Holly and team at TBD Foods hosted and catered our absolutely unforgettable rehearsal dinner. Planning the event was so easy thanks to the proactive and responsive communication from Holly. During the event, food was delicious, staff was courteous and quick, and overall we just loved it. For all that we looked forward to our rehearsal dinner, our expectations were completely blown away. Thank you so much TBD Foods for memories we'll cherish as we start our marriage together!

TLDR: Unprofessional, not very gracious with mistakes and disorganized in the proposal process I reached out to TBD Foods in the last week of September 2025 for a wedding in Denver in August 2026. I am from Denver but live in CA currently and am planning from afar. Sent an incredibly detailed inquiry with day-of event timeline by hour, menu ideas, location (just a few blocks from their prep kitchen) and a bit about the event. Received two separate responses from he and his wife, Holly, seeking details already provided in my initial inquiry like guest count, location, time. Sent several emails back and forth clarifying capabilities, menu ideas, rentals etc. and finally had to set up a call in October (initiated by me after many proposal mistakes) to align. There was constant confusion regarding the style of the event and rentals – TBH, the many proposal revisions due to their mistakes maybe should have been the hint this might not be the best fit. But we went ahead! Terrence was late to the call on October 15 but let me know ahead of time and I genuinely didn’t have an issue with it. After aligning, I paid $100 to have a menu tasting on Monday, December 22 when my husband and I would be visiting Denver from CA. So, this is a tasting that has been on the calendar for at least a month. When we arrived at our tasting (after confirming via email the week before and day of) 15 minutes before (6:45p) the scheduled time of 7pm, Terence is irate. Mistakenly, the event in my calendar was in PT (since we live in CA) instead of MT. He says that he refuses to serve us because we have “disrespected him and wasted his time and he has a 4-month-old at home.” He continues to say that we are disorganized and lack care and that in addition to not offering a tasting, he will not put in the effort to cook for our wedding after how we’ve treated him. We are SUPER apologetic – this is something we’ve spent money on, confirmed via email and have been looking forward to. When asked why he didn’t call to check on our arrival time, he said he “doesn’t have my phone number. And you confirmed with Holly so that should have been enough.” Because I filled out an entire inquiry on their website and spoke with him personally to schedule this tasting, it’s BUCK WILD to say that you don’t have my number and think sending an email is problem solving enough. We would have literally hopped in the car and been there in 15 minutes had we been given the courtesy of a phone call. All of this to say, we made a mistake, were very apologetic and were treated super rudely and given no tasting despite paying. 0/10 for TBD Foods.

They were my caterers for my wedding this summer and they went above and beyond! We had an 80 person wedding and the food was absolutely delicious! We did passed apps during cocktail hour that were so yummy and then had a family style dinner. They also were our bartenders and did a fantastic job. They even helped us set up the table decor and do final touches on things which was definitely above the call of duty. Really loved working with them throughout the whole process

I wanted to do something special for my sister and her bridal party a few days before her wedding, as most of the girls were traveling to Denver from out-of-state. I came across TBD Foods and their excellent reviews, and it seemed like the perfect thing to do! Holly was so responsive and wonderful in helping me coordinate the menu and wine pairings, and made a few recommendations for where I could rent supplies (table, chairs, glassware, etc. - I ended up going through Colorado Party Rentals). The day of the event, Terence and his team arrived early to set up and then got to work making the most delicious and well-paced meal! I was a little nervous beforehand because my sister's kitchen isn't that big but I didn't have to worry about a thing. We truly had a restaurant experience in the comfort of my sister's home. I was so impressed with the food, the service, and Terence's knowledge. They also left my sister's place sparkling clean! I would recommend them to anyone and would 100% use their services again!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Holly from TBD Events for our wedding, where she was our Wedding Coordinator! She made things feel so easy & relaxed! I am not one to be in the know on all of the wedding traditions and expectations, and came into my first meeting with Holly having zero idea that I needed to have a timeline, having not considered coordinating vendor arrivals or pick up of decor and leftovers at the end of the event! She worked with me to come up with a timeline (and provided recommendations on ordering of things like first dance, dinner, cake cutting, speeches, etc.), reached out to all of my vendors to ensure they were set to show up on time and have everything they need, and was always available. She came to my walk through and took detailed notes, answered questions I'd forgotten the answers to, and really made me feel like this whole wedding thing was a breeze. Day of, she was communicative, showed up early, helped carry things, set up decor, and even helped with getting my dress on. She had safety pins of all sizes and any other miscellaneous thing I may need. I was especially appreciative of her reminding me to drink water! Mid-event, Holly coordinated with the caterers to get me a small plate of desserts just for me to ensure that my husband and I had a chance to taste every treat. At the end of the evening, Holly made sure that all of the food and decor were handled & put into the car to be taken home. I couldn't have been more pleased and would absolutely recommend anyone in the Denver area use TBD Events!

We hired TBD Foods to make brunch for my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it might have been my favorite part of the while weekend! Terence was very responsive and communicative while we were confirming details for the brunch. He graciously accommodated dietary restrictions which I really appreciated! The whole experience was so easy and fun. He was very friendly and talked to us about his background and the company while he was cooking, and also tolerated our bachelorette mimosa-fueled shenanigans. The food was absolutely amazing! High quality, well thought out ingredients. The presentation was beautiful too. You can tell Terence truly loves and cares about what he does! He also cleaned up and even washed our dishes afterwards which was so appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It made our weekend just that much more special. If you are looking for a personal chef, whether for an intimate dinner or big event, I highly recommend TBD Foods.

Wow we loved the catering and home cooking experience we had with TBD. the menu was fantastic, the cooking and serving was also just top notch. We got to choose exactly what we wanted and had a fabulous evening with family and friends and enjoyed every plate, the politeness and careful serving of the staff, and the entire evening. Would highly recommend and we will use them again!

TBD Foods was very easy to work with in planning and executing a baby shower brunch buffet. They offered many food options, and everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. We appreciated the attention to detail, professional service and quality of the food. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again next time I am looking for a caterer or private chef!

Yelp
TBD was a great fit for my husband's 80th birthday bash! I'm unsure how they managed to pull it all together, but everyone was raving about the food. A seafood boil, with added clams & lobster, was the chosen hit for the birthday guy! Holly & Chef Terrence were very accommodating with special requests. (NOTE: adding lobsters -- may want to request TBD to pre-cut tails and mallet-crush claws for easier eating.) Guests mistakenly ate a special brownie-stacked birthday cake before the presentation, but Chef Terrence jumped in, salvaged, and created a 'deconstructed' cake with candles that served and entertained us well! Big thanks to Holly & Chef Terrence, owners of TBD, and event staff. You're wonderful small business purveyors who work hard and deliver a memorable culinary experience. Continued success!

Yelp
We had such a wonderful experience with TBD Foods -- everything from the initial phone call all the way through to the clean up after our meal. The chef and bartender were lovely, and the food was SO delicious. Can't recommend these folks enough!

Yelp
TBD did a superb job in providing complete service for my husband's 70th birthday party in my home. From the beginning planning to the event dinner, everything went smoothly. All communication with Holly was easy. She was accommodating and efficient. Wendy and Terence came to our home with all cooking utensils, serving dishes, and the delicious food. They were a great team. Throughout the evening, Wendy consulted me on the timing of all the food. I couldn't have been more pleased. It was a wonderful evening, thanks to TBD!

Yelp
There were many things about TBD Foods that attracted me to them when I considered catering choices for an event. The freshness of their menu, variety of health-conscious, flavorful options, locally sourced ingredients and commitment to donating leftover food from catering events to Open Door Ministries solidified them as my choice. We chose boxed lunches and grain bowls for our training course. It fit the dietary and mobility needs of our participants perfectly. Boxed lunches may not sound incredible. Arguably, it depends on who makes them. If it's TBD Foods, expect satisfying, flavorful, and comforting creations like the lunchbox treats you remember from childhood or the gourmet delights featured in Lessons with Chemistry. Also, Holly was incredibly patient, professional, supportive and efficient. We look forward to booking them again. Thank you, TBD.

Yelp
Sullivan's Scrap Kitchen has a warm and inviting feel as if you're having dinner with friends or family in their dining room. This year we rented out the entire restaurant for our annual company Christmas party. The staff was friendly and fun. The entire experience was charming. The food was chef inspired with unique flavors. Each course was brought out family style one course at a time. The portions were small which allowed us to eat multiple courses without getting too full. The craft cocktails and cocktails were absolutely amazing just like the food! Best company party yet. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Lexie C.

Yelp
Wow, we had the BEST experience hosting an intimate dinner at Sullivan Scrap Kitchen. Holly was a joy to work with - so responsive and accommodating, even with late changes and varied dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and so thoughtfully sourced and prepared. We love their mission! The service was top-notch and we felt welcome and comfortable in the space. Best of all, we got great feedback from our out-of-town guests. Thank you, thank you, Holly + team!

Yelp
We hired TBD for a small Christmas dinner party in our home. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Holly helped us plan the perfect assortment of food for our meal. Chef Terence is professional and friendly and made himself at home in our kitchen. The food was outstanding. Our guests raved about each selection. We will definitely use TBD again. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable night.

Yelp
My wife and I booked this vendor to cater the dinner at our wedding in Evergreen, CO. The service that these folks provide is, to say the least, fantastic and well worth the cost. The owner himself showed up to make our meal, prepackaging some food while preparing other food fresh on site to maintain quality. I was skeptical that a buffet-style dinner was going to be very good, let alone something elegant enough for a wedding. Boy, was I wrong! The food was quite good, very fresh, and presented with style and attentiveness to detail. Holly and her husband (the chef) were nothing but transparent and honest with us the whole time about what they could do within our budget. They were flexible on multiple fronts and didn't give us a hard time for every little request or ask. The service staff who came to assist with the dinner (one waitress and one bartender) were extremely professional, hardworking, and friendly. The waitress was on top of everything immediately and even made my wife and me, plates of food, seeing how busy we were with the festivities and guests. The bartender was polite and eager to serve all the guests. I was honestly shocked by the quality of service that TBD Foods provides. Perhaps I am too cynical but they seem to stand out in an industry that is intimidating and hard to navigate on a tight budget. Highly recommended!

Ann M.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about TBD. We recently had them cater my husband's birthday party and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the staff couldn't have been a better blend of fun, professional, and helpful. We even had two vegan guests, and Terence was able to quickly modify a few of the options to accommodate them. We will definitely be using them again!!

Yelp
Wonderful food and private chef experience. Didn't have to deal with cleaning cooking etc. Holly was very accommodating of our ideas and helped collaborate on a menu very easily. Would use again if back in the Denver area.

Yelp
100% recommend for your event! Terence was so great to work with. We had a group of 8 in Estes Park for a bachelorette and really appreciated the flexibility around TBD Foods willingness to travel and menu selection. I researched and TBD foods definitely had the best pricing for a full course menu + dessert, including travel and prep. Pros: - fast response and flexible with budget/menu (they work with you!) - extremely detailed with menu process (we had 2 pregnant ladies so we appreciated the clarity due to diet restrictions) - timely and fast (set-up and food prep was quick) - FOOD WAS GREAT - AMAZING service; Terence was aware and attentive during our dinner (checked-in on how we were, timed each course perfectly) and even cleaned EVERYTHING after (dishes, wiped things down, etc) NO CONS. I would say our group is a pretty picky bunch when it comes to food choice, quality and service and everyone was 100% satisfied and blown away. THANK YOU TBD FOODS!

Meghan A.

Yelp
We had TBD cook for our bachelorette party this past weekend and it was FANTASTIC!! Chef Logan was so fun and easy to work with. The food was so good and beyond our expectations. The process of setting up the chef and choosing the menu was also easy as well. Highly recommend TBD Foods!

Yelp
WOW! We had TBD Foods come over to our AirBNB to cook a dinner for my mother's 60th birthday. Living out of state, it was so easy to work together via email on the menu and everything really came together. My brother and his wife decided they wanted to stay last minute and Terence was very accommodating. The food was amazing, I can't even choose my favorite course because they were all delicious. I would love to use TBD Foods again next time I'm in Denver for something special!

Yelp
Shout out to Holly and the catering team for the brunch we hosted as a post wedding event! We were pleased with the quality of the food, presentation of the meal and the exemplary service of the staff! Highly recommend TBD Foods!

Yelp
Look no further! These guys are incredible! They cooked us a delicious brunch and set up a beautiful tablescape for my husband's birthday. Brisket benedict with a chili and cheddar biscuit, brisket, poached eggs and smoked Hollandaise - absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Will definitely be calling them again!

Yelp
Fantastic experience! I relied on YELP to help find a caterer for a 60 person fund raising event in a private home. I liked what I read about TBD Foods and found my experience to be the same as other reviewers. They did everything right! We continue to get rave reviews about the food at the event. I'll use the team again for our next catered event! Thank you!!!

Yelp
The food is incredible and the dinners he has in capital hill are so great. He uses local ingredients and puts so much love into what he makes. I highly recommend the dinners he has and him as a caterer.

Jamie B.

Yelp
Logan and the catering team were amazing. They let my sit down party of 18 have a great time and everyone always had a full glass and food in front of them. The appetizers were so yummy, good thing we had to move onto salad, because I could have eaten those all night. The main course along with its sides were delicious. Thank you for all of your hard work. I highly recommend TBD Foods.

Alicia Y.

Yelp
Holly and her team were lovely to work with! We were working with TBD Foods on behalf of our client for two intimate dinners (9-12 people) at a residence. We had a quick turnaround and Holly made the arrangements so easy. The menu options were yummy and very diverse. There were options for everyone with different food preferences. Both dinners went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend TBD Foods for any size party!

Yelp
I hired Terence for a formal 5 course meal for 12 people as a surprise birthday dinner for my boyfriend's 30th. I interviewed a few different companies, and while most people were professional and helpful, I found Terence to be the most consistently responsive, have the broadest array of options and, although pricier overall, worth the money you are paying for the type of affair I wanted. I also worked with events coordinating with Holly who did the decor including finding some great lighting which I ended up keeping in the home because of how great it looked. They were happy to meet with me in home since I thought I could better explain my vision to them there, and it also was easy to accomplish this. Regarding food: everyone was extremely happy. We had one vegetarian, and Terence offered an alternative dish for him each course. My boyfriend and a few of our close friends are very particular about maximizing the experience of the meals they eat, and enjoy most of all unique meals and they were all extremely pleased. Everything tasted excellent and they assisted in pouring wine and making drinks as I had explained. Once the meal started, I had to do very little to keep things going, they created a very good pace and even offered to cut cake and make coffee for everyone at the end of the evening before leaving. Holly and Terence were both extremely professional, very responsive and flexible as ideas/options changed over time. They were a pleasure to have in the home, and did a great job of both being present when needed but slipping into the background to allow us to enjoy the evening. Everything went almost exactly as I planned so I am thrilled and would definitely work with them again.

Yelp
I had to spend Christmas alone due to COVID, but wanted to still get myself a nice Christmas Eve dinner. I ordered from TBD and was not disappointed! Everything was packed up nicely, the pickup process was easy, the reheating instructions were simple, and most of all the food was AMAZING!!

Yelp
We hired TBD for our wedding reception of about 80 people. Even though we live out of state, it was very easy to work with Terrence to sort out all of the details of our event. He was always a call or text away and quick to respond. Our theme was latin food and he was able to create a great little menu for our event. My family also wanted to include our home made empanadas and Terrence was so flexible in working with us to get them baked and transported to the venue. Lastly, I have to add that the flavor of the food was fantastic. Both the chicken and steak were so juicy and flavorful. Overall, Terrence was so easy to work with and I would 100% recommend. Always attentive and even though he had another event on our big night, he made the time to come and check in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Yelp
Terrence and Holly were fantastic from start to finish. We were planning on having our wedding in Hawaii and had to cancel due to 2020 circumstances. With this, we planned a last minute elopement week with a few of our closest friends and family locally in Colorado. I reached out to TBD to plan a few dinners and a brunch, and they could not have been better in their assistance and coordination. They were easy to work with, the food was fantastic and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them for your events!

Yelp
We had TBD cook a family meal for a family holiday gathering this year. And it was a fantastic experience. Terrance was extremely responsive via email to any questions as we prepared for the evening. We were able to work with him to develop a custom menu based on dietary preferences and he also provided wine pairing recommendations. The evening of dinner was extremely easy and straightforward. He took care of cleaning dishes and the kitchen was left sparkling afterwards. Finally, and most importantly, the food was a delicious mix of local ingredients, interesting exotic spices, and various preservations and concoctions that they had made. I can't recommend TBD Foods highly enough!
google avatar

Yelp
TBD Foods did an outstanding job catering our wedding last month! Holly was extremely responsive and worked with us to create a menu we were excited about. The chefs made use of an average kitchen space to cook for our 35 guests and cooked an amazing meal with generous portions for everyone. Our only reservation was related to COVID quirks and may have been more of a miscommunication than anything. Regardless, we still believe they deserve five stars for their service, food quality, and efforts in cleaning and efficiency. Thank you TBD!

Yelp
TBD was amazing to work with! My fiance and I were in CO eloping and we wanted a private dinner after the ceremony. TBD completely blew any expectations I had out of the water! They were very easy to work with and plan the menu. Holly at TBD helped me plan the tablescape and they decorated perfectly! Coming home from the ceremony and already smelling the delicious food was amazing! Everything we had to eat and drink was delicious.

Tawnya L.

Yelp
I was so pleased with the food and service from TBD Foods. I loved being able to customize the menu based on our event. Everything was fresh and so tasty. The chef team was attentive and wonderful to work with. Holly was delightful during the planning and preparation process. Highly recommend for delicious and fresh event catering.

Yelp
Many moons ago during the snowstorm of 2015, I was lucky enough to partake in the Wicked Local Winter Pop Up II with a group of interesting folks from all over. A late cancellation got me off the waitlist and I was in for an adventure and new friends! Being new to this particular pop-up, I did not realize it was a BYOB, but Terence had a few bottles open and my fellow diners shared their wine. That winter night we had parsnip soup, fried kale and risotto and winter ratatouille which were my favorite course from a 5 course menu. The concept of a popup is so unique in that you are up front and close to the chef who serves each course. Terence clearly has a passion for these dinners and enjoys having likewise folks share in his passion. Last night, I finally made it back for a second take and this time he had a guest chef, Marianne, whose popup dinners I have had the pleasure to experience recently. Well Terence and Marianne are a great combo. There menu was the following: Skillet cornbread with homemade honey butter : my friend's brother in law from nebraska saids this bread is as good as his grandmas! Fritter : friggetello pepper, mascarpone, chives Antipasto : served on Marianne's wood board, always presented as a work of art! heirloom tomatoes, pepper puree, gremolata, and homemade bread (check out the photo) Tortellini : amazing smoked blue fish (smokiness totally came through), carrot ricotta stuffed in the tortellini, heirloom tomato base and sprinkled with crispy blue fish skin : Field Greens : fabulous salad of mustard greens, dandelion greens, herbs, frittata and tossed with a perfectly spiced pancetta vinaigrette! My friend who normally does not eat salad thought this was amazing! Skirt steak : wood grilled, kohlrabi puree and charred garlic scapes. Again for Jake who is grew up on a cattle farm remarked this is the best beef he's had since his family stopped raising cattle. The garlic scapes were charred to caramel! Pavlova dessert with orange blossom custard, farm fresh strawberries, kumquat, candied orange rinds. Yum, yum, yum, seconds anyone? Dear yelpers and non-yelpers alike, look for your local pop-up chef/event. For those in Boston, look into TBD Foods! One final bit, it was great to see friends I've met through Terences and it was even better to introduce my friends while making new acquaintances!

Yelp
We had a wonderful family meal for 9 adults and 3 children catered by Terence and one of his associates, Kelly, in a home that we rented for the weekend. Terence was easy to work with on planning the menu, and he had a vast array of locally sourced food options to choose from. These included all kinds of seasonal local meat (e.g., bison, venison, etc.), vegetable (avocado bruschetta) and fruit (peach cobbler) options. On the evening of the meal, the chefs arrived about one hour late, as they were coming from another engagement and had to drive from Denver to Winter Park. However, as we were in a relaxed environment, this did not negatively impact us. When they did show up, they were friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. The first courses (appetizers) were served very quickly. They did a nice job explaining each appetizer and had plentiful quantities to satisfy hungry eaters. The main meal was exceptional. Terrence and Kelly took care of all place settings and served us. They also engaged with us in a fun, informative and appropriate way throughout the meal; in other words, they fit in with our party seamlessly. After the meal, they cleaned up quickly and thoroughly, leaving the kitchen spotless; they did not linger once their work was done. The price is not inexpensive, but it does reflect the quality of the experience and the meal. We came away feeling that the meal was worth the price and did not regret a penny spent. We would use Terence again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Yelp
I hired Chef Terence for my 40th birthday and TBD foods was awesome! Not only was the food delicious, but Terence was very friendly, flexible with the menu, an responded very quickly to all of my questions. Wyatt was a perfect server and bartender for the event. I highly recommend TBD foods and will definitely be using them again!

Yelp
We absolutely loved working with TBD Foods for a 40th birthday surprise. Terence created a delicious, creative menu to fit our Italian Trattoria theme and went above and beyond to make our evening exceptional. He was informative, attentive and clean. We enjoyed a coursed menu with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation. They were able to serve 18 guests flawlessly and left the kitchen impeccably clean- leaving everyone to enjoy conversations and a beautiful evening of celebration. I will not hesitate to call TBD for all my upcoming dining/party needs. In such crazy times, Terence and Holly made us feel safe, special and stuffed! Thank you so much TBD Foods!

Yelp
We used TBD foods for our back up plan wedding in our backyard for catering. We were truly blown away by what they were able to create in our small kitchen for 30 people! From first communication to the end of the event this company was great to work with. I am still having people text me about how great the food was, it definitely made my event feel more elegant than the backyard wedding it was. Thanks again!!

Yelp
I had TBD do my bachelorette party dinner and it was fantastic. The chef was awesome and he did not mind when we broke out in song at the dinner table and he just smiled and laughed. The food was amazing. He cooked the lobster in a sou vide and it was unbelievable. Thank so much!

Yelp
I hired TBD foods for my husbands 40th birthday. Overall, it was a really fun experience. Holly was very responsive with questions I had prior to the event. Pros: great service, flexible with timing. The appetizers were plated really beautifully and they were really tasty! LOVED that all of the dishes were clean and put away and the kitchen was spotless. Cons: The sit down courses were not very hot and we didn't really love the dishes that were prepared. The scallops were a nice course but for the price and the experience we were hoping to be WOW'd by the taste and flavors. Recommendations: Have the chef introduce himself to the table and share the menu for all guests to hear. Possibly do some actual cooking of the main courses at the event so it tastes a little more fresh.

Yelp
When I was looking for a personal chef to come into my home to make a birthday dinner for myself and friends I did what most people do and looked on the internet for options. I found TBD Foods and I saw that all of their ratings were 5 stars. I am always a bit hesitant when I see all 5-star reviews because no one is perfect. In this case, I couldn't have been more wrong. Terrence responded to my inquiry very quickly and walked me through the process. The menu has a wide selection of items and offers something for everyone. I am gluten-free but he easily made adjustments as needed. The meal was incredible, my guests and I were very impressed. The evening was a great success and I could not have been happier. THANK YOU TBD and Terrence.

Yelp
Terrence came to cook for my best friends bachelorette party at a house we rented in Denver. He was incredibly responsive and easy to work with leading up to the dinner - really nice guy. Now on to the good stuff: the food... Wow, Terrence, you really outdid yourself! He was creative and used really interesting cooking methods: blow-torched salmon (omg guys, unreal), halibut sous vide (literally a hot tub for fish - so cool), pierogis, grilled cabbage salad and a mix of other vegan/vegetarian options to cater to our dietary requests that were all really really good. He even cleaned up after our group and did I mention he's a really nice guy? Overall, I highly recommend TBD Foods!

Yelp
TBD catered dinner for 13 at our Airbnb for my bachelor party, and I couldn't have asked for a more delicious, worry-free experience. All we had to do was pick the menu and enjoy - TBD took care of everything else, including setting the table and cleaning up after.

Yelp
I was at a dinner party Terrence catered last week and felt compelled to review how wonderful he (and his food) were. The food was phenomenal, beautifully plated, and noteworthy. Every ingredient was thoughtful and Terrence himself was extremely knowledgeable about the food and specific ingredients. The home had an open concept kitchen and we were able to see first hand the skill Terrence and his team had. From the apps, to the small bites, and the main course, and dessert - everything was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Friendly, helpful, delicious! Everything you'd hope for in a private chef experience. We decided to elope due to Covid and hired TBD Foods for an intimate 5 course dinner at the AirBnb we rented. From the start, Holly was so helpful and easy to work with as we ironed out the menu. On the day of, Terrence made a wonderful dinner in a small kitchen. The food was beautifully dished and the service was friendly and perfectly timed (so as not to interrupt abruptly). Everyone raved about the fried shallots & squid ink linguini.

Yelp
Would highly recommend Terence and his team. They recently cooked for my event of 30 people and built a great menu based on the theme of our event. My only criticism was the trout risotto could have used a bit more seasoning, but otherwise everything was delicious. They were flexible and able to act quickly when I spaced that one guest was a vegetarian when our menu was very heavy with elk and red meat. Terence made himself available often when I had questions and was easy to work with, and very professional. Thanks for a great event!

Yelp
Had challenges booking a second visit. There's an on-line scheduling calendar, but it's not kept up to date, or rather, they only book one session a day, but don't block other times when a session is booked. The menu options also dropped a bit in quality from our initial visit. I chalk it up to growing pains. Really enjoyed the first service, and hope it turns around / smooths out.

Yelp
Terrance and his team were great! Leading up to the dinner he was very responsive which was beneficial to me living out of town. During dinner he was on-time, cleaned everything up and even ran out to buy some dish soap since we were out. Food was delicious and we didn't leave dinner hungry!

Yelp
We had a great experience with TBD Foods! Terence was very helpful with menu planning, ordering tables/chairs, and place settings. We hosted just a small (15 people) dinner party. It was so nice to be able to join the party and not worry about anything! Richard, Holly and Erin worked in the kitchen, cooked an awesome meal and cleaned everything! Our group decided we do not want to go to a restaurant again! This is a great way to host an intimate party that can last all night. Thanks to the team for a great experience.

Yelp
Just awesome. I booked Terrence for my girlfriend's birthday and he came to our house to cook a three course meal. The appetizer were short rib caramels which were great. For the main course, we had duck and risotto. The duck was probably the best I've ever head, really really tender. Finally, our desert was a delicately smooth budino pudding. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Terrence was WONDERFUL! He created a beautiful five course menu for my husband's 35th birthday surprise get together! Everyone was very pleased with everything! Terrence prepared the foods beautifully, had excellent explanations and even did all the dishes! It was one of our favorite evenings in a while. I would highly recommend him and will most certainly be reaching out to TBD Foods in the future!

Yelp
Amazing experience! We wanted to plan a surprise birthday dinner for my husband and brother-in-law. With the current quarantine situation, we knew our options were limited. We found TBD Foods on Yelp - Terence was responsive, and accommodating. He provided us multiple options to manage social distancing, including wearing a mask and gloves. He prepared a delicious meal for us, which included appetizers, and multiple courses. In fact, he provided additional portions of the appetizers (which were amazing) that we were almost too full to finish our main courses. We had lots of delicious leftovers! The dessert was amazing as well, and he left an entire chocolate flourless cake for us to enjoy. We will definitely book Terence and TBD Foods again!
