Tenders Love and Chicken

I use to eat the fries and toast years ago. Came back for it again and they’ve changed the Texas toast sauce and fries to a different kind that’s less crunchy and flavor. The wait time I spent when I ordered a toast was 13 minutes. The bag they placed on their kitchen counter was mine and they didn’t bother to bring it up to hand it out for 4 solid minutes.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a venue. I’ve missed my hockey game. I should charge you guys the cost of my ticket. Back up of 23 orders and all you serve is chicken?! Come on now; extremely inefficient. Btw, the picture is of all your backed up orders

We were a family of five at the Cleveland Zoo. The cashier we had was a young snippy girl that had I not had grandkids with me would of told her to get her attitude in check and now. If you can't handle that workload, get a different job. I went over to another stand to get a straw because her job was causing her to blow a gasket. Food was good, 4 chicken tenders and fries but why the separate charge for a drink?

Ordered sauce and received none. I was told they were OUT!!!! Like how are you out of dipping sauce?????? Food was dry and fries had no ranch seasoning’s

There’s been some changes since the last time I ate here a couple weeks ago and I’m not impressed I think they should go back the TLC sauce doesn’t taste the same and there’s hardly enough chipotle honey on the chicken
