"Tea-05 is a milk tea and bánh mí shop with boxy tables and lots of board game options—perfect for a quick study or work break. Their bánh mí comes on nine inches of toasted baguette. Prioritize the house special bánh mì, which comes with pork loaf, head cheese, ham, and a slather of pâté. But if you’re looking for a warm bánh mí, we like the grilled pork. It comes with savory grilled pork and all the same sweet and crunchy veggies, plus pâté. The result is a tangy, smoky sandwich that pairs great with boba tea and a game of Mancala." - mariana trabanino, virginia otazo, ryan pfeffer

"T-Yummi is a milk tea and bánh mí shop across the main FIU campus. It’s small and quiet with boxy tables and lots of board games—perfect for a quick study or work break. Their bánh mí comes on nine inches of toasted French baguette that’s fluffy inside, crunchy outside, and won’t road-rash the roof of your mouth. The house special has pork loaf, head cheese, ham, and a slather of pâté. It’s packed with crispy daikon radish slices, cucumber, carrot, jalapeño, and fresh cilantro. But if you’re looking for a warm bánh mí, we like the grilled pork. It comes with savory grilled pork and all the same sweet and crunchy veggies, plus pâté. The result is a tangy, smoky sandwich that pairs great with boba tea and a game of mancala." - virginia otazo, ryan pfeffer

"Not only is this place (formerly known as T-Yummi) home to one of our favorite bánh mí in Miami, but their milk teas are excellent. The signature milk tea is a rich black tea with bits of egg pudding and honey boba (we love it). The little shop is also across from the FIU campus, so come here to study or just play one of the board games with your friends between classes." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo

The people are nice, the location is clean, but the teas are very over-priced for the amount they give you. I have bubble tea/ boba 1x-3x per week at different spots, so decided to give this place a try. They have a generic menu at the front of the "most popular drinks," but with zero size or price info. Well, $7.50 for what's pictured, 8 oz. cup, but it was filled with 1/3 ice. I ordered the "USE" coffee.

Ordered some boba drinks and smoothies. Nice vibe with good relaxing music. Clean restroom. Avocado durian smoothie is good. The level of sweetness is just perfect!

The boba teas are actually pretty good. They have a large selection of flavors and the taste It’s pretty good. Their banh mi though were Unfortunately Pretty disappointing. They did not taste bad, but had a lot of mayo and the spices were not really what you would expect for Vietnamese food.

My most favorite boba spot! I love their passion fruit especially since they keep the seeds in. The place looks clean and they have so many interesting treats here. Highly recommend!!

Cool boba! Cool games! Nice environment and nice staff! When god said “let there be boba” on the 2nd day, this place was created… and the congregation says AMEN!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing spot today. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me choose the perfect boba from a wide variety of milk options, boba pearls, and tapioca. The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with plenty of cute photo-worthy spots. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for delicious and affordable boba!
