Everything You Need to Know About the Las Vegas Food Hall Boom | Eater Vegas

"The sushi spot Temaki is among the Proper Eats vendors, and the expansive Proper Bar highlights pairings—like a sake and strawberry cocktail—meant to complement Temaki’s sushi rolls." - Eater Staff

Temaki is located in a food court in Aria. It’s pretty convenient to order from any of the spots in this area. The sushi is decently priced and was well prepared. The service and chef were very friendly and helpful and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Conveniently located in Aria Hotel and Casino. Idea of the food court is great. You can choose from variety of food. You do have to get up and go pick up food from each counter individually. Food is just okay. Overpriced just like many of the dishes in Las Vegas. Tuna poke $22, yellowtail role $22. Nothing special, not very good.

The Otoro hand roll-- it was so delicious and almost rich in taste and freshness. The price was also decently reasonable considering the quality/location ($15 w tip). The sushi bar is limited and small, but it's a quick bite type of place, I couldn't imagine actually coming here for a dinner, more of a brunch, lite lunch or snack, although they have about 4 other varieties of fish including salmon and yellowtail. It's a smaller size sushi bar and the way it's designed is also modern and traditional. Service was fast and friendly, when they saw I didn't get a drink, they provided complimentary filtered water which was nice. There is also tons of seating outside of the sushi bar in the food court area where there're booths and comfortable lounge chairs JT

Please don't worry about this place. Been here a few times. Just go to the handroll place in the Cosmopolitan or The Venetian. They are better. Better service, better recipes, better drinks, better vibe. Hopefully, they aren't all under the same ownership because that would be embarrassing.

Tucked in the Proper Eats food court is a sushi place called Temaki. Like most things in Vegas, it’s quite expensive for what you get, and it’s not that great. I guess getting sushi in a desert wasn’t the best idea to begin with. Overall, it’s a good quick bite to grab if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to settle for one of the fancier restaurants. Price point is not cheap, but cheaper than everywhere else. Food is okay, but it has a cool ordering system.

Interestingly tucked into Aria's food court, it is loud and busy. It's not what we expected , but not bad either. There is a great view of the pool area from the seating area. It's neither special nor awful. It's fine.
