Update- I am not switching my stars completely until I have had a chance to go back, but I will add one because of the response and am willing to try again. Thank you for trying to fix this.
To say the least, I was very disappointed. I’ve been to this coffee shop two times before and my daughter who works at a coffee shop wanted to come again on our way through. We did I ordered the peppermint white mocha with an extra shot no toppings no foam, and they still added topping to it when I asked for her to take the whipped cream off. She actually was shocked that no topping meant no whipped cream so she spooned it off. Left a mess all over my cup and I had to finish cleaning it off and then when I took a drink, I’d asked for an extra shot and I said did you put an extra shot she said Does it say there’s an extra shot? And I said well shows it on the cup and she said well then there’s an extra shot so not that she actually knew there was an extra shot. She just said because it was written on the cup then obviously it is and I’ve had lots of coffee in my lifetime and there was hardly any taste of espresso in it when I expressed that to her, she said well we can put another shot in it, but I’ll be another dollar. And I told her no thank you and she rolled her eyes and said well do you want me to remake it of course at that point when someone is making you feel like you’re putting them out I told her forget it. And I laughed after paying $16 for two drinks. I absolutely feel like this was the worst service. and will not be coming back and I will not be finishing my coffee that I paid for which is disappointing after I had to take my daughter to the hospital because she broke her arm.
And on a sidenote, my other daughter who was with me who is paying for her own drink, ordered the spicy fig drink, and she asked for it to be a cappuccino and they charged her for a latte. She still got the smaller cup got it made as a cappuccino, but got charged as a latte , which would not have been a big deal except for the entire trip was a debacle. I didn’t give it a one star because my 11-year-old Matcha was good. No issues with that and the guy at the register even though he made a pricing mistake on my other daughter‘s drink was very nice. for reference we came on Wednesday, 19th of November at around 3 PM in case you wanna know who is working
