The food was ok but not recommend this place. Is fully of restrictions. Restrictions: Orders are only submitted by phone. 1) If you are in group, only one person can submit. 2) You are not allowed to divide a meal, you are encouraged to and forced to request your own meal. 3) At paying, you are not allowed to divide the total cost of the full order, they request only one person pay. In summary, if you are in the mood of pass for this kind of situations, this is the right place 👎🏼

Their katsu are nicely fried. Crispy on the outside and the meat is still moist and tender. The sides that comes with the set meal complement the main dishes well. Curry for the kids meal are also well thought of, making sure it’s not spicy and the portion are just nice. Staff are friendly and attentive. No worries if you do not understand Japanese as English menu are available.

We got the Katsu curry with pork tenderloin 100g and Katsudon. The pork loin tasted better than the tenderloin because it had more fat. Overall, the quality of the food isn’t as good as when I first tried it in 2023

Ordered the limited quantity tonkatsu. Thick cut, very tender, crispy. The meat looks pinkish and raw, but it is definitely cooked. I am used to eating the salad with sesame dressing, but they provided another seasoning, which is not to my liking. Overall, I would rate it 3.5/5.

A quick but sumptuous lunch in the restaurant when we wander around in Daimaru. Meet is tender, juicy, and yet crisp on the outside. Sauce or Salt ? I chose light salt, and it just enhanced the flavor. Sides are so nicely matched, too. Service is good.

Solid mid-priced tonkatsu. It’s not going to blow you away but it’s pretty good. On the well-done side but not too chewy and the pickles and soup are quite good. For a huge meal and 2 highballs $25 seems very fair.

Awesome tasting bit of pork with a light crispy coating with a great tasting curry. Great service with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Below average for the price. Ordered the curry katsu tenderloin, the curry was overly thick and harsh, the katsu was warm and a little soggy on the underside. Serving size was pretty filling and will do in a pinch as a meal but falls short of average.
