"Situated in a strip mall in Bellevue’s Crossroads neighborhood (and now with a second location in Seattle’s CID), Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle serves up an array of its signature dish, Crossing the Bridge Noodles, available with a variety of broth flavors. Diners put accompanying bowls of quail egg, fish, or meat (the beef brisket is a favorite), vegetables, tofu, and herbs and condiments into the broth, followed by the rice noodles — which cook for 10 seconds before the noodle soup is ready to eat. Also recommended: the dry rice noodles with beef and/or beef tripe, a dish that is hearty and rich with flavor." - Jay Friedman

Ten Seconds | Bellevue At Ten Seconds in Bellevue, you're in for a treat! From the mouthwatering popcorn chicken to the refreshing cucumber salad, every bite is bursting with flavor. Trust me, that cucumber salad is something special—it's got this kick that just wakes up your taste buds. And the popcorn chicken? Not too greasy, perfectly seasoned—just how you like it. Even when it's bustling around lunchtime, the service stays on point. Can't wait to swing by again and dig into their noodle dishes. Ten Seconds is definitely becoming my go-to spot in Bellevue for a satisfying meal if you’re in the mood for chicken and noodles. #dinewithme4fun

The rice noodle here is served in piping hot soup stock in a clay pot along with all the ingredients. You can choose to either do the cooking yourself by putting the ingredients into the soup for about 10 seconds or you can have the kitchen prepare it for you. Either way, it’s seriously tasty and hearty. They seem to have a specific dinner rush which is around 7:00p, but as it gets closer to 8pm the entire restaurant would start to empty out. Something to keep in mind if you want to avoid the crowd.

Authentic Yunnan flavors abound, with soup so good you'll be back around! Spicy cold cucumber was amazing, too. Yum!

I love the piping hot clay pot noodles, and complement tea on weekday. The cordyceps chicken noodle is my flavor.

This is Hands my favorite Place in Washington State for Soup. They offer different broths to use. I am Partial to the tomato based soups myself.

Good food 👍 I like the bubbling stone pot and the experience to put colorful food in the pot. Spicy options are not that spicy just fyi. And the price is pretty good considering the food quality. The bubble waffle taste good too.

I heard about this place through Instagram and decided to come give it a try. Right off the bat when you walk in the server asks if you need a parking pass for free parking. That’s nice especially since it’s seattle. I ordered the green pepper live fish and sunshine tomato fish. Presentation is on point. Both dishes came out sizzling and it was delicious. 10/10 rec

Google
Very unsanitary food. More than one time found bugs in the soup, now that I wonder if bugs are just one of their secret ingredients. God knows how they handle their food preparation back in the kitchen.

Yelp
I come here once a month on average. Usually no wait but sometimes you might have to put your name down on the waitlist by the door. Parking lot is shared with other restaurants in the plaza, and I've never had trouble finding a spot. The two dishes I always get: - Fish with green pepper rice noodles: spicy, comes with noodles and add-ins on the side, decent amount of fish - Cordyceps flower chicken rice noodle: non spicy, creamy broth, comes with an entire chicken leg quarter I've tried the crossing the bridge noodles with beef brisket, which is also a solid choice. The popcorn chicken is crunchy and has a nice kick to it as well. I think you can get a lot of the options on the menu with rice instead of noodles, but I love the texture of the Yunnan rice noodles, so I always get those. Each table has a QR code for ordering or you can order with a physical menu and the server. Overall, the service is efficient and this place always hits. There are two all-gender restrooms in the back that are fine to use.

Yelp
overall: 4/5 food: 3.5/5 service: 5/5 ambiance: 5/5 i recently came back to have ten seconds again (3 years later), and the meal is exactly as i remember. i ordered the R8- golden soup crossing bridge rice noodles! nothing too special, but a yummy meal to have to warm you up and clear your sinuses. only downside is the salty aftertaste in your mouth after the meal. i got the lunch combo meal (available monday-friday for $19.99) and it included a green tea, a crossing noodles dish, and a side dish of your choice on the menu. the popcorn chicken was truly the star of the show! food showed up really quickly and the service was great. everyone was attentive and servers came to fill up our water cups. side note: the workers can speak english, but predominantly speak mandarin.

Yelp
I really do not recommend this place...... food is okay. It's typical msg food. The soup base can be purchased in most Asian grocery market and you can make your own ingredients they offer there. What made it an unpleasant and will-never-return experience was the attitude of the staffs. First this is a place that requires no services and there is actually no service. You order the food yourself . They bring them to you. And that's all. We were there and we order couple of things. When we finished we paid, of course. As the waiter saw the balance, he said, "you didn't give tips." We were like shocked he asked for it. We were not adding tips on the credit card amount because we happened to have cash on us for the tip amount. And since we really don't use cash much these days, we wanted to "get rid of" the cash on us. I feel like this tipping culture has gone a bit extreme and too far. It started way back when when most workers in the restaurant industry was not paid fairly and most of them weren't provided with health insurance. Tip is not a requirement, it is an at-will gesture when a great service is provided over a meal. Yet these days, some Asian companies feel they are entitled for a tip. With that, I don't think we'd like to return to this place because we can definitely pay more and go to tk a nicer place with better services that truly deserve tips.

Yelp
I've had this restaurant in San Diego and the service was exceptional but this location was a different story. My family and I were in town and we stopped by to grab a bite. We waited about 20 minutes before getting seated. Interior was tidy. They sat us down and did not inform us about the QR code menu until we asked about it. They didn't check on us at all so it was difficult to get water refills, and the tab. 3/5 for the food only, but the service could definitely be better.

Yelp
Yelp had recommended this restaurant based in so many positive reviews and it lives up to it. I love hotpot but I'm only usually going to AYCE or other places where you get a big pot with ingredients and you share it but this place is great if you want fast in & out with everything for yourself! Love the individual bowl that's hot enough to keep your hotpot nice and warm throughout the whole meal because it's a stone bowl I believe. My better half and I both chose the spicy beef option and opted for an extra side each of sliced lamb to add variety and try but I don't recommend that because it's not worth the price for 5 little frozen slices and everything else is enough to fill you up anyways. I got one boba milk tea also to try because I like to judge places by that to see if it's an after thought or they actually care for boba and it was a 3.5-5, goes nice to cool your tastebuds and stomach during and after your meal. Service was good and prompt, simply seat you with water and few mins later take your order and leave you be until you throw in your ingredients and they will do a quick drive by and takeaway your plates to free up arm space to eat away! Nice people good experience. All in all I would definitely recommend this place it's fun and filling with good flavor if you stick with the main entree's. Will be back to try more!

Yelp
We arrived at 8:30pm, but they welcomed us right away even though they're closing in half an hour. Once seated, they have menus for you. You also have the option to order through a QR code or with a waiter. It's my first time trying Yunnan rice noodle, which I enjoyed. It's kind of fun how they give you all the ingredients separately in tiny bowls to put into your broth. It makes it very Instagram-worthy even if that's not their intention. I ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles ($17.49) and also shared the Crispy Chicken Wings ($8.50). The wings come with 5 pieces and they're super crispy and juicy. They also come piping hot, so be careful as I burned the top of my mouth attempting to eat this. As for the rice noodles, this didn't seem much at first but was pretty filling. I felt slightly rushed to put all my ingredients into my bowl so they could take away my tray, but the food was delicious. This is perfect for a cold day as the stone pot keeps everything warm throughout the meal. This is such a comforting meal. The broth flavor was spot on while not being too spicy either. Also love the aesthetics of the space with a modern and natural feel.

Yelp
The staff were very accommodating as we had a large party, and they were able to put some tables together for us so we could all sit together. I ordered the tomato pork chop and was disappointed as the soup tasted like tomato soup from a can and did not have any asian flavors to the soup. The pork chop was also a little tough and hard to eat as well. I tried some of the pork bone soup, and that one tasted a lot better. We ordered some popcorn chicken to share, and that was byfar my favorite dish. It was very well seasoned and the chicken was nice and juicy and tender. I would come back just to get the popcorn chicken!

Yelp
Was doubled charged tips, be careful guys, always double check your check. Check issue aside, the food was okay. Isn't bad but won't be something that one crave

Yelp
Love this rice noodle place! I love the stone kept all the food warm and lightly cooked. It's the authentic style just like the rice noodle in Yunnan, China. Service was alright here, but you had the fun partially making your own food here! Quite a nice place to try Chinese food!

Yelp
TLDR: Perfect for a cold day! A hug in noodle soup form. We ordered the Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodle, and the popcorn chicken. Original - If you've never had this particular Yunnan style of noodle soup, I'd definitely start with this. The soup comes piping hot and you have an assortment of ingredients/toppings to add in. It's a wonderful blend of different flavors and textures, like the tender fatty meat, the crunchy wood ear mushrooms and chives, and the slippery rice noodles themselves. It's an incredibly comforting dish with nice flavors that aren't overly dramatic. Spicy Beef - If you've already tried the original or come here with multiple people, this is a great option too. It's much stronger in flavor - the soup is saltier and more meaty, and has heat with a bit of numbing. This one's a good option to add extra beef slices into! Really umami and flavorful, definitely much stronger than the original, so it depends what you're looking for. Both was perfect for us! The portions are huge and the service is very quick. Our popcorn chicken came out almost a bit too quick. It wasn't very hot, meaning it wasn't freshly fried. Would've had 5 stars otherwise, great food for the price!

Yelp
This place specializes in mi xian 米线 aka rice noodle. Think Chinese version of pho + hot pot combo! The inside is spacious and clean. It was fairly empty at 11:30, but got busier during lunch time on a Friday. First you choose a soup base, then the main protein & toppings you like. I ordered R9, which is No.3 Hot & Sour soup with Beef & Pickled Peppers. The soup comes piping hot. Portion is large, I couldn't finish all the noodles and soup. My friend ordered R6 Tomato Soup with Beef Brisket - super tomato-y, tender and fatty brisket, kids would love it. We also ordered Fried Milk 炸鲜奶 for dessert. It's a dessert I used to eat when I was growing up in China. The batter is made of panko instead of flour, but it's yummy still.

Yelp
For our January 1 lunch we decided to come by here after Service. We got the Pork Broth sets - all three choices. We also ordered the QQ drink and mochi bubble waffle. All of the choices were great; wonderful broth and noodle soup ingredients (served on the side). The soup is served piping hot in stone bowls into which you put all the ingredients to simmer and heat up. It was a great & delicious experience. The restaurant is laid out simply; bench-style and some 4-tops. The service is courteous and efficient. Definitely a good place for some noodles done in a fun style. I Recommend this place.

Joyce L.

Yelp
I heard good things about this place and they can accomodate larger groups. I went with a group of my friends after our ski trip and it really hit the spot. The set up is really cute where you choose your broth/noodles and then they bring the toppings for the soup. It is like your mini hot pot but you can drink the broth lol. The side dishes that is worth getting is the crispy popcorn chicken. It is really crunchy with a little spice. The portions are big so get your stomach prepared.

Ludwig C.

Yelp
We had multiple appetizer, cucumbers, wings, popcorn chicken and gyoza all were tasty and well seasoned. My wife had the dry noodles and the rest of us had hot. Totally enjoyed the fixings in the beef and the broth was delicious. Outstanding service and we will return.

Louise F.

Yelp
Got this again, this time actually in store. I wanted to try something different so I got the tomato broth with the pork chop which was fried and delicious. The tomato broth was also super strong in taste - the tomato really comes through but in a great fragrant brothy way. Perfect once again to make into 2 meals. The popcorn chicken was also not bad.

Naomi A.

Yelp
I love this place so much. Me and my boyfriend often come here because the food is so good. I love the vibe of this place and the service is great too. It tastes like real authentic Chinese food which is hard to find sometimes.

Love C.

Yelp
Such delicious food! I haven't had very many Yunnsn dishes before. I'll be back to try everything on the menu. The people who work there are extremely nice as well. Very quick service and very pleasant place to have dinner.

Huong L.

Yelp
This place definitely has a potential for a 5 star but they definitely need to improve their service... A group of us decided to check it out since it's been in my list for a while. We apparently came just in time because we were able to get seated right away. By the time we left, it was packed and the wait list was completely full. You can either order through the QR code or through the waiter. Food: Popcorn chicken - this was pretty good. I love the crunch and the flavor. There was a subtle spice that gives you a numbing feeling if you eat too much which was nice. Portion is really good as well $8 Tripe and beef dry noodle - I am not a tripe person but, the tripe here was really good. I was able to eat a lot of it and it has a nice chew. The bowl itself was really good. The noodle was silky smooth and has a nice texture and the bowl was flavorful and good portion $14 Pork floss bubble waffle - I got this last minute but it was also very Goodman the texture and flavor was on point $5.50 Service: I had to waive them down to get utensils and napkins in the beginning even though they brought out our food already. While we were still eating, one of the waiter came out and rush us to finish because people were waiting. I understand for them to rush us if we were just sitting there and chatting after we finished our food, but we were still in the middle of eating! I mean they brought our last food out late as well. If they are continuously busy like this they should have a time limit posted somewhere so we would know. Also when paying, we asked to split the bill and they didn't even give us a reasons but just say no Overall, I really enjoyed their food, but service definitely needs to be better

Yelp
When I first learn about the ten second concept with the deconstructed ingredients, I thought it was gimmicky and a wasteful use of water to wash so many separate dishes. It's still true, but at least the ten seconds of noodle cooking make sense now. In short, the broth is brought out burning out, then you follow their instructions of what to put into the broth at what order. Our server (woman) was helpful and answered questions well. From what I can tell, not all of the servers speak English. They understand and can point, but not reply. The food was delivered swiftly with the noodle soups arriving before the starters. I don't mind that. We arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday night; their official closing time is 9:30pm. While there were quite a few tables occupied when we entered, we were the last table at 9. They started their closing ritual of cleaning all chairs and tables, which I don't mind. I'm glad to see the cleaning. But the weird part is that they started mopping the floor around us, and I can smell the cleanser. It's not appetizing. Minus 0.5 pts. The Food: R1. Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, $15.49 - 4 Stars AS the name implies, this is their original broth and original set. It's a good dish to start for a first visit. My hubby needed more contents, so I gave him some of mine. R15. Fish with Green Pepper Rice Noodles, $17.49 - 5 Stars The server recommended this when I said I want seafood and enjoy spicy. It is very flavorful. They gave SO MUCH fish. It was awesome. I easily shared a bunch with hubby. I still have plenty of stock left to take home to create a second meal. S1. Spicy & Sour Cucumber, $5.50 - 5 Stars THIS! THIS is better than DTF and DZ. I said it, and I stand by it. It's so flavorful and well marinated! D1. Crispy Fried Milk, $7.99 - 3.5 Stars This dish is new to me. It's one of their popular dishes. The milk flavor is mild (not too surprising). The taste is dominated by the condensed milk for dipping. My palate is filled with the spicy & sour cucumber and the flavorful green pepper broth, so this dish didn't "win", probably because I didn't have a neutral palate by then. D7. Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo, $6.50 - 4.5 Stars Hubby loves mango sago pomelo drinks, and he loved this one, too. I liked that this is dessert/dish style, vs drink style which has ice.

Siamen M.

Yelp
Pretty good for the most part. Service was okay. Probably they the waiter don't necessarily speaks fluent English. Not a long of introduction of the different type of dishes on the menu. The food is nice a hot coming out. The ten second noodle is a gimmick but you know we like gimmicks. Popular for the locals to have a quick bite. The place is loud and suitable for large group. Kids do not want to run around there since they have really hot stone bowl pushing around.

Galina G.

Yelp
Had the crossing bridge noodles, chicken leg noodle soup and beef dry noodle. We also ordered the fried chicken appetizer. All was very hot and tasty.

Kristen H.

Yelp
I stopped into this restaurant located in a strip mall near Bel-Red Road with a party of three on a Saturday night at around 7:30pm. The restaurant is relatively small but modern and clean, and the atmosphere was loud and crowded, with plenty of Asian diners ranging from young to old (usually a sign that a place is legit). We waited for about 30 minutes before we were seated. You scan a QR Code that leads to the restaurant's online menu, and then order through that platform - our food came out in around ten minutes. I ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles ($17.49), which came with a spicy, pungent "mala" flavored broth (a bit oily, but very flavorful!), marinated brisket (fatty and not the best quality, but also not bad), rice noodles, and a plethora of small side dishes ranging from ham, corn, green onions, cabbage, assorted sauces, etc. The whole concept of the dish is to place the side dishes in the soup, allowing them to cook, and then dip the noodles in for short intervals of time. The broth was great, and the individual components in it were nice, but the noodles were already fully cooked, so immersing them in the broth quickly led to them becoming mushy and overcooked. My brother ordered the Pickled Peppers and Beef Rice Noodles ($17.49). The setup (meat, side dishes, etc.) was similar to mine, except his broth was much more acidic. My mom got the Seafood Hot Pot Rice Noodles ($17.49), which were different in that the bowl already came assembled. Her broth was similar to the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles broth, except her dish came with a generous amount of braised tofu, spam, and seafood, including clams, shrimp, etc. We agreed that the noodles were drastically overcooked by the time we ate them, since they had been in the soup since they came out. Overall, I would say that the experience of assembling your own mini hot pot is fun and novel, but the dishes were overpriced and nothing special (IMPORTANT NOTE: dip the noodles for VERY short intervals of time). There's enough competition in the area for Chinese food that I wouldn't wait in a long line to eat here, but I'd stop in again if it wasn't too crowded!

Jenny C.

Yelp
Service left much to be desired as the server attempted to rush us out when we were still eating the waffle but the food wasn't bad. This place does get busy so expect a wait during peak hours. The timing of the food was super weird. My friends' dry noodle came out like 2 minutes after ordering the rest of the food came out one by one, very slowly. The popcorn chicken was really the star of the show. It was a good portion for the price and it had a good spice and crunch. I would get this again! I also got the Spicy Rice Noodle Soup. The presentation and broth were really good but I was disappointed by how much meat they gave. I only got 2 thin slices of pork. I think I would try the dry noodle next time instead as there was much more meat there. I'm ambivalent about coming back because of the service but the food was good enough to come back.

Alison G.

Yelp
This is one of those places where I've seen the name from passing by but haven't actually tried before and boy did it hit the spot! It's off in a plaza across from Crossroads Mall (the World Market side). There was plenty of parking and it was relatively busy around noon on a Sunday. There were many appetizer options and it was hard to choose one! We went with the popcorn chicken and let me preface that they give you a generous portion - enough for 3-4 people to share. Next time we want to try the cucumber appetizer as that looked tasty as well. We ordered the pork bone rice noodle, hot and sour rice noodle, popcorn chicken, and an Oreo boba. This is one of those places where the raw ingredients are specially portioned and served with a piping hot bowl (literally) of soup. The intention is that once you are served, you are to dump everything into the soup to cook before enjoying. The bowl's heat will keep your dish hot as you eat. The portions are quite filling and we left unintentionally stuffed. Comforting is the perfect word to describe our meal. Both broths were fantastic but my favorite was the hot and sour as it has a kick. The portions of the ingredients seem tiny but all together it is more than enough. There is an option to order add on's for those who want more. What was a surprise is that they have a robot that services dishes as well! I am not sure if it was because the table next to us ordered via the app but it was unique and worked alongside the servers. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. My husband reported that the bathroom is massive as well. We can't wait to go back!

Wang L.

Yelp
Golden soup is full of flavor but not sour It is interesting to add everything in the soup by yourself

Kim Y.

Yelp
This place is the bomb. The kids love it, we love it. Whatever you do, get the popcorn chicken. It has so many different flavors and it's super crispy. What I like about this place is that you can sort-of customize your soup. Since all the add-ons are not added, you can add what you please. I get my kid's preserved turnip and quail egg. Watch out -the noodles are hot. Our go-to soups are the house special and beef tomato. The kids love the soft chewy noodles too. Oh, also, the last time we went, we saw that they had a service charge so just be aware of that (maybe because the size of the group?) Anyway, we'll be back if we're in the area!

Paulina H.

Yelp
I always wanted to try this place, and I bugged my bf since last year, and finally he gave in and went with me today! Wohooo! When I first walked in there weren't many customers in there and it's really awkwardly quiet. I ordered Original crossing bridge noodles! The broth was so good, I finished the whole thing; and I didn't drink much water afterwards so I assumed there is no msg. I wish there are couple more pieces of meat then it will be perfect!!

Frances C.

Yelp
A perfect meal for a cold day! I've never had anything like this where there were small dishes to mix everything in. The broth was to die for - super homey and hearty! It's like a single person hotpot and would definitely come back again on a cold day!!

Generous Y.

Yelp
Presentation is amazing. I haven't had crossing the bridge noodles in the states until now but this definitely sets the standard high. If you aren't served and are ready, you can scan a QR code on your table to order and send it to the kitchen. We waited a bit but no one came so we opted to just order online and it worked smoothly, food was delivered in a prompt manner. I wish there was more customization with the small plates you mix in or something, but I'm not the pickiest so it wasn't bad for me. The bulk of each noodle soup consists of a large stone pot of your chosen broth (bone, tomato, spicy, or hot and sour), a bowl of rice noodles, and a bowl of meat. Alongside that, you get 9 small plates of sides to mix in and a bowl of lettuce. It seems the small plates can have variety from time to time but they include stuff like smaller vegetables (relish, corn, green onion), a small egg, shrimp, and ham. Tomato broth was really rich and seems like a popular option. It's kin to most tomato dishes you might see in an Asian household (such as tomato egg stir-fry) which means nothing is unexpected and you're truly getting a broth of tomato. The bone broth they use is very light and I know it can be 50/50 about whether you like a lighter base or something more flavorful, so keep that in mind with both the original bone broth and spicy bone broth. I was also interested in the boba here and when searching through the reviews, couldn't find much. The boba itself is really good! It's chewy and has a faint sweetness to it. The milk tea wasn't bad either, though I think it could be better. Main downside is that you're paying the regular price of a large boba at other places for a small cup here. Also, the "Boba Fresh Milk" is more of a brown sugar boba. Most brown sugar bobas are non-caffeinated using milk and brown sugar, so I think they just left out the brown sugar in the name, potentially on accident.

Kevin M.

Yelp
Rude staff experience - I was stepping in to enter the bathroom when someone from the kitchen cut me off and went in. This is without saying a word, after he was done he looked at me, again without saying anything, and then went back to the kitchen. Clearly he knew he cut someone off.

Lean M.

Yelp
Love this place, went there twice and enjoyed both times, friendly staff, food was awesome, place was clean and contemporary, the owner is friendly and greets his customers. All great experiences, will return often.

Keira L.

Yelp
This is my go to place on a cold day. The hot soups are my remedy for the Seattle blues. This is also very authentic Yunnan noodles. My fav is the cordyceps chicken soup rice noodles. The soup is so creamy rich and flavorful. I never get tired of it. The rice noodles are tender and chewy. For people who like spicy, they also have spicy soups.

Julia Z.

Yelp
We came here as a group of 7, and they were very accommodating of our group size! Note: They did do an automatic 18% gratuity on the check, so I'd check for that if you have a larger party size. The parking was a little rougher, but honestly it's so close to the Crossroads Mall that you could park there and walk instead (maybe 5-7 minute walk?). Each of the dishes looked intimidating, but actually were close to single serving. I think if you are used to eating smaller portions, you could also get by with sharing a dish and an appetizer or something similar. We ordered a shared chicken wings, and then an original pork noodle. Loved all the side pieces-- I tasted each item (aside from the raw meat, that went directly into the soup) before tossing it in. Tip, I'd recommend keeping the container the noodles came in as a smaller bowl to use instead of having to eat out of the giant (and very hot) stone bowl! This type of noodle isn't my personal favorite (I prefer flat), but the dish overall was incredibly tasty and I'll be back to try the other broths for sure.

Yelp
This place arranges the dishes very aesthetically and yet also tastes good! Most of the rice noodle dishes have a bunch of ingredients that are placed in small dishes, which you will add to the broth to get a noodle soup. We started with a popcorn chicken appetizer and it was so juicy and flavorful. After a somewhat okay karaage the day before, we enjoyed this dish a lot. One of my friends even mentioned if it's possible to get a second order, but after the rice noodles we were quite stuffed. I personally got the R1. Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles which has a slice of meat, some ham, a wing, tofu, meat sauce, corn, egg, to name a few; it is served in a pork bone soup which I found quite refreshing as it was quite light in salt and have a bit more subtle flavor. Another friend got the spicy brisket noodle soup and that broth is both spicy and quite salty. The noodles indeed only need to be submerged for 10 seconds as they are already al dente. Service was amazing too, as the waiter kept our water glasses full for the meal. It's hard for restaurants these days to maintain such a high level of service on top of great food both for the palate and for the eyes.

Yelp
The first time I was here, i got the tomato base soup and it was delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth had depth. This was about a year and a half ago. A went back recently and the quality went down a bit. Got the same soup & the broth was very one dimensional and my noods were overcooked.

Yelp
Hands down the best chicken noodle soup on the east side. The broth is just fantastic and thank god I haven't gotten sick especially in these times, but it's one of those soups I'd want all the time if I had a cold. The noodles weren't as chewy as I'd like, perhaps I just ordered the wrong ones. We also ordered a lot of side dishes and for dessert shared the charcoal bubble waffle. It was fun to try but wasn't something I'd order again. Definitely will come back to check out more of their menu.

Yelp
My friend has been raving about this place for the last couple months. Of course, I had to try it and see what the deal was. One might think this is similar to ramen but this is different. The bowls come out hot and because of the material they stay hot and keep the broth warm your entire meals this is a big plus to the dining experience. I had the regular crossing special and the broth is delicate and had the right balance of seasoning. I could swim in this broth. It makes you want to drink it all up and not leave a Drop. With ramen broth, though fabulous on its own, it's not a broth I can usually finish just due to the sodium and heavy ness of the broth. Once Noodles are consumed, ramen broth consumption ends. But this 10 second broth is light enough to continue to enjoy. I like how you like everything in fresh. It may not be necessary's to add this small interaction to the customers but at least once can customize what you want or do not want before adding the noodles as the last step. I liked the variety of fixings. At first you think this is too simple and that is not enough food. But it does add up and you do walk out content. This is also fear that you don't need to wait a long time for food or to get a table. I can definitely see myself coming back when the weather is chilly. I find this experience a cross between hot pot and ramen.

Yelp
I got the A1 on the menu, the most classic item Crossing Bridge Noodle. Everything comes separately and you get to decide when to put everything in. Of course, meat has to go into the broth first else it wouldn't cook fully. I also decided not to put the chicken wing into the broth since it tastes good on it's own. I really liked the overall flavor the noodles and the soup. The base is pretty light so people that like stronger flavors probably wouldn't be as much as a fan of it. It's light and soft but still is really good. All the items that they give you go well with it. Just watch out, the quail egg tends to disappear and you'll most likely end up eating it before you even realize.

Yelp
Felt very meh about this place. We left the restaurant feeling somewhat satisfied with the food but later decided that it's not really worth it. I ordered the original crossing bridge rice noodles and it was a light pork broth...but almost too light. It reminded me of Korean sul lung tang except with this broth, the only flavor you can add is from the side ingredients they give you to put into the soup. But those ingredients are pretty much some vegetables, little bit of sliced ham, and two beef slices. So...not a lot of flavor being added to the light broth. I don't really have a lot of knowledge about noodles but I personally thought that this one was too "slippery" for the soup. It wasn't super fun eating it lol. For the price (around $15), I don't think it's that worth it but if this kind of dish is up your alley, go right ahead. We also ordered the fried chicken (tried to order the popcorn chicken but they said they were out, even though we got there not too long after they opened...) which I felt was nicer than the soup. It was crispy and the chicken was juicy. Maybe try a rice dish if you're coming here? Otherwise I'd say spend your money elsewhere.

Yelp
Yunnan rice noodle is my childhood. Whenever I see one, I had to try it. Maybe because it was my childhoods favorite noodle, I always have high expectations for it. I ordered the spicy flavor with beef brisket. The beef brisket was good, it was flavorful and the texture was nicely cooked that it was soft. The broth however is mediocre to me. It tasted just like this one Chinese packaged noodle that I always eat at home, so I didn't feel any type of way about the broth. Ive also sampled the original pork broth and the hot and sour broth. They were both okay to me. While the experience was very nice and made me reminisce the old times. I was expecting a little more on the broth.

Yelp
Service is incredibly rude and apathetic. they didn't care about the sign up sheet and just skipped people. Waiters couldn't care less whether the table assignment made sense. Many tables just left uncleared. Used to be much better and not surprised there are so many 1-star rating lately. Luckily there are so many more competitors around nowadays, so we don't need to come back anymore. We were planning to try out their new international district store. Now we will just be sticking with Dagu instead. Much better value and friendlier service! https://daguricenoodlewa.com/

Yelp
I visited a lot of times after my first review just because my boyfriend loves this restaurant. I tried their small plates snacks and they are at average level. I can tell that these small plates came out quickly because they fried it real quick. Also, they are now doing "scan to order" so all the process becomes quicker than before. Really enjoy this restaurant.

Yelp
Service was mediocre, took forever to get our food despite the restaurant being maybe 10% full when we arrived. Food wasn't terrible but not sure I would come back. Popcorn chicken was good. I ordered the pickled cabbage and spicy fish but I'm pretty sure I got the wrong bowl since there was no cabbage in my bowl at all, the guy said it wasn't spicy either and it was SO freaking spicy. For a simple noodle spot though, I can see the appeal and it's fun because it's like a diy noodle hotpot...except not. Food comes out piping hot and unless you have patience you will burn your tongue. My mom likes this place but agrees that the one we go to in a Richmond is better.

Yelp
Happily surprised with the taste! I got the most popular pork broth noodles and enjoyed the texture of the noodles as well as taste of the soup. Would recommend.

Yelp
I'm glad we came back to try out other dishes- Ordered the original beef brisket rice noodle & original crossing bridge rice noodle and definitely liked it a lot better than their rice dishes! It has thick taste/flavor compared to Pho noodles. Egg waffle is a must order also the popcorn chicken (best one so far!) For someone who doesn't like or drink milk, the crispy fried milk was surprisingly SO good. Imagine fried cheese sticks but with milk instead.. and with condensed milk as a dipping option ...

Yelp
Luuuurrrrvvveee! They say seven minutes in heaven, but ten seconds at Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is all you need to find ultimate bliss. I've had this spot bookmarked forever, as I've never had "crossing the bridge" noodles. So once restrictions were lifted, to allow for dine-in, I called Ten Seconds and happily learned they were open for dine-in. Located across the way from the Crossroads Shopping Center in a small business strip, it's easy to find, with plenty of parking. I came here during a weekday lunch and was only one of three parties dining inside. It seemed like they were mostly busy with takeout orders. The menu had a good amount of items to select, including the different crossing the bridge concoctions to choose from, which is primarily why I came here. I ended up ordering the spicy beef brisket option since I tend to love spicy broths and beef brisket, so win-win. Plus, it was what Mikey Chen recommended after watching his vlog episode on his visit here. Once our food was ready, our server brought out the hot bowl of broth and all the components of the crossing the bridge dish, telling us to make sure that the noodles went in last. You don't want to wait too long to get all your goodies in, to make sure the broth doesn't cool down. Plus, everything is better once it's piping hot, which is why I normally don't like getting soup takeout. Food was incredible! I loved how spicy my broth was. It wasn't super spicy, but it definitely was spicy enough where it opened up my sinuses and caught myself sniffling a few times. The beef was very tender and juicy and the rice noodles were cooked perfectly. You haaavvveee to try Ten Seconds! Service was outstanding and the food is exactly what you need on a winter's day. My dish was made perfectly - no complaints. I'll come back to explore more of the menu, but it will be difficult to not look twice at the spicy beef brisket rice noodles.

Yelp
Overall: Very interesting concept where it's like a merger between Boiling Point and Hot Pot. Location: Located in Bellevue and near lots of businesses. Parking wasn't that difficult as we arrived around 9 pm on Friday, just be careful of their parking lot because it is a bit steep. Menu: We ordered the popcorn chicken and the Tomato Beef Brisket Rice Noodle (R6). The popcorn chicken was a bit dry for my liking, make sure to ask for the sauce. The Tomato Beef Brisket Rice Noodle tasted just like a Vietnamese dish called Bun Rieu. The one thing I wish was that they tell you which of the dishes you should put into your broth first. The biggest tip I can give anyone coming here for the first time, don't let the bowl fool you because it can be hot.

Yelp
Recommend Chicken Rice Noodle with String fungus in golden broth. My favorites. It is getting pricey

Yelp
I came here with a few friends for a weekend dinner. The restaurant was quite busy, and we were lucky to get a table. If we came a few minutes later, we would've needed to wait. I ordered the cordyceps flower chicken rice noodles, while my friends ordered other dishes such as the original rice noodles or spicy rice noodles. For some reason, my dish came "pre-assembled" (i.e. all the ingredients were inside my bowl), while my friends' dishes were "deconstructed" (i.e. the ingredients came separately in cute dishes and they had to put them into the soup themselves). The biggest difference is that my soup was boiling hot and stayed hot for a long time, whereas their soups cooled down quickly as they added the cold ingredients in. I actually had to wait and eat slowly/carefully because of how hot my soup was! Anyway, that detail aside, I really enjoyed the meal. The portion was generous, the soup was thick and flavourful, and all the ingredients worked well together. I even had enough to take home for a second meal. I'd recommend this place, especially if you feel like a hot meal on a cold day!

Yelp
I am not sure how I totally feel about this place. It was on my "to try" list for a while now because I always love a bowl of hot soupy noodles. Arrived in Seattle late and this place was still open for another 30 mins. YES! After browsing the menu, we ordered Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, Tomato Beef Brisket Rice Noodles and Popcorn Chicken. It was a fun concept - you add your own ingredients into the hot pot and let it cook. Ingredients were fresh and flavors were decent. The bowl could use more noodles though - in comparison to their photo, felt like my bowl was skimmed out. Popcorn chicken was not bad, but felt like it needed some kind of sauce to complement it. Everything was just a little "off". I did not walk out of there satisfied nor disappointed. Did not get much service, had to flag someone down to ask a question, but the bill came promptly. There's plenty of parking, share parking lot with other businesses. Place is clean. Accepts card and/or cash.
