Tea Room

Have been on multiple occasions and have tried all the menu options, including the night brunch and now Miami Spice options. I keep coming back thinking it'll be better next time. Well, 2024 will definitely be my last visit. Tea Room has 2 things keeping them afloat - unmatched views (giving it a chic city je ne se quois) and the live music because once you get past the hostesses the experience seems to go downhill, like off a cliff! The service is terrible to practically nonexistent, which is confusing since the establishment totes a "strict" 2hr dining window. This has been a repeated occurrence, perhaps it goes unnoticed when the drinks start flowing. The food has gone down in quality considerably, another shocker considering prices for the quantity. The cocktails and mocktails were nothing to write home about. From the not so exciting food to the inexcusable poor service it's no wonder why they require a credit card on file upon making reservation and what's with more restaurants charging a service fee on top of tips. It wouldn't be an issue if the services being rendered were matching the customer expectations from restaurant. I wouldn't recommend eating here. I would recommend a drink or two to experience the unmatched views and chic and sexy setup.

What an unbelievable room, tea? Available. Good vibe? Guaranteed. Music? Probably some of the most amazing acoustics outside of a music conservatory. Service? Always above and beyond. Food? Gets better with every bite. Security? On top of everything! Best time of your life? I promise it.

I tried to get to this place around 5 times and finally it happened once. Not tasty cocktails. The fact that it’s hard to get in makes this place extremely disappointing. Hard dress code, all girls must be in cocktail dresses and heels while guys can wear sportswear, jeans and etc. Nice vibe and great music! Great view!

Excellent experience on Sunday night. Extremely professional staff that provided a top service. I definitely recommend checking it out. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of Miami skyline and delicious, well crafted cocktails.

The Tea Room is a place you won't easily forget. The incredible Miami city night lights from the 40th Floor will forever remain a beautiful memory. The red velour, dark wood furniture with the red lighting sets a sexy mood and is so comfortable. The drinks are superior and get you in a good mood quickly. The food is exotic, delicious, and beautifully presented, never mind the timetable and the price. The guests are dressed to the nines and walk fashionably past you, leaving an expensive perfume tickling your nostrils. Do get closer to the window area to see the fabulous view if you can. All in all, it was a memorable evening with excellent service and addicting ambiance.

Came here after my wedding welcome drinks with some friends and was turned away because of my shoes. I had on a nice dress and dressy sandals. Miami is hot so not sure what is the problem with wearing open toed shoes? I have never been turned away for an outfit in my entire life and would not recommend anyone come here unless you want to be treated poorly.

Arguably one of the best spots in Miami. The view of the city is one of a kind. The atmosphere is great, but I recommend getting an outside seat. I went late at night and had a great time looking over the city, listening to music, having a view drinks, and enjoying time with friends. The drinks and food were unique and delicious. Highly recommend you double check your tab though. My waitress definitely put extra drinks thinking we wouldn't notice. We absolutely did and pointed it out. She knew she did it because she didn't even argue. I really didn't like that, but I didn't let that ruin my experience.
