Fall 2021 Restaurant Openings Guide in and Around Boston | Eater Boston

"A Taiwanese tea shop chain that opened in Chinatown in November (taking over the Chatime/Beard Papa space), Teazzi lets customers choose teas, toppings, and sugar/ice levels and is offering winter specials like a brown sugar ginger latte and honey lemon pomelo tea; hours are daily 11 a.m.–9 p.m. (10 p.m. Fri–Sat)." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

Google
Teazzi is a boba shop serving multiple types of Asian flavors, with unique toppings such as oats. The service is fast, there isn't really much seating but there is a MoreFun shop right next to it that you can browse while waiting. We tried the Bamboo Oolong tea and the Ruby Black Tea. The Ruby Black Tea was very good, with a deep roast flavor to make the tea pop, and it didn't taste overly sweet. The bamboo oolong wasn't as good, though did have a good oolong flavor, but the bamboo flavor sunk to the bottom and didn't really mix well with the drink.

Google
4.5 stars I got the orange passion fruit four seasons tea with boba. The tea is absolutely delicious. I did not think I was going to like the mix of orange and passion fruit because I always get passion fruit oolong tea but it's actually really really good. I'm almost positive they use fresh orange juice like they say (I'm skeptical after a few places claiming to have fresh orange juice definitely used bottled) as it just tastes so fresh and clean. Probably one of the best tea drinks I've had! I did deduct half a star because the tapioca was way too soft for me. I came at almost 8:00 p.m. at night so maybe the boba had been sitting for a while or maybe they just make there's really soft but it was definitely very very soft and not my preference at all. But the drink was so good I'd honestly come back anyways!!

Google
Ordered the taro latte with added boba. It came with actual taro paste, which was quite nice. The tapioca pearls were also quite good. Overall a good bubble tea place in Chinatown in Boston.

Google
I ordered the brown sugar tea latte, with boba, and it was delicious. One cool thing about this tea cafe is that you can select to customize your ice level and sweetness level of your drink, which I haven't seen many places do. There was also a little gift shop attached to the cafe for customers to browse while their order is getting ready. The shop and cafe was small, but charming and they effectively used the space to accommodate for the customers waiting for their orders, and those ordering.

Google
One of the many boba tea shops that is located in Boston, primarily the Chinatown area. This shop is connected to another retail shop that sells some collectibles. The service here is pretty quick with the staff they have on hand. Our drink, the Peach Oolong tea, was pretty good as we got it with less sweet. Overall, it is a solid place to get a drink.

Google
Def returning for the new bamboo essence oolong. So refreshing and earthy, and the subtle sharpness of the bamboo essence paired magnificently with the gentle oolong taste. This boba shop is joined with Morefun shop so everyone wins

Google
Teazzi in Chinatown Boston is hands down one of my favorite boba spots in the city! The drinks are consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and just the right balance of sweetness and flavor. I especially love their oolong milk tea and brown sugar boba, super smooth and never overly sweet. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Even when it’s busy, the service is fast and the vibe inside is cozy and modern. It’s a perfect stop whether you’re hanging out with friends or just grabbing a quick pick up. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving high quality bubble tea!

Bryce E.

Google
False advertising, they offer BOGO sales but they aren’t available at checkout. Person behind counter says they just add one to order if you tell them. So we checked out with 2, and then were told we couldn’t get price of 1, OR get 4 for price of 2. They wouldn’t refund or reset the order either. That’s the only reason I got this tea in the first place was because of a sale.

Yelp
I got the Four Seasons Oolong Milk Tea (70% sweet and light ice) and I tried some of my friend's Amber Oolong (25% sweet and regular ice). The milk tea is pretty good. The tea flavor is strong and fragrant. I just did not like that my drink was fairly lukewarm. I understand that I ordered light ice, but I've done this at other boba places and my drink is still usually decently cool. I personally liked the Amber Oolong better. I wanted the deep roast, but they were sold out. I didn't try any of the boba or any toppings, as I usually do not no matter where I go. The oats in the boba is an interesting concept. It's pretty much self-service. You order from the kiosk and they call your order when it's ready. The staff doesn't really acknowledge you otherwise. It's located within another store selling some cute things. Overall the menu is small and simple, and the drinks are pretty good and the tea tastes high quality.

Yelp
I've passed by Teazzi every time I have walked through Chinatown, but I have never tried it till now. I got a bamboo milk tea. I was pleasantly surprised because I'm not entirely sure what bamboo tastes like aside from the pickled or preserved bamboo in jars at Chinese grocery stores. But the drink was delicious. There was a long line on the weekend afternoon I went. But the line is nonexistent on weekdays.

Yelp
I will admit that I ordered something I didn't love, so this may not be a fair review! I came here with my sister and my friend. My friend and I both ordered the house special milk tea, which was described as having boba and oats. Neither of us thought this meant ACTUAL OATS, but it did!!!! It was not terrible, but there were A LOT OF OATS, which kind of had the texture of farrow. You'd get a mouthful with every sip and they kind of overpowered the tea and the boba. My sister got the honey oolong and liked it, so I truly think that my friend and I just ordered an option that didn't sit as well with us.
google avatar

Kayla L.

Yelp
Love this location as it's easy to walk in and service is fast and efficient. I mostly get their peach green tea or oolong TJ as it's really made very well compare to all other boba tea shops for the price. I like it with 30 percent sugar as it's not too sweet and you can even go for 0% if you want to be health conscious. They can choose to do no ice if it's cold out but it's not a hot drink. I will double check if you want a hot drink and ask which option on the menu give you that. It's clean, bright and welcoming each time. I wish they have a member perks or something that will enticing for customers to return in a fierce competition in Chinatown with so many boba shops around.

Yelp
I love the drinks here -- everything is so fresh and so fragrant. My go-to are the peach oolong with tea jelly and crystal boba , milk tea with grass jelly and boba, and their house special. This specific store shares the same space as Morefun -- a cute stationary, novelty store (filled with blind boxes) so you can browse around while you wait for your drink , but their service is so fast, you usually get your drink before you turn the corner. They have an ordering machine or you can order in person. Very convenient.
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
So happy I was able to find a mung bean slushie here, not your typical boba/drink shop item. In general, Teazzi has a lot of unique drink flavors and rotating specials. I don't always get a drink when I walk in but always interesting to browse their new drinks at the very minimum
google avatar

Lauren L.

Yelp
Teazzi drinks are solid and so tea forward in flavor! I got the amber oolong milk tea and loved it. It took a little while, but I love that the store is connected to a store selling little cute stuff, so it was nice to walk around while we waited. The drinks were so good and not too sweet, and the boba was perfectly chewy. The cups were also so cute! Loved this spot
google avatar

Yelp
The best tea shop in the area! Drinks are always refreshing and well made. I love their fruit and milk teas. Their Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea with grass jelly is my all time favorite! It's a bit pricey but for the quality and taste, I would say it's worth.

Yelp
Teazzi is a boba shop known for its wide variety of Asian-inspired drinks and some unique toppings, like oats, that set it apart from more standard bubble tea spots. Service here is quick and efficient. There isn't much seating inside, but the location makes it easy to grab a drink to go. While waiting, you can also browse the MoreFun shop right next door, which is a nice touch. We tried the Ruby Black Tea and the Bamboo Oolong Tea. The Ruby Black Tea was excellent -- rich, smooth, and with a deep roasted flavor that really stood out. It wasn't overly sweet either, which let the tea itself shine. The Bamboo Oolong was less successful. The oolong base was solid, but the bamboo flavor tended to sink to the bottom, making it hard to mix evenly and leaving the drink a bit unbalanced. Overall, Teazzi delivers quality tea with some creative options, and the Ruby Black Tea in particular is worth coming back for.
google avatar

Helen Z.

Yelp
This is a small shop without seating, but it's attached to a gift shop with blind boxes and knick knacks that you can browse while waiting for your order. We had the peach green tea and the honey lemon tea (I think) and the peach green tea was definitely the better tasting of the two. Nothing that stands out, but a decent tea place. It was not busy and our order came out super fast.

Yelp
Eh... if you're in Chinatown, and you look to your right and this boba shop is right in front of you, and you just really want Boba, I'd recommend it. However, there are much better boba shops in the Chinatown. Super long and disorganized lines, and the boba is decent but absolutely nothing to write home about. I got the Mango fruit tea, and it was good, but it barely had any ice in it despite me asking for extra ice (I like my bubble tea super cold and refreshing). I didn't want to wait 20 minutes in the cramped line again so I just accepted my fate and called it a day. They do have lots of hot drink selections though, and a gift shop, so these two are a benefit. Overall, not bad but not great.
google avatar

Huma H.

Yelp
Ordered a house special milk tea (30% sugar, less ice) with boba via Uber eats. Was I surprised when I took a sip and couldn't figure out what was in my drink - the oats!! As someone who realizes bbt probably just spikes my sugar, I appreciate the little bit of fiber the oats bring. I do think the tea could have been a little stronger. But overall solid bbt!

Yelp
Coming from California it was so nice to see more boba options opening up in Boston, however, this place wasn't great. I ordered a jasmine green milk tea and it tasted watered down and I could hardly taste the tea. It does share the space with a cute little store so you can look around while you wait for your drink.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty solid boba spot! I was visiting Boston from the CA Bay Area when the craving for boba hit, and Teazzi was the closest spot so we decided to walk there and check it out. It was pretty cool to realize that there was a location local to me! This location was pretty unique; they're connected to a retail shop that sold random knick knacks like postcards, keychains, figurines, etc. Super nice to browse as you're waiting to get your drink too! The ordering process was fairly easy as we opted to order via kiosk. I went with the Peach Oolong Tea at 30% sweetness! The drink was a tad bit too syrupy, but I felt that the sweetness was at the right spot for what I enjoy.

Yelp
Last night, we had dinner in Chinatown and wanted to get some boba, before heading to the gym. We parked near Teazzi and figured why not try a new boba shop out? This Teazzi Tea Shop location is right where the old Beard Papa's used to be. I had no idea Teazzi was a boba tea chain, similar to Gongcha. Inside, it looks like they share the space with More Fun, which is a separate business that sells cutesy stuff & PopMart figurines. While waiting for our teas, we were able to walk around through More Fun. What we ordered: - mango green milk tea with aloe 50% sugar, less ice -strawberry four seasons milk tea with boba 30% sugar, less ice **There's an ordering kiosk where you order your drinks & no interaction with staff needed. Price: I find that Teazzi's drinks are a bit pricier than others around. It was $16 for two drinks; extra $1 for aloe & extra $1 for boba pearls. Taste: Even with 30% sugar for the Strawberry Four Seasons milk tea, it was still quite sweet. The mango green tea, I didn't mind at all. Had lots of aloe and solid mango taste. Overall, I would probably come back !
google avatar

Chris T.

Yelp
Teazzi and more fun in same space but, for the tea side, there is a single kiosk to order from. The staff gets it thru their printer after. You wait for your drink, tonight was about 5-10 min for two drinks. We got the mango smoothie green tea and the 4 season oolong strawberry. The cups are paper, so look for your number to be called and the printed sticker on the cup. I enjoyed my drinks definitely less sugar for me. A lot of the flavors are pretty sweet imo. Right in ctown and everyone seems to double park.

Yelp
got Taro latte!! Soy milk no extra charge No sugar adjustment but it was perfect level of sweet There's real mashed up taro in there so you get large clumps of it when you drink it and I loved it! (Use the big straw) Also really love soy milk so the combo is just great I probably should've mixed it more in beginning because by the end I ran out of taro but that's a me problem and I didn't mind drinking soy milk with essence of taro haha Great drink!
google avatar

Janet K.

Yelp
Visiting Boston and heard that Chinatown was a much see - nothing is a better sign of a good Chinatown than boba! Overall, the tea flavor was strong and I really enjoyed the tea jelly. They use real fruit pieces which is nice! I got the Peach Four Seasons Tea, and even at 30% it was a bit too sweet, but I think that's due to the fruit they're using.
google avatar

Karla G.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this spot on accident in the evening. They had a BOGO offer for the Apple Four Seasons drink, which I really loved. It is connected to a cute store with lots of Boston goodies and knick knacks, I spent lots of time walking around. Ordered on a screen and my drinks came out quickly.
google avatar

Daryl D.

Yelp
Went here with friends and they all thought that the interior was very cute. They have a shop also that sells some stationeries and knick knacks. I got the strawberry milk tea at 70% sweetness. I thought it was very good but it was a tad too sweet to me because of the jam at the bottom. I would go back again and order it at 30% sweetness next time.
google avatar

Basey A.

Yelp
I will mourn the loss of the dark roasted oolong milk tea I had from this place. oh me gerd it was so fragrant and had a perfectly strong tea flavor. take me back to boston plez

Shelly T.

Yelp
Most disgusting tapioca I've ever had. The texture of the tapiocas are some are too soft and some are hard. I asked 30% sweet and it is still very sweet. I asked less ice and there was no ice. Not sure if they know how to read instructions. Not very coming back to this place again.
google avatar

Emily H.

Yelp
Teazzi is the best boba shop in Chinatown if you're looking for a tea forward drink! The tea flavor is strong but well balanced, and their taro latte doesn't have an artificial aftertaste. The oats are a unique topping that brings a fun texture to any drink (even better than tapioca pearls I would argue). The staff is very efficient, and the wait never feels long because of the small trinket/toy/decor/stationary area embedded in the shop. One round around that area and you'll drink will probably be ready. Would give a 4.5 rating if possible. I do find that the option to make drinks hot is often not available in store or online, even though it's listed.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
Really good boba place! I got the house special milk tea and thought it was super unique to have oats as a topping. The oats added a really nice touch to the drink, as they were really chewy. I also enjoyed the tea. The flavor was strong and the tea tasted like it was high quality. The line was pretty long for this place but it moved fast and I got my drink within 5 minutes. There's no seating inside, but there's a park nearby to sit in.
google avatar

Charlie T.

Yelp
One of the many boba tea shops that is located in Boston, primarily the Chinatown area. This shop is connected to another retail shop that sells some collectibles. The service here is pretty quick with the staff they have on hand. Our drink, the Peach Oolong tea, was pretty good as we got it with less sweet. Overall, it is a solid place to get a drink.

Yelp
I saw all the reviews and had to try it out. It's worth the wait! (15-20 min). They replaced cha time next to the beauty store Tao's. The bubble tea was SO good and the workers are very nice and friendly. I got the honey amber oolong tea at 50% sweetness and it just was such a good milk tea. Simple, subtle, but beautiful complex flavor. Next time I'm back, I wanna try the house milk tea! I wish I tried the boba! The store itself shares a space with a cute little shop that you can meander around at. I picked up a couple of stationary items.
google avatar

Maria G.

Yelp
A pretty solid bubble tea place. Not sure if I'm a fan of its single size serving option for all drinks. They do have some specialty seasonal drinks that you don't normally find at other places. Would recommend, but I'm not in a rush to return since there are so many options nearby.
google avatar

Sapphire M.

Yelp
'Tis the season for hot boba, and their brown sugar ginger latte will help put you in the holiday spirit. The warm, sweet and spicy combination is lovely on a cold winter day. This boba spot is located in a cute shop that seems to have a lot of snacks and fun gadgets, I didn't take the time to look around. On another note, it would be nice of there were a few stools or chairs to sit and enjoy your drink as there was enough space for them.
google avatar

Toan D.

Yelp
Tea is good but the way they make the customer wait to only use the ordering machine is ridiculous. Literally have another station that employee can use to take order, but they refused to use it when there was a lot of people.
google avatar

Annabelle B.

Yelp
Got the grapefruit four seasons, 30% sweetness, less ice, with jelly. Super delicious no complaints, just a bit pricey. The shop itself is really cute though since it's connected to a store with tons of stationary, blind boxes, phone cases, and other knick knacks right next door. Service was perfect speed, giving me enough time to look through everything without getting bored or feeling like I had to rush through.
google avatar

Joey W.

Yelp
I wanted to try this place when I saw them in NYC but didn't get the chance to. I was excited to see them in Boston so knew I had to try. I came around 8:20 pm but they were already out of boba so could not do the House Special Milk Tea. I was disappointed that they didn't have boba since I've heard so many people rave about their fresh bSince they didn't have boba, I opted for a fruit tea - the Passion fruit orange at 50% sweetness. The passion fruit orange was refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. I tasted the passion fruit but not really the orange. Overall, it's good but pricey at $7 not including tax so definitely a place I'd come every now and then.
google avatar

Shumrith V.

Yelp
Bright and poppy Boba store in Boston! They have a cool store inside as well (no restroom though...) The server was very friendly and patient as I asked questions about what flavor to get. I also liked that they had a chart indicating the different sugar and ice levels that can requested with the tea. At the servers recommendation, I got the original milk tea with boba at 50% sugar and 30% ice and really enjoyed it! Will be back to try their other flavors!
google avatar

Nat W.

Yelp
Thier order station is not efficient as people take forever trying to figure out their order and there is only one machine. They need more machines and they also need to put up their menu on the wall bigger along the waiting line. The latte and milk tea tasted more milk than tea. Priced around $ 7.5, which is comparable with other boba places in the area. Overall pretty average boba tea, though they do put a lot of boba.
google avatar

Rovingaile P.

Yelp
I visited Teazzi two times within a week, where I got the passion fruit orange tea with boba the first time and the honey amber oolong milk tea with boba the second time. Really appreciated how they executed both the iced tea and milk tea well! The passion fruit orange tea is on the sweeter side, especially with the boba, so I ordered with 30% sweetness which was perfect. My only note is that their boba isn't consistently fully cooked in the middle, which I wasn't fond of. But their actual teas are good!
google avatar

Yutin Z.

Yelp
Cute store in the Chinatown area! They have unique flavors and toppings! For example, purple rice or oats! I ordered the signature milk tea and honey oolong lemonade! Both of which were great! I was not sure about the oats in the signature milk tea at first, but it adds great texture to the drink! They mostly have one size for the drinks which is great for me as I don't have to decide and makes ordering easier! Would definitely recommend checking this place out! They also have a cute little store attached to it that you can shop around at while you wait. Great place to get a new phone case or gift for someone for a reasonable price.
google avatar

Alice D.

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday evening after dinner and there were no other inside other than the folks working. The space was very clean and they even had a small shop on the right side of space that sold phone cases, mugs, stationary, and more. It was honestly all really cute and I found the merchandise really interesting. The menu was pretty extensive - I found they had a good selection and I wasn't sure what I was feeling at first. I eventually settled on the caramel deep roast oolong milk tea and the drink came out relatively quickly. They only serve it hot which I wasn't aware of just by looking at the menu, but I didn't mind it. The drink came out with caramel lining the sides - definitely not ideal for holding as it felt sticky and it couldn't be wiped off. I ended up wrapping a napkin around the cup to hold it properly. The drink itself was pretty good and tasted nice. I wouldn't mind getting it again as it was smooth to go down and wasn't overly sweet. Overall, I would love to come back for more another time to try their fruit drinks too!
google avatar

Katy C.

Yelp
apple black TJ * tastes like apple juice (can barely taste the tea) * ordered as 50% sweet but was still super sweet * toppings include agar boba honey amber oolong milk tea * more milk than tea ratio 6/10
google avatar

Della S.

Yelp
I love how their menu has so many types of tea to choose from! While you could get milk tea or milk latte, they also have fruit teas and caffeine free options. There are also lots of good toppings to choose from, from regular tapioca to brown sugar tapioca, purple rice, red bean, and oats. I tried a jasmine milk tea at half sweetness with brown sugar tapioca. The drink itself was over $6 before tax but it was also a large cup. The sweetness was perfect and the pearls were super chewy! The brown sugar flavor was not super strong so in the future I'll probably go for the plain tapioca and save the 50 cents. I could really taste the flavor of the tea. I waited over 10 minutes for my order on a weekday evening but luckily there's a cute shop next door that I could browse to pass the time. This is a great spot for tea lovers!
google avatar

Annilyn T.

Yelp
This place was okay. Just had a random stop since I was in the are waiting for a friend. Would like to try the other drinks on the menu at some point when I'm back at the area. Place is quiet at the time of my visit so not sure if it gets crowded when it's lunch or dinner time.

Yelp
First time I went there, got a house special milk tea and it was amazing and stood out amongst the many boba tea shops in Chinatown so I had to return to try a fruit tea. The second time, got a grapefruit fruit tea with jelly and this is better than Gong Cha grapefruit tea. It tasted so fresh and had real grapefruit pieces in it - must try. Third time, got one of the winter seasonal items, Caramel cinnamon milk tea and had that with tapioca. Their tapioca is so sweet and perfectly "QQ". I really like the caramel cinnamon flavor, never had milk tea with that flavor before so it was a great first try. Also, not to mention the atmosphere in there is fantastic. With kpop music playing, for an Asian American like me, it is like living a dream. Best Boba tea shop in Boston.
google avatar

Ashley O.

Yelp
The peach tea was super yummy and some extra large jelly inside. The place was super cute with so many figurines and other accessories.
google avatar

Annie Y.

Yelp
I tried their Strawberry Four Seasons Milk Tea, which was mixed with strawberry jam. The drink was pretty good, but make sure to mix it pretty well to have a good mix of jam in the milk tea. They also have a cute shop inside the store as well, where they sell cute stuffed animals, cups, stationery, etc. Recommendation(s): - Strawberry Four Seasons Milk Tea Service: 5/5 Tip(s): - They accept Apple Pay
google avatar

Anna H.

Yelp
The tea it self was pretty good- however more milk then tea. I personally liked the tea itself and the boba was amazing but the oats were a bit much- we got the house milk tea and this was pretty good but the oats were overwhelming- just so much in it that we would get mouth fulls of just oats. We also got the Amber honey oolong but ours came with oats- I don't know if we ordered wrong or it was a mistake but it says no where that it has oats in this tea/ if the oats in the house milk was too much, the oats in this was just toooo much! He would get full Mouths of just oats- we want to try again but it was just a lot of oats

Yelp
It's been ages since I've been in Chinatown and looks like there's new additions of more tea shops and cutesy shops. This takes over what used to be Beard Papa for cream puffs. This is now Teazzi on the left and a shop selling an assortment of goods like cups, mugs, and other cute gifts. For the drinks, it seems like there's only one sizing available. I did like that they had different kinds of oolong available as I tend to default to oolong with boba at tea shops. They separated the teas into light to dark roasts which is something I haven't seen used to describe teas. We tried the dark roast with oats as the topping choice which is also something new to me. The drink at 50% sugar was perfect and I usually get 30% at other places. The drink had prominent tea flavor and was well balanced with the tea. The oats was surprisingly good as well! It had a great chew and the individual grains were larger than that of even steel cut oats that you will find in grocery stores. It's a nice welcomed addition to the typical toppings that we're all used to by now. Next time I'll try the purple rice/red bean as a topping. I feel like prices have made this into a treat now. A single drink with a topping set me back at over $7 and I believe the drink I selected was $5.25 with the $1 topping.
google avatar

Brandon U.

Yelp
Top notch authentic bubble tea (boba) shop. Try the top signature drinks which are both milk and fruit teas. Both sweetness and ice can be adjusted to your liking--I selected 30% sweetness to allow the bitterness and flavor profile of the tea to stick out. Also, try some of the milk teas as hot rather than iced, even with the tapioca topping. One warning: they have an Asian goods store filled with various cute items. While you wait for your tea, you'll be roaming around this area of the store. Manage the temptations of buying goods while you wait!

Abby L.

Yelp
Came here because it was very highly recommended. Boba was overcooked. I got the house special with less sugar and the tea tasted watered down. I enjoyed the oats! Was disappointed with the drink and boba, especially for the price. Someone I came with got the roasted oolong and it such better tea!
google avatar

Em J.

Yelp
I had the strawberry milk tea, and it was delicious. The strawberry tasted syrupy, but the milk tea tasted toasted, which makes it so good! The boba was soft as well. There was a line, but the turnaround was fast. They are located next to a boutique, and it was interesting to browse around while waiting. It was pretty loud with no seating area.
google avatar

Eugenia Y.

Yelp
I thought Teazzi was a solid place to get boba, and I was pleasantly surprised to get such lovely milk tea on a hot day where it really benefited me. I love that you can really taste the tea in their drinks. I also thought it was cute that this location is attached to another little shop that you can browse while waiting for your drinks! Would recommend Teazzi and would be back if I were to find myself in the area again.

Yelp
Teazzi replaced Chatime/Beard Papa on Harrison Ave with their own style for a boba shop. I came in a little after opening and ordered a lychee milk smoothie with boba as it was something different that I hadn't seen around. It took a few minutes as they made my drink by preparing and blending everything together. The first sips were pretty good, with a subtle lychee flavor and a cold, milky texture. The boba was warm and the lychee pieces were good, but I had multiple bigger chunks of ice that weren't blended in. The cups are a solid paperwhite, so you can't see what the drink looks like. Overall, not a bad drink, but I would probably try something else if I come back.
