Every Wednesday, local farmers and specialty food makers gather on the mall’s exterior lot for an easy midweek shop. Confirmed by Promenade Temecula and also promoted by Visit Temecula Valley, it’s convenient, well‑run, and unabashedly local despite the retail setting.

I love the Wednesday Farmer's Market! I generally go after 10:00 and it's calm, quiet and easy to shop. (Several of the vendors found here also have tents at the Old Towne Farmer's Market on Saturdays) Some of my favorite finds have been: strawberries and produce from Gaytan Family Farm (they are some of the biggest, best tasting strawberries - the one pictured was as big as the palm of my hand). The berries were sweet and juicy. I also buy leeks, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and fennel from them - great quality stuff I really love the tent with dips, fresh pita and pita chips, unfortunately, their name eludes me at the moment). The 3 Layer Appetizer and the Garlic Jalapeno dip are unparalleled! It took some true willpower to not eat them all at once. We've used them for spreads on sandwiches and bagels, as well as dips for pita chips and veggies. They offer free samples, so you know exactly what you're buying. The gentlemen from Coffee, Beards and Bowties are the kindest, most helpful fellas you could meet AND they sell unbelievably delicious coffee! Our family uses their coffee for cold brew and it always turns out great! Last, but certainly not least, is my beautiful, handwoven basket/bag!! I absolutely love it! I keep it in the car for all of my shopping because not only does it hold a ton, but it's also very sturdy and strong. It was a bit on the pricier side but it's proven itself to be a worthy investment (it works for the beach, shopping, day trips to the zoo, an overnight trip, etc.) You can also find incredible tamales, local honey, handmade peanut butter (vanilla cinnamon is a must try!), beautiful, handmade jewelry, a very friendly and helpful jewelry repairman, a gorgeous selection of flowers and bouquets, cheeses, plants and succulents, delicious teas... the list goes on and on. The Promenade Farmer's Market has something for everyone!

I'm from out of town and have visited this twice now. What a great little market! From the fantastic roasted peanut guy, to the wonderful fellow that sells loganberries, to the Brazilian empanadas that are the best I've ever eaten... This market has something for everyone. Knife sharpening guy is great, as well as the plant lady. Just can't go wrong here. I'll be back any and every time I'm in the area!

I love it! My favorite stand was THE ARTISAN SOAPS! I am literally looking for a way to buy a scrub I bought from here a few months back but can't find their info. I also bought soaps that i loved!!! The Artisan Soaps is the first pic on here but I can't get a clear image of the business card when I zoom in.

It is always wonderful to have Farmer's markets like this to support local business. These farmers work very hard to support our communities and I love all the seasonal variety.

A small farmers market, but I love the bread at this place. Good choices on the plants.
