Teamo Tea Cafe opened in March 2018, just a 2-minute walk down the street from Sharetea's first Georgia location which opened only a couple months prior. Unlike Sharetea, Teamo isn't a chain. It's a mom and pop shop. And also unlike Sharetea, Teamo has more seating, board games, herbal teas with teapots (dine-in only), specialty juices, a greater emphasis on fruit teas, and a limited selection of desserts. I thought the fruit and cream teas here were terrific and service was great.
Teamo is located next door to Egg Harbor Cafe inside the Parkside Shops shopping plaza on busy Roswell Road, close to I-285 exit 25. It's barely OTP (outside the perimeter). The business name is a play on "tea and more" and Spanish for "I love you" (te amo).
The menu features 12 different kinds of fruit teas with fresh fruit inside. The fruit teas come in one size only (700 mL) and cost $4.99-6.99 each. There's a loyalty card you can get where if you try all 12 kinds of fruit tea, you get any fruit tea of your choice and a dessert for free. This is one of two loyalty cards the business offers (more on the other card below).
I had the fruit supreme tea ($5.99) and thought it was delicious. I definitely recommend it. It was cold, sweet, and refreshing. The tea came in a nice-looking, clear, tall plastic cup with Teamo branding (both in English and Chinese), a snap-shut lid, and a mini heart-shaped stopper. Inside the tea, I could see whole blueberries, chopped up dragon fruit (you don't see that in Asian teas everyday in Atlanta), and what I believe were apple, mango, and strawberry, a slice or two of orange, and a teabag. I was impressed with the tea's quality and flavor. While I don't order fruit teas often (I usually go for milk teas), this fruit tea was solid and among the best I've had. I'm looking forward to trying the other fruit teas.
Teamo also serves bubble/milk teas in 11 flavors and 12 toppings ($3.99 small/500 mL, $4.50 regular/700 mL; includes 1 topping), cream teas in 5 flavors ($4.50 small, $4.99 regular), the aforementioned herbal teas ($3.99 per 500 mL serving or $8.99 per pot including refill) and specialty juices ($4.25 small, $4.75 regular), hot drinks (e.g. lattes, hot cocoa for $4.50 each), Frappuccinos ($4.50 small, $4.99 regular), and espresso-based coffee drinks like Americanos and cappuccinos ($4.25 small, $4.75 regular). Some of the drinks can be served hot.
I also had one of the cream teas (oolong, regular size for $4.99) and also thought it was delicious. The cream teas have a drinkable cream cheese topping. The cream tea was served in the same style see-through plastic cup with snap-shut lid as the fruit tea. While you can remove the stopper and drink the cream tea through the small opening in the lid, I found that it was better to drink the cream tea with the lid completely off. You get more of that strong and luscious cream tea flavor mixed in with every sip. It's quite tasty. Like the fruit supreme tea, the oolong cream tea is another tea I highly suggest ordering. It's good. Other cream tea flavors include green, black, Earl Grey, and apricot (the latter two are decaf).
Aside from the fruit loyalty card, there's another loyalty card that gets you 1 free drink of any kind after the purchase of any 10 drinks. Teamo is the only tea shop in Atlanta, that I currently know of, that offers 2 different types of loyalty cards.
Small desserts are displayed in a fridge next to the counter. During our visit, most were in small, clear plastic cups with lids. They included Oreo potted cups ($3.99 each), coconut pudding with various fruits (e.g. blueberry, kiwi, and I think mango; $2.99), red bean coconut pudding ($2.50), and slices of cheesecake.
Interior seating capacity is about 40. These consist of about 20 seats at tables against a banquette, a couple booths in the back, and counters against the storefront's windows. In terms of space, while it's still on the smaller side of metro Atlanta Asian bakeries and cafes, it's still big enough and conducive for meeting up, hanging out, and work/study (unlike Sharetea across the street).

Board games, card games, and other tabletop games Teamo has available for play include Yahtzee, Clue, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, Monopoly Junior, Life, Suspend (balancing game), Jenga, Forbidden Island, Junior Trivia, and Scrabble. They also have an NES Classic Edition and two controllers hooked up to a big screen TV. I find that kind of surprising considering the NES Classic is a hard-to-find collectible. When we visited, they even had the original NES Classic box/packaging laying on the table. I wonder how long that's going to last.
