"Family-run Tehran prides itself on its artful use of seasonings, fruits, and nuts, and a glance at the menu shows why. Traditional meals such as ash (a lentil-chickpea soup) and tender kebabs make it a reliably delicious option. Try the cardamom tea with dessert, too." - Karin Murray-Bergquist

Good food, quite a few options (only eggplant dishes for vegetarians though). Like the way they serve their main course with soup and tea. That makes it worth the price. Good ambiance And food presentation as well. Great choice for a dinner on a special occasion.

Very rich Persian cuisine. Came on a weekend where they had the lamb shank. I’ve visited 5 years ago and it is still consistent in quality and rich flavour. Baklava is delicious “not too sweet” which makes you wanna have more than one every visit. Such restaurants needs to keep on working hard for the next generation, where they’ll need good food and a taste of authenticity in different cuisines.

While food and service was good the price tag was a bit shocking. $150 for two persons was a bit too much: two soups, two soft drinks, tea pot, two ice creams, some bread and one shareable meat plate. Tea was warm not hot. Overall quality of food was identical to some other but cheaper Persian restaurants in Montreal... Update: response from the owner is inadequate. Dropping to 1 star

Went to this place last year when it was newly opened. The atmosphere is nice and service was very friendly. The food presentation was amazing and tasted delicious. The soup was not to my expectations but the kebabs were pretty decent.

Such a great place for enjoying the time with your family! Staffs treated us well and also the service was fast. In addition, the quality of the meal was absolutely great!

I had been eating there since I was a child. Does set a reference for fine Persian cuisine. However, I had to change my review as my last visit today had a very poor atmosphere. Basically rushed through the service since it came close to closing time. When it came to serve the tea, the waiter announces there is no more left when I can see the steeper still half full... not impressed!

Amazing restaurant! Beautiful presentation, wonderful taste and great service. I travel the world and love stopping by Persian restaurants in different cities. Tehran Restaurant, while their food taste and quality was wonderful, their care in food presentation was the best I have ever seen!

Good location, it is just one minute away of Vendome metro station. I have tried kebab Barg, saffron chicken and kebab koobideh. The first two were great, but I didn’t like kebab koobideh, it was very greasy.
