Tender Greens

I wanted to have a healthy meal that tasted good, and I was very surprised at how this branch of Tender Greens was able to provide that. The steak was flavorful, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The salad was light, and the green juice was tasty. There was plenty of seating, and the food was served quickly. It would be nice if their Wi-Fi worked instead of relying upon the open network of a neighboring hotel, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

Hadn't been to one of these in years but was craving a salad while traveling and this looked like it had the best options. I got the seasonal salmon salad and it was BOMB. A little pricey at $17+ but worth it. This had lettuce, pickled veg, avocado, a tangy dressing, and a decent amount of fish.

This place is so hit n miss. The Point Loma location blows this one out of the water. I go to TG A LOT. This location is absolutely the worst one and it seems as if the staff doesn’t care and doesn’t pay much attention to detail. I ordered a Pozole SOUP. I received pozole pudding. There is as absolutely no broth in it. I asked for my steak to be grilled medium, because this location tends to have their steak very rare as you can see in the picture. Even my chicken was undercooked and I got an upset stomach because of it. I’ve emailed Tender Greens about this location before, but I guess not much has changed here. Quality control is horrendous.

Incredible!! Tender Greens provide one of the hardest products to deliver: Tasty, fresh and nutritious food, for a reasonable price. I had the Grilled Salmon plate, with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and brown rice, for drinking I had The Greens Drink. Everything was very delicious and well seasoned, the bread that comes with the dish is also great. This was probably the best meal I had in few days in the city. The service is also incredible. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Henrique helped me a lot in this my first time at Tender Greens and made my experience even better.

Good food, a little pricy. They bus the tables but it's Cafe style ordering. The veggie bowl was really good.

I ordered the "Blue Zone" saladish and was so excited about trying it and quickly became disappointed 😞 it didn't have the stuff it said it was supposed to have (from the menu). Sooooooo I'm not really sure what I had. The server was kind enough to bring over the one vege that I noticed was missing. I think this "salad" would've been a 5 if it was made the way it's supposed to, according to the menu. It looked really good on paper. I'm just not a fan of huge, leafy kale in my salad. I was charged $17 for a salad with NO MEAT! and this is not a restaurant 😒 😑 😐 🙄 😕 I was just really hungry and didn't have the energy to go elsewhere. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT SO IT MATCHES THE PRICE ON THE MENU!! Lesson learned! Now that I'm looking at he picture, it's really pretty 😍 💕 I would go back here again, though, to other things on the menu 😀

Really getting sick of the lack of care at this location. This is a portion of the lettuce from the salad I just purchased for dinner. I live 6 blocks away and picked this up 15 minutes ago. It’s like this about half the time.

It’s our first time here and we liked it. It’s just a walking distance from Westgate hotel. We got the grilled chicken Cobb and Chinese chicken. Instead of croutons they put toasted bread. My husband liked the bread but I don’t care for it. I’d rather have the croutons because there’s crunch and flavor to it. And you’ll need a knife to cut the greens a little smaller so it’s easier to eat. avocado toast and mint lemonade were good.
