TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar

I kinda messed up once I seen my drink and waiter being so helpful I loss focus. However everything was amazing. Any you order you can’t go wrong. The sizes is shareable and affordable. I’ll be back soon to give you all better review. It’s more than just Sushi.

My first time in Dallas and had a great meal at Ten. We were starving so went all out and tried a few apps, sushi rolls and entrees. All were killer. Loved the Toshi Old Fashion (maybe one too many). Chef walked us through the dishes and service was super friendly. Restaurant itself has a really cool vibe too. Definitely worth checking out.

They have excellent sushi! so flavorful. not dry and stale like some places. everything is fresh and unique! the smoked old fashioned is amazing! worth a visit for sure! cant wait to go back to Dallas to eat here again!

Plenty of parking in a multi storey car park with lift access to the terrace where the restaurants are located. Parking is free with a restaurant validated ticket. We received a friendly welcome from lovely smiley Payton, who remembered us from a few days previously when we’d called to check out the menu. We arrived at 3pm on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy at this time. They have a ‘Happy hour’ menu with discounted food and drink options. The General Manager, Zac, explained the menu, willingly made adjustments to accommodate personal preferences and was highly competent as our waiter. Every course was well presented and was a flavour explosion on the palate. To cap off a wonderful meal, the espresso martini was delicious. Overall, the food and service we received were outstanding and great value for money.

Talk about a fantastic dinner. The food was absolutely unreal. Starters not to miss are the chicken gyoza, edamame and rock shrimp. I had 10 pieces of Nigiri and did it Ten style (chefs flare) that was super fresh and absolutely delicious. We shared a bunch of plates family style including the chow mein, orange chicken and the star of the hot menu the misoyaki black cod. Desert was an assortment of mochi which was excellent. Drinks were also delicious and not too sweet. Cherry on top was the 5 star service from our waitress. Can’t wait to come back.

The food and atmosphere were great. Our server was very friendly and informative. I recommend the sushi and mochi ice cream, but not the honey walnut shrimp; it had too much mayo. We will definitely be back to try some more sushi.

Jen was an amazing server, she made us feel at home and made great suggestions. The sushi quality was amazing, the Mongolian beef was so tasty! Would highly recommend if you want fresh quality sushi.

This place was incredible, the atmosphere, service, and food was great. The price point is what you would expect for an elevated dining experience while still being approachable. Britney was my server and her friendliness and attention to detail made my night. Also need to be sure to mention Jeff, the sushi chef. Not only was he friendly, but he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and you could tell he really cared about his work. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

After a reservation issue at the restaurant across the courtyard on a Friday night, we wandered over to Ten to see if they would be able to accommodate us. Ten Sushi had been on my list of restaurants to try, so I was excited and hopeful. We were warmly greeted by the two young ladies at the host stand. When we inquired if we could possibly sit at the bar, one of the host's went to check and I watched as she asked other patrons at the bar to kindly move down to make room for us right at the center of the bar. So nice! We were seated and ordered drinks and apps to start. I had the Lychee Like That and my husband ordered Ichiban on draft. We noshed on Japanese nachos and chicken gyoza, The drinks and apps were all tasty and the bartender Noah took great care of us! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and we had fun taking Insta pics! It was a warm December evening, so we decided to sit on the patio to continue our experience. The patio is equally as lovely as the interior of the restaurant! Tina was our server and she was excellent at making sure we had everything we needed even though the patio filled up fast and she was juggling a number of tables. We shared the Spicy Domo, Ten-Tation and Lion King rolls. The Lion King was our favorite and the Ten-Tation was our least favorite. We topped off our dinner with the miso cheesecake which was a tasty ending to a fantastic meal. From ambiance to service to quality of food and drink, Ten deserves ten stars!

Group of 3 and had a great experience ambiance is low lighting. On Saturday night they have a DJ and he was a vibe. Sushi was fresh and delicious we had the BG, Ten-tation, and two timing tuna. We tired the Ten House Miso Soup which is their take on the Miso Soup. It was different not something I would try again. We also tired the Firecracker Wontons,pretty good not overly spicy. Service was great and the waiter was attentive. He had great recommendations.

First and foremost, the service at Ten is 10+ stars. Noah is a true mixologist (you will be WOWED!)...Nicholas & Brian are true rockstars. These three and all of the staff are SPOT ON! The food is KILLER! Be sure to try the Forbidden Roll, the Firecracker Wontons and the spicy honey shrimp dumplings (only available during HH). The cocktails are off the chart and really fresh, pairing perfectly with everything on the menu. Let the pros make a recommendation based on your preferences! The decor is Manhattan Chic, with a sophisticated (yet not pretentious) vibe. They also have a lovely patio and the ladies room is spotless. Support this local gem!

Hidden in the plaza behind The Henry, the restaurant itself was well decorated with cherry blossoms and a lively dj playing on Saturday. It's great for big celebrations or GNOs. The staff were friendly and the food came out quick. The yellowtail jalapeño was so good. It was buttery soft and fresh. The roll was salmon was also good. Cute cocktail drinks too. Definitely will come back again for HH!

A fun spot for a sushi dinner with friends, but a bit expensive. The ambiance here is great with lots of colorful lights and decorations! As a drink, I really enjoyed the lychee rose. We first tried the chili garlic edamame, Japanese nachos, and vc rock shrimp tempura appetizers. While all three were good, the edamame and shrimp stood out the most. The seasoning on the edamame was delicious - it's up there with the best edamame I've had. The sashimi was solid, but we didn't order too much due to the price. We also tried the black & yellow and black dragon rolls, and between the two I preferred the black dragon as the flavors went together really well. The service was about average. Our friend is vegetarian and he was given something with meat, which our waitress switched out after he noticed but is just something to be cautious of. Ten also has a cute patio, so that's another option if you would rather sit outside.

Have you ever experienced a place where everything was absolutely delicious? Well Ten is your place!! The food, the drinks, the service was absolutely everything. Firstly get the drinks, any signature cocktail they are absolutely delicious, the fire cracker shrimp was to die for as well! However, what really stole the show was the Beijing beef plate! Omg it was so good and flavorful maybe the best I've had. Each segment of the restaurant is also decorated nicely and so we feel great wherever seated.

Amazing sushi experience in Uptown! My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday and I was impressed the minute I stepped in the door. The ambiance is amazing with the room dimly lit for an intimate and sophisticated feel. At the table the staff had signed a card for my birthday which was an amazing touch. Our server was wonderful and provided great recommendations for food and drinks. We ended the night with the mochi ice cream which was absolutely delectable!

We did not start off well, but it ended amazing. Let me explain. Got there, checked in and proceeded to wait almost 45 minutes for our reservation. Not the best first impression. However, our server Mariah H was very knowledgeable, quick, and accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing and it was nice to have the DJ there. Definitely recommend.

The lion king roll and keoni roll are so good! Get apps and the cocktails are awesome too!

This is my new favorite sushi and cocktail bar. All drinks were good but I recommend skinny dragon, Shisho gin to you, Yuki Mori and Lychee rose. For dinner we ordered - 1. Chicken Gyazo - 4.5/5 2. VC rock shrimp tempura 5/5 3. Hamachi crudo - 3/5 4. Forbidden roll - 4/5 5. Black dragon roll - 4.5/5 6. Wagyu hand roll - 4/5 7. Veg chow mein - 4.5/5 8. Kung pao chicken (substitute chicken for shrimp) -5/5 9. Mongolian beef - 5/5 For dessert we ordered coffee panna cotta which was delicious too. Overall I highly recommend this place and our server Mariah was amazing. We liked everything she recommended. Also this place has a patio with great vibes.

This review is hard for me to write, but I have to do it... for the (Yelp) culture. Let's start with the good. EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS WONDERFUL. Literally, every single person on the staff. If you want to have a great night in a beautiful restaurant full of people who love where they work - this is the place. For instance: They gave my niece a staff-signed, handwritten Birthday Card!!!!!! The team here goes above and beyond, so I do recommend Ten Sushi for a special night or event. The service raised my experience to a TEN. But, wait! How did they only get 3 Stars? 1. I asked if they had a Sashimi Sampler. They said, Yes - but only during lunch hours. They made an exception for me (because they are wonderful people). I ordered a double portion of the Sashimi Sampler. Problem: IT WAS NIGIRI. Ummmmm, this is a Sushi restaurant, and we all know there is no rice attached to Sashimi. Maybe it's just me. The word Sushi does actually mean Sour Rice. Maybe that's literal here. Maybe every dish has rice? 2. The General Ten Chicken was just okay, and the other guests' entrees & sushi was acceptable. The level of quality in the dishes on the menu do not match the decor, staffing or pricing. I can get decent Sushi from a grocery store. Ten Sushi needs to be great or change the name to TEN Sushi-Inspired Cuisine. Maybe having a few drinks adds to the attraction of this restaurant, but it wasn't that kind of party. We just wanted some great food, and it ain't here. This location just opened 22 days ago (August 2, 2024), but it's not their first location - so there is no excuse. It is what it is. Oh, somebody just asked why I didn't tell the staff about the Nigiri... Obviously, you don't know me. If I have to tell you - I have to charge you. Training is not free.

First things first, Aaron (Sorry if the spelling is incorrect)!!!!! You are more than a manager but a customer experience expert! He was there supporting the Dallas location this weekend but his home location is in Houston. Three of my sisters and I came out for a much needed Girls' Night Out. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL and the food is easily a 100/10! Aaron took great care of us along with our waitress. I shared with him that I was on a sobriety journey and if he would suggest a mocktail so I would still feel included. The Blackberry Mint Lemonade was chef's kiss lol and I felt considered as a customer. What made this dinner simply perfect was the music. I believe the playlist featured artists like SZA, Rihanna and Kehlani. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you all for making our girls' night incredible!

The most adorable spot for a girls night or date night. Food was great, the crab rangoons have the perfect amount of jalapeño, so delicious! Lychee martini was refreshing and sweet. Service was amazing, everyone was very attentive and helpful.

10/10, incredible restaurant. amazing, quick, efficient service. everyone was incredibly friendly. our bartender was outstanding. the food was some of the best i've ever had. the manager was incredibly kind. my sister and I had the best experience, and we will most DEFINITELY be returning!!

Ten sushi is a lively dinner spot. The music is loud and fun, the atmosphere is energetic. And the food was great! I thoroughly enjoyed my girls night. I had the best server who was happy to point out some of her faves on the menu. I do think the menu was a bit on the pricier side but I enjoyed my evening none the less!

We stopped in for a ladies' night out! Sam was so gracious to seat us and let us know there will be another event at a certain time. Everyone was awesome, and customer service was a 10/10. Our server Mariah was even better! She gave us great recommendations from drinks to food. Everything was delicious. We had various sushi rolls ,orange chicken, and Mongolian beef with broccoli. The drinks were the 5 whiskey old fashion and Lychee drink 10/10 all around We had a great time with the staff we laughed and talked about. Destiny was great as she cleared all of our numerous plates and glasses!! will definitely be back to visit the Ten family!!

I ordered the forbidden roll and the Nigiri salmon. They were both delicious! This place is definitely in my top 5 for best sushi places in Dallas. Service was good. The atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed it.

We were celebrating a friend's promotion and wanted to try TEN Sushi. We loved everything about this restaurant from the minute we walked in! Ambience was terrific, it's decorated beautifully, and the service was impeccable. The downtown/uptown lunch crowd hasn't figured out TEN Sushi is open for lunch, so we were seated right away. For our meal, we began with chili garlic edamame, followed by yellowtail sashimi and bluefin tuna sashimi, then enjoyed el nino and spicy domo rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious - we cannot wait to go back and have the same thing again!

Unfortunate experience coming here for dinner during the week - the hostess was particularly unwelcoming and seemed annoyed that we were requesting a table. Once sat, we waited for 10 minutes without a server coming by to take our order or offer water, before deciding to just leave instead.

The vibes are so welcoming, hip, upbeat...every staff member was super nice and thankful that we decided to dine with them. Our waiter Cody was just the sweetest, so polite and such a gentleman. Made sure we were taken care of all night. We started with the chili garlic edamame which I could've eaten the entire bowl by myself. Loved the crispy rice sushi, would've been even better with eel sauce! The cucumber salad was perfection - crunchy, fresh, pickly, and honestly my favorite dishes with The shaken beef and the orange chicken. Cooked perfectly, tons of flavor! The restaurant does validate parking, the hostess did her thing on the computer at the hostess stand, but unfortunately when trying to exit, we still had to pay the $10.

Bartender was super nice and made a delicious dirty martini. He had great recommendations for sushi rolls and genuinely was interested to talk and hear our feedback. Sushi was divine, attention to detail by the chefs. Try the purple/black rice roll. Quiet atmosphere but they pick up a lot and get busy late night. Validate parking too in The Unions garage!

Fish wasn't cold!!! How is that even safe to eat? We told our waitress and she said "well they keep it in the ice there." And I told her that they needed to add more ice..it was hamachi style so it needs to be very cold. Quality of if the food isn't good at all. Our waitress was awful...beyond oaeful. Not friendly, just plain miserable. Ambiance is nice but that is literally all they have going for them. DO NOT GO. I'd rather spend the same money at Uchiba than this crappy place with similar price point.

Our Server Mary was attentive & efficient. No complaints with service or the cleanliness of restaurant. The inside was really nice but we opted for the patio since the weather was nice. Food was great. Prices are kind of high but expected in the Harwood District. Would definitely come back!See photos for food/drink reviews.

The food was amazing! The service was amazing! I went for my birthday and had the "emperors" table with friends! I was treated like a king! The Lion king roll was my favorite! The ambiance and staff were amazing! The chef Dylan came out and personally checked on service and made my night with great laughs and explaining to the party the difference of sashimi and actual cooked dishes! Our server Eugene was amazing and so attentive towards my party! I loved that the rolls were so large and the edimame was perfectly spiced! I highly recommend this sushi spot! Great date night as well for good first impressions. And I will be using it as such for that in the future

Delicious sushi and a vibrant atmosphere! I love that parking is simple with the garage attached too. I had the restaurant special Miso soup and one of the specialty rolls and it was all very fresh and tasty!

Great ambiance with a DJ playing tunes, and even better food . The drinks were fantastic and the sushi rolls were on point.

Overall, this was an average experience. We had a reservation; however, still had to wait for a table despite there being over half empty. Definitely a place where you are paying for the ambience/vibe, which is fine; however, the food (specifically the sushi) is average at best. We tried the crispy rice sushi, firecracker roll and the ten-tation. Of these, the firecracker roll is the best with the most flavor. I would not order the others again.

I have been to Ten Sushi in California, and was excited to try the Dallas location. This place does not disappoint. Came here for lunch while traveling. The lychee cocktail was delicious. The sushi rolls and salads are phenomenal. Extremely fresh and flavorful. Our server was patient, attentive, and had great recommendations. I didn't plan for dessert, but was sold on trying the coffee pants cotta and it was exceptional. The decor inside is elegant - great for brunch with friends or a fun date night.

Service was excellent and the rock shrimp in the spicy aoli was delicious. We ordered rolls and edamame and were stuffed. Recommend this as a must do place for craft cocktails and sushi

They have lunch specials and they're of great size! Happy hour starts at 3pm too. It's not on the HH menu but get the lychee rose!! And the general manager was such a delight. Great guy, great personality. Zac I believe was his name.

TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar is a new gem in Dallas! From the moment you walk in you notice the artistic ambiance and it sets the stage for a great meal. Every roll we had was wonderful but the Forbidden Roll is a favorite. We were told this was a house favorite and our server was not wrong. I also really loved the creative sashimi. The cocktails were impressive as well. Everyone at our table loved the lychee martini but I loved the Skinny Dragon - it tasted like a sour patch kid cocktail in the best way. The staff was great and all seemed happy to be there - we were very pleased.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The ambiance is perfect, I was able to dine-in on their heated patio and the views were nice. The service, drinks and food were so good, I have no complaints. I'll definitely be back!

Holy crap! Came down here for a concert and made a reservation here. Our server Mariah was absolutely amazing. This will now be our go to sushi restaurant and we will make the trek from Rockwall to come here. Absolutely the best food I've had in a long time and the service was top notch from Mariah.

The food was really good and flavorful! The customer service was very good as well he was very attentive and accommodating! The inside of the establishment as well as the out was very aesthetically pleasing!

Wanted to try something new on our anniversary and it was so worth it! Great ambiance, fun date night setting, and amazing music. The food came out quickly and the service was great! Rolls were super fresh, and I loved the spicy edamame. We will definitely be adding this to our regular rotation!

The best sushi spot! Service is 5 star sushi chefs are super nice and very talented. Definitely up beat on the weekend but week nights it's very low key! And the food is good 25/8
