Great staff and atmosphere, I was unsure of what to choose and the staff was super patient with me and my family. The space is very cute, definitely somewhere you could hang out with friends in. I like the decor, the vending machine is a nice addition, the wall art, and the egg-chair thing lol. The plushes scattered around are very nice too! Drink selection was straightforward with the menu being numbered, and the drinks were so tasty, definitely worth the visit!

the people working here were really nice, but the food and drinks were bad. i ordered the popcorn chicken and it was pale . the chicken tasted like it was frozen for hours, never defrosted and then thrown immediately in the fryer it was disgusting. the brown sugar boba is NOT TAPIOCA! ITS JELLY AND NOT WHAT I wanted. the people are nice but it’s really bad tbh. also the popcorn chicken said it would come with fries and it didn’t .

The beef banh mi here is great. Definitely recommend trying it out. 10/10 The teas are also good. The lychee tea comes with actual lychee fruit in it 8/10. The peach was 7/10.

Ordered some boba drinks and smoothies. Nice vibe with good relaxing music. Clean restroom. Avocado durian smoothie is good. The level of sweetness is just perfect!

The boba teas are actually pretty good. They have a large selection of flavors and the taste It’s pretty good. Their banh mi though were Unfortunately Pretty disappointing. They did not taste bad, but had a lot of mayo and the spices were not really what you would expect for Vietnamese food.

The people are nice, the location is clean, but the teas are very over-priced for the amount they give you. I have bubble tea/ boba 1x-3x per week at different spots, so decided to give this place a try. They have a generic menu at the front of the "most popular drinks," but with zero size or price info. Well, $7.50 for what's pictured, 8 oz. cup, but it was filled with 1/3 ice. I ordered the "USE" coffee.

This is the best boba place I’ve tried so far, I would say top 5. The flavors are just right not too sweet or too sour, the combination of fruits sweetness mixes well with the tea. You can add as much boba as you want, I’m looking forward to their milk teas. We ordered one lychee fruit tea with 2 scoops of boba And a passion fruit tea. Delicious!! 10/10

Just because I ordered a smoothie doesn’t mean it should’ve been pushed behind four other orders. I had two drinks, got my lychee fruit tea first, then I noticed the staff grab an empty cup for my mango smoothie but put it back down to make other, easier drinks. Four people who ordered after me got theirs before she even started on mine.

Had the passion fruit boba tea and it was great. Highly recommend !!! Coming back to get all the other flavors. The service was fast .

Best. Boba. Service. Ever. I'm a big boba connoisseur, and I will say, this place isn't like that one Michellin star boba shop BUT the biggest props goes to the kind bobarista who wanted to ensure my Avocado Durian smoothie is EXACTLY how I wanted it. She clarified the milk powder vs oatmilk, she remade it when I wanted it sweeter (I always get 50% less sugar at every boba shop -- now I know when it comes to THIS drink, just don't cut off sweetness), and she even let me sample it to ensure it's the sweetness I wanted before she sealed it. I will also like to add, the tapioca here had great QQ despite it being a smoothie (usually frozen drinks make tapioca harder but this was perfect). Major kudos for them being patient with my boba palette! I also tried food. My friend and I shared a large grilled beef banh mi and it was honestly enough for both of us! The large is sharable if you get full with boba easily. Otherwise, a medium is a good amount for one person with a little extra bread lol. This was a fun spot for me and my girlfriends to do crafts and catch up! Perhaps this can be our new meeting spot :)

Cute little place to stop at for a snack or smoothie. I got the avocado durian smoothie and they use real durian and avocado which is nice. Next time I'll prob go for the full durian tho. They also have a claw machine. Great for kids or kids at heart. Seemed like a more local or start up entrepreneurial place. There was something on the tv about their mission to help young women and sourcing teas from Vietnam. Overall, the banh mi itself was good. Bread was crispy on the outside. Filling was perfect proportions, although I would prefer more it is a good standard portion. Run by young college kids I think but not sure. Good place to hang out or grab a little bite. They have an area you can eat at.

Cute spacious spot that's next door to Pho 79 near FIU. Stopped in to give the Banh Mi a try. Didn't get to try any bubble tea that they offer. Small food menu selection but several choices available with some basic varieties to chose from. We tried the grilled pork banh mi and thought it was a good size and full of a good portion of meats and veggies. Overall, it was a good Vietnamese hoagie but needed a little more flavor as I've had better. The pickled vegetables did not have the tangy kick to it as it usually should have. Service was good as they are kind and friendly as they're the same owners as the Pho 79 next door.

Such a cute little place. The staff was so nice and helpful, gave us suggestions and even adjusted one of my friends drinks to make it a little more to her liking. Great food, quick and fresh. Looking forward to going back and trying their other drinks.

First I am a big fan of boba. I often frequent all the local spots. I was in the complex next to FIU and decided to give this spot a try. I went with the Brown sugar boba. It tasted off. The taste was not there. You can tell by the photo itself. After I shook it was still the same taste. Overall I don't recommend this boba. I am willing to give it another try. But unfortunately this boba was not good .

Come to Tea 05, located in University Park across from FIU. I noticed their location a while back and finally decided to try them. I was mainly drawn to them because they offer Bánh mì. On this visit, I tried their Grilled Chicken Bánh mì and a Passion Fruit Smoothie with Passion Fruit popping boba. This has now become a new favorite of mine. The Bánh mì is delicious. The grilled chicken is juicy, and the baguette is perfect. The smoothie is fantastic. They use fresh passion fruit to make it, and it has a smoothie and creamy texture. Overall, I loved Tea 05. Since my initial visit, I have already returned. I need to try some of their other menu items next. The service is excellent and friendly.

The boba tea at this place is very fresh. They service organic black and green tea. Every time I come the front register is very welcoming. They always says hi and welcome. I would recommend a strawberry lychee black fruit tea. It is very refreshing. The atmosphere is very cute and cozy. They have tables and booths. There are plenty of parking!!!

I have been wanting to try their Chicken Banh mi as people have raved about it, and it was quite disappointing. Not to mention, i was very sick the next day. The flavor was off, only 1 sad jalapeno in it, the bread seemed old. The young gentleman working the register was also making the food and he seemed miserable. The spot itself was cute and looked nice to sit down and do some work on your laptop. I would like to give it another try, but it was not a great first time.

A good friend recommended this place, calling it the best boba shop she's ever been to. I ordered the passion fruit tea, and it was absolutely delicious, while my friend got her usual brown sugar milk tea, which she always raves about. The shop itself was super aesthetic and cozy, with a friendly staff that helped me find the perfect tea for my taste. Their menu had plenty of great options, and the baristas were impressively fast with our orders. I highly recommend this spot definitely worth checking out!

What a gem! Needed a little pick me up before my husband and I ventured over to the nearby game store so happened upon this cute bubble tea cafe. So much ambiance and charm. Love all the cute decor. There's also a nice little mini-mart with various snacks and teas. I had the mango tea with 50% sugar, perfect amount of sweetness!

Alex was my server and he's the most kind and friendly worker i've ever met! Boba is delicious too and I will def be returning. Highly recommend going here if you need a quick pick me up.

I honestly don't understand why this boba spot doesn't have more reviews. I stumbled across this cozy spot and fell in love. It's located in a busy shopping center across the street from FIU and the parking was a bit of a challenge. Despite the hectic location of this restaurant, it feels very peaceful once inside. They offer a decent amount of variety for both boba teas and sandwiches. The staff was super helpful. My daughter forgot to add tapioca after her tea was already made. He gladly offered to add some with no charge. They have cute picture spots and games like Scrable and Jenga. It's certainly a fun place to kill some time with my preteens. And to top it off, the boba was delicious!

The Bah mi and frozen boba tea/drinks are excellent. It's a small shop where you can come chill and drink your tea and lunch in or just takeout. Their sandwiches are very fresh and delicious and their drinks are tasty, creamy and taste of quality. I've had other local boba and milk teas and they were not as good. Service is usually nice minus one occasion where the employee was not helpful at all and was cursing a lot in Spanish in front of customers. Besides that everything was great.

Today, I tried the Ube coffee from Tea 05 in Miami, Florida, and it was delicious! My only complaint is that it was over $7 for a very small size. Service was good. Still, I'm excited to go back and explore more of their drinks. The café has a cute, cozy vibe--perfect for meeting up with friends, especially with the fun games they have to enjoy while you sip.

We ordered the brown sugar boba () and avo-durian boba (). If you love durian you would love this smoothie! Not too sweet and made with fresh durian and avocado which is always a plus, I ordered mine with crystal boba to give it that extra sweetness. The banh mi was so crispy and the pickled veggies were so perfectly crunchy (my daughter described my bites like the ticket machine at Chuck E. Cheese) I really enjoyed it! The guy making my sandwich messed up on the first one so instead of throwing it away, he gave it to us as a bonus, for that he deserves an extra star The banh Bao was made with minced pork, an egg, and a slice of sweet Chinese sausage. The dough was so light and fluffy, one of the best I've had down south! I would definitely come back! Give it a try! I'm def coming back for the brown sugar boba

Wow this place is adorable. I don't know how I've never noticed it until today. My fiance was craving boba so we came here after lunch at Pho79 next door. The interior decor is very cute and it seems like a fun place to hang out, play board games or study. The brown sugar boba tea we ordered was very sweet, but good. We didn't get a chance to try a banh mi but will definitely come back to do so.

I ordered from uber eats the Oreo taro smoothie and matcha crème brûlée. Both were pretty good but I did notice the Oreo one did not look the same as the picture so it disappointed me a lil but it was still good. More taro than a mix of both taro and Oreo but I give it a 7/10 overall. Better off buying the taro smoothie if you want taro, and a cookies and cream if you want more Oreo.

So this place is called T O 5 now and I highly recommend it! I wish I had all the cool pics I took but I did it with Snapchat and didn't save them in time :,((( Their bread is some of the best I have ever had and it's stored in a warming bin. I had the Bánh Mi sandwich and bar none was the best Bánh Mi I have ever had! Super fresh and delicious and that bread though omg!! I told them I like spicy so they gave me a Thai Chile on my plate. There's also a self serve station with sriracha and I believe coconut aminos. They have board games to play if you like too. The place is cozy yet contemporary with benches,,tables etc. Service was fast and friendly by Amy! There's boba and teas which they gave me a free sample of and it was outstanding! They sell fresh homemade kimchi and all kinds of other delights. Definitely will be back!

I usually like this place but today was not the day... I ordered a Bahm Mi steak sandwich, which was good, and a Thai bubba tea, which was not. The Thai tea tasted funky and after a few more sips, a piece of string came through my straw. I know mistakes happen but this shouldn't have happened with this place absolutely empty.

Love it. Great tea and good prices! Very good service. I appreciated the games available like uno, chess. The decoration was nice and the place was clean.

For all my durian lovers, this spot makes an avocado and durian smoothie and it tastes great ! They use fresh durian and avocados! The lady that was working was super nice and helped us have an amazing experience ! 10/10 service! The lounge area and decor inside was very modern and nice, felt like an awesome boba spot to drink and relax. Highly recommend !!
