The Twin Cities’ Best Ramen Shops | Eater Twin Cities

"Tenka is tucked away on Lake Street, right next to the former Stella’s Fish Cafe space. The ramen here is built on densely flavorful broth. The spicy miso is a crowd favorite: It stars springy noodles, fiery pork miso broth with an extra dose of chili pepper flakes, and a little funk from fermented bean paste. It’s all topped off with crumbles of ground pork, corn, a soft-cooked egg, and scallions." - Justine Jones

Loved the food they had here. I loved both their chicken karaage and the tonkotsu Ramen. Loved the Chashu and the Mushrooms in the tonkotsu ramen. Also liked the mayo and chili sauce that came with the karaage, made the karaage even better. The place is also extremely convenient to get to both by biking and transit, as it is right along the B Line, Route 6, Route 38 and is right along the Midtown greenway and the Hennepin Avenue bike path and bike lanes. It’s also just a 10 minute walk to the Route 4 bus and not to far from the Bryant Avenue bike path, so overall great food and great transit and bike accessibility

From the moment I walked in I could just tell this was going to be authentic ramen! I had watched a tik tok review prior to coming in and actually ordered the same ramen from the video and it did not disappoint! We got the #2 tonkotsu w an extra egg and spicy. It was the best ramen I have ever had. I’ve been to quite a few places around the city but this one right here hit the spot!! I can’t stress it enough how great the food was. The spice level was just the perfect amount to where it gave the ramen such a great blast of flavor and wasn’t overpowering to the point I couldn’t enjoy it. The gyoza was so fresh and the sauce that came w it was spectacular. I honestly thought I had ordered eggrolls but, I’m no expert in this type of cuisine, turns out they were spring rolls but, in all honesty I wasn’t upset at all, these spring rolls were so fluffy and had such a satisfying crunch to it. The sweet sauce it came with went perfect w the spring rolls. I highly recommend these for appetizers. They do have some vegetarian options as well!! I was honestly so surprised to not see this place packed, amazing food, the hospitality was great, I felt like I was in someone’s home and that feeling is so rare to come across. Try this place out the next time you’re craving ramen!

Amazing place. Very generous portions and delicious broths. The combos were very well thought out and wonderfully prepared. The service is fast efficient and hospitable. The space is like a restaurant in Asia town in any big city and it's very easily accessible by bus as well and there is ample parking. Definitely go and enjoy!

Google
Based on the articles claiming this as a top ten ramen in the TC spot I was excited to try this restaurant. The broth had little to no flavor in both the tonkatsu and torishio ramen. Luckily, the meat and toppings in both saved the ramen from being a total loss. The takoyaki was subpar and noticeably smaller than other restaurants. Left extremely dissatisfied.

Google
Love the ramen! Got the ramen to go, ate is 5 hours later and it was still delicious. Thank you!

Google
Our carry out order was packaged carefully and it was DELICIOUS!! We had the spicy miso and the Torisho ramens. I preferred the spicy broth (it’s hot though so be careful!) The Japanese buns were also delicious. Also, the lady who got order was lovely

Google
Based on the previous reviews, I was excited to try Tenka but it was a big disappointment. Do NOT order the agadashi tofu. It was weirdly made w firm tofu and not seasoned well. We both had the tonkatsu ramen: 1 spicy and 1 regular. The base ramen was very underseasoned. Thanks to the spice, the spicy one was a bit more flavorful. There are so many better ramen places in town.

Sarah

Google
I am a bit surprised by the high ratings. I got the seafood ramen & the broth had no flavor. The ramen noodles wasn’t cooked all the way. The chicken karage was not good at all and lacked flavor.

Yelp
Stand up and salute (bow) the finest Ramen restaurant you'll ever find in the United. Highly recommend. Very friendly workers. Very clean, hospitable environment. Bathrooms are excellent. Parking is available on the street, or there are some public ramps nearby. Also, there's lots of public transportation, buses, and stuff. This is a must have if you're in uptown or going around the lakes. I particularly enjoy hot Ramen on a cold blustery winter w

Yelp
Went here based on the overall good score here on Yelp on a tour of the city to different ramen places. It's kind of an odd joint. Sriracha at the tables, lots of generic Japanese decoration, and the kitchen staff conversing loudly kind of throws off the vibe. Now on to the food....it's not something I could really recommend. It's on the cheaper side of ramen places I've been to so far, but not by much. Not to warrant what you get. My wife and I both had the tonkotsu ramen which was not like any tonkotsu we'd had. It's not a rich creamy broth, it honestly tasted like it was flavored with bullion cubes or something but also watered down. The noodles were mediocre, and while the char put on the pork is nice, it was still overcooked. The mushrooms and bamboo shoots were gross and the egg was cold. Really didn't see what others saw in this place.

Yelp
Tenka Ramen has some of my favorite veggie ramen. Most vegetarian ramen is bland or strays too far from the traditional ramen recipes, but this is a great alternative that is tasty and traditional. Their japanese buns are also very good and filling. Fried rice is standard. The service is friendly and prompt, it's a seat yourself enviornment and they bring the food out to you. Very casual spot with laid back vibes. In the heart of uptown so make sure you patronize this local business!

Yelp
This is a small restaurant but the service is great. We really liked the ramen and their chicken buns. There are fun decorations and art all around the restaurant. Parking was a bit tricky as it's street parking. But overall we had a great experience here even with our young son along for the meal.

Yelp
Tenka Ramen is a true hole in the wall! We were craving ramen and had yet to explore Minneapolis' best ramen spots, so we researched and landed on Tenka. I am not a ramen expert, but the food was delicious! I had the Spicy Miso - great flavor, not overwhelmingly spicy. The service was fast, and the atmosphere gave you small, family-owned vibes. It's a great spot if you need a ramen fix!

Yelp
A family member saw Tenka on Insta and has been wanting to go for months. Our group of 7 graved the cold and finally decided to check it out on a Saturday evening around 545/6 pm. It should be noted there's only street parking and it's a little small inside. There is only one table that can accommodate 5-8 people, but service was friendly and fast. Between our group we ordered a lot of everything. The veggies spring rolls- total miss, very mushy without a lot of texture. I would guess there's no noodles inside. Gyoza- hit, I would order these again. Pork belly bun- I felt the pork was slightly overcooked and tough. Fried chicken bun- okay but nothing special. Fried chicken- same chicken that's on the bun, I would recommend skipping the bun and doing this instead, Fried rice- two options: shrimp and Cashew, a Ramen shop in my opinion is not the place for fried rice. I didn't recommend it then and I still don't. Mango boba- not a lot of flavor but lots of pearls. Ramen- this was the reason for coming. We ordered three bowls of ramen, all different and each person had the same response: the broth doesn't have a lot of flavor. In hindsight a lot of reviews say the same thing. Our normal Ramen spot is Zenbox, we prefer their broth to Tenka but Tenka meat was better. Now, was the meat better for us to switch and come back? Sadly no. I don't think anyone in our group will be making the trip back to Tenka. Again, service and staff 10/10 but the food ehh.

Yelp
Came after visiting the dentist as it was right next door. Small business in a small strip mall off Lake St. some space for sitting but not for large groups. Smaller menu consisting mostly of ramen (duh) and a few apps and fried rice. The staff were very nice. I ordered just some shrimp fried rice and a fried chicken bun. It was ready within 5-6 minutes. She said she gave me some soy sauce in the bag just in case but didn't think I'd need it. Told me to just try the rice without. I indeed tried it with and without, not needed at all. Very flavorful with some eggs and veggies and enormous shrimp. Very happy with my selections. Will consider a ramen in the future.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch with some friends and had a great experience. I ordered the takoyaki and tonkotsu ramen--both were delicious! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The space has plenty of seating, though I can see it filling up quickly during busy times. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area.
google avatar

Geeg S.

Yelp
Ordered the shoyu extra spicy- the noodles were the right firmness and chewy, the broth was not too salty with just the right spice, the meats were tender and flavorful. The service is quick as my soup came out quickly and the server was very nice. The ambiance is chill - hole in the wall type of place with just a handful of tables and bar stools. It's the perfect lunch spot.

Yelp
FOOD: This was my first time trying ramen AND boba tea, and I loved BOTH! This food was a little out of my comfort zone, but I was told this is the best ramen place in the Twin Cities! SERVICE: The workers were very helpful since I asked lots of questions (coming from a ramen newby). You order at the counter and they bring out your food. AMBIANCE: This was a small, quaint restaurant. If you are coming with a group of people there is not a lot of room, but the food is still worth it. Kind of a hole-in-the-wall vibe. LOCATION/PARKING: Location is in Uptown, which has good and bad areas. Parking is easy to find on the streets, or in the nearby neighborhoods.

Yelp
Pros: -Excellent service and very friendly staff. -Bubble tea! Yum! -Gyoza appetizer. I would order this again. They're crispy and flavorful. -While inside is small and seating is limited, the place is cute and clean. -the pork chasu in my ramen was delicious and they serve a good portion of it Cons: -Sadly, the tonkatsu ramen I ordered had no flavor in it's broth. I'm a huge ramen fan and try ramen everywhere I go but this was a no-go for me. I tried my fiancé's spicy miso ramen and liked that better. -Could the bathroom have real soap vs hand sanitizer?

Yelp
Every city I visit, I must have a good ramen before I leave. I chose tenka ramen based on their overall reviews and I was quite disappointed. A red flag went up immediately when I saw a sriracha sauce at every table - authentic Japanese ramen places do not give you sriracha sauce to enhance the ramen flavor because it does the opposite - it *offsets* the pork ramen broth flavors! As I predicted, their shoyu ramen was one of the worse I have had. I noticed right away that the broth was quite oily and that pork ramen broth flavor was very minimal. Chashu pork was about 7 out of 10 as it was a bit tougher than what I get at legit ramen places. Service was the only reason tenka earned a 3-star review from me. Even their taro bubble tea was awful - they use cheap taro milk powder. Clearly yelp reviewers that rated this place have not had much experience eating authentic ramen. Other reviewers that are authentic ramen lovers like me, avoid this place at all costs.

Yelp
Tenka Ramen, in the heart of Uptown, is a surprising spot for vegan ramen. The vegetable ramen ($11 + $1.50 for each additional topping) is robust, spicy and nicely done. The noodles were perfectly crinkly with slight chew and it's definitely a filling meal. Like most ramen joints, they skimp on the vegetables and toppings, and then nickel-and-dime you for extra toppings. I am used to it, but still find it annoying. Take a pass on the harumaki ($5) which are vegetable eggrolls. I couldn't take more than two bites of these. They were starchy and cheap, with a horrible smell and a flavor that was simultaneously buttery and sour. All told, Tenka has some of the better vegan ramen in town. It's definitely better than the nearby mediocre Moto-i, and more robust than Ramen Kazama. That said, I think Tori Ramen is still one of the best around.

Yelp
This place gave me all the feels of a cold day in NYC and just needing to be warmed from the inside out. The food was quick hot and so yummy and will definitely be going back. The buns were packed filled to the brim and the cucumber added a nice crunch. As for the ramen it was spot on and not covered in salt and so many flavors it makes my mouth water just thinking of it again.

Yelp
Amazing food. Tasty ramen. I had chicken ramen . Tried chicken bun that was also very tasty. Should have ordered two)

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner after a long flight home. I got the tonkotsu ramen and pork bun. Placed and order at the counter and they bring it out to you. Features an open kitchen so you can see the staff making your order back there. It was cool to see them using a blow torch to char the pork belly that they use in the ramen and pork bun. The ramen itself was solid, content the noodle ratio was very good. And the pork bun itself was also good. I wish the pork was a little more tender but the flavor was there. Overall a solid pick if you want some ramen in Uptown!
google avatar

Chassidie L.

Yelp
My top ramen place in the Twin Cities so far! Great pricing, great customer service, and great ramen! The only reason it is not a 5/5 is because I am a ramen connoisseur. Lets first talk about the pork chashu... delicious!! They whipped out a freaking torch and torched it themselves for the crispy outer layer. The soft boiled egg was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The only thing I wish that was a bit better was the broth. It wasn't the most flavorful and didn't feel rich in depth. But overall, a pretty solid ramen place in the cities!

Yelp
So, have been meaning to stop here for quite a while. They have a menu posted right on the window of the place and everything always looks tasty. Although I wasn't really all that hungry, I really like edamame (soybeans) and it gave me an opportunity to check out the place. It looked like a hole-in-the-wall joint from the outside but then some places here are like that. The interior is really incredibly nice. Everything was clean--even the restroom. The kitchen is open, which is always fun. I was greeted and my order was taken as soon as I came in. The other two customers that came in also had great service. My little snack was served promptly, was hot, and really great. I will be stopping here for a meal next time.

Yelp
The spicy miso ramen is to die for. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff as well. I look forward to returning again very soon.

Yelp
First of all, holy cow, they are fast and efficient! I ordered delivery and it was at my door in like 20 minutes. My partner ate his ramen so fast I'm surprised he doesn't have whiplash! Very smart takeout packaging! They kept the broth separate and even used cardboard to stack everything in the bag securely! We ordered the Tonkotsu and Shoyu ramen, Takoyaki (octopus dumplings), and a bubble milk tea! The Shoyu was absolutely the best compared to another popular ramen spot! So salty and umami! The Tonkatsu was also delicious but not the best I've had. The octopus dumplings were super tasty and well balanced, not too fishy. If you're scared to try it, don't be! As for the bubble milk tea, yum! Not overly sweet, just right! I'll be back to test out the spicy miso and update my review! There is paid street parking nearby that's usually pretty open and accessible, and a parking ramp.

Hamdi H.

Yelp
I ordered from Uber Eats, and the vegetarian Ramen was nasty, and the mango boba was too sweet and tasteless.
google avatar

Bri B.

Yelp
Holy smokes- yum! This has to be one of the more authentic spots I've been to in awhile for ramen. Atmosphere: Narrow little restaurant with a few tables to be seated at and a high top bar to sit at. You order at the counter and pay, and then they bring your food out to you as it is ready. Food: GAHHHHHH. The pork belly bao buns were delicious, the pork was melt in your mouth. The teppanyaki (octopus) was perfectly seasoned and the octopus was cooked well. The ramen was so filling and flavor packed. Service: Friendly and brought the food out piping hot. This place is SAVED for spots to hit up when I'm back in the Twin Cities.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazingly delicious ramen paired with great service! I'll also stop in from time to time just for their boba
google avatar

Vanessa T.

Yelp
I saw this place on Yelp and was excited to try it. It's a little small restaurant with friendly staff members. I had a wonderful appetizer of tofu and a delicious spicy bowl of ramen. If I'm back in Minneapolis, I would definitely come back!

Lucy L.

Yelp
Fast service and good ramen. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I 10/10 would recommend for good fast ramen
google avatar

Sudhanshu J.

Yelp
You can eat Chicken Karage all day!!! The right mix of savory and warm karage over rice and condiments, ummmmm... Pork bun - oh ya! Ramen - check! Need more of this kind in the cold here. Parking can be tight given the area during rush. Plan.
google avatar

Liz P.

Yelp
Stopped by after a cool evening walk. Perfect weather for some ramen! Smaller space, but it was nice and clean. Staff greeted you as you walk in. Staff was fast and friendly. Tried the Tonkotsu ramen. It's with pork bone broth, pork belly, boiled egg, roasted seaweed, bamboo shoots, scallions and wood ear mushrooms. So delicious! Will come back to try other items from menu.
google avatar

Anastasiya K.

Yelp
My favorite ramen spot in Minneapolis. The broths are rich in flavor and delicious. The price is reasonable and the service is great. Will be returning!
google avatar

Molly A.

Yelp
Ate here a while ago, but finally getting around to doing the review. Decent ramen. I'll be honest, any time I can add CORN to ramen, I'm sold. Prolly among the best ramen options in the area, and I'm happy to have a decent ramen option in Uptown area. Not a "destination" ramen place (ie not gonna drive 20+min from the burbs to go here) but would return if I was feeling ramen and was in the area. Nice service.
google avatar

Allison S.

Yelp
I was recommended this place and saw the reviews but after ordering a safe choice, spicy miso, I was really disappointed. Almost all ramen places have this and it's usually decent anywhere you go, well, this one was just way too spicy. I love spicy foods and can handle spice, but the broth was just spicy with no flavor to it. The miso didn't have much salt, the spice tasted like they squirted an entire bottle of sriracha in it. Would never recommend this to anybody... My boyfriend ordered the tonkotsu ramen which was a LOT better. For the same price, you get more meats and a richer broth. We also tried the chicken karaage appetizer and it was okay, not sure what type of sauce they give you.
google avatar

Callie C.

Yelp
We visited Tenka for the first time 10/2/2022. Overall a good experience! The spring rolls are awesome and crispy, they come with 4. I also tried the vegetarian tofu ramen with egg added. It was pretty good, not the MOST flavorful ramen I've had but it was decent. What I really loved was the coconut bubble tea!! Amazing!! Typical ramen restaurant vibes, fairly small and narrow space with a lot of individual seating and a few tables in the back. You order up front and they bring your order to your seat, they have signs to leave your dishes at your table.

Josh M.

Yelp
The food here is fantastic. I frequent here regularly. The service is prompt and makes it a great lunch option for me. The food is always fresh and consistent. Best ramen in uptown hands down and rivaling the best in the city in my opinion. The open kitchen adds to a welcoming atmosphere.
google avatar

Kelsey K.

Yelp
This is kind of a hidden gem in uptown. It's a small place tucked in and sometimes hard to spot off of lake street. I have never been to a ramen place so I was excited to try it. I had the Torishio ramen. I went for this because I like chicken broth. It was delicious! Go for this if you aren't sure and if you like chicken broth. Its a good mixture of salty tastes and chicken. I also enjoyed their fried rice with shrimp. The dishes are a little expensive to me but worth it. Yo I can also get your dishes to go. Another favorite of this place is that it is open until 3am on Friday and Saturday. Of course, this means every drunk person in uptown who's hungry is coming either here, McDonald's or Mesa. It's convenient though and at this time, the line can get long.

Yelp
BEST RAMEN IN MINNEAPOLIS Tenka Ramen is easily the best ramen spot in Minneapolis. I usually get the #5 and it is by far the most warming and soul touching meal around. The customer service is phenomenal and always get your food within 10 mins of ordering. Oh, and they do so much more than just ramen. All of their sides/apps are delicious and if you are in the mood for a bubble tea theirs are the best. I will always find time to go to Tenka even if it is out of my way! 5/5.
google avatar

Ellen M.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and started with a milk tea boba drink and gyoza. Both were average, but good. For my meal, I decided to try a pork bun and the tonkotsu ramen. I enjoyed the fluffy bun of the pork bun, but it lack any great sauce inside. The ramen noodles in my soup were wonderful - super chewy. The broth could have been a tad more flavorful, but the portion was huge and had lots of extr stuff in the dish. The pork was a bit overcooked as well. All in all, a pretty good experience, but not sure I'd seek it out.
google avatar

JJ L.

Yelp
Serviceable and cozy laidback spot. Takoyaki was really tasty and cooked well. Tonkatsu ramen was fine, came out hot. Broth was rich and smooth but not super flavorful, egg was a little sweet and textured, bamboo and seaweed straight out the can/bag. Generous portion of chashu was tasty and cooked well, and the noodles were springy. Staff was nice and friendly. Fulfills a craving.
google avatar

Hung M.

Yelp
Tenka was a pleasant surprise. Feeling under the weather and was looking for some comfort soup meal. Ordered the Shoyu #1. The broth was a great temperature and tasted good. I added the Cha Siu and that was delish! The cut was thick but chard well to give it a nice bbq taste. We also had the green tea. The green tea didn't have that expected green tea after tang. The tea could have been better for me. Overall this is a great ramen place. Met my need for ramen. I would come back again for a quick meal.

Yelp
My friend and I stumbled upon Tenka Ramen as we walked through Uptown. We were feeling hungry and looking for an escape from the January cold. When we stepped in, we were greeted by the cashier & we placed our order after looking over the menu shortly. I ordered the Chicken Karaage ramen and my friend ordered the Shoyu Ramen and the Takoyaki as an appetizer. The food came out relatively quickly. The food was warm - but I would say that was the highlight. I felt as though the soup lacked flavor and did not provide the umami flavor I look for in top tier ramen. The cashier went above & beyond to check on us a few times throughout our meal, so the I would say the service is top notch. Overall, Tenka Ramen filled our stomachs and fueled us for the afternoon. The service was exceptional, but at the end of the day I was not impressed with the food. I would prefer to check out other ramen restaurants in the area.

Yelp
BEST RAMEN IN TWIN CITIES!! family owned!!! freshly made!!! great value!!! absolutely delicious!!! what more can you ask for?

Brittany B.

Yelp
Best ramen in the city. Service is really good and the spot is chill. If you want bomb ramen just go here. The price is really fair too. Also amazing pork buns.

Yelp
AHHH!! Still the best ramen shop In the Twin Cities by A LONG SHOT!!! I've had their food for over three years now and it consistently delivers perfection. I take everyone I know here, and I finally got the chance to go inside a month or so ago- which is totally worth it for the freshest experience. They have ramen and japanese tea in a cooler by the cashier too, which is nice :) Simply just go

Yelp
Excellent little ramen shop in Uptown. We got the Tonkotsu Ramen, the Chashui Donburi and a Pork Bun. The Tonkotsu broth was rich and savory with really good noodles as a base for the fixins. The donburi portion was sizeable and the pork belly was super tender and delicious. The pork bun was also quite tasty, and a bit bigger than I was thinking it would be. I wouldn't say I was overwowed in any way, but the solid flavors and portions all around make this a 5 star place for when you want some good noodles.

Yelp

Yelp
Review based on location and availability (why it's rated higher than I would usually give). It was my first time in Minneapolis and no matter where I am, I'm always searching for Asian food because that's my comfort food. Unfortunately, many restaurants close from 2-5pm for lunch/break and Tenka was the only one open and looked appetizing from what I could see. I'm also not from the area and was waiting for a flight so the current COVID dine in option was great since I have no where to go (they are currently (07/2020) open for dine in and take out). Staff are wearing gloves and masks and they provide hand sanitizer. It's open kitchen as well so you can basically see everything going on which is great. They served the ramen in their to go containers. It's fast and effective for cleanliness. The first few bites were great because I haven't had ramen in a minute. However, towards the end, I thought it was pretty salty (my fiancé didn't think so). They give you half an egg which was very flavorful. The pieces of meat were also t h i c k! Not as tender but very generous portions. Other toppings included wood ear, bamboo shoots, seaweed, green onions, and loads of sesame seeds. Noodles were al dente! I was confused on how to get water but we were trying to be in and out. Finished in like 15 minutes. Pretty contactless and food was not bad! Their karage also looked good but we were not hungry enough. It costs $12-13 I believe, which is reasonable. It's street parking but currently there's construction right by the restaurant so you may have to park a little before or after the restaurant location.

Yelp
Amazing ramen and wonderful staff. Very welcome if place with great ramen and bubble tea. Chicken was perfect and broth was incredibly flavorful. See you again soon!

Yelp
If a place could get stars on a pork bun alone, we'd have quite a night sky here folks. Great shop we stumbled upon in the Lake-Henn area for lunch, so very glad they were open. I consider Ramen comfort food at its best. We shared a Ramen & pork bun (order 2!) for a light lunch, which was perfect. The food came out fresh, hot & delicious in no time! And you can see them preparing the food as you are waiting. They had dine in with spacing for physical distancing. You can't go wrong at this spot, it would be a great option for takeout as well. Long love the Ramen!! And Pork Bun!!

Yelp
Looks like not much from the outside, but inside you'll find a very cozy Ramen restaurant with a nice selection of tasty Japanese appetizers, milk tea, and ramen. I opted for the Chicken Bun and the Chicken Torishio Ramen. The chicken bun was the star of the meal for me, it was absolutely amazing. The bun was delicate, the chicken was so crispy, and the sauce and cucumber complimented it all perfectly. And for $3.95 you really cannot beat this. The Torishio ramen on the other hand was just decent. The egg was great and the noodles were pretty good too, but the broth really let me down. It did not have the same fullness of flavor I'm used to in ramen. That being said, it definitely seemed like their pork ramen was their specialty and so I'd be happy to come back and give that a try along with their milk teas. Overall, a pretty good restaurant and a cute little spot - I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
I eat a lot of ramen and this place is great. The broth is really rich and the meat, especially pork belly, is a lot better done than any other ramen place I've had locally, especially for the price. They got orders out quick and all the ingredients were fantastic.

Yelp
This place is a gem and I totally get all the positive reviews. In the hustle , bustle , and high prices of Uptown - you have this cute little place. The five stars comes primarily from what I saw the staff do ~ I was there eating my meal and I saw a female employee come out and so very sweetly and kindly assist / tell a more elderly man what he got in his 'try something new' meal. The world can be such a bitter and salty place, it honestly needs many more encounters like this. Yes ~ the meals are priced right, quick, and fast. Yes ~ place seems clean enough ... but I don't think they validate parking? Thanks Tenka Ramen for a affordable place to get a quick meal in Uptown - I'll be back to try something new for sure!
