A very friendly, open minded place. This maker space is well equipped with laser cutters, a glass blowing studio, a metal shop with a plasma cutter and a fabric studio. I've taken many classes here and made a lot of new friends.

I've been at multiple "Maker-Spaces", and this one's got them beat by a MILE! Not only is it well equipped and maintained, the staff (mostly volunteers) are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility itself is spacious and super usable with tables and benches aplenty. Here, the maker/entrepreneur/hobbyist/student will find a huge array of machines, ranging from woodworking to cnc to 3d printers, laser and plasma cutters and much more. The monthly fee is a bit higher than what I've seen elsewhere, but given what's here, it's well worth it for the right person. A strong recommendation!

I came to this Makerspace for the tools but the really compelling part has been the community! A great place for learning Woodworking, Laser cutting, CNC, Fabric, Leather, 3D printing and all other sorts of making.

I was very impressed with their shops and workspace. They also have quite a few very high end computers which I will likely utilize for the Adobe suite installed on it (as they are far above my high standards for PC). Apparently some of them are specked out for 3D rendering and printing. The guys working out of this space are very friendly and cooperative. At $75/month for the plan you can really get a lot for that money here.

This is a fantastic maker space. The members of the maker community here are so knowledgable and helpful, and very welcoming to newcomers. There’s wood shop, glass blowing station, machine shop, CNC machine, laser cutter, sewing station, and a few other stations I’m probably forgetting. You can also rent space of your own to store larger projects or create your own mini studio within the space. And it’s crazy affordable considering how much you get for membership.

You have to see this place to believe it. Creatives of all kind in a collective area producing the most amazing things through their passions. Nearly any craft medium you can think of (glass, wood, metal, sewing, etc) is possible to work with here. Highly recommend taking a tour and seeing what this nonprofit is all about.

I took my very first class with Technocopia, the instructor was Norela. The class was on the Full Spectrum Laser cutter. Norela, took the time to explain every aspect of the device as well as showing me how to operate the machine. She had very good instructions put together that I am able to keep and bring back with me each time that I go and use the machine. She set up a materials test so that you could easily complete a test cut and start to determine what the best settings will be for your project. The class was not about the software but she took the time to go over with me the tools in the software and how I might be able to use them in the future. I look forward to taking more classes with her in the near future. My next class will either be on The Muse laser cutter or on the software, depending on which one is available first. I highly recommend that you look for her classes and don’t be shy about signing up for them. She is very good and very patient. Everyone should check out Technocopia, by taking their classes you get certified to use the machines. They have a vast amount of equipment to get certified on. Again this is my very first class with them and I highly recommend taking the time to understand what they are all about.

If you want a workshop or workshop space and tools to use, low fees get you access. From laser cutters to embroidery machines to 3D printers and band saws, training available too! Still too much of a hidden gem.
