Exceptional Service – Went Above and Beyond! Not only the quality of the products is great, but customer service is also excellent! I ordered online, but was having problem to pick up before my grandson's birthday. Hart, the store manager and the lady who received my call (sorry that I forgot her name) took extra steps to help me getting the toy on time. Their effort and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful one. Thank you so much to the team at Tender Leaf. You guys are awesome! 👍👍👍👍👍

This is a review of Tender Leaf, the company, and not this specific location. I purchased a Birdie Tea Set for my daughter and the tea tray came with sections that were chipped and could scratch a child. The paint was also already chipping off a tea cup. I was shocked by the quality given the price I paid. When I contacted Tender Leaf, they were unwilling to provide replacements, stating that their warranty is only for 30 days. I had saved it for a special occasion and had all the packaging to show that it was just opened. They wanted to charge for the replacements and $17 for shipping - more than the $10 shipping listed on their website! Very disappointed in the tea set and that Tender Leaf doesn't stand behind their products.  We'll choose Hape, Melissa and Doug, and B Toys moving forward.

Amazing wooden toy store! As a Montessori teacher, I would definitely let my children play with wooden toys instead of plastic toys.

It’s evident that the team truly cares about customer satisfaction. Our family are now enjoying the Forest Bear Chair in perfect condition. We ordered a play fridge from tender leaf and we are so impressed with the quality and details of it! One piece was missing a screw hole (manufacturer mistake not theirs), and their customer service department was so fast and easy to deal with! They had a replacement part to us within one day. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and our product. I will definitely continue to purchase their products.

I purchased an item on Tender Leaf Toys Canada website this morning. I contacted their customer service via email because I had forgotten to include my discount code and then wanted to add a 2nd item to my order. They were so quick to respond and they were very helpful. A few email exchanges and my order was finalized with all that I wanted. Great job Tender Leaf Toys.
