Portland Cafe Bernstein’s Bagels Opens on N Russell | Eater Portland

"It's the fourth location of the super-chic local tea cafe; it opened August 15 and brings Tea Bar's refined tea service downtown." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

Everyone is always really nice, drinks have always come out quickly. I always get the same Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba 50% -75%, it’s always been great. They had coloring pages for kids but my friend + I had fun doing one too. Great spot to relax and plenty of seating.

I’ve mainly been to the tea & tea on Alberta and my go to the summer of 22-23 was the Bahama breeze with regular boba. since then I’ve not really been i to regular boba and prefer popping or not at all, if you get this one i would suggest taking the sweetness to maybe 70% because it taste like candy and personally for me 100% is just too strong. Today I got a mango tango ice tea and it was so refreshing! boba starts at at least $5 and I got this for 5.50 I believe. I got no additional toppings. One of my favorite boba places, but really you should try it yourself! This store is also my favorite out of the two that I’ve been too, because it’s so spacious and there is so much seating! 1 star for the food because there is no food! Just drinks! (First photo is from the downtown location Second and Third from Alberta location)

This is my favorite place to visit for my thai tea. The staff here is always friendly and the cafe is so cozy. I love to just sit at the window and enjoy the view of the park. The thai tea is so delicious.

This place seems new, and the interior still looks like they are setting up still in a few places. However, the tea was fresh and they used real liquid creamer/dairy instead of the powder. Would come back again!

I’m usually a huge fan of taro milk tea, but this was really disappointing. I ordered the taro and honeydew milk tea, and the flavor was so off that I ended up throwing the entire drink away. Taro milk tea is normally my go-to, so this was a big letdown.

Tea and Tea (Yamhill St) is a wonderful establishment to visit on a warm and sunny day to enjoy a refreshing beverage. I personally recommend the strawberry lemonade slush, which is priced at $6. They offer a diverse selection of beverages, including both coffee and non-coffee options. Additionally, they provide a small selection of pastries. Customers have the option of enjoying their beverages and pastries inside the store or taking them to go. The store is situated in a convenient location and boasts a pleasant and clean interior.

So, I was here with my two daughters and our experience was not very pleasant. The workers were VERY inexperienced and very slow but it was only at the Yamhill, Street location. My daughter ordered a drink not knowing it would be spicy and salty because the menu didn’t say anything about the spice neither did the workers say anything or mention anything to my daughter about this. Also, to add the store felt very unwelcoming and felt like a Home Depot and I wouldn’t wanna drink my boba in a Home Depot. I genuinely don’t understand why this place has 4.5 stars. I definitely would not visit this location again. Just save to yourself to a different boba store.

Yelp
Came to Tea & Tea and it was great! Ended up getting the Classic Milk Tea (3/5) and a Jasmine Milk Tea (4/5). Nothing amazing but definitely a quick and easy stop in downtown. The person taking our order was also the sweetest. The service was great. The space itself has spots to sit so you could make it a come and go or a place to stay! Thanks Tea & Tea!

Yelp
It might say opening soon above, but it's already open. If you need a Thai iced tea fix or boba or bubble tea, swing by. Tea and Tea is located on the north side of Directors Park, just across the street. The place is simple and clean with a few snack options and one claw machine. I know that I've seen other locations and when I've been by them, they tend to be busy. I'm guessing this location will get there soon enough. Enjoy. Support local.

Yelp
I like Tea and Tea. It's a great boba chain. The shop is nice and modern looking. The service is friendly. I enjoy getting a mango milk tea with pudding at 25% sweet. It's spot on every time. Overall, I'd recommend going to this shop for some great milk tea.

Yelp
The matcha is AMAZING!!!!!!! Also, the best tasting boba I've had downtown seriously perfect texture. Fast service and the person working the front was super kind and nice music
