Extremely well run condo building, having lived in 2 others before this. Management is friendly and reasonable, and the security staff are helpful and always available! Building is kept clean, and much cleaner than comparable ones downtown. Great amenities.

The building overall is great (facilities and units). Management is the opposite. For some reason, that is beyond my understanding, and that defies all logic, they made up a rule that delivery persons cannot come deliver food or groceries to your unit. Even better, they also can't leave it at the lobby so you need to exactly time when your food delivery is about to arrive and come down to meet them. So to be perfectly clear, you're going to pay thousands of dollars to stay at this building to come down and pick up your deliveries in your pajamas in the cold every day. Deal breaker for me. Inconvenience for the sake of inconvenience.

Pretty cool building, shout out to the builder

The management of this building is a joke, they are heartless and only care about taking our money. At the moment: They won't help us with the over flow of package deliveries and are refusing to hold any packages at the front desk and have returned courriers back to their warehouse because the lockers are full. Instead of being understanding that we have no control over the tenants who don't pick up their packages and that it's not fair to the others to miss out on their deliveries because of their crappy system and policies, they are holding us responsible for the fact that they don't have enough delivery space. It's the holidays season, people are expecting gifts for Christmas and some people are ordering expensive things from overseas. They don't care if we get our packages returned knowing we might have to pay to get it delivered again. They have no reason to not accept packages at the front desk. The concierge staff are useless too. It's disgusting and I'm not even talking about the mistreatment we've received when the AC was broken for two weeks last summer. I have never heard of a luxury condo treating treating their residents with so much disrespect and zero empathy. 10 York should not be branded luxury with the way it's managed.

I was just visiting but it's a lovely building. The lobby is a bit odd, and I didn't find the concierge overly friendly. Elevator banks could have been divided from 1 to 24 and 24 to top to speed up travel time - I can only imagine what it must be like when people are leaving for work in the morning.

If I could rate the management of this building zero stars I would. The Aircon never works and building management absolutely have no clue what they are doing. Summer hits every year at the same time but yet somehow every year you find yourself in an overheating apartment. Management has no sympathy as they go home every day to air conditioned apartments/houses and don’t care about residents. They promise tomorrow tomorrow but they are all empty.

Lived here for about 2.5 years now and honestly it’s a mixed bag. The concierge is pretty helpful and Airbnb’s are not allowed so that’s a huge positive - elevators are easy to call and it’s fairly quiet (the building has really good soundproofing). The courier system is extremely convenient too. The only one downside is that the second half of March to late April the units get very hot because the building hasn’t yet switched to central cooling. Other than that, it’s a pretty good building to live in. Edit - Had to drop the rating because units are extremely hot (27 degree inside with all windows open 24/7 in NOVEMBER). The building is too quick to turn the heat on and far too late to turn it off. This isn't an isolated incident, at least 15 other residents feel the same (based on people who've complained on building portal, real number is probably way higher) Dropped another star because of all the issues - one of the high rise elevator has been shut for so long, pool has been closed all summer and no one knows when it will open and now the A/C is broken. The building is amazing but property management really leave a lot to be desired. Nov’22 Update - Had to drop another star because this heat issue is insane. There are residents who’s indoor temperature is 34C!! Mine is 29C and it’s unbearably hot. Do you want to sweat while you watch TV? Well then this the building for you. Property management is basically just gaslighting residents by saying buy a portable ac. FYI - no other building has this issue. 16 York, 88 Harbor, Ice condos etc all have cool units.
