The food and boba teas were good! The basil chicken and the Korean BBQ bowl were very filling and tasty. I just wish they offered the full menu that their other location, 101 has! The food at that location is a little bit better but this is definitely still a solid choice and much closer for those living in the Lakeway / Steiner Ranch / Riverplace area!

I was a little disappointed... Their Basil Fried Chicken was just not it for us. Their chicken was well-marinated. However, we didn't get any basil in ours - hence, no basil flavor in the dish. It was also too spicy - they put wayyyy too much ground white pepper. I'm not sure what the sauce was - but that was also spicy and didn't really improve the flavor. This may be a one-time thing where the chef accidentally put too much pepper, but personally, I would not recommend this dish if it is what it tastes like normally... I also got their Boba Milk Tea. I wish there was more honey flavor in the boba as "Haus blend honey boba" was what caught my eye to order this drink. It just tastes like normal boba that I could just make at home. The black tea didn't taste any special, but my mom got their Boba Jasmine Milk Tea - and it was decently good. You could really taste the jasmine tea! I would suggest this over their boba milk tea. If I come back, I'll try other drinks on the menu - and update my review. I really like the interior of this place - this is such a cute place to study: the tables are large and seats are spread apart.

Got take out from the Teahuas, new location on FM 2222, decent food and tons of Boba drinks to choose. Got the Coffee Boba which was excellent, the spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and soft but surely could have got more kick to it, the slaw overpowered the spice. The Basil chicken appetizer was great, a bit more salty for my palette but soft and tender. Service was friendly and efficient.

Cute cafe style layout and diverse menu options. Enjoy drinks and food from Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and Mexico (Horchata Latte ). The boba selection is limited to the menu items but the drinks are well made and strong. I ordered the Boba Milk Tea and was feeling the black tea immediately. I'm taking off a star as the location I went to in Lakeway did not serve all the items on the menu. This may have been a temporary situation but I didn't get to try The Pink Drink with strawberry milk and strawberry boba. 🍓

So sad, this place had legitimately the best chicken sandwich I have ever had, their basil fried chicken sandwich. After seeing their menu was down to just basil fried chicken chunks and fried tofu pieces, I called to see if they still offered more, but was informed that the owner has shut down their kitchen to only those two items. They've also limited what was once a wide array of teas to just a select few. I know sourcing things right now is hard (hopefully this isn't a new direction they really want to go!), so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that it comes back to its full glory soon.

Had the fried chicken sandwich with Korean Slaw on top and it was delicious! I loved how I could see the worker chopping the vegetables and making the food from scratch. The boba is okay, the first time I went months ago was worse so this was a big improvement. I’m keen on the sweetness of the tapioca but the milk tea is a little too dense for me and I would probably add more sugar next time. ( I am a boba connoisseur and get the same this at every shop, a regular black milk tea) Usually at places I get normal sugar level and wouldn’t have to ask for more milk, but I would probably modify my order here. I was a teeny bit disappointed that half of the menu was sold out but with COVID I understand that shipments to most restaurants have been delayed. I hope to try the other menu items soon! Overall: food was great! Boba could get a tiny touch up in my opinion, but thats just what it is, my opinion! I would totally come back here and retry different flavors ;) Ps. I forgot to take pics 😭 IG: Texasfoodadventurer- Laura

Both times I have visited were for milk tea, the first time the young lady did a very good job and was timely, overall the tea was decent! The second time a young man fixed up my tea (same order as before) and it was incredibly bitter. He also seemed to struggle quite a bit with the crowd so either they are understaffed or not properly trained before given full reigns. I’ve worked at a boba shop before and I am not really impressed.

I love 101 tea haus on airport blvd and tried the location on 2222 and the service was quick and friendly but the boba just wasn’t good at all. The boba was NOT fresh. It didn’t have the smooth texture that fresh boba usually has. It had a weird consistency as if it wasn’t made or stored well, it may have even been old. I got a mango tea with boba and the tea wasn’t sweet at all which might just be how the tea is made but I wouldn’t be able to recommend this place and would rather recommend someone to Tealicious or ding tea.
