We visited for the first time as a family and had a great experience! The ice cream wasn’t overly sweet, which I really appreciated—and for the first time, I finished the whole thing! The toppings were fun and fresh, and everything was made beautifully. My son had fun playing with the board games available. Definitely coming back!

Google
I would not recommend the smoothies. This was probably the worst one I’ve ever had but the guy at the counter said they don’t use orange juice, spinach etc. just a lot of things that you normally find in a smoothie. They actually use water. But it was really nasty , like the actual taste and texture was so disappointing . So maybe don’t get a smoothie. Haven’t tried anything else and probably won’t. I’ve been very discouraged from coming here again. And they don’t do returns, which is odd for an 8$ drink.

Google
Love, love, love the rolled ice cream here! Having the pearls within the ice cream gives it a different kind of kick. The pearls are filled with a fruit juice depending on the flavor ice cream that you’ll select that just bursts in your mouth. Definitely a place to try on a hot summers day!

Google
This was always our fave place. Went tonight and they changed the coconut milk tea, and it's so gross. Not their fault but my daughter was disgusted and when we asked if we can try another flavor they said they don't do that. Threw away $25 worth of drinks. Won't be back. Wish I could take the tip back with the lack of customer service.

Google
I got a strawberry and banana Nutella crepe as well as a mango smoothie. Both items were absolutely amazing and well priced. I enjoyed interacting with the three workers that helped me and special shout out to Hannah for doing a good job on my crepe. Would recommend this place and will be returning.

Google
Pretty awful experience. We have come here for quite some time over the years, after our last visit, that will be the last. I don’t know the name of the young lady, I’m assuming whom is the manager, but she was extremely rude. My drink was awful and watered down and quite honestly, my daughter prefers Iso Iso Ramen and bubble tea. Much nicer staff, better drinks, and by FAR better customer service. You should reconsider who you have managing your store.

Google
I brought my girlfriend to Tea Time for the first time today- she was amazed at how helpful the employees were & even more amazed at the pineapple flavored icee she ordered!!! Would rate 10 stars!!!!

Google
I’ve only got this first experience with this establishment but I give it 5 stars! I stopped in with my daughter and two granddaughters after a movie. The youngest was thrilled about the cotton candy rolled ice cream and fascinated by the process of making it! I had had boba one other time and wanted to try something different. This location offers other great selections like iced Vietnamese coffee and specialty Mexican treats! I decided on the mangonada which has chamoy, chili and comes with a tamarind candy stick. It’s got the sweet and savory deliciousness with a little kick of spice! Very good! My daughter and older granddaughter got the boba and loved it. There is a small outdoor patio to enjoy your treats when the weather is warm and plenty of parking as it’s in a strip mall.

Yelp
Been going here for years and it is one of small gems bubble tea places I enjoy going to. It is located off of Main St in High Point, not too far away from High Point University. They have a large variety of drinks from bubble tea, fruit tea, coffee, etc to snacks to eat with it. I particularly enjoy their rolled ice creams as you can order their signature rolls or customize them to your preference. I believe they also serve crepes, but have not had it yet. The shop is small and has seating along with board games that you can play while you are there. The service is ok as well, haven't had any issues with the service. They are quick to get your order to you, but if they are busy it may be a slightly longer wait time which is to be expected. Overall I recommend coming here to get your quick bubble tea fix or to hang out with your friends.

Yelp
This place is really neat and we really enjoyed ourselves. This was my first time trying this type of dessert. The presentation was well done, the service was good, and the ice cream was delicious. The business shares its parking lot with several other businesses, so parking was easy, lots of spaces available. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the place was really hot inside. We sat inside and ate our desserts. We happened to be next to the thermostat, which was set at 65, but according to the thermostat, it was 83 degrees. We would not have been able to stand the heat if we weren't eating ice cream.. once they get the a/c fixed, it deserves to be rated 5 stars.

Yelp
Finally made it to this place (been wanting to check them now) so this is my first here. I like they have variety of drinks and ice cream (like rolled ice cream) pretty excited about that because we I've been looking for one. The service was great, easy to order, I had the Taro Blends Boba Tea, it was made perfectly- wasn't too sweet (thou I didn't ask to sugar level) The place looks pretty cool, they have plenty of tables and chairs, nice & super cute wall decor and a cozy outdoor seating.

Yelp
I was very disappointed coming to this boba shop. I love boba and any shop I see that sells boba I'm going to go to try it out. Unfortunately, this was the worst boba I have ever had. What made me the most upset was that the boba tea had no milk or was water down and extremely sweet when I asked for 50% sugar. I never experienced that and felt it was a waste, I just took a sip and had to throw it out. I also ordered a crepe. I don't know if they made the batter a day or two ago but the crepe was crunchy and hard. I only got it because my kid was hungry but it was hard to chew so also had to toss that in the garbage and go somewhere else to get a bite to eat.

El Mahdi Z.

Yelp
Bruh i never had to leave a review before but for this shit hell yeah! 2 Thai tea and 1 banana crepes $24 Thai tea was mixed with water and just water! Not even a single drop of any kind of milk! And why the crepes are crunchy like nachos!

Yelp
Good boba shop with a good amount of seating. It's a nice, clean environment with a good variety. It's not the best boba I've ever had but not the worst. Good central location!

Yelp
Plenty of choices and speedy service. Location is desirable with easy to access parking. Rolled ice cream is a show in itself. Fresh ingredients from mango, strawberries and kiwi to condensed milk drizzle. Make sure to eat if quickly as hot weather melts it quickly ;-) Definitely on our list for future re-review.

Yelp
My little guy asked for Ice cream and this popped up and glad it did. About 5 miles from my house on Main Street in High Point across the street from The Brewer's Kettle sits this lovely lil shop in the strip mall. Went inside and placed our orders. My little guy picked a brown sugar boba milk tea and he loved it and this is coming from a little guy that actually spent last sunny in Japan. I ordered a Banana pudding rolled ice cream, it comes with slices of banana on top with vanilla wafers. Absolutely delicious, can't wait to try another selection!
google avatar

Bonnie L.

Yelp
Light and creamy. Lots of different ways to create your own rolled ice cream or pick from their own creations. It is definitely a different texture. More like frozen ice milk. It was good. They offer other iced drinks and treats for a hot summer
google avatar

Yelp
Although they only allowed take out during COVID, business was still piling at the door. Tea time lounge was super cute and had so many sweet treats to pick from. I got the red bean boba with coffee jelly and my daughter got the rolled rices cream with toppings. So good! Service was quick and easy. Very helpful! Can't wait for the next visit
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped here on the way home after dinner and it did not disappoint! The Berry ice cream was almost like an extra creamy smoothie bowl, super refreshing! We also tried the S'mores and they top it with a perfectly toasted marshmallow-the flavor was definitely spot on! It was around 6pm when we walked in, and we were out with our ice cream by 6:05!

Naya W.

Yelp
Great customer service! I've been a few times and they're always on point! They're patient with the kids and didn't rush us! Lovely family!
google avatar

Taahira H.

Yelp
Cheap cups and the boba was meh, they poured way too much tea with very little boba .
google avatar

Yelp
Been in search of a great tasting Boba Tea for sometime out here in our area and this place did not disappoint. Don't know many places that make a Mangoneada, but I can't wait to try it. The employees are nice and it has a nice ambiance.

Alicia D.

Yelp
Tea time is delicious. I am addicted to popping pearls. I had the pineapple/orange tea with strawberry popping bubbles. It was soo good and refreshing. I will definitely go again next time I'm in HP!
google avatar

Yelp
Great choices for dessert (rolled ice cream) and boba tea. Always fast, reasonable, and delicious. Definitely unexpected in High Point and a nice treat. Although across the street from my work, I manage to avoid going all the time or I would easily gain 30 pounds!

Yelp
My sister is a fan. It's a little bit of big city style in High Point, NC. She told me about the rolled ice cream and though my stomach was not being the most cooperative + I was very full (a common occurrence when I visit family down there; they are convinced I'm too thin), I opted to try some. I opted for a concoction heavy on mint since I happen to like mint chocolate chip ice cream and it doesn't mess up my stomach. Holy cow, was it good. They also have a nice seating area and WiFi here like you were in a coffee shop or small business in Manhattan without the trash & crowds. I can see why my sister and my nephew are fans. I'd go back if invited.

Yelp
Awesome place to get a variety of everything! The staff was SUPER nice. Our bubble milk tea was absolutely delicious! They have so many different flavors you can pick from! And it's CHEAP! And DELICIOUS. It's nice they have different sugar levels for sweetness. The lady taking our order misunderstood us for putting no sugar into our drinks and accidentally put the full amount in. We were nervous to go up to the counter to correct the error, but she was BEYOND nice about it and replaced the drink quickly. (Make sure you speak up for the people to hear you because it's tough hearing people when they wear masks!) We are totally coming here again. Cheap, delicious, happy atmosphere!
google avatar

Phuong O.

Yelp
I ordered the Papaya boba drink but without the boba, I opted for the grass jelly instead. I didn't enjoy the drink as much as the rolled ice cream. The drink didn't taste authentic, guess I'm spoiled but you can just taste the artificial flavor right off the bat, and from syrups the have displayed. I didn't even taste the jelly because I chuckled it. Usually the jelly would float or sink to the bottom but theirs were floating up top. I got the taro rolled over cream with lots of toppings. It's not the best but it's not the worst that I have had. Prices are fair.

Yelp
This is a great spot in high point. My kids love the rolled ice cream. I love the boba options. The fruit teas with popping pearls are my favorite. Service is always nice and helpful. Atmosphere is colorful and fun. Check it out!

Efe O.

Yelp
Placed an online order at 7:16 and was notified that it would be ready at 7:25. Upon arrival I noticed it wasn't ready. I proceeded to wait 20 plus minutes for my online order to be made. None of the workers acknowledged me.

Anna H.

Yelp
First time here I had ordered a Taro milk tea with brown sugar Crystal boba. I revived a Taro Milk tea with TAPIOCA Boba, I was disappointed at first but I kindly informed the working and she told me that they didn't sell any brown sugar Crystal boba here, and did offer to make another drink for me. I instead received a spoon and a cup to take the boba OUT, I do not like tapioca pearls . This happened with two drinks not only one.I was very eager to try this new place but was quickly disappointed. Don't recommend I wish I would've been told this when ordering instead after I payed and received my order.

Leo M.

Yelp
One of my favorite places I have ever come across. I started coming here back in high school and still love it. This is my favorite place for boba especially cause they have lavender tea which I can't always get at other places and it's affordable. It's a very cute small place and the staff are always so kind. I always found it cool how you could see them make the rolled ice cream. The only thing I wish they still had was the macron cookies they had when I was in high school.
google avatar

Nita C.

Yelp
Orginally came to get boba tea but saw mangonada on the menu. It's a mix of sweet, spicy, & salty. I know I know, you maybe thinking yuk BUT its yummy. If you like mangos you'll love it However, they have other beverages to choose from.
google avatar

Yelp
This place never disappoints. Really wish they had a location in Wake Forest, where I live now. Miss stopping by for a bubble tea or mangonada! Their Thai Tea rolled ice cream is excellent too!!

Yelp
The rolled ice cream and fantastic treat. Reasonable priced and lots of flavors hidden gem here in high point, the boba tea is also great strawberry milk all the way. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I really enjoy this place! One of the things that makes me come back to a place over and over, is consistency of good product and service. I've been to many Boba places around the area and this place is consistently great. I feel they have more flavor option than most others and it tastes better than most other places I've been to. I'm a fan of the Tapiaoca balls in mine and usually go for the Coconut tea. My daughter always gets the Tarro, which is also really really good. We also usually get one more to share, and its always a new flavor we want to try. Their rolled ice creams are wonderful! So many unique flavors. Be adventurous and go for something unique, you'll be pleased;) The staff are always pleasant and will give you their opinion on that flavor you're on the fence about. You can pre order your stuff and pick up, or go in and relax. Any chance I get to go in there, I take it, and hopefully after reading this, you'll give it a try and make it you're regular place too;)

Yelp
OK, so I have to admit, the Bubble Tea here didn't do anything for me. But having said that I'm extremely picky about such things so you shouldn't take too much heed in that. I found it to taste pretty average (the black milk tea) and the bubbles were really not the consistency I want. I didn't eat them at all. Trash can time. Having said that, everything other than the taste of my tea is a five star. The prices are good. The place is so cool. It has not only Asian desserts but also Mexican stuff. They have Mochi as a topping. The guy is super cool. The place is very innovative and a great spot for locals to hang out. There are games. It's just got so much going on here. If I could find some products I like (and I will try again) I will easily raise it to 5 stars. Lovely little experience in the evening dusk light. It was the High Point of my trip to High Point.
google avatar

Tamia S.

Yelp
I really enjoy going to this place. Friendly staff and cute location. They make your drink very fast and compared to other boba places their's is the cheapest. I ordered the Vanilla Boba Tea and liked it very much. Will come to again!!
google avatar

Rowan W.

Yelp
I came in expecting to get myself some boba. Why not? The price is right, for sure, and they had a bunch of really tempting flavors. BUT... I saw the rolled ice cream. Of all the flavors on the wall, I landed on strawberry shortcake. It came out incredibly decadent, with strawberry wafers, whipped cream, and crumbled graham crackers. The consistency of rolled ice cream is so nice, too! It melts straight away and the graham cracker crushed up into it gave it a really nice texture. It's a shame I don't live in the area, or I'd be back to try their huge assortment of flavors. And tea. I would definitely get some tea.

Yelp
There are not many boba places in the Triad area, much less GOOD boba places. This is one of those rare places. 1. Their menu has A LOT to choose from - everything from boba and smoothies to crepes and ice cream. It's almost impossible to choose because of all the options! However, the main reason that I wanted to try this place was for their boba, so I stuck with just boba. 2. The boba is good. There are options within each category of food or drink. For boba, the options include flavor, temperature, and size. The flavor list is extensive. The temperature is blended, iced, or hot. The size of the boba is then either Regular or Large. It took me a long time to select my flavor because there were many flavors that I was unsure about in terms of how well it would actually taste as a boba drink (thank goodness I looked it up ahead of time on their menu online). In the end, after much pondering, I went with Strawberry. It was definitely sweet and tasted like candy, but I enjoyed my drink. 3. The prices are affordable. My Regular Iced Strawberry Boba was $2.99.
google avatar

Jackie H.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place! Definitely the best boba tea I've had in the triad. The menu is extensive for the 3 things they serve (milk tea, rolled ice cream, bubble waffles) with a TON of toppings for each of these. One thing I really liked was that you could choose your sugar level for the milk tea. I personally don't like mine overly sweet so this was a really great option for me. The staff wasn't very friendly, specifically the cashier. The card reader wasn't working and instead of trying to help me with it, she ignored me asking for her help with it. After 3 tries it read my card. The place was not busy at the time so it was frustrating that she didn't appear to want to help. Overall, the dessert and milk tea here is great and has a great value. The staff could be better, but I will definitely be returning.

Yelp
It's nice to have a boba + rolled ice cream place in High Point; I don't need to drive to Greensboro for it. I like the setup inside and they have a good variety of drinks, smoothies, and flavors for their rolled ice cream; to choose from. Only thing missing, seriously is some hot food. Hahah! I'm used to boba places in California, and they serve popcorn chicken, kimchi fries, ain't healthy for my diet or my quest to shed some lbs but it's delicious! Haha. Anyway, I'll be back with my kids to try out other things on their menu.
google avatar

Yelp
+wide variety of drinks and deserts +favorite are the fruit drinks and rolled ice cream with bubble waffle +great employees +nice ambiance

Carmaine J.

Yelp
This review is only for the boba smoothies. We ordered Taro, Red Bean, Pandan and Mango..... It was OK. Very watered down and a bit too sweet. Could hardly taste the flavor of each one which I believe is because they don't use real fruit. For the area, I guess it's acceptable. Although this is a cute spot with good service. If I'm back in the area, I wouldn't mind trying their rolled ice cream.

Kewbe0915 ..

Yelp
Love their bubble tea, passionate kiss is my favorite. Their roll-up ice cream is good too, if you like Matcha try their matcha flavor one.
google avatar

Rosario S.

Yelp
My daughter loves visiting Tea Time for her boba. Prior to Covid it was nice to be able to sit down and play one of the board games they had laying around. We enjoy being able to order and pay online before arriving!
google avatar

Bernadette B.

Yelp
I just happened to be in town, and some family took me here. This is a bubble tea/crepe/rolled ice cream kind of place. It's a combo that seems to work well. I ordered the original milk bubble tea, and it was a solid win! The price was definitely on the cheaper side I've seen too. The ice cream was a solid win too, and if I had more time, I'd love to get a crepe. ....I was so excited to drink my bubble tea I forgot to take a picture. Oops.
google avatar

Cassie F.

Yelp
Great boba here and the staff is nice. I think the options are fabulous and I will absolutely be back!
google avatar

Erin C.

Yelp
These were really good! You will have to wait for the rolled ice cream. Our wait was about 30 minutes and they did tell us about a 20 - 25 minute wait. The place was pretty busy! One was vanilla ice cream with red beans, strawberries, Pocky, and sweet cream drizzled. The other one was chocolate ice cream with Andes mints, Oreo's, and chocolate drizzle!
google avatar

Jerrica R.

Yelp
Not really an "as advertised" place. The drinks we got were good, but nothing like the pictures they have on the walls. I'm probably just used to the boba tea houses in Texas. With that being said, I give this place a 3.5 (Or 4 in lieu of 3.5). It's really nice and dark inside. Music isn't too loud and there are plenty of sitting choices inside and out. It is very clean and constantly looked over by staff. The not so good. The rolled ice cream is $7 and it's not a lot in the serving. They were also out of taro. No big deal. I'll get a blended mocha with Boba. They were out of mocha. Ok... I'll get a blended coffee with Boba. They have that except it wasn't served blended, it was just cold liquid. I asked the girl behind the counter and she said that's the way it comes. So it not really blended. The mangonada also looked like it was supposed to come with fruit and swirled colors. It just looked like a mango slushi. All in all, the drinks did taste good. It's a nice place to go in an area with not a lot of places to go. I think I just happen to come from a place that has Boba tea like most places have Starbucks.
google avatar

Jordan M.

Yelp
This place is certainly a hidden gem of High Point. They offer bubble tea, rolled ice cream and smoothie drinks. The barista, Moon, was incredibly helpful and divulged that a Vietnamese style coffee, while not on the menu, was an option. Said coffee was strong and tasted great, I will definitely revisit.
google avatar

Jessica G.

Yelp
My review is strictly for the rolled ice cream, as I'm not a huge fan of bubble tea. I have been here several times and tried the coffee rolled ice cream, the green tea rolled ice cream, and one of their custom creations. I loved every single one, but my favorite is the coffee flavor. It's so rich and tastes like fresh coffee is used to make the base. I don't know if you've ever seen rolled ice cream being made before, but it's so neat! You should definitely consider trying it! You get a base flavor, and then 1 mix-in included, up to 3 toppings and a drizzle, all for $6.50. These are huge! Their custom creations are $7 plus tax and worth every penny. My favorite combination is coffee with heath, Nutella and whipped cream. It's AHHHHmazing! Just be prepared to wait if they're busy, because everything is a custom creation and takes a bit to make. They offer crepes, shaved ice, bubble tea, smoothies, rolled ice cream and a whole lot more.

Yelp
This place is amazing. It had a chill atmosphere. Great for date night or taking the family to get some delicious ROLLED ice cream. There is so many drink and ice cream combinations that will sure keep you coming back for more. The prices are very reasonable. The boba teas cost less than your favorite designer coffee. The ice cream cost around $5 or $6 for the most part, and they make it right in front of you which is always fun to watch. So I got the Large mango boba tea. It was very sweet and refreshing. My wonderful wife got the Regular jackfruit( a fruit we enjoyed while in Africa) boba tea and the rolled raspberry sorbet. My daring daughter got cotton rolled ice cream, and my super son got rolled chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cup. I tried a little bit of everything...It was all wonderful. I can't wait to come and try more new things. Variety is the spice of life ya know.
google avatar

Kim B.

Yelp
The rolled ice cream was amazing and fun to watch them make it :D Boba Tea was good too, people that work there are nice--I will def. go back again :)
google avatar

Ayana S.

Yelp
This little spot is so cute and such a great hang out place for some dessert. The decor is lovely and inviting. They have a big menu and everything sounded amazing so it was hard to narrow it down to one item I wanted. I ordered the perfect matcha rolled up signature ice cream and it was good. I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.
google avatar

Krisna S.

Yelp
Oh my goodness! This place is soooooo cute! & such a gem to find. They have macarons made but once they're gone, they're gone for the day, so make sure you get there early enough. They also have cookies that look sooo good and are $1 each. I'm also assuming they pair well with your bubble tea as well too. I got the iced green tea boba with lychee and my sister got the strawberry blended boba. It took several minutes to come out, but the wait was definitely worth it. My bubble tea was sooooo good and enough lychee was at the bottom to where I didn't feel robbed. Speaking of robbed, the price was definitely affordable and worth it. $2.99 for a regular iced boba??? SCORE. Overall, I will definitely come back and am super satisfied of how the drink wasn't powdery at all like other bobas. If y'all want a quick fix, this place may not be the best place because of the wait time, but if you want some banging bubble tea, you definitely need to hit this place up.

Rob S.

Yelp
Went around 8:30pm. Sign said the closed at 9 pm. Staff was very rude. Told us to leave because we asked why they wouldn't serve us. Won't be back. Girl at register needs a lesson in manners and respect. All we wanted was get ice cream for the kids. Go to Mayberrys where the staff is courteous because that's what we did.
