I stopped by this Teaspoon today right when they open after I returned a package at the Amazon Fresh next door. I think the guy working today was still trying to wake up because he really wasn't that talkative when I walked in. The energy I felt just wasn't there even when I told him that this was my first time ever at a Teaspoon. I got my wife her Thai Tea and asked for easy ice, no boba and no cream. I asked for easy sweetness but he told me they don't do that here so I took it as is. I didn't realize that the cream was the half and half so I was surprised when the drink came out and it didn't look like Thai tea. While the guy was making my drink, I went to use the bathroom which is a all gender bathroom. They have some seating inside of this place but there also outside seating as well. I got my wife a small bottle of half and half from Amazon fresh and she liked the Thai Tea from here.

Cute branch of a chain bubble tea store. They have a standard menu with some options not being able to modify sugar levels (ex. Strawberry colada) but their drinks are great, albeit minimum 6 bucks. The strawberry colada is delicious and has a good amount of strawberry, although I could do with more. The oreo boba drink had the perfect amount of boba and was very good. They have games as well. Small location but fast service and open late, which is a plus since other places in the area are not.

Decided to give it a try after hearing good things about the brand. Perhaps the outlet was new and also a little premature to comment based on just one drink, it was a little underwhelming.

Convenient location with spacious parking lot. Nice atmosphere and clean. We got a few drinks to try out. I got Strawberry Sangria which is just okay. It doesn’t taste like black tea. Just water and Strawberry Jam. Boba could use more flavor. They use bamboo straws which is a plus. Will come back again to try their milk tea

Glad to see a good boba shop come in. I tried this around Glendale area and it was super tasty. My drink didn’t taste the way I remembered it but I think it’s because they’re still new/doing a soft opening. Hoping to give this another try!

Probably my favorite boba place, hands down. Their boba is always fresh tasting and perfectly bouncy, not hard or slimy. I’ve had so many drinks here at this point that I feel confident that the menu is a safe bet for a good drink. The staff are always super sweet and pretty quick as well, for sure recommended to try it out.

I got a mango Funtime drink with boba and I was drinking my boba and I found hair in it but the drink was good other than the hair

Obsessed with this boba shop! Super yummy, I love that you can customize your teas - sweetness level, ice, etc. Very friendly staff. And OMG they have the most amazing bamboo straws - so sturdy and they don’t get soft if you’re a slow sipper like myself. Will likely be there often 😂

I can't believe I have only discovered this place recently and it is amazing. I love matcha & this place has really good strawberry matcha. The vibe is nice with games to play. The service is fast and wonderful.

12/3/2025 - I came at 11:00 AM today to get my favorite same drink - Toro Lover drink with 25% sugar level - the same owner made the drink - it is outstanding this time. I decided to keep the same rating for now to make sure the consistency will be kept in the future. The owner is the only employee at the store due to an inflation and a minimum wage at $18.00 per hour! I like to support our local business - that's why I have been keeping coming.

The drink is good, a little too much ice, service is fast since not many people here, and ambiance is like a teashop with some selection of board games, good place to chill!

This shop is super cute and the drinks look even cuter. I did ask for suggestions and I was told to add strawberry and boba to my matcha drink. The drink wasn't very good unfortunately :/ I also felt like I was just given a suggestion not in a genuine way but in a way where the cashier wanted to get me to just finish my order. My husband ordered a Thai tea and it was okay. To be honest, I don't think I'd come back but it was a good stop to have a sweet treat in the moment.

I used to love this place, but recently every time I order a drink it never tastes the way it used to, it's always watered down and you can tell whoever made it did not care. The measurements and rations are always wrong. Workers are always laughing and gossiping when you enter the store and you have to wait for them to finish talking to take notice of you so that doesn't help. I also got a drink with solid "crumbs" in it, and I got a new one for free (after the guy tried to say it was normal) that basically tasted like milk with sugar, I was not going to return it again, because they wouldn't have made it taste right anyway. I don't know if the manager is on a really long vacation but maybe he should do a check up on the quality and the workers. I used to come here almost everyday but I'm gonna find a different place and not waste any more money on them. : /

Really nice and cute Boba shop with lots of choices for drinks and some desserts. The staff was very friendly and my drink is delicious. I got the coconut coffee with Boba. There was seating inside and a little bit outside.

Love love love teaspoon wish they had one in simi or ventura county! Always go for thai tea boba the macroons are delcious as well! Best bobaaa ever!! :)

Been here several times and they never disappoint. Staff is always fairly friendly, service is quick, and the place is always clean. I love that everytime I've ordered something, there's no question what the flavor is. I don't want a "strawberry matcha" to have a whisper of strawberry. I want bold flavors. My favorites tend to be the seasonal drinks (the peach was so friggin tasty) and current favorite is the Starlight Sesame. It's nutty and sweet. I almost always order 75% sugar as all their items are way too sweet for me. Have run across a couple that needed 50%. I don't enjoy boba so I can't speak on if it's any good. Parking is a breeze as it's in a huge parking lot. You want a consistently really good milk tea, this is your place!

This is a franchise that I don't visit often as there aren't many in the 626 and the only time I've visited was my overly sweet (even with adjustments) visit to the location in NorCal. This was the closest boba place in Porter Ranch where I was visiting without going into a different city/area. There was a good number of customers there and all tables were taken. Make sense as it's one of the few boba places here. They have an app where you can order ahead of time and pick up but from ordering to pick up, it didn't take that long for my order. Unfortunately, the slush type drinks have no option for sweetness adjustment, understandable. I got the Lychee on Lychee which is a black tea topped with lychee jelly. I got this at half sweet. Generally what this does is reduce the sweetness of the drink and enhance the taste of the tea, but instead this just made the drink more watered down and bland. The only thing that gave flavor to it was the lychee jelly that was included. Just like my NorCal experience, this wasn't that great and this was my second time giving them a chance. At the very least the decor is cute.

Great drinks, plenty of seating, and helpful staff. The place was so cute too, as there were little stuffed animals hidden throughout. Cute place to meet with a friend to catch up!

Used to be one of my favorite milk tea spots in the valley but lately the taste has gone down. Today it tasted like a watered down drink , doesn't taste anything like black tea- just water and sugar . Not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes because their machine wasn't warmed up. I've given this place multiple tries but today I'm not sure if i ever want to return

I went to teaspoon to try there banana matcha because I love matcha. Surprisingly, it wasn't terrible. It's very sweet if you ask me and they made it really fast. A while ago I had taro boba too but I didn't like it too much. It's worth giving it a try though.

Was visiting a friend in the area and they recommended Teaspoon. We came around Thursday 5:30 and it wasn't busy. We stayed for a while playing sabobatage and it got busier around 6:30pm. I got the banana milk with honey boba 75% sweet and bf got the seasonal lychee watermelon drink 50%. Both drinks were amazing! The place is clean. Theres a few tables.

Have visited here a few times but today especially I was craving something sweet. Got the house milk tea, fully sweet with light boba. It was the perfect thing. Quick, efficient, and the store was cute

I'm not sure what happened to Teaspoon but the quality has been going down. I used to come here at least 1-2 times per week. Lately, the drinks have been inconsistent especially with the sweetness level. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back anytime soon.

It was my first time trying this place and I was very exited to try! I got the house milk tea boba( my go to) with 75% sweetness and light ice. I have to say it tasted a little watered down and the boba wasn't the best but I did enjoy the strong flavor of the tea that was coming thru. It was still delicious for what I needed in that moment. The place looked very clean and inviting and the service was very nice and pleasant.

Overall it was pretty decent coffee. We got a few different things, some people liked it some didn't. I enjoyed the Vietnamese frap, it was good and strong. The place was cool and had chill vibes.

Modern, bright and cozy boba spot in Porter Ranch. On a boba date with my niece. We enjoyed our visit. Nice seating. She got a mango smoothie with strawberry popping boba and I got my usual Jasmine milk tea boba. My drink was ok. My niece loved her drink. She gave ot a 4.5. Not many snacks available for purchase. We split a bag of chips. Very limited sweet baked items. A few macaroons in the display case. Nathan helped us and he was very patient with my niece ordering her drink. He even showed her options she asked about on their menu. Note: really like the eco-friendly bamboo boba straws vs. Plastic. Parking in strip mall type area. Super clean bathroom. Prices were $ pretty consistent with other spots. Plan on returning again when in the area.

Great spot for a refreshing lemonade or a tasty boba drink. Very clean design, friendly customer service and the drinks are excellent. My favorite is a Matcha Royale with the addition of strawberries and boba. Today though, I went for something lighter and more refreshing and the Lychee on Lychee drink with 50% sugar did the trick. Deliciousness in every sip. Will definitely come back for more!

A clean, cute boba shop with indoor and outdoor seating located in the corner of a busy shopping plaza with free parking. The boba was perfectly chewy and warm. I loved my Ube astra drink. Service was friendly and quick. Was just visiting in the area or I'd definitely go back and try other drinks.

Teaspoon is such a cool spot to grab drinks. I usually go for the ube Vietnamese coffee and it never disappoints. It's super flavorful and just hits the spot every time. My only complaint is the amount of ice they put in it. I wish they'd go a little lighter on that so you get more of the actual drink. The workers here are always really friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. The vibes inside are great too, very chill and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm craving something refreshing.

I have to start off with the number one reason I rate this place highly: their standard milk is Lactaid. I love that milk tea shops have started to do that now because most of their target demographic are suffering for the milk tea obsession lol Not much seating here so recommended for just a quick grab and go situation but I do love how much light pours in if you're lucky enough to grab a seat. Great quality tea and quick service. Wish they also offered some great snacks to accompany their drinks. They were out of a lot of tea options on the day that I came in for this review.

Great boba along with great service! James helped us out today & he was super kind & helpful. I really appreciated all the recommendations he gave us which all turned out to be super yummy! Today we went with the dirty ube & the ladybug. The dirty ube was easily my favorite! I highly recommend this drink especially if you're a coffee lover. I'd say this one is the perfect balance of sweet & creamy while still getting that good coffee flavor in. The ladybug was another hit & super refreshing I liked that this drink wasn't overly sweet. The store itself is very well kept & offers indoor seating. This location is easy to find with plenty of open parking. Make sure to download the app for all of their deals & points! Overall, great experience I look forward to returning.

Service was good, ambiance was nice, it wasn't too busy or noisy, it was fairly quiet. The baristas were friendly and quick. Thai milk tea was delicious, not too sweet and perfect balance of milk. They do have milk alternatives too if you don't want regular cows milk.

Teapsoon is a nice little boba shop in Porter Ranch, and their drinks at 25% - 50% sweet are perfect for the "light" kind of sweet toothed individuals. Their creamy jasmine was tasty, and the general ambiance is fairly relaxed. Wi-fi is readily available, and they also a community board where you may find services from the local community. While parking is plentiful, drink customizations aren't as much. One con of Teaspoon is that some drinks are not customizable, specifically in sweetness. If memory serves right, their Thai and Taro as well as a large handful of other drinks cannot be customized for sweetness. If you're in for a "lightly" sweet drink, your options will be fairly limited.

Genuinely my favorite boba place of all time. The boba is always perfectly bouncy without being hard or slimy. Every drink I've ever gotten has been either fresh (tea) or creamy (every milk tea). Drinks come out quick and the space is always super clean. My absolute favorite is the creamy jasmine but this time I got their paradise lime which did not disappoint.

Terrible service the dude at the register barely acknowledged us. We could barely understand him and we felt rushed. The place looks nice and the menu looks good. I got the matcha Vietnamese coffee but my boba was warm and I barely got any matcha.

Such a cute boba spot! A good assortment of signature and seasonal teas- I opted for the house milk tea with boba and the ladybug tea with rainbow jelly. The boba was perfect consistency, great flavored teas, and loved the passion fruit seed addition to the tea. The staff was so friendly, quick to make the drinks, ample seating areas and a big parking lot shared with the other businesses in the plaza. Overall a must try boba spot.

I've been craving milk tea boba for several weeks. I don't really crave for sweets so this is very serious. lol The area I live in does not have too many options for milk tea and I would need to travel to get some. The result: I just don't go. But once in the a while (high chances when I'm with my nieces) I'll make a stop. This visit was purely due to convenience. I was in the area and looked up milk tea places around me. I saw Teaspoon within 5mins from my location and said that I need to check it out. Normally when I go to a milk tea shop I like to get the same thing. Taro milk tea is something that I enjoy the most but this recent craving has gotten me to want something different. Teaspoon is conveniently located in a shopping plaza next to the Amazon Fresh store. The shop is tiny and can seat about 20 people. I'm not an expert what so ever on milk tea or boba textures and went for something pretty. I ordered their Matcha Royale w Strawberry. The drink was super delicious and wished they served in a larger cup. Normally to chill your drink they would shake up the cup but since this drink was layered the shaking was up to me. My only down side to this drink was it didn't get cold enough to beat the day's heat. I did see some small bite pastries to purchase to go along with you drink. Overall I am pleased with Teaspoon. The drink was great, the location is near my nieces and feel this establishment will be a go to for a quick fix with them. I do think the prices were a bit high but again, I am not a milk tea expert and don't know what the current market price is for these types of drinks. Parking: medium sized lot VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

I get it. On a busy day, waiting twenty minutes for a drink is normal. This I don't mind at all. What I do mind is when an employee named "Jeremy" comes in, on his day off, and makes himself three during peak hours and leaves. All the while, the working employee is screaming for help in a playful but decides to chat away while several customers are still waiting. I'm not sure how this place is managed but there is ZERO sense of urgency here. It didn't help that there was also a line with others waiting. Honorable mention also goes to the opened bag of kettle chips and a thermos water bottle sitting on top of the front-facing refrigerator. I'm glad there are plenty of other options And "Jeremy", next time have the sense to wait and make yourself drinks after customers are tended to. I didn't expect you to jump in since you were off the clock but waiting 20 minutes would not have been difficult. This was one of my go to places and now it is just a place.

I had the mango milky which had mango deliciousness in it. I been in a mango crave for some reason. The boba was good but not as soft mote chewy. My husband gets his norm milk tea boba which he liked. Service was fast and cute place.

I've been eyeing this place since it was under construction. I finally was able to try it today and trust me I wish I would of popped in sooner. As soon as I walked in it was completely empty and I had both my drinks within minutes. I ordered the Guava Sunset with a splash of jasmine tea. I asked the dude to make sure it's only 25% sweet but not sure what happen, it was Wayyyyyy too sweet. I know if he would of made it correctly I would of given them 5 stars. Make sure you taste your drink before you leave. We also ordered the House milk tea and it was sooooo good! The perfect blend of all the good stuff! I will definitely be coming back & trying other fun drinks.

Their boba is pretty good but the boba market is so competitive it's hard to truly say what's the best. When I'm in the area I'll stop by but I don't typically go out of my way to come here. Parking isn't always that great since it's next to Amazon fresh and other restaurants. They are usually nice and it's typically clean in there.

I got a matcha vietnamese coffee and silky strawberry drink, both with boba. Drinks were okay and customer service was mediocre. Definitely could find better elsewhere, especially at these prices.

Great service and friendly staff here! As I have come time and time again to this great location I have seen how it's only gotten cuter over time. There are little cute trinkets of cultural icons. The staff is super friendly and helpful with what drink to choose as well and you can tell you're talking to your neighbors when coming here. They're all very kind and have always walked me through great pairings for my teas. The Dirty Ube was especially good as I'm always looking for ways to add a little caffeine to my drink. I highly recommend this place to all my friends I had just forgotten to bring this over to help until now.

The valley had a dearth of good bubble tea spots. Most of the spots were way too sweet, so I had my doubts when I checked Teaspoon out. I liked how you can ask to adjust the sweetness to your taste preference and the wife loved that you can get alternative milk. Service: The cashier was pretty nice and answered all our questions thoroughly.

I'm a teaspoon regular, and while there are multiple locations, this is the most convenient for someone living in the SFV. We love the new carbonated drinks and the coffee drinks! I recommend reduced sweetness for them. The inside is cute and clean. A few tables if you wanted to sit down and enjoy, but service is quick and efficient so you can always take a drink to go in a hurry. Try the golden hour with egg pudding or a ruby fizz with crystal boba!

Had the Vietnamese frappe and Pineapple Sunshine. Flavors were mediocre. Probably won't come here again as there are better boba spots in the SFV.

Teaspoon Porter Ranch had their soft opening last Friday, and today I was able to go check them out. Service was friendly and fast, at the time I went there was no line/wait. They serve lattes, milk teas, coffees. I ordered the white grape (100%) sweetness and it was delicious (not overly sweet). Ambiance was nice they have several indoor tables with both chairs/bench. A restroom for customers. And the store was clean. They have a rewards program (you can enter your number at the register). I need to register so I can benefit from the rewards.

I went to the soft opening of Teaspoon on 1/13! Location is in a big, busy plaza with lots of parking. Service is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Drinks are yummy. I like the Liquid Gold 75% sweet. Tea is noticeable.

Drinks were fine but the owner was so rude and unfriendly for no reason that I definitely would never come back or recommend this place with how many competitors there are I'd rather support.

One of my fav boba places! i've been to other stores and they're consistent with their brand I love that their drinks are fresh, real brewed teas and not syrupy. Quality! The aesthetics are so pleasing. We enjoy the wooden seating, lighting, music, and service. Also always so nice to be able to try new drinks through their samples. bonus points for non plastic straws.

A cute boba shop with a variety of tea options. I love the Ladybug which is a passion fruit infused tea. And I love to add the boba. The boba is perfect. But if I want something not sweet, I'll have an unsweetened oolong tea. It's made to order. I love how most of the drinks, the sweetness can be controlled. It's located next to the Amazon Fresh. And there are few seating areas with WiFi.
