"Welcome to "bygone days" (tempi fà), in this grocer's-cum-bistro run by a passionate man who selects the island's finest ingredients! You enter via the shop, reminiscent of an actual village market (cold cuts, cheeses, myrtle liqueur etc). You'll enjoy tucking into the tender, flavoursome Abbatucci veal chop with a jus flavoured with herbs from the maquis... and a fine wine from the island!" - Michelin Inspector
Cute place. Both a shop and a restaurant. The starters I had were really nice (grilled goat cheese toast and courgette fritters). Unfortunately my main (white fish) was undercooked. Chef apologised but the item wasn’t taken off the final bill. Our waiter was the best so made up for it.

We bumped in as it was only open in late hours. I would never think that behind a small shop there is excellent tapas bar. We came back one more night. Service was fantastic (English speaking very friendly girl), food was excellent (I had monk fish and the passion fruit cake, next day tapas with artichockes and the salmon), prices justified. Highly recommanded to anyone looking for quality and interesting taste mixes. P.S the glasses for water are super cute :)

Excellent place to eat Corsican tapas, and a very nice shop inside, with authentic Corsican charcuterie and artisan products (sweets, Corsican biscuits, spices). A small pearl in the middle of Propriano. Good attention to detail, very nice welcome and advice from all the personnel. Highly recommended!

Just coming back from a week in Corsica and this was our favorite meal of the whole trip! Delicious, fresh, well-seasoned food. Everything we ordered was exceptional... we could have licked the plates (and the marrow bones) all clean. Cool laid-back vibe. Even better was the exceptionally friendly service. Theo couldn't have been more welcoming & he also made some great suggestions from the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant, it's a gem.

The food and wine that were served were really tasty! But the service was horrible… the waiter had no idea about things they had in their menu and didn’t even care to apology when he served wrong drink… not even mentioning the arrogant manager…

The good: food was nice and a good selection of Corsican wines. However, the waiter twice forgot our drinks order and my husband was served the wrong meal even after the waitress had asked again to confirm which of the two tartars we had ordered. Mistakes happen but the manager came by to bring a glass of wine I had asked for and saw I was not eating my main plate as I waited for them to bring my husband’s veal tartar. He noticed but didn’t say anything. There was a complete lack of response or apology for the multiple mistakes that tarnished what would have otherwise been a nice meal. At nearly 100€ for two, I expect the person responsible to be more attentive and at least acknowledge the service issues.

Excellent tipical local products (sliced meat, cheese, terrines, etc.), both in the shop and in the small restaurant with terrace. Really nice setting with the walls out of rocks and the tables made with old barrique barrels. Good local wine and beer selection. Kind and attentive staff. Perfect for an aperitif at the sunset or a not too heavy dinner. Was so good that when I remembered to take a picture of the dishes we had already eaten them 😋🤣

This place was recommended by our hotel, and it did not disappoint! The ambiance, food, and staff were fantastic. We had to fight the urge to just go back again the next night!
