Templar Restaurant wine bar

Enjoyed lunch here as wanted to try this new venue. Only 2 minute walk from John Lewis and many of the offices around. The salted baked celeriac was delicious...lots of different flavours that complemented each other. Would be great place to go with a group and try selection of dishes to share. Extensive wine list. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Really enjoyed the taste. The sharing plates are surely on a smaller side so you’d need about 3-4 per person if hungry. In that way it might get a bit spenny! Good concept though and great service.

The food at Templar was delicious! Our favourites were the croquettes, seabass crudo and the ravioli. The wine list has a great selection and is very well priced. We will definitely be back to try more from the menu and enjoy the atmosphere.

Amazing food, wine and service! The lamb shoulder, truffle polenta fried, pork head and ravioli were most delicious :). Looking forward to try more dishes.

Great food! The lamb in particular was spectacular. Sadly I was doing dry January so didn’t try the wine, but the list looked great. A few small plates and then the lamb to share the pudding. Absolute bargain and a great meal for two. Lovely spot as well and really friendly staff.

They are extremely inclusive—they’re incredibly accommodating for nut allergies, with staff ensuring clear communication about ingredients and safe options. If you’re near Westfield, Templar is the place to go!

What a fab new spot right next to Westfield Shopping Centre. The food is delicious… so many dishes to choose from, a great veggie selection too, and loads of wines at great prices. Thanks also to the staff for making it a great evening… have already been back several times!!
