5 charming businesses to visit in Edge Hill, Cairns - SilverKris
"A rustic-chic neighbourhood café focused on locally grown ingredients, notable for dishes like the Dead Ringer — eggs from the Atherton Tablelands on sourdough brightened with chillies from the café’s own garden — and the Pink Bitz, a creative take on avocado toast with pink citrus ricotta and beetroot dust. The drinks program includes a standout Bloody Mary made with house-made fermented hot sauce, reinforcing the café’s inventive, garden-forward approach to casual dining." - Kirsty Nancarrow
Perfect little cafe with rock solid food and great service. I went twice during my time in Cairns and the food and coffee I got was excellent, and the kitchen was VERY fast - I couldn’t have waited more than 5 minutes for my meal.

My first time back to Cairns in 5 years and this place is great for Edgehill. Nice coffee and nice food. I love the street side seating. The menu of the day when we visited had some interesting takes on eggs. The staff are super nice. A good place for brunch or catch up with friends.

Hands down the best breakfast I have had for a long time! Polenta done beautifully and eggs poached to perfection. Wilted spinach had a dressing that provided some acidity to balance. Highly recommend!!
Oh, and coffee is best I’ve had in cairns ; )

$13 for two undrinkable coffees.
Female with attitude and no customer service experience. Shoved an old espresso shot from mug made earlier into takeaway cup and warmed it together with almond milk. No froth and not nice tasting coffee.
Completely messed up an turmeric latte by adding coffee (didn’t realise until I was 5 mins down the road due to extremely high temperature. Seriously bad. One sip. Binned.
Extra barista & customer service training required.
Won’t ever return here and won’t recommend.
Pop up coffee stand.

The owner is one of the coolest ladies in town. The menu is constantly changing, which is a nice gift to residents. It can get bit hot in summer but this is the tropics...deal with it. Coffee's are worth tasting too and the hot sauce is mindblowing!

Excellent fresh juice menu, delicious coffee, quick service and delicious food that isn't pretentious or pricey. Friendly servers and chef, thank you, I enjoyed my breakfast immensely, especially the music playlist.

Best cafe in Cairns! Great coffee, healthy food options and regular rotating specials. Make sure to try some cold drip coffee, home made Kombucha and the eggs Benedict special on weekends!
