Disappointed. That is the word that comes to mind I am sorry to say. We expected more from a 5-star establishment, and one recommended in the Michelin guide. Understaffed, poor service overall. Initially we were seated at a large 4 person table in middle of the floor despite multiple tables for 2 being empty, and ultimately never filled. Asked to move. The room space itself is modern and very stylish.
The starters were really good, especially the ceviche. Also the truffle gnocchi was filling and full of flavour. However the main course (we both got halibut at 39e each) was so average. Poor texture, soggy base, under seasoned. We wonder whether it was frozen. Accompanied by potatoes and mushrooms, also quite bland. Overall, this was such an average dish, seriously overpriced. Given all this, we left before dessert and had a great time at the Christmas market by the cathedral.
We expected so much more. Value for money definitely not there. Will not hurry back.
