I never knew tea could be so refreshing until I tried this place, never lets me down. Really pretty interiors, board games to keep kids occupied, and just happy modern cafe vibes. Right next to the parking on railroad ave, just beside 1st Street. Would recommend 10/10, should visit atleast once in your life.

What I like about this location is that it opens at 11:30am compared to the other locations in the tri-vally. There are several drink options, including classics and signatures, to create your own. phenomenal service that is quick and polite. There is also plenty of parking across the street and a great location in the downtown Livermore area. I definitely recommend trying this place if you like sweet drinks. I'm most likely to come back. 😋👌🏽

Drink tasted okay, not too sweet and generally a decent flavor. However, this particular boba place does not offer boba. After being here 3 times, each time I was told that they were out of boba. The inside of the store is also slightly warm, and there is limited seating. I recommend going to the nearby Teazentea instead.

They don't even have spoons, and they have paper straws. So when the straw gets too soggy and you need a spoon to scoop out the boba at the bottom, no spoons. But hey the drinks are good if they're in stock.

Came here today at 1pm.. there was one girl working ( on a Saturday?) And it was easily over 100 degrees inside ..no air??!! I asked for the paloma and was told its seasonal because of the grapefruit and they no longer offer it ..bummer..ok so I went for cucumber lemonade and my husband likes the ladybug..After Waiting 20 minutes to get our drinks right before she was going to seal them she tells me they were out of cucumber and did I want something else..pass! Management do better ! Asking your staff to work in those hot conditions is not right at all! I don't fault the worker she shouldn't have been there by herself and with limited options on a Saturday.

The drinks are good and so are other boba places. Definitely need to work on their customer service skill. Lack of acknowledgment while customers are present at the counter, that is not a good look.

This place is awesome. My boba has been delightful everytime i ordered. High quality, yummy, and never gets your order wrong. The only reason I wont give it a five out of five was the service. We ordered at 3:45 and got our drinks at 4:20ish.

Decided to try the new boba shop in Livermore today and was pleasantly surprised! Employees were very nice and offered me a few samples of their drinks. The quality of the drinks were also top notch! Very delicious and satisfied my boba craving. 100% recommend to boba lovers and newcomers alike!

Teaspoon opened recently where CREAM once was. Counter infrastructure same. Added flatscreen with menu to wall next to counter, Attached ordering kiosk to wall near entrance. T is one block from lst st. Very near Bankhead Theatre. T is an America based boba company, not from China nor Taiwan. Offerings: Classics, Signatures. Coffee. Upon entering found no one at the service counter. Had to call out many times. Frequent patrons know where to find the kiosk & order from it. Manager? came out, took my order, made it. Sips: Double Matcha Coffee (reg. 7.50) less ice, 50% sugar. -ice was still nearly filled to top, drink tasted too sweet. Matcha not tastable. Coffee maybe faint. Not noticeable. -When ice nearly melted, matcha was tastable, sugarness faded. Coffee too subtle to notice. 4.5 stars Semi-worthy: YMMV. Quantity: good. Quality: ok. ice & sugar too much. Coffee not enough.

I'm so happy that this place is close to me now! When I heard they were opening a teaspoon in Livermore I was so excited because it's my favorite. I love the grasshopper, it's so light and refreshing I've never found a drink like this anywhere else. Their boba is always made fresh and soft. They're pretty fast at making the drinks and the girls working are always friendly too. Can't speak on the other drinks because I'm obsessed with what I get, but if you like cucumber and lychee try the grasshopper!

Bathroom was very dirty with no toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. I did some work there and table area and coffee was good, but bathroom didn't get cleaned even after we said something about it.

I was so excited to get the Double Matcha, and was a little disappointed to get this. The girl who took my order was very nice and made the drink really fast. But for this drink to be a double matcha is pretty disappointing. It doesn't even taste like a single matcha. It just tastes like milk. For $7.

Teaspoon is super refreshing on the hot Livermore days. I came in here in a Sunday afternoon, and I picked up a Grasshopper. It gave me the energy boost I need and made me cool down as well. There are plenty of drinks that could satisfy all of my cravings, so I will be sure to come back and try them all. I love the vibes here at this Livermore location. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. They offer to tweak your drinks to your liking by adding in more sweeteners or remaking it if it's too sweet. The music selection is comforting and lively as well. I can see myself being my work equipment here to work all day. Thank you for a great time !

Yay! So glad a boba place has returned to downtown Livermore. The Guava Sunset and House Milk Tea are my go-to drinks. You can dial the sweetness level to your liking for most of the tea drinks. I especially love how lactose free cream is their standard. The grass jelly is super soft and delicious too.

Arrived right when they opened. We used their order pad on the wall to place our order and pay. Waited less than 10 minutes to get our drinks. Very clean inside and plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your beverage. I loved the strawberry with boba! Very sweet and refreshing!

This location is new to downtown Livermore. It's nestled between Bankhead theater and the movie theater. The place is shiny and new! It looked very clean. You have the option to order with someone or by using the kiosk. I ordered with the person at the front..she was nice but I can tell she was new, totally understandable. I asked her a few questions because I wasn't sure how I should get my drink. I ordered a 50% sweetness creamy jasmine tea with popping boba. I didn't think it was great but I didn't want to make the girl make another, that is an option you know? There's a little sign that says they'll make your order to your liking so I'm assuming I could have let her know but I didn't want to make a fuss. Now I know I need to up the sweetness a bit. I'll definitely give this place another chance especially because I went during their soft opening. I'll be sure to update y'all !

Grand Opening event at Teaspoon so it was an event not to be missed with a great incentive. Not only do you get a Free large Boba drink of your choosing from the Boba selection card, but you also get a $10 tumbler as a gift. A win-win situation, but arriving early & having a lot of patience was the only requirement. After 3 hours of waiting & being the 63rd person in line, I was able to get my Grasshopper Boba. It was the perfect choice for me since I'm lactose intolerant. The Grasshopper consists of Lychee juice, & fresh cucumber juice that really lingers in your mouth. The boba was so fresh it was still warm in my cup. It was definitely a fun experience & having all the raffle incentives made the wait a little more bearable.

I came here with my brother last week when they had their BOGO deal. This is located in downtown Livermore so there's limited street parking. There is a parking garage right across the street, so we parked there. I ordered the Taro Lover, and I really enjoyed it. You can't adjust the sweetness for this drink, but the sweetness was just right for me. It's not overly sweet. My brother got the Ladybug, and he liked it. He got less sweet and it was just right for him. The staff was nice, and service was quick. Ambiance is casual, new, and modern.

If you love Boba, you will love Teaspoon! They can make whatever you can wildly imagine and also have a curated menu of their favorites available for affordable prices. They have simple snacks and large group options are available also. Just like any boba spot, service is hard to truly mess up, and Julia was great! Must try and must return!

Went to this new location of teaspoon earlier today for a Matcha with boba like I usually get at other locations, it was just as good as the other locations! I did the order ahead on the app and when I got there the drink was already ready for me, even though I showed up early. There's nearby parking lots you can park in and some seating nearby too! Cute area to walk around at. The girl in the store was super nice too, I asked if they had any utensils since I had forgotten to take one with my from home with my lunch. She gave me a spoon which was really nice too! Would definitely come back if I wanted boba and am in Livermore!

This Teaspoon is in the downtown Livermore area, they are on the street view with a parking structure across the street, so it is convenient. This is their newer and more modern looking location, at least compared to their other locations I had been to across the Bay Area. The surrounding area was nice to take some photos and walk around, while enjoying my boba. There was one employee working during my visit and it was Abby - she was friendly and helpful - bumped up to 4 stars just for how accommodating she was. I ordered their Creamy Jasmine with boba, grass jelly, and rainbow jelly. The drink was pretty creamy with a subtle tea taste to it. The toppings were great additions to it as well. I wished I remembered to bring my glass bottle from Teaspoon that I received from one of their other locations during my visit. Overall, drinks are 3/3.5 stars, but service alone bumps it up to 4.

This is the best boba place in downtown Livermore! The staff were friendly and took the time to guide me through the order on the menu because it was my first time coming here! Maddy explained the menu properly and recommended me the Guava Sunset! She was so polite and efficient. The taste of a "Guava Sunset" had a potent house-made guava base. It was more likely that it was sweet and tasted tropical with the prominent taste of guava, which is a tropical fruit known for its unique blend of sweetness and slight tartness. The ambiance of the store is all new and clean. People who Work From Home can totally do their work there. It's peaceful and aesthetic, as I would say. It's another reason I can come back and try all their drinks and pastries! Thanks teaspoon!

Tried this place for the first time and so far so good. Ordered the Ube Astra and it was good. I ordered to go but I can tell that the tables and bench/chairs are clean. Will come back and try other flavors.

Service was good the girl was very welcoming helped me with my drink choice I got the ladybug. I give a 3 star because poor employee was the only one here with maybe 10 order ahead of me. If i could I would jump in and help out. I would. Store Manager should know about events in downtown. Today downtown held their annual comic con. Another employee finally arrived at 1:15. Do better management.

I came here with some friends on a weekday and it was pretty empty. We ordered our drinks on the kiosk and they came out fairly quick for only 1 girl making our drinks! I ordered a hot honey oolong milk tea for the cold weather, and it was perfect temperature. I love how this location has seating, unlike the Concord location which is strictly standing or to-go.

This is the best boba around. And the guava sunset is a must try! Staff is always so pleasant. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed

I love their Strawberry silk milk drink with brown sugar bobas, or their passion fruit lemonade!!! My family and I are literally addicted!!! So glad I finally tried this place. The employees are pretty nice as well.

I love this new little stop in Livermore! It's in such a great location and has the best vibes. The employees are incredible and my drink was absolutely beautiful that I didn't want to shake it up Can't wait to come again!

Folks, it's not a location curse. CREAM was bad, but Teaspoon is just unacceptable. We ordered 3 items (I'm not going to bother looking up the formal names): the mango smoothie, milk tea (no boba, no ice so I can drink it the next day), and the brown sugar milk tea. Brown sugar - this was the LEAST worst. Any syrup that went directly through the straw was disgusting. It didn't taste acceptable until 3/4 through, once the brown sugar syrup dissolved with the tea. I finished it, but honestly have had better. Mango - my daughter has a sweet tooth, and thought this drink was way too sweet. She normally finishes every smoothie I buy her; she didn't finish this one. Milk Tea - how do you mess up milk tea? Really. Like cheese pizza, you would have to TRY to make it bad for it to be bad. So I bought this with no ice and no boba. I wanted to drink it the next day (today). This drink tasted like chemicals. No sweetness at all. It was extremely watery despite having no water in it. I dumped it after drinking 1/4. Look, I am a Livermore native. I love livermore. I don't want to see businesses go down here. There are too many boba alternatives in our city and I don't think Teaspoon is going to last any longer than CREAM did, despite being in a great location. Teazen Tea, Li Cha Team, Boba & More, Fat Straw.. there's a lot of competition. There's not a whole lot on Teaspoon's menu so I'm not sure I'd want return to try something else. I got about $10 in value out of the $30 I spent here. Hopefully this place can make adjustments before they take down that "soft opening" banner. Edit: I was here 11/11 between 8:30-8:45pm.

Service sucks. The person behind the counter wanted us to make the order through the screen and we're asking for help and he just ignores us and keeps doing what he's doing. Also out of everything.

Experienced the worst customer service here this afternoon. There was a family in front of me on the kiosk that were taking forever to place their order, and I was standing there for about five minutes when another family walked in and got behind me in line. The girl behind the counter saw me standing there the entire time waiting to place an order, and instead of helping me first, she took the order of the family who walked in after me. I am one person, and I just wanted to grab something before I had to run to work. I felt invisible, so I walked out empty handed. Very disappointed in the customer service I experienced today.

Mediocre and watered down milk tea. Ordered the house milk tea with regular ice but when I was handed my drink, there was no ice at all. I let the staff know and they said the ice must've melted while they were making the drink. Not sure how that happens but I was like okay... They offered to put more ice but I mentioned how I didn't want the drink to be watery since the previous ice melted. The staff tried to tell me it wouldn't be watery and just poured out some of the drink to top it off with more ice. But of course when i tried my drink at home, it was straight water... I really wanted to like this place since I've enjoyed other teaspoon locations but after this experience, I doubt I'll come back. I felt like the staff just didn't want to put the effort into remaking my drink even tho it was made incorrectly to begin with.

I was really excited to try another new boba place in Livermore! Matcha is always one of my favorites and I was especially interested because the matcha was described as ceremonial. - This drink actually had a very strong and nice matcha flavor and the texture of the tapioca/boba was very soft and flavorful as well which I enjoyed. - Only con I can think of is even tho I got 50% sweetness it was still pretty sweet so I might even get a lower percentage next time. Overall a great new place! Along with the interior and decor is very cute and welcoming :)

Service is good Drinks was just fine, the tea they uses need to taste stronger because , when the tea mixed with creamer as a milktea, i litterally tasted like it have no tea in the drink, i have tried a lot of boba place , this is the only place the drink was disappointed me , drink just taste like sugar and creamer if I'm not adjust the sugar.

We love Teaspoon! They were super fast/nice and worked through the line real quick. We ordered a bunch of drinks and all of them were delectable. Clean restaurant. They broke the CREAM curse! 10/10.

Such a great little place. Employees are always pleasant and helpful, especially when you have a little one that wants to try everything before they order. They're always so nice to let her try the jellies and bobas before they make her drink, which is so greatly appreciated.

Each time I've come in, the staff has been super friendly and helpful, giving me suggestions on what to try, and creating delicious drinks! It's so nice to have a new shop (finally!) at this location, especially one with high quality products, and a clean and visually attractive facility!

Good quality ingredients including Strauss Organic milk attracted us to Teaspoon. The service is excellant - they would remake the drink if it's not up to your satisfaction. In a sea of boba drink cafe's this one stands out.

I came here on a break home from college, but was happy to see a new teaspoon location open because i've been going to the one Santa Clara on my way back home when I visit. The staff is kind, some of them are young, but they try their best and it seems like their manager is really organized and helpful. I usually get the taro lover without the taro chunks, and it was really good here. I also thought that the front where the tables are was really clean! I will be back soon.

I've heard from multiple friends that this is the best boba shop in Livermore. I decided to check it out and boy was I not disappointed. It was so cute--I felt like I was in a Parisian cafe with the macarons and the little tables facing the windows. The workers were so helpful and nice, there were free samples :D, the place was clean and smelled so good, and most importantly, my drink was delicious! Definitely the best matcha drink I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and get the classic matcha royal drink. The boba was also sooo yummy. Will definitely be returning.

Clara was so amazing! I didn't know what I wanted at all and she guided me through all the drinks and suggested so many things off of what I liked! I ended up loving everything + amazing service! Definitely coming back again. The ambiance is also so amazing and aesthetically pleasing! You guys have to try this place, you won't regret. Thank you Clara

I went to the grand opening on Saturday, November 18th. I was number 102 in line. They opened at noon. I finally got my drinks at 3, which means I waited three hours for 101 purchases in front of me. There were 8 people working behind the counter. I feel like there needs to be some more training involved. I ordered 4 drinks: a matcha cream, a caramel cream, and two lychee on lychee drinks. The matcha cream was alright, but it was very sweet. The caramel cream was the most normal of the group (it was average). The tea in the lychee on lychee was just bitter and watery at the same time. I would want to like this place, but I unfortunately cannot recommend this place. The location is very good though, and if some changes are made I feel like they can turn it around.

I've been going to Teaspoon for years and my favorite boba chain, and was really excited to see a location open in Livermore. I ordered my go-to which is the Mango Funtime with boba and it tasted as good as other locations. One of our party changed her mind about the amount of ice she wanted after we were already given the drinks, and the staff offered to remake the drink and were super accommodating and friendly. The store was also clean and new. I've had a few issues with other boba shops (e.g. T2 suddenly changing from non dairy to dairy creamer without providing a notice) and I'm planning to make Teaspoon my regular.

First time to this location. We were super impressed with the flavors of all the drinks. Nice variety. Guava Sunset is a unique flavor not seen at any other boba shop. Ladybug passion fruit was delicious as well. They make all the fruit flavors from real fruit and purées. No fake syrups here. We will be back for sure. The staff was efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. No idea why other customers have been so harsh in the reviews.

The drinks here are really good! The girl who helped me, Maddy, was very nice. She helped me decide which drink I should order since I was having a tough time deciding. The store is incredibly clean and overall aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be coming back here!

Got my order wrong 3 times and didn't seem to have proper management and the workers seem all over the place completely unorganized and everything looks like a mess. I'll be going to the many other boba stores at that location then ever going there again.

This is the best boba I've ever had and I drink a lot of boba the service was amazing I loved Abigail, Leslie A, and Madeleine the shop looks sooo clean.
