✨ A Morning Gem in Nashville ✨ Our breakfast experience in Nashville was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were seated, Breck—our radiant and attentive server—elevated the entire experience with genuine warmth and impeccable service. 🌟 We indulged in the biscuits and gravy, perfectly complemented by over-easy eggs, which were delicately cooked to reveal a golden, velvety yolk. The breakfast Sammy offered a savory medley of morning flavors, and we thoughtfully substituted fresh seasonal fruits in place of the potatoes—a choice that delighted both the palate and the senses. 🍳🍓 To round out the morning, our cappuccinos were rich, velvety, and artfully crafted—each sip a gentle awakening. ☕️ Every detail, from presentation to service, reflected care and quality. A truly memorable start to our day in Music City. Highly recommended for those who appreciate thoughtful cuisine and genuine hospitality. 💫 #NashvilleEats #BreakfastBliss #CulinaryDelight

Google
Best Breakfast and Dinner they are very accommodating with the menu if you want to swap out something. The breakfast tea was also excellent. Dinner was a bit different with Halloween themed menu. Blood scattered steak plate was delicious. Atmosphere would of got a 5 it there was more comfortable seating. And was a bit pricey for breakfast and for dinner.

Google
Cool breakfast spot recommended by a local. I had the chicken and waffles, as one should experience in Nashville, and the were perfectly spiced and delicious! Wonderful service. Excellent cappuccino by the way.

Google
We all had the breakfast Sammy and it was very good. The iced caramel latte was also very delicious. I would recommend this place.

Google
Great brunch a la cart menu with some good spins on classic dishes. Flavors were all there and the dishes had great presentation. Service was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended brunch spot!

Google
We had a little trouble finding this with walking directions, but I'm so glad we found it. It was awesome! The food was fabulous, I had the fried chicken biscuit, which came with pimento cheese and hot honey. The biscuit was like a croissant biscuit, absolutely wonderful (splurge worthy)! My fiancé had the omelet with "baby biscuits" three smaller but very yummy biscuits with a side of their gravy 😋 The service was wonderful, and they have a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back whenever in town!

Google
Fantastic experience start to finish. Service was immediate with consistent attention to needs. Meals and coffee drinks were prepared in a timely manner and served at the right temperature with attractive presentation. Ingredients complimented each other well and everything was delicious.

Yelp
Almost missed out. After a late night on Broadway we almost opted out of our 11 AM brunch reservation at TENN. SOOOO glad hunger beat out sleep! Started with the standard drip coffee. Very good. Several in the party opted for the bottomless Mimosas. Too early for me. Six people and items ordered were Sunshine plate-standard eggs, meat, potatoes and biscuits with gravy's 2; a sweet roll; an BLTA sandwich; the breakfast sandwich and I had the breakfast bowl with smoked paprika aoli. Mine was fantastic and I'm a big eater but still left a couple hunks of potato. I always judge an order with the acid test....."Would you order it again??" To a man we all agreed we would. Six satisfied eaters anxious to go back again next time we're in town. Priscilla, our server was outstanding as was the food! Great job guys!

Yelp
TENN located in the Hyatt hotel which is walking distance from all downtown hotels. Love that this is a brunch spot so my husband and I decided to check it out. We walked over and waited for a good amount of time before we were acknowledged to get a seat. I was surprised since a handful of employees walked by us. We finally got seated and it took awhile for a server to come and greet us. Once we were greeted, we got our waters, ordered coffee, and food. There was a wait for our coffee. We were right by the coffee bar so I watched when our order would be up. The baristas were hanging out so I figured our waitress didn't put in our order yet. Once we saw our waitress hanging out she noticed we didn't have our coffees and started making them. Not sure why the service was so slow all around except with the food. Overall, everyone was really nice but didn't understand the lack of acknowledgment and slower service when the restaurant wasn't busy. For brunch, my husband ordered the loaded bowl with steak. It was great! Steak was cooked medium and came out just right. The bowl was topped with a paprika aioli. Diner vibes. Loved the colors. Would come back for the food but not the service.

Yelp
Stumbled upon Tenn during a visit to Nashville a few years ago. Went there twice on my return visit for brunch. Loved the food and the attentive servers. Kept bringing coffee -- even a take out cup.

Yelp
Pretty bummed with our experience here. Service left something to be desired. Pretty nonchalant attitudes and not too eager to provide service. Order was wrong a couple times. Dont recommend ordering the hot chicken here as it's done better elsewhere. I did enjoy the item I ordered though: the BLAT with fries. I was starving though. Great bread on the sandwich. Not too thick. Maybe it was just an off day for the service. It was also freezing in the restaurant. Even the waitress was hugging herself. Just kind of a blah experience. Fun tea selection though!

Yelp
The staff was extremely helpful and engaging. The drip coffee was great. I sat at the bar so getting great service was convenient. The Sammy I ordered was not good and $16. I don't know if it was due to how Smokey the bacon was but it took over the whole sandwich so I didn't come close to finishing it. I definitely would not order it again. I am sure there are other items on the menu that may be worth going again for.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the chicken and waffles, craft coffees, and friendly service . Cute little boutique restaurant for those staying at the Hyatt or passing by. Brunch wait is longer than some, but worth it.

Yelp
So, my friend and I were on vacation in Nashville over the weekend. On our way back from Pigeon Forge, we were looking up good brunch spots to eat at. We found a website that highly recommended this establishment so, we decided to give it a go. As soon as I got there, I got seated promptly and my friend joined me after she parked car. I had the hot chicken and waffles and she got the hot chicken sliders. My plate of food was one of the best plates of food I've had in a long time. I was actually going to order one more plate of the hot chicken and waffles. I'm not a big dude but, I sure can eat, specially if I like the food I'm eating. After I was done eating I waited for the server so I can order another plate of the hot chicken and waffles. I saw server drop the bill off at the table in front of us, then returned and picked the bill up, neither time did server glance at our table to see if we wanted anything else. We continued to sit there and my friend started to get annoyed at the lack of costumer service. I told her to relax, that I was sure they'd ask us if we wanted anything else pretty soon. Nope, we sat around for another 5-10 minutes and no one ever came. We had to get up and go to the counter to ask for our bill. I don't know if they were short staffed or the server was having a bad day but, this was unacceptable. I'm sure if I would have ordered another plate of food my friend would have ordered something else, and we would have ordered more drinks. The food her is amazing but, the attention to detail is lacking.

Yelp
Visited July 22, 2023. Honestly food taste is about a 4/5. The Avocado toast is 5/5, absolutely recommend. Also ordered the chicken biscuit. The chicken was flavored beautifully but the biscuit and potatoes was dry. The price was 50% more expensive than other places in the area with the same items and portion. TENN's ambiance is scaled nicer so I wouldn't mind paying the price if the food was perfect and service was better. Arguably my table asked for more time with the menu when I was ready to order but our server disappeared for 15 minutes before coming back to take our orders. I was getting impatient because I brought my toddler & worried she'd be hangry. I'm not sure if there's a pooled tipping system, but when our food arrived none of the staff came to refill our water and there were a lot of servers before they slowed for their mid-day staff meeting. The manager was so kind to let us know that they are about to have a staff meetings so we weren't feeling some type of way when everyone disappeared. There is a parking lot across the street BUT they validate Valet Parking so please use the service! It's much more convenience and will save you the stress of finding cheaper alternatives!

Yelp
I came here Friday night for the Flower Power bar, and the experience that's marketed is a lot different than the actual experience. The Tenn website and Open Table both note there's a free valet for two hours. When I arrived, I was asked by the valet if I was staying at the hotel. I said no, but I have a reservation. He pointed me to the paid lot across the street. I asked if the information on the website was incorrect, and he responded that the lot was full. We fortunately found street parking, but because it was raining and we'd planning on valeting, we were soaked. We went to the bar to check in, and after about five minutes someone acknowledged us and asked for our order. I told them we were there to check in for our reservation, and he told us they don't do reservations, but it's open seating. I asked if I had come to the right place, and he reassured me that I had, but they don't do reservations. Our reservation was for a table, and we ended up having to grab a seat at the bar. This happened to another patron about 30 minutes later. The drinks were good, and I enjoyed the food. Bar staff were friendly and appeared to be doing the best they could with what they had. (For example, serving wine in champagne flutes because they were out of glasses.) They were incredibly patient with all of the bachelorette parties.

Yelp
The Baby Biscuits are the best we've ever had. Loved our Cappuccinos and the food was amazing. Our waitress, Ne Ne, was a delight. Great service and food, everyone makes an effort to make sure you are a happy customer.

Yelp
Loved this spot! It's a quaint restaurant, and the food was amazing. I got the breakfast sandwich, and the biscuit was probably th best I've ever had. My friends and I got bottomless mimosas, which were great, and the staff were super attentive to when we needed a new one. They even let us stay past closing to finish up, when we were unaware that they had closed. Great experience overall!!
google avatar

Rachael C.

Yelp
Not great! Food is very average. Service was slow because there wasn't enough staff. The staff that was there was working very hard.
google avatar

Cassandra G.

Yelp
This is connected to the Holston House so it was an easy breakfast location since they are connected. We had a sampling of everything with the our choice. Everything was great except the biscuits. They were quite dry and there wasn't enough gravy to counteract the dryness. Overall, a good experience. We would be back.

Mark ..

Yelp
Some seating is a bit cramped, some of the staff would rather be somewhere else.......other than that an interesting offering of breakfast/brunch plates. Might try again......or maybe not.

Yelp
What a cute breakfast spot. Absolutely loved it! Service was phenomenal. Our waitress, Nene, was so nice, friendly, and attentive. Food and coffee were great! It definitely got crowded but our food still came out quickly. Highly recommend.

Yelp
First time here was at their holiday pop up! It was $30 a ticket which included 1.5 hours of a Sinatra concert and a champagne toast. The hotel bar was all decked out in holiday decor, and the show started right on time. The singer was very good and got the crowd involved! The service was fantastic and the drinks and food were delicious, but a little pricey! It was pretty standard pricing for downtown. I highly recommend the duck meatballs. They were covered in a fruit sauce that made them tender and juicy. The drinks were strong too! Overall it was a fun experience.

John B.

Yelp
My wife & I went for breakfast , the blueberry pancakes were amazing. My wife had the biscuits & gravy, eggs & potatoes, all fresh and delicious .
google avatar

Nicolette T.

Yelp
Wow I experienced Bar TENN for the first time at their holiday pop up. It was quite the experience. I had to purchase a $30 ticket to experience their Sinatra cover music which came with a 1.5 hour table slot and a champagne toast. The drinks were pretty $$, but honestly they were worth it. I tried their whiskey sour and egg nog. Both were phenomenal. Kudos to the management, decorators, and bartenders. This was so well done. I hope they keep it similar each year, I would definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Definitely eat here! Great service. Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Creamy eggs which is something you never get on a typical breakfast sandwich. Oatmeal cookie latte...mmm! House fried potatoes with a touch of freshly graded Parmesan. Fantastic place to eat.

Yelp
10 for TENN! The Best Daytime Rooftop in Nashville! My friends and I stay at the Holston House because of the rooftop. This boutique hotel has so many lovely qualities but the magnetic pull is the rooftop. The pool, the view, and the delicious food!!! It's the perfect spot to roll out of bed and lay by the pool (for hours). And order food and drinks from TENN, the rooftop restaurant that has really good food and cocktails. The *Smoked Chicken Panini* was my favorite food item on the menu... and the *Banksy* and *Van Gogh* cocktails were memorable!

Gabby A.

Yelp
Wow wow wow!! This place is so yummy & great ambience. Nene, our server, was incredible! We got the avocado toast, Croque Madam, & breakfast sandwich. All incredible, and me and my friends were so happy with our food. Definitely recommend!

Scott P.

Yelp
Had breakfast. The "BACON" plate which has two strips, deep fried seasoned potatoes, fried buttermilk biscuit and scrambled egg. I had the "Nash" ommlette which is filled with bacon, sausage, grilled bell and onions and white cheddar. Both more than enough to fill. Flavors over the top all around. Ambiance upscale casual. Service was top notch and very attentive. $$ These two with coffee and generous tip less than 50$
google avatar

Yelp
Incredible spot for breakfast -- this was the best avocado toast I've had in my life! Everyone I went with loved their meal as well, there was a wide range of options and lots of biscuits for anyone looking for a Nashville experience. Great and attentive service as well. The whole hotel and location were a beautiful location. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Small plates but very tasty. Service is excellent. Great place for a breakfast meeting.
google avatar

Yelp
Such friendly baristas. I had a lovely honey lavender latte, perfect balance of espresso, honey and floral. Cute homey feel

Marie A.

Yelp
Service and food were excellent but a bit overpriced for breakfast. Also while I enjoyed the avocado toast (perfectly poached eggs and good sized portion) I didn't like the fact that the toast and avocado weren't hot or even warm.
google avatar

Erik P.

Yelp
Ended up here since the rooftop pool had a limited selection of food and was told they had a better selection here. Food - Great to go Food with great taste and good size portions. Service - Nice people helping out but orders did take a while to come out. Prices - Kinda normal for a place like this. Location - Inside the Holston hotel. Overall good food and would order here again.

Yelp
SUMMARY. Very cool spot. Came here over the holidays before a concert at the Ryman. Both drinks and food were on point. Cozy upscale ambience. Definitely recommend. RESERVATION. We walked in around 6pm on a Monday. Not sure if they take reservations, but it's a small place. If you'll be coming during high-traffic hours, a reservation would definitely be worth looking into if they offer them. AMBIENCE. The place is relatively small, but it's very nice. I would describe the ambience as upscale cozy. Chic diner meets high end cocktail bar. We sat at the bar, and it was definitely one of the quieter spots I've been to lately which made for a nice relaxing vibe. It was during the holidays, and the Christmas decor made for an even homier feel. LOCATION. Located downtown on 7th in between Commerce and Broadway at the Holston House. QUALITY. The quality was VERY good. I got an old fashioned that was perfect, and the presentation matched the drink quality. Clear ice cubes are purchased from outside vendors and stamped before being served. For dinner, I ordered the aioli burger, which was phenomenal. SERVICE. Service was perfect. It was not crowded, and the bartender was at the top of his game. He was nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and expeditious. We were very pleased! VALUE. This place is expensive, but that should be expected. Tenn is located downtown in a Hyatt-owned hotel, so I definitely had no expectation of it being cheap. Still, the ambience, service, and food/drink quality were exquisite, so I was happy to pay. Overall, I would say the price was on par with my expectation going in. TAKEAWAYS. AWESOME place for quick bites and great drinks downtown. Highly recommend! Happily, Clayton Cohn

Yelp
The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was different but in a good way. I had the jam french toast and it was really, really good. Also tried the cinnamon buttermilk biscuits and i enjoyed them.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking on a morning walk in Nashville. This place is small and intimate with a pleasant staff. Perfect for breakfast or brunch. This place offers huge, complex flavors and excellent presentation. I'll be dreaming about the flavors here until my return.
google avatar

Yelp
Tucked away in Holston House, this is a yummy breakfast place. Food was delicious and server was super friendly. Look no further, you just found a great little breakfast spot!!
google avatar

Alyssa D.

Yelp
Make a Reservation! Freaking delicious! Exactly what we were hoping for. We were excited to try the fried green tomatoes! They were great, coffee was great, brioche french toast was delicious, service also great. Great! We'll be back!
google avatar

Mary F.

Yelp
What a disappointment based on reviews. My bucatini was average at best. Not many ingredients & not hot when served. The pork chops were more fat than pork. Not great. The chicken had an inedible flavor. Could not eat. Very limited menu. Great location, good ambiance, fair service. After 3 of the meals were delivered for 4 diners, the waitress said, "Is that all?" I had to say "I need my dinner." Then it was delivered. The espresso brownie was average: nothing special. The restaurant is in the Holsten Hotel. Would not eat there again because there are so many better restaurants in Nashville.
google avatar

Yelp
We went to the Hocus Pocus pop up here and it was amazing! The three ladies who sang and then came around to visit with each table were spectacular - they stayed in character and spoke with everyone at our table. They completely made our night! That said, the food and the cocktails were also very good - and our server was outstanding. Hoping I'll get to do it again next year!

Yelp
This is one of the newest rooftop bars in Nashville, and it will be a fave. Situated in top of the Holston House, it offers a compact but lovely setting. A perfect place to watch the city lights come up! It is only a few blocks from Broadway. An easy walk. There is a nice pool and a bar, surrounded by lounge seating and darling pink and blue pillows. The bar is fully stocked. Wine options are only canned, but I tried the Chardonnay and it was actually quite good. (And I'm a wine girl) The only food options were 3 dips.. hummus, avocado and pimento. I sampled all 3 and they are delish. This is sure to be on the list of places to visit for me, especially when entertaining out of town guests. Our friends recently in the hotel here at our recommendation and said the rooms were great.
google avatar

Jaylen R.

Yelp
I love this place! This is my second time coming here and everything has been phenomenal. They have the best brunch in the area.
google avatar

Tom K.

Yelp
Cold coffee and slow service. Waitress brought one creamer at a time to add to the cold coffee. My wife asked for sugar and we got a handful just dropped on the table. We ended up walking out. Go someplace else there are much better places in Nashville
google avatar

Brent R.

Yelp
We were in town for the Music City Bowl Game and decided to treat some UK Marching Band members to a dinner. TENN was quite close to their hotel and had some good reviews. The atmosphere was casual yet elegant. The service was excellent (as we had to hold the table for a while waiting on the kids, and then stayed long enough to close the kitchen). The group enjoyed the mini steak biscuits and baked pimento cheese appetizers. (Note, the pimento cheese appetizer is excellent with a great kick provided by the Nashville hot crackers.) The main meals were also great as the group had the bavette steak, the brined pork chop, the burger, and foxtail lettuce salad. All were well executed and delightful. Lots of yummy comments around the table. The students gave the restaurant two thumbs up and said they'd always remember the experience. We agreed. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Restaurant itself was ok. It feels a bit like a boutique younger feel. If you walk in from the street entrance it looks like a coffee shop. We had to ask one of the employees where check in was for our reservation since we were not approached. The check in is upstairs. We were then seated promptly and brought water and asked for 2 mimosa flights. Another couple came in and sat beside us as their waiter was on the ball. Had their drinks to them and was taking their order. I had to ask if he could take our order as well which he did. We ordered the breakfast burrito which was steaming hot and perfect. The potatoes that came with it are COLD (also cold from couple seating next to us). The chocolate biscuit and gravy were just ok. We ordered it just to give a taste. The mimosa flight was ok as well. 28.00 a bit pricey. Overall, food was just ok, nothing to rave about. Our server needs a lot of help. I would Not recommend to other visitors of Nashville as I think you could get a better breakfast at denny's.

Courtney V.

Yelp
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Avocado toast is best ever. Oatmeal cookie cappuccino was a great suggestion by Breck.
google avatar

Krissie R.

Yelp
Breakfast was on point! I ate here every morning before going to my event. Clean! Cozy! Classy! Hip! Trendy! The service was excellent and the food far exceeded my expectations. Upstairs at the bar, the drinks were made by a knowledgeable mixologist with recommendations and explanations if you had any questions. The staff is very kind at both venues and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
google avatar

Sarah D.

Yelp
Not sure why this place wasn't busier! Classic breakfast fare done right served with southern hospitality! Pros: All your breakfast staples done right! You have to get the crispy potatoes! Sweet server and fast service! This place is right off the main drag located in the beautiful and historic Holston House. It's a great place for a quiet breakfast! Cons: If you're looking for that Instagram-worthy Nashville spot, this is probably not for you, otherwise, come here!
google avatar

Tony G.

Yelp
So glad that they had some decent drip coffee this morning. The chocolate croissant was good too. Staff is super friendly!
google avatar

S H.

Yelp
The food is ok. Drip coffee is awful. Walk down to Elixir for your coffee. It's on the first floor of Assembly Hall. The service at Tenn is not so great. They are trying but they are failing - miserably. Well, if you are sitting down in the dining area maybe it's better. I'm staying upstairs in the Holston Hotel and I thought I would walk down to the restaurant in the lobby which is Tenn. I ordered breakfast to take back to my room and waited 40 minutes. I would have been waiting longer had I not said anything. The guy in line behind me who ordered AFTER me received his larger order before me and when I inquired, the young man seemed aloof. He said, "oh, maybe it's over here". Really?! I understand that you are busy but you have to manage carry out orders versus dining room orders better than that. Moreover they are not prepared for carry out orders. I asked for salt and pepper and he had to find a container to put it in and then he put the salt and the pepper in the same container - mixed. Asked me if I was staying in the hotel and handed me a metal fork from the dining room utensils. Oh and of course my food was not hot because it had been just sitting there. A couple walked up as I was waiting and asked if the wait was long and I suggested they go somewhere else if they had somewhere to be. It was raining and there were lots of graduations this weekend so maybe that's why my experience was bad. Maybe yours will be better.
google avatar

Yelp
We almost missed this little jewel. It is located off of the Holston House lobby, and the signage says Food and Drinks. We thought it was a little fast food diner. I just happened to notice a stand with a small menu for Tenn. Oh my, what a surprise--after reading the Yelp reviews, we went in for a light dinner. Our grandson had the double meat burger that he said was great. My hubby and I shared the oyster sliders and the trout dip with potato chips. I would definitely order both again, but would ask for the sliders to be deconstructed so the aioli didn't soften the crust on the corn-crusted oysters. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and gave us a little local knowledge. I highly recommend Tenn. By the way, my hubby said the his Manhattan was wonderful--he had two! We plan to have Sunday Brunch there in the morning that also gets great reviews.
google avatar

Scott M.

Yelp
This is great breakfast and brunch spot. Good coffee, service and food that is thoughtful, tasty and so well presented. I love the feel of the hotel too.
google avatar

J N.

Yelp
My daughter and I recently enjoyed the afternoon tea service at Tenn. What a wonderful find! The tea options were unique (we loved the orange cream!) and the food was incredible! Lots of variety (sweet and savory scones, uniquely flavored egg and chicken salads, and tasty little sweets). Kia and Carol made the whole experience really special. If you are looking for a full tea service in Nashville this has it all - cool location, relaxed atmosphere, reasonable price (afternoon tea is always expensive but this was almost half the cost of the only other tea service in town!). Afternoon Tea at the Tenn was a lovely and delicious experience. We will be booking again soon!
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast with great service. The restaurant is small and trendy. We got seated quickly at a round table for 5. The servers were very personable and attentive. I had the spinach and goat cheese omelet add bacon. It was delicious and served with a side of potatoes. I also had fresh OJ and coffee. Others had the double cheeseburger, brisket hash, waffles, biscuit and gravy. Everyone seemed to love their meals. Definitely would recommend!
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
This place is a joke! Don't waste your time going there. My husband and I made reservations thinking this would be a great place to try because we love Hocus Pocus. The characters were unprofessional as if they asked some random people off the street to perform for them. I asked to get a picture with them and the blonde witch said if you buy us a drink. Very tacky and displeased!!!! We got up and left. Never Again.
