Tenju! Should I give them a TEN-ju? 😆 ok bad joke but they did kick ass at this Café. Two lovely ladies attended to my order and I couldn’t be happier. I was craving a hot tea in this chilly December evening and the barista recommended the Heaven Mist （天常蛋）I hope I got the Chinese right haha. Either way, it was a lemony/hibiscus type of tea which was very soothing and went well with my study sesh. I think what I love most about this place (among many things) is that it’s very quaint and they’ve got a great selection of both healthy and sweet teas. I’d come here if you’re looking for a quick spot to focus on work, chat with a friend, and even a casual date (optional) to get to know someone. I’ll give this place a 10-ju out of 10 👌

The best best best best best boba place in California - bar NONE! My personal fave is Cream Top Houjicha with Boba. 50% sugar. No Ice. Thank me later.

Originally wants to try iron goddes milk tea, but they dont have it. Then ordered the Hojicha milk tea with boba. The cashier was really nice, she told me it would be 5 minutes. As my first time here. But i waited for 30 minutes for 1 drink. The waiting was way too long. And i have baby waiting for me in the car with my other kids. And both my kids was crying cause i was missing for 30 minutes lol. I meant the cashier could tell me this place wont get the drink ready in 5 minutes. If it take a while just kindly let me know, but dont tell me 5 minutes. Thats when i went on yelp and google found out their waiting time will be long for each drink since they fresh brew it. Good thing the drink that i got was soo soo good. And their boba also incredibly good. The quality of the drink was very good. I love the drink and their boba. I also got the popcorn chicken for my son, and he likes it no complaint. This place can be hard to find parking spot on the weekend.

My boyfriend and I went here post-hotpot to get something refreshing and we were pleasantly surprised by how wide their selection of drinks were. Along with their selections is their customizability - the kiosk makes it so easy to cater to your taste! Loved their yogurt and green tea drink (5/5), it was very light and had a slight tartness at the end. We also tried their royal chrysanthemum tea (4/5) with boba. Love their boba, it’s perfectly chewy and not too sweet! They also sell their teas in looseleaf form as well as some tea brewing accessories. We loved the energy of whoever was making the drinks tonight! Very helpful and greeted us so warmly. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back to try their other drinks and their menu!

My sisters are HUGE boba lovers, therefore I’ve tried a lot of different teas out there (they get milk tea anywhere between 4-7 days a week). We always gauge the quality of a boba shop based on how well they make their milk tea and boba. Let me tell you, TENJU IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER!!!! We love it so much that they catered my bridal shower and all of my friends loved it as well. We decided to cater the jugs from Tenju, which was perfect for our group. They also cater weddings and other events! Reach out to Peggy for details! Their boba is made fresh and chewy. It’s not too sweet. The milk tea is fresh and their green tea is one of the best. The other drinks that we recommend are: Monks Blend and Sea Foam Green Tea. You can’t go wrong with any of these. Tenju is always adding new drinks to their menu, which is amazing. I just love supporting tenju whenever I get a chance. My only request is that they open another location in San Gabriel 😆I

High-quality drinks made from premium ingredients. The tea is freshly brewed, so it may take a couple more minutes for your drink. Upon reading other reviews, I decided to try out Cream Topped Jasmine Green Tea with Boba with honey as the sugar substitute. Drink was very tasty and refreshing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when it came to adjusting drinks. Great place and highly recommend.

The Orange Mojito Green Tea was extremely refreshing on a hot day! The popcorn chicken was also on point. Nothing but happiness from this customer! Give them a try!

This place is a little unassuming. I would have never thought there was a Boba tea house right here. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made some great suggestions on how to drink my drink. I would suggest ordering ahead of time, they do take a little bit of time to prepare the order. Oh but it's so worth it..!

Overall: This is my go to boba spot in Rowland Heights. The tea flavor is strong and the boba is perfect. Service is also great. 5/5 The Service: The person at the counter taking your order is always so nice and friendly. They always offer to explain the menu if you are not sure on what to order. Drinks and food always come out relatively quick and they offer to pack it with a holder if you order a lot of drinks! There is also a touch screen tablet if you would like to order that way. The Food: Lychee Oolong Tea - the oolong flavor is strong and fragrant which is complimented by the lychee flavor. This is my usual go to order when I am here Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba - if you like a strong tea flavor, then Tenju is the place. The Jasmine tea is strong and is not watered down by the milk. Most tea places, the milk tea can taste too milky and not enough tea flavor. That is not the case for Tenju! I appreciate how you can enjoy the tea flavor in their drinks Popcorn Chicken - perfectly crispy. Very flavorful with a little bit of spice. Very well seasoned Fried Tempura fish Cakes - crispy outside with a chewy interior. It's nice since not a lot of places do a fried tempura fish cake! Seasoned similarly to the popcorn chicken Price: average price for boba, not too expensive. The Atmosphere: Casual atmosphere with some seating if you decide to enjoy your drinks/food there. They also have a shelf of loose leaf tea and tea accessories if you are interested Parking: Parking can be a bit difficult because it is in a very crowded plaza (shares a plaza with multiple other popular restaurants and a super market).

1/17/25 - Most boba shops are closed by 9pm, but lucky for us Tenju was still open after we had dinner at Chubby Skewer in the same plaza. It closes at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, but 10pm on all other days. You can order at the register and get a stamp card, for a free drink after 10 drinks bought. You can also order at the kiosk which has the option to sign up for their loyalty program using your phone number. Drinks cost about $6.00 with an extra $0.75 for toppings. For purchases under $15, using a credit card will issue a $0.35 fee. So if you're with a group, pay together! The girl behind the register was helpful, giving us recommendations of drinks based on different flavor profiles we were interested in. I ordered the Iron Goddess and it was good! I liked that the boba was chewy. The quality of the drinks was there, but I do wish there was more quantity in what I was drinking. Based on the quantity, the drinks are on the pricier side. I do want to come back and try their other drinks!

The popcorn chicken really IS the best in town!!! So well seasoned, so crispy - I'm obsessed. I wish the Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea was a bit stronger, maybe it's because I ordered less sugar but it tasted a bit watered down, it was still good. The workers were attentive and communicative about wait times, which i appreciated. The interior is nice and I would consider studying in there - amply seating options!

Haven't been to Tenju in YEARS. They used to be connected to a random grocery store(?) but so so happy to see them with their own spot. Their tea is high quality and I don't have to worry about adjusting the sweetness. I always come here after a big meal so haven't tried their snackies yet. Dragged my friend here and he thought his drink tasted "watered down" but he's the type to always get Thai tea (aka sweetest milk tea you can get besides brown sugar). So.. his opinion is invalid in my eyes. My Iron Goddess milk tea tasted rich and lovely with notes of caramel and light fruit notes AS QUALITY MILK TEAS SHOULD!!

I've come a couple times to this plaza so I decided to try out this place. Came after eating spicy skewers with my gf. We wanted a tea and it was close by. The inside of the store isn't too big, standard boba store size. We ordered and then waited, but there wasn't really a line. I ended up coming at another time again and the line wasn't long. I got the monk's blend. This turns out to be one of the better fruit tea's I've had! I can't out my finger on it but I really liked it. I tried my gf's milk tea and it seemed decent? Not as good as the monk's blend I would recommend this place for a stop by :)

Our absolute fave even though we have moved nearly one hour away and subject ourselves to terrible traffic in this plaza. We will go the distance to get Tenju when we're in the area. Husband loves their Assam Milk Tea and always gets two toppings: pudding and boba. I usually switch it up based on my moods, but have recently been obsessed with cheese foam or any form of cream top. I got the Cream Topped Jasmine Green Tea sweetened with honey and it was absolutely amazing. Other faves have been the Matcha Latte with red bean, Lychee Oolong with lychee jelly and matcha drinks. They were open during Christmas and will be open on New Years as well. If we lived closer, husband would come here weekly! For now, we come when we can and it hits every time.

I came to Tenju on a not so good day (New Years)... they were super behind and short staffed but it's OKIEE we still love her :) Whenever I come here I usually always get the cream top jasmine green tea. I lovv coming to Tenju because the tea is pretty strong & authentic here. It's always so refreshing & s/o to Tenju for being one of the only boba shops open on New Year's day.

ORDER lychee green tea (4/5) the lychee green tea was perfectly sweet and the green tea taste was fragrant. i like that you can pick your sweetener... i chose honey. the boba was soft and chewy. SERVICE service was so good! upon ordering at the kiosk, a worker told us to let her know if we have any questions. after getting our drinks, we were told to let them know if we need any adjustments. before leaving, a worker made sure we didn't need any adjustments. the workers here go above and beyond for the perfect experience. i was surprised about such kind service, especially because we came in 30 minutes before closing. AMBIANCE small store in a busy plaza. we went at around 10:30pm on a friday night and parking was very limited.

Tenju was the pick for a post dinner boba. This is located in a busy plaza. It took a bit of effort to find a parking spot at around 8:30 pm. For the interior, they have a few seats, but it was still busy at the time. My friend and I ordered our drinks at the kiosk and decided to head out. I personally got the iron goddess milk tea with regular ice and less sweetness. My drink was solid and wasn't too sweet.

Came here after kbbq nearby and it was delicious. The teas taste fresh and the boba is both sweet and chewy. Would return.

This is my second time trying a milk from Tenju Tea House. I decided to try the morroccan milk tea. Let's just say it's my new favorite milk tea. The tea is definitely the star of the drink. The one thing I did appreciate is the option of sweetening it with honey. I prefer that over the regular sugar. I'm a big fan of popcorn chicken and also ordered that. I did the spicy option. It's a reasonable size for the price you are paying. The flavor is there and it has basil. The basil in my opinion is something that should not be missing. This is the only place I get my popcorn chicken from. I'm selective when it comes to this. I don't mind driving out to get an order of this deliciousness! All the team members are friendly and nice. If you have a question about any tea they will answer your questions.

Not bad! It reminded me of Ocean Spray Cranberry juice but slightly tangy. I also got it less sweet with less ice. Would be interested in trying their other drinks in the future!

First time having Tenju and I had a great experience! Jerry was super helpful and offered to answer any questions I had. He was very friendly and nice considering I took a while to order. Lots of options and they also have snack options. Would definitely come back to try other drinks and food. The photos arent the best representation as they are already mixed and in bad lighting lol. Very good 10/10!

This spot is right next to my new skewers spot.. so I conveniently get to visit while waiting for my table to be ready. So far my favorite drink has been the strawberry basil green tea lemonade - 30% sugar. It's an odd combination, but I do enjoy it. The staff is always welcoming here and always tell us to let them know if we need a drink modified. I did accidentally forget to ask for reduced sugar once, and they remade my drink for me without batting an eye. Thank you for going the extra step to ensuring happy customers.

freshly. brewed. tea. made to order. if youre looking for FRESH tea, come here!! there are soo many different tea options and it's great for someone who appreciates the taste and aroma of tea because they take their time to craft each drink. my go-to is the londonderry milk tea with tastes more like a floral-strawberrh milk tea combination. their boba also has a nice chewy texture keep in mind that since every drink is made to order, drinks do not come out as quick as the average boba shop but it is worth the wait

I ordered the jasmine oolong with honey at 30% sweet (warm) and was very satisfied! Although, next time I might opt for iced or hot. Warm was interesting haha but I'm glad they have it as an option since hot is normally too hot to sip immediately. The tea was very fragrant and the honey was what I anticipated 30% to be. I am very glad they have so many options to customize your drink with. You can choose your sweetener! All in all, I'd def come back and give their milk teas a try since I enjoyed the fresh brewed tea so much. For $6 regular, I feel this is becoming the normal price. Also, I wanted to note that there was a convenience fee of $0.35 (probably to offset credit card fees). Parking was easy to find, but I did visit later at night.

Tastes soo authentic, like the milk tea I would drink in Taiwan. My fiancé is Taiwanese (born and raised for 24 years) and I even dropped off milk tea + food from here because I was so surprised/impressed. We both like the house sauce that is given for their fried snacks, it has a sesame oil taste. My favorite that I can't stop buying here is the Jasmine Oolong milk tea. I highly recommend the popcorn chicken here! The front staff named Alex was sooo sweet and had such detailed descriptions of all the drinks and was so helpful in assisting me pick from their large menu. I already love the drinks here, but I would return just based off the kind service alone.

My friend wanted to try out this place as they heard it was pretty good, and well... let me tell you about it. The store is pretty small, but there is some indoor seating and it is very cozy inside. It is located in a small plaza and I would say that the parking isn't too bad, but the lot is a bit small. When I arrived there were plenty of spots, but as I was leaving there weren't any available lots as several of the surrounding shops were also quite popular. The drinks were so delicious! I got a white peach green tea with 70% sugar. The peach tea was not too sweet and the tea flavor really punched through and it was just to my liking. So, if you like your drinks on the sweeter side, you may want to ask for more sweetness in your drink, but for me it was just right.

Went here with a group of friends after eating at Chubby Skewers a couple shops away. The tea here is pretty different from common boba chains. If you are more of a tea person, this may be more for you! Some people might feel like the drinks are "watered down" but I think it's because they really brew actual tea leaves and are more focused on the flavor of the tea itself. Definitely worth a try if you are nearby.

So my gripe about this place is that it is too far from me!! They are located in a plaza with parking, but parking can be cumbersome because of how busy the plaza is. The place itself is okay, but the drinks are so good here. I love matcha so of course I had the Jasmin matcha milk tea which was absolutely good. Such a great blend of both flavors. However, the real star drinks here are the cream topped drinks. I tried my husband's cream topped Jasmine green tea and it was heaven. You drink a little bit of the drink from the top to get the cream taste and then you mix the drink so that the flavors blend together. I have to get one of the cream drinks next time. The staff was so friendly and helpful with questions. Since I went on the weekend they serve small boba too.

I've been coming to Tenju for years and they never disappoint. Their tea is always up to the standard. Must try the monk blend substitute sugar with honey. I usually get 50%. Its very refreshing and tasty!

I ordered three cups of tea through DoorDash, and this is what I received. The driver mentioned that the cups were already open when they were handed to him. Disappointed!!!

This is hands down my favorite boba in SoCal! I love coming here for their drinks and snacks! First, all the staff that I've encountered here are really nice and helpful. Whenever I have questions about their different tea blends, they are very informative about them. They also are really nice about giving recommendations. The shop is very small with 4 tables. Usually I'll just order to go. My go to drinks are: Monks Blend, Orange Green tea mojito and their Honey Lemon green tea! All of these drinks are very refreshing and have great flavor. They even make the teas fresh! As for the snacks, I basically love all of them. Their popcorn chicken, calamari rings, fried tofu, mozzarella sticks and their corn nuggets! They are all flavored so nicely and have a great kick when you get spice! I usually get medium spice.

The employee is so kind! I've interacted with her on a few occasions when I've stopped by. I continuously forget my stamp card but she offered a new one to me. I also came in the morning while their boba pearls were still preparing, but I had ordered popcorn chicken which came out first and she offered me a water with it while I waited. This is my favorite taro milk tea and a favorite for me and my friends when it comes to their popcorn chicken! I'm also big on remote working and enjoyed the free wifi here. It's a good spot to work!

Wow. Phenomenal fresh tea. No artificial flavors or weird creamers. really nice, and knowledgeable servers! We got the white peach Ceylon milk tea and lychee oolong tea. I like my milk tea less sweet which sometimes brings out too much of the milk flavor but the white peach Ceylon milk tea at 30% sweet was solid-All the flavors were still strong and not overpowered by milk. They pre chill the tea with low ice which is a rare find ( sometimes low ice = room temp) New favorite tea place in this area!

Tenju Tea House is a great place to get some quality tea drinks. This spot is located in a plaza with a decent amount of parking spots. When you walk in, they have about 4-5 tables for seating. They have loose leaf teas on the left side of the shop where you can sample smell them. Our party ordered a genmaicha green tea, an iron goddess oolong tea, and a lychee oolong tea. All of the drinks were super refreshing and we really enjoyed the deep roasted, aromatic, floral, and fruity notes of the different drinks. Overall, this spot is worth a try for any tea connoisseur. All of the staff here are friendly and welcoming. If you like the tea you try, you can even buy the loose leaf ones they have for sale to try and recreate it!

Decided to try the tea at Tenju Tea House located in the same plaza of Galleria Market based on word of mouth from a friend. It is a small tea shop with lots of tea and fresh ones. I can tell the difference in their drink as opposed to some tea shop based on flavoring not focusing on using good tea to bring out flavor. I stop by around lunch, so it was crowded, very few people working at the tea shop, but they are friendly and work hard and efficiently to get my order out. I ordered a Paris sensation black tea large size with 75% sugar. Tea is strong. Also the black tea smells good and flavors present even with large size. Will be back to try more tea!

3.5 stars This place has a variety of different kind of drinks ranging from teas, decaf drinks, and lemonade. Their customer service was good as well. I tried their Butterscotch Rooibos Milk Tea which doesn't have any caffeine in it. It had the right amount of sweetness to it and the boba was chewy. However, $7 for this little cup is pretty crazy. If it was more of a reasonable pricing i would give this place a 4.5.

this plaza can be saur chaotic... but good stuff fr ordered the black tea with cream top (green tea is their popular one but i was feeling something else hehe) and kwandy got the paris sensation (i'm not a fan of lavender but i don't hate her!) kinda took long to make since there was only one staff member but she was very sweet and had cool earrings hehe

I've been here a few times and have greatly enjoyed it. I recommend coming on weekdays because the parking lot is just awful on the weekends. This place is open relatively late so its great to go after dinner. I usually get the Rose Milk Tea which is both sweet and herbal. I also recently tried the Popcorn Chicken and Fried Squid Rings, which were both very tasty. I like how you can adjust the spice level for both of them. The interior is vey zen but doesn't offer much seating, Workers are very friendly. Love coming here!

I appreciate that they care about their freshly brewed tea a lot and allowing us to tweak our drink to our liking. I ordered Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea it was more like brewing a pot of freshly made tea with boba. Maybe because I asked for less sweet so it doesn't taste like it her I was expecting. I liked my drink but I had better. Service was good. Girl that took our order was nice and gave us good recommendations.

Very few boba places can actually brew their tea properly and this place does. One star docked due to the parking and their cup size is small.I wish there was more seating and ambiance is ok, food ok -the star of the show is the brews

We needed something refreshing and decided to get a quick pick me up here. We got the Orange Mojito Green Tea & lychee oolong tea. The orange mojito was really good! Very refreshing and some citrus and sweetness to it. The lychee oolong was refreshing but on the more plain side. It was very light in flavor and tea flavor. The orange was our favorite. Definitely will be back to try their other flavor. Also, If you spend under $15, there is a credit card fee.

Nice spot for tea in Rowland Heights but definitely had better. The shop is small with cute decorations and a few tables available to sit at. They have a wide variety of drinks to order from with their speciality in fresh brewed teas so the wait for the drinks is a bit longer. The service is good, and there are kiosks to conveniently order from. I tried their Japanese Matcha milk tea with boba 50% sweet and the Monk's blend 30% sweet. Overall both drinks were way too sweet for my liking. The taste of the Japanese matcha milk tea was overpowered by the sweetness so I was unable to taste a strong matcha flavor. The monks blend was also too sweet even at 30% but it had a fruity tea flavor to it. Drinks were pretty expensive for the regular size at about $6 and $7 with boba. Tea itself is solid, but the drinks overall weren't to my liking.

One of my favorite boba places! My go to drinks/snacks are 1. cream topped green tea 2. Monks blend (25-50% sugar) 3. GMT 1. Crispy popcorn chicken 2. Fried tofu Love supporting this shop because their boba is always so fresh and drinks are made with care. Their tea leaves are amazing quality! Workers are always very kind and accommodating! They have 3-4 small tables to sit and chat with friends. Place is very clean and only gets packed on the weekends!

Don't sleep on the popcorn chicken here, it's pretty tasty! My only vices would probably be the price for popcorn chicken is just shocketh! But, it'll tell you now, this is worth the price you pay. It's crunchy and flavorful and not dry. We've gone in the evenings most times here, and the employees are nice but the speed of service could be better. They just take some time to get the order to you. I sent an online order for pick up, and when I got there to get it I was told to wait until it's ready, and 30 mins later someone already had grabbed it? lol Maybe just more accountability to make sure everyone's order is being distributed properly. Other than that, this place is good to try out!

Best hot and cold milk tea I've ever had. Their popcorn chicken and Taiwanese Sausage are always great! You should try this place whenever you get a chance. We drive 20-30 min to get here and have never regretted it.

This place is super clean inside. Nice customer service. They have been an established business for the past 10 years, so they must be doing something right. Excellent teas here with a wide selection. Prices are very reasonable. My next drink will be the white peach oolong tea. Highly recommended by the knowledgeable sales/customer service/ cashier young lady. I will be back. Thank you!

Drink: So many tea selections to choose from. My go to is Paris Sensation. Extra points for the tea display in which you can smell and see what you like. If you like the tea you can buy the tea leaves right at the store as well. They have discount some times so make sure you keep an eye out for that! Ambiance is great! simple and calming decor *also next to a bunch of food places Service is 1000/10 Service never miss every time I've been there. I came back from Japan and was craving boba. When we arrive it was at closing time and i believe the door is locked. I see another female heading to it so i thought maybe it's open. It was actually a staff and she noticed that i was standing outside for it so she offer to make me a drink. After several refusal on my end as I didn't want to impose after hours, she's still took her stance and so I gave in and gave her my order. She communicated well about how long it takes and her served me the drink outside the shop. I wanted to give the staff tips and finally got hold of some cash but she refused. She only request that I come visit next time, and it moved me with her hospitality. Thank you so much for service, I'll definitely visit again when I am in Rowland Heights!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! The tea quality here is really good especially for the price and the snacks here are also super good! I've tried a lot of different drinks on their menu and there hasn't been a single drink that I've disliked. Staff here is super friendly and they are pretty efficient when making the drinks and snacks. The interior is more on the chill side. Very simple and some seating. Definitely recommend to come here though for good quality drinks and snacks!

I think I found my new fav boba shop!!! I can't believe it took me so many years of living in SGV to finally try this spot. It's soooo good!!! Quality tea you can really taste and the staff is so helpful and friendly! My only regret this time was that I didn't order a large monks blend and I didn't add boba :( but i can't wait to come back and this time I'll make sure to order a large and add boba :) The order does take a little while to come out but the wait was worth it! Monks Blend Tea 5/5 - I can't explain what makes this tea so amazing but I've never tried anything like it before and I completely get why it's their most popular. You'll just have to try it to know what I mean. Definitely ordering this every. single. time! Orange Mojito Green Tea 3/5 - I think if I tried this drink before I tried the monks blend tea I might rates it higher but it just wasn't as flavorful and didn't have that wow factor. And maybe a little too citrus-y for me. I wouldn't order it again but I didn't hate it Popcorn Chicken 5/5 - best popcorn chicken from a boba shop I've ever had and I'm pretty sure I will want to order it every time I'm here String Tempura Fish Cake 5/5 - it looks like steak fries but they're fried fish cakes and they're so addictingly tasty and chewy and YUM. Will be in the repeat order rotation when I come back TLDR - just go and get the monks blend tea with popcorn chicken and string tempura 5/5

I came to Tenju Tea House and found this amazing snack called Hei Lun Susu Crispy Fish Cake. It was so yummy with mixing perfectly by crispy texture and savory flavor. I've been craving it ever since! Highly recommend to everyone for movie snacks!

I tried Tenju Teahouse today and the tea I got was really good! The teahouse itself is a little bare with a few tea decorations here or there and about 3 tables, would love to see the place a little more decorated. I ordered the orange mojito green tea less sweet and it tasted very delicious not too sweet with real natural mint and orange flavors. Staff was very helpful and even told me they would make adjustments if needed. I really loved the tea I had here I wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

white peach ceylon milk tea 10/10 guys this place was so good !! i'm not big on tea but the cashier was so sweet and walked us through different flavors to see what would fit our taste. the mild popcorn chicken was juicy and crunchy with the right amount of spice ! i loved everything and would definitely come back again even though it took us 20 minutes to find parking Rose milk tea 10/10 customer service, 10/10 drink, and 10/10 popcorn chicken!!! their tea is very high quality and there is a huge selection. they sweeten the drinks perfectly and brew everything so there's no artificial flavor. :) the popcorn chicken is juicy, flavorful, and crispy. would come here again 10000% love the ambiance

Spontaneously stopped by to get a drink for our trip back to Vegas since we were already in the plaza. Their menu is gigantic! I got a bit overwhelmed and didn't know what to get. I decided to go for their most popular drink: Monk's Blend. It took a while for the drink to be ready -- it might be made to order? Additionally, they were super busy! A lot of people were there for drinks and snacks! The drink was really good -- it had plenty of tea flavor!! I loved it! However, I didn't make any customizations to the sweetness level so it was WAY too sweet for me. So keep that in mind when you are ordering any of their drinks. Despite that, I would definitely come back! I noticed they had my favorite tea on their menu: Iron Goddess! Too bad I didn't pay attention when I was looking the first time. I'll have to come back next time I'm in town to get another drink (at like 25% sweet or something) and grab some of their snacks to try!

Man I love Tenju Tea House! Every time I'm in the area this is a go to tea house for me. I say that because I feel like all their drinks are freshly prepared with their own extract of tea leaves. Some boba places use powder mix, or some sort of pre mix but they are legit. Drinks take a little longer than usual but it's quality on how it's prepared. I usually order rose milk tea. Never fails and it's the best rose milk tea! No tea house makes it like them. Too bad it's so far for me Lol.
