Came for the whipped tofu & aubergine, stayed for all of the in-your-face flavor and execution. The banh hoi was "al dente", the perfect side to the tender chicken you could cut with the wrong side of the knife. The prawn toast wasn't as standout to me as the rest, but I'll be back to try more of the menu.
Environment (decor + service) is intimate and warm, perfect to watch the chefs work at the bar with a date, or to meet with a small group of friends at one of the lower tables.
