Great tacos with decent meat portions. Staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. We're newer to the area and foresee ourselves frequenting this spot, to say the least!

Delicious mole enchiladas that’s a big enough portion to split. This is the best tasting food truck within Arborlook. Love the vibes of picnic tables and high tops with a bottle shop and taproom to grab a drink under the same tent.

Verde enchiladas ⭐⭐⭐✨ - good flavor - liked the meat a lot Al pastor burrito ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ - really good meat - love the pineapple - adored the pico de gallo - liked how the rice was cooked - wish the salsas were spicier or more flavorful or something that would give a little kick to it

Hands down the best nachos ever. The ratios are spot on and all the different meat choices are all amazing. Al pastor is may be my favorite though. Highly recommended to split.

DELICIOUS! I had the quesadilla add veggies and my partner had the chicken nachos. The quesadilla was amazzzzzing and it came with rice and beans(the beans are some kind of magic) and the nachos were perfection. The chips are airy crispy and light. Def check it out and drink from von ebert!

Highly recommend the el pastor and carnita tacos. So flavorful and well portioned . The tehuana bowl was my favorite dish. Would probably get the el pastor or carnita as the protein. Steak was not my favorite out of the proteins that were offered.

Referred by a local friend, who raves about the food. He's absolutely right, this place is worth finding. Friendly crew, and excellent food. Many of our group had to take the rest with them, could not finish the generous portions.

Really solid Mexican food! I tried the Tehuana bowl with chicken (omitted mushrooms) and it was tasty, loaded, and really fresh. I love that they actually add kale/greens AND additional veggies—getting solid veggies at a taco cart can be tough so I was pumped to see this. The chicken was good—tender and not dry at all. I will definitely try some of the other proteins as well as the options were plentiful. Beans and rice were great too. I liked both the salsas; added some good heat but didn’t overpower the bowl flavors.

Great burritos with amazing meats and salsa. Tried the nachos today and they were... dressed up and interesting. Everything on it was good but the strips of chips were not the greatest vessel..

One of the best street tacos and the Mexican pizza (Tlayuda) is unique and delicious. They have an amazing mushroom burrito that's often a special. Great for lunch or dinner while sipping a beer or seltzer at ArborLook food carts.

This is a food cart at the Bottles and Cans bottle shop. This is a delicious spot and they didn't have a yelp so I added it as it deserves to be on here. Delicious tacos! Extremely generous portions of meat and everything was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection! We also ordered a bacon burrito which they normally only do for breakfast but made an exception. I seriously want these tacos every day now! So good!!

Best street tacos, best burritos, best mole, best Mexican food anywhere in Portland. I know this is a bold statement and I stand by it. Manny, the owner, has been cooking and running this truck for many years. His food is layered with flavor, the prep he puts into every dish is restaurant quality. His chipolte pork, carnitas and pastor are from pork shoulder, marinated, cooked long and slow then crisped on the grill. He puts time and love into everything he makes. While other Mexican carts limit the offerings, he has many items that others don't offer because they are labor intensive. His rich, dark, mole is so delicious and addicting, I promise you will love it and wished he bottled it! Everyday he does specials and I encourage you to follow them on Instagram to see what the day's offering is. You don't want to miss the Chile Rellenos that are cooked to perfection! Tehuana Oaxacan started out in a food pod on NE Killingsworth. During Covid, the food pod shut down and Tehuana Oaxacan moved to NW 23rd Place, then NE MLK then SE Division as food courts opened and closed making it hard to find them for loyal customers like me. Happily I found them again in a food cart pod called Arborlock on N Greeley near NE Ainsworth. Back in their old neighborhood, they plan on staying here. Since it had been awhile, I had to get the chipolte pork tacos, the flavor is so fantastic that it's hard for me to order any other protein for the tacos! The yellow corn tortillas are now made by Three Sisters and provide ample room for lots of meat filling then topped with chopped onion and cilantro. Served with grilled jalapeño and onions on the side and sliced radish, they are legit. Typically I can only eat two since they are substantial.. Also got a carnitas burrito to go which for me is 2 meals. Manny is hard working, friendly, kind, and has built a loyal following because his food is high quality and he also serves large portions. The cart is in the back of the pod. There is a covered seating area with lots of tables and this pod also has portable bathrooms. Definitely seek them out, it's worth it! Once you experience his food, you will become a regular.

This place is great! My wife had two beef tacos and two chicken tacos. I had a chicken burrito and a chicken taco. Everything was hot and delicious. By far the best burrito I have had in Portland so far. Service was quick and friendly. Seating while eating was nice, cool and relaxing. We will definitely be back to this gem.

Prices are a little high but the amount of food is above average. The flavors combine well and can't beat Oaxacan cheese.

Had a white board with Chilaquiles and Agua Fresca written on it great. Out of both. Then I had read they served Huevos Rancheros which I originally wanted it was still close to brunch time on a Friday. Out of those. I'm always down for shrimp tacos ordered. Got three of the worst tacos of my life. Whole huge undercooked shrimp with a sprinkle of cabbage and I guess radish. Terrible spice on the terrible shrimp. I'm from CA so I know tacos. Don't bother with this place. 0 stars actually

Tucked unassumingly behind a lovely beer garden off Greeley lies a humble food cart with possibly the best burrito in Portland. Every element is exploding with flavor, and my god is it abundant. The tacos, too, are heaping with well seasoned proteins cradled in lovely hand rolled corn tortillas. And their house hot sauce? Fuggetaboutit

I don't even know where to begin, the food here is just so damn good. And I feel really stupid, because I'm from LA and was suspicious of Mexican food this far north. I was wrong, I am dumb, let's move on. Mole Enchiladas were delicious, and had a bit more of a kick than I'm used to. Humongous portion, like you would get in a sit-down restaurant. I saw another reviewer waxing poetic about the mole and...yeah, I get it now. The Tacos al Pastor were literally the best I've ever had. Tangy, sweet, earthy. Jeez. This place is no joke. Oh, and did I mention they make their own tortillas? They make their own tortillas. I'm going to have to tell all my friends in Southern California that I had some of the best Mexican food ever in Oregon. They're going to look at me funny. And then I'm going to have to bring them here.

I had really given up hope of having a burrito in Portland that I would crave. (After 20+ years of access to the Mission, SF, I was spoiled.) THIS is a cravable burrito! We had the Cchipotle pork and the pastor. Wow! Every element in the burrito had flavor, and the meat was outstanding. We will be back.

Best Mexican food in NoPo! Come here all the time. We used to visit them before they moved here from their old location on Killingsworth and are so glad they're still around!

This is the best Mexican I've had in Portland. Just awesome - especially the mole. Super nice folks running the stand who make the biggest torta I've ever seen.

Well this review was so overdue. I can't get enough of these tacos. I could eat them everyday. The fresh tortilla the fresh salsa and gorgeously marinated meats are a show stopper. The reason I keep coming back is because they do such a solid job with the basic ingredients that mean the most. Tortilla / meat / salsa and they do it great ! Reminds me a lot of tacos I would get back in LA. You are not going to find very many tacos that hold up to this standard anywhere in Portland. I am always on the taco hunt and this place never disappoints. Also love doing large orders here for coworkers !! They do a greet job

Inside the heart of the new food truck area in Slabtown, is this perfect authentic Mexican food truck. The chef/cashier stayed open late for us, along with a whole line that showed up just before closing, so that was super appreciated and noticed! He cooked us up some great tacos, that at first I felt like were overpriced, but once I saw the serving size, was very content. HEAVY MEAT! Very filling! The sauces are great, but BEWARE on that red sauce, because it is SPIIIIIIICY. Don't get me wrong, I love spice, but that's got some habanero kick for sure. A light drizzle is advised!

Had the carne asada burrito. Not as good as mission burritos in SF, but still pretty solid. Their salsa taqeura (that creamy orange sauce) is excellent, the best I've ever had.

Haven't been here in a while but over the summer I went quite often. They have generous portions and delicious meats and fish options

I ordered the torta at this place with pork. It was so good and soo huge. I haven't had a torta this good since moving out of south Texas where many places sold them. Highly recommend, it is big enough to share and they cut it in half and include some very good salsas. When I went to the Nob Hill food carts there were also plenty of picnic tables to eat at as well and this was on a Thursday evening. It was also very easy to order and there weren't large crowds or many people ordering at the carts. This place was great.

Best tacos I've had in Portland, tortillas are clearly homemade and delicious. Also would recommend the breakfast burrito.

The Carnitas, the pollo, the tortilla, the red sauce. ALLLLL GREAT. Please try this place when you stop by the food carts. The service, the food, the location! AMAZING
