Cool place. This place has great teas, and the staff is super knowledgeable—especially Isabella, who helped me out. I told her I’m diabetic, and she was really patient as I looked through the menu. She let me know which drinks had too much sugar and gave me helpful suggestions so I could pick something that wouldn’t spike my blood sugar. I really appreciated how she didn’t rush me at all. The shop is very clean, and everyone working that evening (July 6) was kind, friendly, and patient. It’s a relaxing spot with great music, and I’d definitely recommend it. The teas weren’t too sweet for me, and the hibiscus tea was my favorite—really great flavor! Will be back to try the tease that Daniela the employee recommended. Finished my drinks !

This was my first time at TeaLatte Bar, a friend from work recommended it to me. I had the Honolulu Milk Tea. When I get boba tea, I always get Taro. I was really impressed with the taste of the tea especially the caramel flavor. I also want to thank Ashly. She was very patient and kind. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu, and she helped me make a decision for trying something new. The staff is very cool and it's a chill place to hang out.

I am a regular at this Tea Latte Bar, and I can say I love this place! I have been going here for a couple years now, and have noticed no such decline in quality, all of my favorites have remained just as great as when I first tried them. The service is to be especially admired, I am always greeted with a warm attitude. Keep being great!

Great Thai tea! My friend got a strawberry banana smoothie & said that it was good but mostly tasted like banana, so just be aware! The shop itself was nice and clean. There were a few tables to sit/work at but not very many. Staff was nice but slightly impatient with questions. Overall, I prefer this place over some others in the area.

Ive been living in the area for a year now and this is the first time I come to this place. Carrolton has a wide variety of boba shops and this is one of the better ones. My drink came out fast and the service was friendly. I think the shop is a bit out dated, but nonetheless the boba is great.

Looking for a boba shop with fully customizable drinks, then you’ll love TeaLatte Bar. This is the only boba place that I know in Dallas that allows you to customize your drink fully. They offer different tea leaves options, toppings, and milk (dairy & non-dairy) along with their varied menu of coffee, frappe, lemonades, smoothies, fruit teas, etc. I’ve been here so many times over the last 2 years that I’m not sure what my favorite drink is anymore. I love their watermelon green tea, jasmine green tea with cheese foam, and recently, their pink dragon hibiscus tea. They have such a huge menu so everyone will be able to find something they like. My boyfriend doesn’t like sweet drinks much, but he likes TeaLatte because he can customize his milk tea down to the tea flavor. They brew the tea fresh in front of you, so it’s not prep from a tea container like most boba places. Customer service has always been great, but sometimes it might take a long time depending on how busy the store is. They have a nice ambiance and are super cozy, so don’t be shy to bring your laptop to study here. Prices are typical compared to other boba shops, costing around $4.50-6 per drink depending on what you get. Highly recommended if you’re looking for more customizable drinks!

Tealatte Bar used to be so good. It was my go-to boba spot for years — the drinks always hit just right, super flavorful and well-made. I’d recommend it to friends all the time. But over the last couple years, something changed. The drinks have gotten really watery and bland. It feels like the recipe or ingredients were switched up, and not in a good way. I kept going back hoping it was just a one-off thing, but it’s been consistently disappointing. Really sucks because I used to love this place, but I had to move on and find a new spot. Just not the same anymore.

I really wanted to love this one, because it's organic tea. But I just didn't find a flavor that I actually loved, mostly because they were too sweet. It's was just ok, and believe me I tried many! ‍ the good points: they have free WiFi, prices are about the same to other tea stores, they have plenty of toppings, they do sampling of usually a type of milk tea and fruity one. The not so good points: it's pretty popular so it gets busy pretty easily, you might not find a spot to seat, it has very limited options of food (only sweets, and I personally did not like them it didn't felt tasty and they were a bit on the dry side). I did try the blue lemonade and I liked, although it was a bit sweet.
