Loved this tempura restaurant, the food was amazing and the owner was incredible.
Loved that there is only one sitting per night, giving so much time to enjoy the experience and pace yourself.
The owner is great, engages with the customers and he cares deeply. He has and extra dish at the end in case you are still hungry, held the umbrella outside of the restaurant, called a taxi for us and waited for the taxi to arrive with us.
He is super friendly and even followed each other on Instagram.
The food is amazing, but the dashi was mind blowing. I am still dreaming about it.
+ points the place is curated in the details, I loved the style of the pots and the counter.
Also really loved the sakes and the sake cup selection. For each sake you order, you get to pick a beautiful piece of pottery with different designs
Thanks for this experience and warm hospitality. It felt like being at home, in the other side of world and in a Michelin starred restaurant! Hope you can keep this vibe as the business grows ❤️
