Tea For Two - Finally made it to Tea For Two for brunch, and I’m so glad I did! This charming little spot is absolutely adorable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. They served my daughter hibiscus tea in a kids' teapot, which she absolutely loved—it was such a sweet touch! The complimentary tortilla chips with cinnamon butter were a delightful surprise and so delicious. I ordered the tortilla soup, and it was amazing—so full of flavor! The egg, spinach, and avocado melt was the perfect choice, fresh and satisfying. My daughter had the mac and cheese with chips, and she enjoyed every bite. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, making our visit even more special. The whole staff was welcoming, which added to the overall wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! We LOVE this cozy tea room! The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. The menu is delicious offering fresh foods and lots of variety. The desserts are to die for!! This adorable tea room is a fun place for a casual lunch or special occasion. I highly recommend it!!

Very nice little place. Loved the teapots and cups. Nice tea as well. I chose hot tea. Nice menu selection. Portions were huge in my estimations. Slightly pricey as well. My choice next time might be just tea and one of their delicious desserts.

So yummy! The space is a little small and at busy times, tables can be scarce... But the food is well portioned & very good plus the staff is delightful. Great little spot!

This tea room is a hidden gem! Miss Linda and her team serve up wonderful quality food with great service and great prices. You will never leave here hungry. And don't be nervous guys...there's plenty here for you. Whether it be her King Ranch casserole, or their amazing loaded sandwiches. There's something for everyone. I'm never in there that the tables aren't full and the conversations are lively. I'm even able to pick up a small last-minute gift in the front alcove that carries some precious trinkets. If you're in the area for lunch, stop by. She even has casseroles to go so she can handle lunch and dinner for you at the same time.

This tea room has moved around in its 20+ years of business (maybe more). Originally we found this restaurant off Grant road just down a ways from act-Creek high school. The food has always been delicious. Then they moved off Louetta near 249. And finally they're off hwy 6. I'm not usually one for frilly decor or 'girly' stuff, but the food. The food is so good and deceivingly filling. Everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious. Their quiche choices are excellent. Their salad portions are very good. Their chicken salad on crescent is stuffed and scrumptious. Everything we have ever had here has been beyond satisfactory. They will also host tea parties for kids or adults. It's really cute. And the Fine China they use is so pretty. Deserves at least one visit if you've never been!

This place is a rare gem! There are only a handful of tea rooms in the greater Houston area and this one is great! Cozy atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff and yummy food. Great for day date or tea party. I highly recommend this Tea Room!!!

This place was super quick. We had a ladies lunch here with my co workers. It did get packed but service was still amazing. It's a small menu but i had the jalapeño soup and it was so yummy. They have certain teas and soups of the day. The deserts were so big and yummy! It's really cute place for bridal parties or even baby showers

Pretty much the best kept secret in our neighborhood! The owner and staff is so sweet and awesome! Try the king ranch casserole! The soups are excellent. My favorite is the Chicken Tortilla soup! A must try.

What a lovely and very popular tea room. It was crowded but there was an open table for me and my grand daughter. Her apple juice came in a darling teapot and could be poured into a tiny cup with a saucer. Sadly her allergies prohibited many choices for her. I had the triple club sandwich which was wonderful. The potato salad was bland and the the celery and onion were crunchy. I look forward to trying here again with another adult and trying something else.

I took my daughter to her first tea experience. The venue was not too crowded when we arrived, but you could tell a lot of regulars attend. The wait for seating was not long, and the menu had a variety of items to choose from. The food and tea were tasty, and the service was attentive. The owner came to speak to us about our visit and was very pleasant. The only deawback was that there was a smell lingering like that of books in a library, probably because of the carpet, but nonetheless, my daughter had a great experience.

I came here with a friend and her two daughters, and we had a great time! The space is very small, and we had to wait a short time in order to be seated. The girls really enjoyed choosing hats to wear while we had our tea party. The kids' beverages cane in tea pots and little tea cups. Super cute and they loved it! They have a very large menu with lots of great choices and mixed plates. The portions were pretty large, so I felt they were worth the price. The food is good, but nothing that blew me out of the water. However, this place is definitely a spot I would enjoy with girlfriends for lunch, or coming back with Littles to enjoy a fun afternoon of tea! We did have dessert, and the slices of cake are huge! I had a slice of the Keylime pie and I absolutely loved it! Very tasty!

Been coming here since 1998, and it's still just as cute as I remember! Such a fun place to take little ones for a tea time experience, and the food is excellent! Thanks for always helping make memories!

We came for lunch on a Saturday and were the first ones there. By the time we left there were about four other tables seated. They bring what looks like pita chips and a sweet cinnamon butter. It was delicious! I had the chicken salad on a croissant with pasta salad. My three year old enjoyed her grilled cheese and lemonade served from an adorable teapot and cup. My sandwich was ok but I did not like the pasta salad. We had the brownie and ice cream for dessert and it was huge and yummy! I would try something else next time, maybe the quiche or a salad. Cute place, great service and had a very comfy feeling.

The Tea Room was really pretty inside, and the food was yummy. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I want to go back soon when I have some time to look at their beautiful gift selection.

This place is a hidden gem. Food and service are exemplary. It's a shame of not knowing this cozy neighborhood restaurant and they have been in business for 24 years. I am so looking forward to returning for more delicious meals.

Can't say enough about this tea room. They have an awesome green chili quiche and jalapeño cheese soup. It is always my go too!!! Friendly staff and cute ambiance. The desserts are excellent as well. Truth be told, I usually get it to go because they serve plenty of food on your plate. Please try our wonderful Copperfield "gem" in our neighborhood.

GET THE BUTTER CAKE ! It's very nice and warm . The best desert on the menu GET IT !!!!!

Cheesy chicken and spinach quiche could not get any better than here. It is so dense and rich - and the crust is perfectly buttery and flakey. I also tried the gumbo and it was seasoned just right. The place is super cute. I couldn't leave without purchasing a tea set for my daughter. They have a small gift shop area in the front which includes tea sets, pots, and even some MudPie merch. Service was great. My daughter didn't like her lemonade so our waitress replaced it with regular coke - in a tea pot. Such a cute idea especially for a hot summer day. You can't leave without dessert. That display platter will getcha, but the splurge will likely be worth it. My daughter and I shared the Oreo cake and it did not disappoint. I thought that perhaps it was supplied from Take the Cake, but after inquiring with our waitress she informed me that they bake in house these days. I'm impressed - and I will be back - maybe even for my next birthday party?! This spot is perfect for a girly lunch

Love the menu, fresh and yummy options. They have new floors and the atmosphere is inviting and comfy. We had soup and a club sandwich. I drank green tea and hubby had coffee. A huge plus is that they are kid friendly. My little one had apple juice and shells and cheese. We shared the coconut cake. Well worth the wait to visit. I can't wait to come back.

I love this place SO MUCH! I have been coming here for years, thanks to the recommendation of a dear friend. I adore Linda & Lisa & Michelle! They always make you feel like family. The food is amazing & always fast & fresh! I always get the chicken salad & the jalapeño cheese soup~ heavenly! They always have a fun tea of the day, & what can I say about their desserts except they are just delicious! So hard to choose! I never get tired of coming here. It's a treat to come here each time. I will be a customer as long as these doors are open.

Great, friendly waitress! I am allergic to wheat and they had very few gluten free options. Had a nice chicken chicken tortilla soup, which was a little too spicy for my Yankee tastes, but had plenty of fresh vegetables and chicken and Mexican cheese.

Hair in my chicken salad sandwich! I traveled from Rosenberg just to come here and all for a hair in my food! The waitress offered me a new sandwich and that was it, she didn't even apologize. Worse customer service.

While the food is good, I was surprised at the cost... A HALF sandwich, chips and tiny cup of soup is almost $12.00 A glass of iced tea is almost $3.00 A tiny single side of their pasta salad was $8.00 A friend and I split a dessert, so that was $3.50 for my part My bill with tip was $32.00

They always have the kindest staff, best chicken salad (jalapeño), and the best homemade desserts. Great place for lunch with the ladies!!!

Went here today for the first time today and am so glad to have found this place. Food is absolutely delicious and service was amazing. I did the sampler w chicken and green chili quiche, jalepeno cheese soup (which was seriously out of this world), and a side of chicken salad. All of it was so good and I was very full half way through my meal BC the servings are very generous. Brought my daughter and they served her apple juice in her tea set and she loved it. Will definitely be coming back here.

Oh how I love this place!!! My favorite is the jalapeño chicken salad melt. OMG! It is absolutely delicious. Before I continue, the place is sooo adorable. It is truly a cute, beautifully decorated, quaint tea room. Not very large so at lunch, it gets pretty full. Great place for bridal parties, Mom and daughter tea, baby showers, or just bringing your Dad to lunch like I do. All the employees are just the sweetest ladies. Now...back to the sandwich. Get it! You won't be disappointed. Also the Duet (1/2 sandwich and soup) will allow you to try any of their delicious soups. I recommend the jalapeño cheese or chicken tortilla or any one honestly. Such a variety of items to choose from that you won't be disappointed. They also have homemade casseroles to take home. Bonus!

First time here and loved it. Brought my 4 year old to do tea for two. So cute they have little tea pots for the kids. We opt out the tea and got the pink lemonade instead. We shared the Tea Room Supreme that had the chicken and spinach quiche which was delicious, the house salad with caesar dressing, tortilla soup, & fresh fruit. It's kinda pricey, but worth it. Can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Lea our server was nice and so were the other ladies that greeted us when we came in.

Love this place! The jalapeño Cheddar soup is absolutely delicious! The best I've ever had. They have a variety of excellent sandwiches and salads! The service is great and the owner is very friendly! Can't wait to come back!

Writing this review gives me the warm and fuzzies! I came here with my mom on our day off from work and we had such a pleasant experience! First of all, the decor is just amazing. It's like walking into a doll house. They have a small boutique in the front with jewelry, baby clothes, holiday accessories and in the back is the quaint tea room. They have lights streaming across the ceiling and girly wallpaper to set the mood. Now the food is delicious. I tried the chicken enchilada crepe with tomato basil soup and it was absolutely heaven in my mouth. My mom usually gets the tuna sandwich on croissant with a side salad and chips. I took a few bites from her plate and I was so impressed at the flavor of everything. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent! Definitely a rare gem in the Copperfield area!

My friends and I have been coming here for over 15 years! Quiche is great along side the tortilla soup and pasta salad. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Would recommend to anyone. The peach tea is amazing as well.

Went here for the first time today and I couldn't have been more thrilled! This place is a hidden Gem tucked in a corner of a strip plaza on HWY 6 at West Road. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that had avocado, poblano peppers, cheese and bacon with a cup of the jalapeño cheese soup. It was AMAZING! Services was awesome. We were there almost 3 hours talking and eating and they didn't rush us out at all. I had the peach cobbler for dessert and it was amazing! Can't say enough good things about this place, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The food here is to die for!!! I come curbside every Wednesday to pick up food and before this whole mess started i went inside weekly with friends! it's a great place to sit and chat for hours! The food doesn't look that great in the pictures they post but i promise it's worth making a trip to! Although the reason i'm writing today was because a girl with brown and blonde hair (can't remember her name because i've never seen her before) was very rude today and gave attitude when i asked for extra ranch. This is the first time something like this has happened here and i am devastated. They also plan on serving alcohol on Mothers day but don't have the alcohol license to sell alcohol hinting that there is not an alcoholic menu.

This place is a neighborhood institution. Very good quality food and good service in a quaint and old-fashioned setting. There is also a small gift shop at the front of the restaurant. You can also order casseroles to eat at home. Good for small children whom they cater to with their own tea sets.

Tea For Two is the best! Everything's homemade everyday. Everything they have on the menu is the best version of that food; quiche, crepes, soup, salad. Favorites are definitely the house pasta salad, house chicken salad and tortilla soup. It's not what you think when 'tea room' comes to mind. Just great food!

Tea for Two is a hidden gem located in a strip of shops sandwiched between a fitness place and a doctor's office. Don't be fooled by the outside. The restaurant is cozy and quaint for all the ladies (and men) who lunch here. They serve fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, casseroles, quiches, and desserts. This is my husband's and my favorite go to place for lunch. Where else can you get a great soup and sandwich with a homemade piece of strawberry cake (one of my favorite desserts here)? It's fun to see the young girls come here for their first true tea party where they get to drink tea out of fancy tea cups and try on the dress hats to complete their outfits. The dessert tray is always filled with yummy cakes, cobbler, and assorted goodies. One day I'm going to remember to eat dessert first so I don't miss out on the wonderful goodies.

I am a native Houstonian and this place is only mins from where I grew up. DECOR AND SERVICE: It has a Victorian decor and the ladies in pink serve with smiles on their faces. This was my first time going to this place and let my waitress know she suggested things and helped me make a delish choice. I had the trio with a jalapeno chicken salad sub it is free to all to make the sub. It came with my choice of soup, fruit and chips. I also had the warm tea. TEA: Now about the tea I had a choice of packaged tea,,, this tea room does not have LOOSE TEA! Which I found strange they do have two tyes of iced tea reg and mango. SWEETS:At the end of your meal there is a tray that is brought to your table with exact replicas of their desserts (no smaller than advertised here) I finished up with a coconut pecan and carmel cream pie....ooooh so good. The pie is chilled and the carmel was warm so the combo was spectac. I love places like this although it is not much on tea, but the experience was great.

This is my wife's favorite place. The food is great and the desserts are "to die for" delicious. It is decorated a-little too frilly for me. NOTE: this is not a truck driver slop joint. This is where ladies go to have a princess/queen tea. But I (63 yr old man) like to go to eat the food (don't tell the wife I said that).

I went here with my friends one day and the wait was long of course they were busy so its understandable. The food was good but however the prices are crazy expensive. The waitress was flustered when my friend was asking her questions about the menu. Again they were busy so maybe she was just overwhelmed? It wasn't the best experience that I had.

Good place for having a cup of tea. But if you are not a tea drinker, they serve coffee too. We ordered sandwiches which came with a potato salad . It was delicious! Kids friendly place. Staff are friendly too ! The environment makes you relax and want to stay there longer. A good place for friends to chit chat ! Will definitely go back again !

Love this little neighborhood jem! Such a cute place for lunching with your lady friends, although my husband lives it too. The interior has a nostalgic feel of the 90's that I actually enjoy. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. If you can, save room for dessert! They have lots of fresh cakes!

I recently met a friend for lunch here and it was terrific! I had the Salad Trio (I chose the Jalapeno Chicken Salad, Fresh Fruit, and Tuna Salad). All were great; the servings were very generous. Definitely worth a return trip.

I love this place! don't get to go as often as i wish as it is a little pricey, however every time i do get to eat there it is wonderful!! I always alternate between the jalapeño chicken salad and the house chicken salad.[Cant decide which one i like better] on croissant with pasta salad as my side. AMAZING!! I really enjoy the flavored teas and they have such a nice selection of desserts. Barbara is an amazing server! heck all the waitresses there are awesome. You wont regret trying this place out!

Oh my goodness!!!! This place is amazing!!! The spinach quiche was so good!!! The service was on point, and I'm so glad i stopped in with my mom! She had the chicken salad with tortilla soup, which was just great! She was so pleased, and hard to please. Leah? Was our waitress and so attentive. She refilled our blackberry teas without asking and then offered us tea to go. I was so happy that my visit with my mom so well. We shared the butter cake, and I'll love the memory of her smile forever. Thank you, Leah for our visit.

I have been coming here since I was 4 years old! Great for birthday parties for younger girls. I have had many memories here and each time I come back it's great! Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. I highly recommend a stop by!

I have been to this place four times, first time in 2015 with a friend, second time with another friend, third time with my older sister, fourth time with my parents. Each time the food was always spot on delicious. I love getting the tuna melt half sandwich with one of their daily soups, I think my favorite was the artichoke soup. Creamy and warm, its perfect for a cold day out. The restaurant is decorated with frills and vintage looking tableware hung on the walls and overall floral patterns, kind of like a dollhouse! The waitresses are all young ladies getting a taste at handling professionalism and they do a really good job!! Mainly, the food is of sandwiches, soups and an assortment of desserts, salads and sides of fruit. They have some really good assortment of tea bags, I personally always stick to black tea. They don't have tea scones w/clotted cream, I'm surprised people on here complaining about service and walking out or not having English Tea scones and walking out.. maybe call ahead next time to see if a place has what you're specifically looking for..? -le sigh

I agree with Angela N. It is very pricey. Also I have been eating at Tea for Two for years (20+ years) and have never had anything comped. Not even a free desert for your birthday!

I've been told about this place for years and finally went today. All I can say is WOW. The food is out-of-this-world delicious and I mean that in a positive way. Only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is-- 1) couldn't decide if I liked the potato salad. It tasted okay, just not like any pot salad I've ever had before & consequently not what I expected. On the other hand, it didn't clash with the delicate & toe-tingling unctiousness of the cream of artichoke soup, which was very nearly a religious experience for me. Or with the wonderful chicken salad. DANG!! 2) It's a pretty frou-frou & girly kinda place. On the other hand, *I* was very comfortable there & wasn't distracted by a bunch of crass males. If ruffles scare you, you will hate this place. Don't come. Ever. 3) This place closes most days by 3pm and on Sundays, which limits how often I can come. On the other hand, I can't afford to eat there 3x/day & 7x/week, so that's probably a good thing, right? Seriously, FABULOUS everything here. Just check to make sure it's open before you drive over.
