Templeton Garden

We had a fantastic experience at the Templeton Gardens. We arrived very early, straight off a long haul flight from Aus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful allowing us to shower and get changed in the refresh room while we waited for the room to become available. The room was ready early and we were presented with a complementary bottle of wine in the room, a nice touch after a long trip. We had breakfast included and found the continental breakfast + cooked options simple but more than adequate. The room, facilities, general cleanliness and garden were all excellent. Modern and stylish. We will be back.

I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Hotel Templeton Garden. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. It really felt like a little retreat in the city.

We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back! Our room and the overall hotel was stunning. There was a beautiful outdoor garden space in the back as well. The location was great because it was very close to the Earl's Court tube station, which has a direct line to Heathrow Airport, as well as more central London.

We loved our stay at the Templeton Garden Inn! The location is amazing, with the Earl’s Court tube stop just a few steps away. The neighborhood is adorable, and the property itself is beautiful. Welcome drink coupons upon arrival, with beautiful rooms that are well equipped. The service could be improved upon- with more efficiency in the restaurant and cafe, however, the beautiful hotel and great location made up for that. We’d stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Lucy is an absolutely remarkable woman—she should truly be running the entire place. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and level of care went far beyond anything we’ve experienced before. The attention to detail, the genuine care, and the way she helped us were simply outstanding. Thanks to Lucy, our stay felt magical. My wife and I felt so welcomed and taken care of that we will definitely be coming back. She truly deserves recognition and promotion—she’s a rare gem and a true asset to the hotel. We also want to highlight the wonderful team at the hotel: Roberto at reception was an absolute gentleman—warm, courteous, and professional. Miiro Templeton Garden is a lovely and peaceful hotel in a quiet London neighbourhood. The rooms are clean, cosy, and nicely decorated. I really liked the garden – it’s a great spot to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for a comfortable visit.

From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the pillows were honestly the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. Great location too, super easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting London!

This is the third night that we are not sleeping at the hotel. Do not waste your money and ensure you spend it staying at another hotel. The bare minimum of a hot experience (and paying money) is to ensure a good nights sleep. We had requested a quiet room and were moved to a room directly above a party happening at the hotel. We then requested again and were moved on the street front ensuring we hear every car that goes past. I have asked 3 staff members for help all of which have been extremely unhelpful and incapable of performing their jobs - customer service being the only one they should be performing. Do not waste your money here. Do not let the new hotel, and rooms, or location fool you. If you want to get a good nights sleep, ensure there won’t be a nightclub style party happening beneath your room and want helpful staff to ensure you stay is a pleasant one- book elsewhere. There are wonderful hotels across London which are far FAR better and your stay and holiday will be a great one.
