Cannot recommmend studying engineering here. Thousands of pages of facts per semester. If you want to become a successful engineer, go to hard mathematics and physics where you learn skills instead of stuff. Computational Mechanics was fun though.

Proud to study EE here. Not a big fan of the exam system though. Most exams are extremly unfriendly. Because they are intentionally kept short, in order to give you time pressure. I know this is more of a German system thing, not sure if this is really necessary though. Still not completely used to it after 4 years of study. It'll always surprise me when I am able to finish all the questions, because it hardly ever happens even after serious preparation :(

Friendly staff and beautiful building, it is located at a very nice place with all museums around. I have presented a paper in a conference about Photogrammetry.

As a passionate student of microbiology in my final year of undergraduate studies, I am enthusiastic about pursuing a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology at the Technical University of Munich, particularly at the Weihenstephan campus. TUM’s strong focus on food innovation, biotechnology, and quality assurance perfectly matches my academic background and career goals. I am especially drawn to the university’s reputation for research excellence and its proximity to Germany’s major food, biotech, and agricultural industries. Studying in such an intellectually vibrant and technically advanced environment would allow me to deepen my expertise in microbial food safety and processing while gaining exposure to the real-world challenges faced by the food sector. I am confident that TUM will provide me with both the theoretical foundation and hands-on skills necessary for a successful career in food microbiology.

I would really love to enroll at TUM, yet i don't understand why they would charge massive tuition fees for international students? This really hurts the university's reputation, as this burden only affects and targets non-european students. To the administration, i really hope you would reconsider that requirement, as so many talented and ambitious students exist in this world, and should not be excluded from quality education for any reason.

I have applied for MiM at this University, the process of admission was super careful and time consuming (It takes between 8-12 weeks). The ranking and facilities of university are wonderful. It is highly prestigious and their tuition fee compared to other universities in Munich is both economical and rational.

I got my Master of Science at TUM. I was not satisfied with many courses, because I had this feeling that again I memorized much theoretical stuff and forgot them after the exam. Universities should make their programs more practical that students are able to work in industries after graduation. The device, that I needed for my measurements, was most of the time out of order and I had to wait for almost two months. I know that students must pay more tuition fees since recently, so maybe you can think about other universities :)

A pure waste of time. Four years gone. Thanks.
