Wonderful brown sugar boba tea! This is the second time my boyfriend and I have been here and it was just as good as the first time! The lady working was polite and kind, too. We will be back again soon ☺️

We were there alone and we ordered three drinks. There was one person there. Priyanka was helpful and suggested us some drinks when we were confused. The drinks were okay but it had an overwhelming amount of ice. We ordered one slush mix and two smoothies but there were huge chucks of ice in all of the drinks. If blended correctly it would’ve probably been much better. The pictures I took were after I drove 30 minutes back home.

Horrible experience today! Looking for a place you can spend $25 on boba and have your drink made wrong every time? Looking for a place that'll make you wait 20 minutes for a drink and then have it be wrong, so you ask for them to remake it and the employee tells you that you ordered your drink wrong and that it's your fault it doesn't taste the way you make it when the girl who took your order up charged you for everything and didn't tell you anything about any of the drinks? Looking for a place that will ask you if you want a different drink because they ran out of what you ordered so you order another drink and after 7 minutes they tell you they don't have it so you ask for a different drink and then after 5 more minutes they tell you they don't have that either? Looking for a place that'll upcharge you for everything in the drink that's supposed to be in the base price? Looking for a place that after all of this, will put random jelly boba in the drink you ordered after having to change drinks 3 times? Looking for a place that would rather waste its own time than give you a refund? I think this is absolutely the perfect place! Y'all need to train your staff and fix your attitude. Today was disgusting and I'm pissed off with how unprofessional the staff was today. This order took 40 minutes after everything and I tossed out my drink because after everything it was still wrong and tasted disgusting! Fix these problems, the doors deserve to close if this is how you treat your customers.

Honestly not coming back. The employees are nice but they seem like they don't know their own menu at all. We ordered a thai milk tea and a thai tea frappe and were charged EXTRA TO ADD MILK for drinks that require milk. Almost $1 each just to add milk. Whipped cream was 75 cents. We got both of our Thai teas and they were incredibly bitter and not good at all. When asked for a refund because we were running behind to work (waited 20 minutes for our drink), he refused a refund and then offered to remake our drinks. Then they ran out of our drink and we had to pick completely new drinks and still refused the refund. Also argued I picked the wrong milk for thai tea so that's why it was wrong. To tell your customers that they're wrong for ordering the drink they ordered is disgusting behavior. We are not in the wrong for ordering a drink and having your staff make it wrong. And then to be told after waiting 7 minutes after having to have our drinks remade, they didn't even have the ingredients for what we wanted anymore for the new drinks we had to order. At this point it's more professional to just issue the refund, which they denied again. This was awful service and I'm beyond upset. Fix the attitude issue with staff and train them please. It was like walking into a store that has absolutely no idea what they're doing. We shouldn't have had to wait almost 40 minutes for disappointment.

I loved my experience. I went with my girlfriend and we were immediately greeted when we came through the door. Bianca took our orders and was very helpful in our choices. I got a chocolate mt extra sweet with a pump of Carmel and brown sugar boba, and my girlfriend got a tealatte mt with boba. Both of our drinks turned out great and we loved the welcoming environment. It’s not our first time there and it definitely wont be our last.

The woman working alone the evening of Nov. 9th was incredibly lovely and kind. She made my drink quickly and it was just what I was craving!

Had a poor experience today. I ordered a death wish vanilla latte and a jasmine milk tea boba. They said their coffee machine wasn't working and it would be a few minutes. My son was getting a haircut next door so I said I would come back when it was done. The boba was hard (I will say typically their boba is good and soft but today was not good). When we came back after the haircut she started to make the death wish vanilla latte. After making it she asked if we wanted milk in it? It looked the color of tea so I clarified that it was a death wish latte. She said yes. I am just so confused. It's definitely not coffee. And a latte means it has milk in it. I have no idea what she gave us.

Got the HK milk tea which tasted a bit odd. It was pretty watery like too much ice had melted despite drinking it as soon as I got it. The black boba was small, it almost looked like sago and definitely not cooked right. Texture was mushy and clumped together so I would get a whole ball of clumped boba in some of my sips. I like Tealatte bar but unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location :(

I rated this place about 2-3 years ago. I left a good review because of atmosphere, price, and service. However the prices have changed drastically. I don't understand why people are charged 8-9 dollars for one drink. The atmosphere and service are still good. The pricing is what is absurd.

Really great ambiance and it's very inviting when you walk in. Great selection of drinks, and a variety of milk alternatives. Service was great as well, really enjoyed this stop!

This location is really suffering from the recent change in ownership. I have been a loyal Tealatte fan since the first opening of the Carrollton location years ago and loved this Frisco location when they had the original owners. Recently however with the change I would no longer recommend coming here due to my last two horrible visits. The first visit I made after the owners changed I ordered my classic matcha frappe and it was very watery. I poked my boba straw in immediately after the drink was ready and it was already like I ordered a latte with blended ice not a smoothie. Still I was willing to give them a second chance. A second time I visited, the owner (?) and one other worker was manning the store. I ordered my matcha latte and everything went down hill from there. I waited about 20 minutes for my drink and got worried when the person in front of me hadn't received theirs. At the 30 minute mark both me and the person in front of me were getting very frustrated. The owner and worker seemed to have no sense of urgency or think it was strange that it was taking us 30 minutes to get the boba. At the 40 minute mark I asked for a refund, but the owner said "no we're working on it right now." Finally 45 minutes later I got an even worse matcha smoothie, not to mention I had to remind him I ordered boba cause he forgot to add it in the first time. The matcha smoothie was horrible and tasted like only milk (just look at my photo), i've never had such a light colored matcha smoothie, literally was just milk and ice that was chunky and not even blended all the way. To add even more insult to injury when I was ordering I asked for whipped cream which I have never been charged extra before at any Tealatte when ordering frappes, but this new owner charges extra. 45 minutes for a chunky milk slush that is suppose to be a matcha smoothie is not acceptable. I really implore the new owner to ask for help from other locations cause if this is the standard under new ownership this location will not last long. My recommendation - stay away and buy your $6 boba elsewhere.

Drinks used to be good but recently they've made some interesting hiring decisions. Orders frequently come out wrong or missing something (sweetener, ice etc.) and it seems like they have new hires working the entire store by themselves with zero assistance.

Maybe my favorite little boba place around. Cute little shop. Good menu. Good vibes. I like the Hawaiian touches. 5 stars!

I am a huge fan of TeaLatte Bar, but this one is really bad!! I ordered 4 drinks and they messed up on 2 of the drinks. For a baseball batting average that would be fine, but to get half of my orders wrong is not acceptable. One of the drinks I ordered hot and it was cold (ice). I also ordered a rose black milk tea. When I received the drink, it didn't look like a black tea. I think he made it with green tea by mistake. It didn't look like there was milk in there like it usually is at other locations. Looks like there was just a little bit of milk and it looks like the milk might have been bad because you can see curds in the drink. I think they were low on milk or they used whatever old milk they had left. I shouldn't see curds in my drink. This is a first ever. The boba in this drink was overly soft and it wasn't chewy like it's supposed to be. The weird thing was that the guy asked me to leave them a good review even before I received my drinks. He asked for a good review again after I got my drinks. I didn't examine my drinks until I got home. If I could, I would give zero stars. Stay away from this boba place. Go to any boba place, but this one.

Without a doubt, every time I come to this location, there is a problem. During my first visit, I ordered a chocolate milk tea with boba and instead of the Oolong tea (which the cashier told me came in the chocolate milk tea) I asked if I could substitute it with black tea. The cashier (young woman with glasses) then said "It won't be good with black tea." After seeing the menu and drinks are customizable, I then said "I would like to try it anyways," in which the cashier rolled her eyes and continued the order with an attitude. After getting the drink (and ENJOYING IT, mind you), every time I go to the store, my drink is always messed up (multiple times, the tiramisu or sea foam was not added to the drink) or the store is out of something. Upon walking into the store at 5:00 pm today, the same cashier mentioned above was working (young woman with glasses) and another customer ordered a Taro Milk Tea with Boba. I then proceed to the register and was told they are out of boba and it would be a 35 minute wait. We tried one more time. Ordered the strawberry flow with sea foam and the drink had CURDED sea foam. Upon reaching for the drink, without saying anything, the barista says "It looks like that because it's how it's supposed to look." We then replied "We have gotten this before and it never had curds. Could you make it without the sea foam if that's the case?" The barista bit her lip and gave a really awful look, as if we were inconveniencing her and she began to make the new drink. The other worker (A young Caucasian woman) then apologized, as she seen the interaction. I'm not sure why every time I go to this location, there is an issue. The drinks are good and fresh, but the service at this establishment is terrible.

Came in Friday. No one appeared until they heard the bell. Both employees didn't seem to know the menu. Just pointed at the top 5 drinks. Eh vibe was off. Drink was ok

Best TeaLatte location. What I got: I got the Thai tea with boba today, but I've tried a handful of other their other milk drinks at other locations and most of them are great. The matcha drinks aren't as strong as you think they'd be. Boba is always cooked to perfection. Environment: Clean, plenty of seats, well lit. Service: The girls honestly made my day - and I don't often say that. They were sweet, personable, genuine, and helpful.

Ordered several drinks that we have ordered before and were disappointed with the quality. At first we asked for boba and we were told they were making a batch and it would take 50 minutes. Instead we said it was fine and ordered anyway. Taro milk tea is usually bright purple and already mixed. When asked if what we ordered was correct we were told to mix it ourselves and it was a "premium" drink. Staff offered to remake the drink however it was the same quality. We also ordered a watermelon lemonade with lychee jelly. When we were given the drink there was one jelly. When we told them they said we never ordered the jelly however our receipt said otherwise. When asked what add ons we had ordered we repeated ourselves and said we wanted boba but yall said it would take too long so we only added jelly to one drink. The staff said "oh we are done making boba for the day." Contradicting what the originally said earlier that they were making it and it would take 50 minutes. We also ordered a lava flow smoothie that should have yellow and red colouring but only was handed a yellow smoothie. Really disappointing because we used to be frequent customers but will no longer be returning.

Sindhu made me a yummy strawberry matcha. She kept the conversation going while she made it. Very good service.

I stopped by and tried the strawberry matcha, and it was so good! Big shoutout to Sophia and Mia who helped me choose it--they were super nice and made the whole experience even better. Great service, chill vibe, and awesome drinks.

Asked for help because it was my first time. Service was super helpful and was able to suggest the tea for me. Great vibe inside the shop as well. Great tea as well. Will come back.

whoever was on shift today (11:20am may 27 2025) had his hands guided by God when making my smoothie. He's made a smoothie of mine before and it was the exact same thing. it was SO SMOOTH. I wanted to cry, it was the most beautiful smoothie I've ever had anywhere and I work at a drink store too. I swear God touched him while making my drink.

The drinks taste superb. The owners are really sweet! They have board games to play while you're there. Really nice spot!

This boba bar was the best I've been to in a long time. The boba was nice and chewy and my tea was refreshing. The service was great and the employee were very nice. I felt very refreshed and satisfied.

I'm in a hunt for taro milk decided to try TeaLatte Bar since it was close by where I live. The shop has very cute decor and staff is friendly. I ordered the Taro Milk tea with coconut milk and 75% sugar. The drink was very pretty but too sweet for my likely. Now I know next time I'll order 50% or 25%. I would come back but try different flavors

Wonderful, friendly service to help us choose our teas. The cashier was very knowledgeable with her teas and even gave us samples of the popping blueberry boba after seeing our hesitation. The space was also clean and tidy with ample space to lounge and chat it up. There were also board games to play if you're there with a group of friends! I ended up getting a kumquat tea with boba and 25% sweetness and it was the perfect amount of sugar! Tea was also refreshing and tasty. Would come back again!

Heard this place was under new management and they been doing great. I went to the one in Carrollton a few times but this place seems to be even better. Green Thai tea for the win.

Super cute place, when I went in I could smell the teas and the brown sugar. It was amazing, cozy, fun, and comfy.

Love tealatte bar! Glad they finally opened up a location that isn't a 45 minute drive from where I live. They don't have all the options available right now since they've only had their soft opening. It does take awhile to get your drinks, but it's understandable since they did just open. The staff is really friendly and super helpful and answering any questions you may have. I highly recommend coming here if you havne't tried any of the other locations. It's my fatvorite boba shop and the flavors don't disappoint. Also sign up for their rewards program so you don't miss out on free drinks/discounts.

Good service but this location is consistently out of Boba. This becomes frustrating as a repeat customer.

TeaLatte Bar Yes finally an excellent boba place to buy drinks. It's clean and comfortable atmosphere. We ordered the signature drink milktea drink and added grass jelly for add on was a nice twist from the usual boba. We also ordered the watermelon smoothie with strawberry poppers. I highly recommend it, its made with actual watermelon and the flavor really comes through. I hope this place stays. Please come by and check it out, you wont be disappointed. They even write cute notes on your drinks so they get it right.

I find tealatte bar's drinks to be too milky and not enough tea. Not quite sure what's going on with this location. I went in and wanted to get a green thai tea which is on the menu and pictured here on yelp from a review last year. The person at the counter told me first that they didn't have it and then said they have the ingredients in the back but they never learned how to make it. I showed him the green thai tea pic from last year at this very location. Then he mentioned something about an ownership change (also mentioned in other reviews) and how they're adding more stuff to the menu, and they might learn to make green thai tea at some point. Made no sense to me. This was probably my last visit to any tealatte bar.

Finally finally tried this place. Wanted to since they opened. Anyway made my way down there. So my DIL is a bubble tea fanatic and she's slowly turning me into one. I of course am never sure what to order since I'm a tea rookie. I was a bit confused with the menu and the add ons but the girl at the counter was helpful. I tried the hibiscus tea and wanted aloe jelly in it. They didn't gave that but she suggested lychee (?). In the counter are bottled examples of what each add on looks like. I took her advice and it was simply delish. Will definitely head back.

I love that you are greeted with tea samples (milk tea and a fruit tea) and an intoxicating aroma. The drinks are good but the mochi donuts aren't the best in the area. It's a cute place to order some drinks, eat mochi donuts, and chat with your friends or work away from home.

The ambience is chill and the service was really good! Give me the same vibe my local boba shop in college gave. The drinks were great too! I got a custom lemonade with pineapple flavor and lychee jelly and mango boba! Yum!

The strawberry flow is sooooooo good, but kind of expensive at over $6. A nice treat though!

They make a solid milk tea but I still prefer 7 Leaves for taste and options. When I ordered at TeaLatte, I went with the Thai tea since that's my signature drink and what I grade all new tea places on. I was told it was pre made so they couldn't adjust the sweetness. As expected, it was sweeter than I would prefer. Flavor was decent, but I don't want such a sugary tea. Staff was obviously new because I asked about a couple of other flavors on the menu (the menu is very robust) and I was told to call another day and ask for the manager. I might go here if it's my only option or because it's more convenient, but overall, I'm sticking with 7 Leaves.

Love the variety of drinks they have. They are also open later than a lot of the other boba tea places which is much appreciated! Some of my favorites have been the rose black milk tea, mango kumquat green tea and the genmaicha milk tea. Great customer service and good rewards program as well. I will note their boba is not as overwhelmingly sweet as other places.

This shop has the perfect environment for studying or doing work. The staff is amiable and helpful. The boba here is the best! And they have a variety of drinks to choose from, which is always nice to have.

Two stars for the tea samples and good service, but the tea tasted like water. I've never had such flavorless tea. I ordered two drinks and neither had flavor... won't be returning here. Stick with 7 Leaves or another place if you're looking for a good milk tea.

I had the Coffee Milk Tea with large boba and it was delicious! You could taste the coffee and the tea which was so good. The boba was a really good texture too! The staff was super nice and helpful and the service was fast. It is such a cute place with super welcoming decorations!

Finally a great boba spot close to home! Not sure how long it has been open but my friends and I recently discovered it one night and we love the place! I tried the Peppermint cold brew seasonal drink and added boba last night and it was amazing! They also have friendly staff as my friends and I received great service from the helpful Sue and Jazaiyah(sorry if I spelt that wrong, I'm sure I f'd that up) they were awesome and helped make the experience for all of us. Would recommend and will definitely be going there again in the future!

I recently tried TeaLatte Bar, and their Lychee-Yo tea, Passion Orange Guava, Thai Tea frappe, and matcha frappe were incredibly relaxing and delicious. Haven't been disappointed yet! This place is spot on

Service was good and quick but the drink tasted like water. I got the earl grey milk tea with boba. The boba was sweet and chewy but the tea itself tasted like straight water.

The correct was amazing.. we got the speciality coffee: house coffee and vietnamese coffee. We got it hot instead of iceed and it was amazing. Will try again soon

My husband brought me a pineapple, coconut and strawberry smoothie from this place and it was so good! Very fresh ingredients and he said the girl who made it was super sweet. We live down the street and will be back again soon!

Very clean, staff super inviting. They accommodate to me super quickly I asked for jasmine milk tea. but, if they could make the flavor stronger because previous I tried from them and my preference I wanted stronger flavor and they made it upon request no problem. Also one of the few places I've seen have mini boba pearls
