I visit this places second time. Minimalist interior design with wooden elements and soft lighting creates a wonderful feeling of relaxation. I like the feeling of enjoying coffee in there. However, the price quite high maybe they use quality ingredients. But Matcha a little bit lighter flavor. Staff is friendly. Good to know this places!

We got the matcha latte, vietnamese coffee, and the passion fruit juice. All of them were super delicious, not overly sweet. The passionfruit juice was unreal. Very flavorful. The staff was very nice and set up a fan for us outside of the shop. The alley is beautiful and a great place to relax.

The entrance to the alley is spacious with lush greenery on both sides. At the end of the alley, you'll find the cafe, designed with a minimalist aesthetic that evokes a sense of relaxation and tranquility. I visited in the early afternoon when the breeze was cool and refreshing. Even though it was sunny, the trees provided ample shade for the seating areas, both indoors and outdoors. The specialty coffee selection was quite new to me, as I'm used to Vietnamese milk coffee. However, the experience of enjoying delicious Arabica coffee, carefully selected and brewed with meticulous care, along with the friendly and helpful advice from the barista, the ambiance, the music, and the overall chill vibe of the place, allowed me to truly savor the flavors of my cup. 👀 What's special about sitting at the barista counter inside is that you can observe the entire coffee-making process, which is done with such precision and artistry. It's fascinating to see how much care goes into each step of crafting a delicious cup of Arabica. The matcha latte here is also excellent, a must-try! ✨️👍 🍃 If you're looking for a quiet escape from the bustling city to slow down, unwind, and enjoy delicious coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, chilling with music and books alongside friends, this is the perfect spot. Visiting in the afternoon is ideal as you'll be greeted by a cool, natural breeze. 🗺️ This alley also has many other interesting shops to explore. The prices are reasonable considering the quality, and I'm completely satisfied. This cafe has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorites. 🙏❤️

The space is small and cozy, with drinks passionately crafted and adjusted to your liking by the baristas. If you have a specific taste preference, don't hesitate to chat with the barista to explore more about the coffee and flavors. The price for a matcha latte & specialty drink is over 100k VND, while Vietnamese coffee is over 50k VND. A reasonable price for a relaxing space, enjoying delicious drinks and friendly service.

It’s a tiny cafe offered both Vietnamese tradition coffee drinks and specialty coffee drinks. The baristas are fluent in English and Japanese. My new favourite in town, personally.

In contrast to the traditional Japanese teahouse design, this is a nice place for those looking for specialty coffee! The shop routinely updates their coffee bean menu to keep the quality and selection fresh. The specialty beans are imported from South America and Africa (Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, etc.), and processed by Vietnamese roasteries. The Colombia roast I had lacked the typical acidity and sourness, but its floral notes were positively enhanced while staying true to the Colombian signature notes. The store also uses a different bean for Vietnamese style coffee and dedicated grinder for that. They also offer matcha and kobumcha which I have not ordered; do note that they do not specialize in tea. Atmosphere is casual and cozy. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The interior is thoughtfully decorated and Japanesque. There is a single WC that is clean with good ventilation equipped adequately with toilet paper, soap, and air spray. I would recommend this place not only for specialty coffee lovers, but also to those who would like to learn about it as well.

The first 3-star review of 2025. • Short review: Would never go back | Not recommend to anyone | Bad advertising ethic. • Long review: Having tried matcha from many places in Saigon, I decided to follow this TikTok review of a Japanese-owned matcha place in D1. They advertised the shop will be tea-based, and thanks to the diligence of the Japanese owners, it would be authentic. However, when I came around, it was a heavily invested Japanese-style coffee shop that specializes in machine-roasted coffee and only 1 or 2 options for matcha! I was so surprised that we (our team) had prepared to choose from a menu filled with at least more than 3 different types of matcha. So it turned out, just another bad commercial people doing cheap tricks to get customers which - no matter how good the drinks are - will never deserve more than 3 stars. Fair and square, the drinks weren't that great either. 130,000VND for a cup of matcha no more than 200ml with ice, along with a somewhat 90,000VND of roasted coffee. We spent almost 200K on drinks and had better ones elsewhere. And just like other reviews, this cafe is small and in the corner of an alley in D1. It fits around under 20 people snucking in, however, the staff did not have a limit-policy. New guests coming in they would just go around asking you to change seats or relocate or get your chair for new comers. I understand it's the business, however, there must be sacrifice for opening a small shop in a small alley, is to have a limit where if you exceed that limit, you need to stop bringing in new guests. This is to preserve the little satisfaction from current guests, and their experience, too.

This coffee shop offers an ease-filled, cool atmosphere under a tree, perfect for relaxing. The Americano is delicious, with a smooth, rich taste. I love the minimalist Japanese-inspired décor and the delicate, thin glassware. A great spot for a quiet coffee break.
