 second transaction, very fast. We checked to make sure all of the food was in the bag on the way home and noticed the hummus was actually cooked potatoes, with pita bread. We turned around and went back to the store. They were very apologetic and got the hummus for us. When we got home, we noticed that what was written on top of the to go containers, didn't match up with what was in the box, luckily both things went to the same house and we just swapped plates. The hummus was runnier than I've had before at other Taziki's. The pasta salad was good, it's hard to mess that up. The chicken in both of the gyros was room temperature, I don't know if they normal serve the chicken warm, but I'd think they'd serve it cold if that is how they did things, not room temperature. We were both stuffed with the amount of food we got. I think next time I will stick to the Friday - Sunday special of the balsamic chicken pasta salad.

Lindsey M.

Yelp
I went in here to order a Lamb burger for the first time and my usual Greek salad with Salmon. I was very very disappointed this time with my order. Lamb burger was drenched in Taziki sauce so I couldn't taste the Lamb. My salad had old wilted and brown lettuce on it. The lettuce was obviously not fresh! I picked out so much of the lettuce that I was pretty much left with salmon, onions, and red peppers.

Laura H.

Yelp
The roasted vegetables have little pieces of meat in them. They must be using the same grill to cook everything and aren't cleaning it well. It's pretty disappointing because this is supposed to be a vegan/vegetarian friendly restaurant. I didn't notice until after I had already eaten a few bites.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
I love love love Taziki's and with takeout/curbside during Covid I'm happy to support! I've always had amazing experience here, and today is no different. They are taking all measures to be sanitary and safe which also makes me feel great about eating here. The rice is so good, and the crunchy pitas! YUM!
google avatar

Kaitlin M.

Yelp
I always enjoy stopping in at a Taziki's location! The food is super fresh and perfectly prepared. They have great specials on drinks ( 1/2 price wine on Wednesdays!) I see a lot of people ordering to-go and while I appreciate that option, I prefer a sit down experience. Fast service, amazing food and an inviting environment! Love this place!
google avatar

Janet P.

Yelp
Not happy that Hermitage didn't deliver. I guess 'covid' is all over with now and 3 miles away is too far. Then the online wouldn't take my gift card. I'm old and caring for my daughter on chemo with cancer so I guess this will be my last time ordering even though there's a couple of extra bucks still on the card. Kids got me the gift card for MD and I know I like the food and I tip big. But, had to send my dtr in law to pick up, so I hope she tips good too. It's those little extras like delivery service when I need it that keeps me coming back.
google avatar

Erica A.

Yelp
I'm giving them four stars because I was really impressed with the way they handled a food safety issue and overall, our service and food were pretty good. My boyfriend ordered the tilapia and it came out undercooked. He sent it back to the kitchen and the server told us that it would be difficult to be undercooked because it is baked before it is grilled. He took the plate and said he would replace it. When he came back, he was honest and said that there was an issue in the kitchen. They had received in the fish (off the truck) late that day and it did not get baked, only grilled. I am sure he fixed the problem in the kitchen. I am thankful for his honesty and his knowledge in how it should have been cooked! Very impressed. The tilapia was WONDERFUL. The chocolate cake was pretty darn good too. The salad and dressing, excellent. The salmon was okay...not a lot of flavor. The rice was boring. I used quite a bit of salt on the salmon and the rice and it helped.
google avatar

Angela B.

Yelp
This may be my new favorite place to eat in Hendersonville. The food was amazing and fresh. Love that all veggies come local farmers. I had the lamb gyro and my daughter had the chicken gyro, both delicious. The atmosphere is amazing, beautifully decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu has many option, great kids menu too. There is something for everyone! The baklava was delicious too! I only gave 4 stars because we were disappointed in the rice. We are a rice loving family and it was a bit too lemony.

Nicole A.

Yelp
Ordered the lamb gyro to go... Was pleased to know they use actual cooked lamb compared to other places who use a lamb/beef weird mixture. It was decent, but could've used a little bit more flavor! I also ordered a baklava dessert and never got it. That was what I was most excited for. Disappointed- due to lack of flavor, and baklava I probably won't be returning unfortunately!
google avatar

Ron Z.

Yelp
An ok Greek joint. Was looking forward to gyro plate. If you had a gyro from Chicago area beware that this is not like the ones up north. Thought the price was kinda pricey and it really was when they brought out the gyro plate! It was good don't get me wrong, but the meat was like beef, not the lamb gyro like I ordered.

Jason B.

Yelp
We will not go back. Stopped by tonight to pick up a to-go order. Stood at the counter and waited 40 minutes for our food. If we had not already paid we would have left. Everyone in the restaurant was mad. And you could hear the cooks screaming at the cashier all over the restaurant.
google avatar

Megan C.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick to-go lunch this past weekend. Ordered a greek salad (easy enough, right?) and waited... and waited... and waited. Noticed the couple who ordered behind me received their to-go order before I did. Finally had mine delivered, and cashier was distracted and working with someone from the cooking staff and had to repeatedly ask me if I wanted flatware. Not a bad experience, just a little annoying to wait 15+ minutes for a salad that is one of their main-sellers, in a restaurant that wasn't too busy. That being said, I'll be returning... but hoping for better service in the future.
google avatar

Deb D.

Yelp
This place is great! Tasty fresh food, plentiful portions. Excellent value and service!

Avery P.

Yelp
Went here with my family before heading to the airport, and ended up ordering the greek salad with the grilled chicken kabobs. The salad was good with really fresh ingredients, but the chicken kabobs were super delicious! The chicken was juicy and very flavorful! Service was friendly and good:)

Alethia G.

Yelp
We love this place! Our first visit to Tazkis was was in Mt. Juliet a few years ago. We were ecstatic that it came to Hermitage! Every time we go for lunch the staff is very polite, courteous, and attentive. My favorite dish-I order it almost every time-is the grilled chicken roll ups. It's a very generous portion. I get the cucumber tomato salad (with feta) or the rice as my side. Both are fantastic! We have also tried the hummus and it's delicious! We usually get the hummus with the soft pita. It's rather large so it's a good appetizer to share for the table. Each time we are there, our drinks are never empty and the staff is very attentive. Our families are from New England and this is our go to place when they visit!
google avatar

Shannon C.

Yelp
Was very good. The lemon soup was delicious. Served with two small pita wedges. The lamb was very juicy and tasty.
google avatar

Mary J.

Yelp
I like you can order online or over the phone. Employees are nice and helpful. The only thing I can say I wish they would correct is sometimes the food doesn't always taste the same meaning either too much seasoning or not enough. Once I got the potatoes and they were over seasoned I couldn't eat them they weren't good at all. My husband and I love the pasta salad. The Greek salad with turkey is delicious. We think the meat can be seasoned better and that would change how often we order here if seasoned better. Chocolate cake is yummy too. I like the design of the store too and think the blue front door is adorable.
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
What can I say? I've never been disappointed with this location. Great food, great smiles at the door, great management and definitely a great atmosphere. Very healthy please as well.
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
Awesome food. Awesome service. Awesome place. My favorite thing on the menu is the turkey club on ciabatta bread with a side of pasta salad. To-go or dine in, it is a favorite in my house. Love the manager there. He is a great guy and will do his best to make sure you have a great experience.
