15 Handy Los Angeles Coffee Shops With Free Wi-Fi

"Ronald Dizon’s Filipino is far more than a local coffee shop in Los Alamitos. Teofilo is also a coffee importer and roaster of Filipino beans and other blends. The packaging of his coffee beans is Wu-Tang-themed, and if hungry, order the vegan bibingka." - Mona Holmes

I had a fantastic experience at Teofilo Coffee Company in Los Alamitos! The coffee here is excellent, and I especially loved the ube-flavored latte—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It was even more special for me because the name Teofilo is shared by my father, grandfather, and myself, making this visit feel personal and meaningful. I also tried the ube pandesal, and it was absolutely delicious—soft, slightly sweet, and a perfect complement to my latte. What makes this place even more special is that their coffee beans are sourced from local coffee growers in the Philippines, supporting farmers and bringing authentic flavors to every cup. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the interior mural paintings beautifully depict Philippine heritage, adding a cultural touch that makes the experience even more memorable. Great coffee, delicious food, and a meaningful connection to Filipino culture—Teofilo Coffee Company is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Okay, wow, this coffee shop is amaaaaazing! We were greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff here, and provided samples of a few of their Filipino coffees. I fell in love immediately with the cold brew. This may be our new "hot spot" when it comes to coffee!

Google
Great Filipino coffee spot with interesting Filipino flavors. The Calamansi "Si" cold brew had an interesting citron taste in the heavy cream with their Philippine grown beans, and the ube latte was creamy semi-sweet. Staff was friendly and it was great receiving info of the origins of their beans. Will definitely come again. Update 3/5/23: came again to try the other drinks, the "Si" coffee is still good but also ordered the siopao and pan de sal. The siopao wasn't moist enough and made the parchment paper on the bottom rip off the bottom part of the bun. The stuffing inside was delicious though. The pan de sal was tasty, just don't expect too much as it is literally just the one pan de sal loaf (more like a tasty treat). Note: as it is near a highschool, IT WILL BE BUSY WITH TEENS

Teofilo Coffee is located in Los Alamitos at the corner of Cerritos Ave and Los Alamitos Blvd, nestled in a strip mall alongside a Mexican restaurant, a pizzeria, and a Subway. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s shared with the other businesses, so be prepared for a few extra laps around the lot to snag your cup of joe. **Ambiance** As soon as I stepped inside, the delightful aroma of coffee welcomed me. The shop is nicely decorated and offers a few cozy seating options, perfect for people watching by the window or finding a quiet nook in the corner. **Service** The service was pretty good! I received several drink recommendations, but I was particularly intrigued by the Ube cheesecake, which I thought would make a fantastic treat. **Food and Drinks** The latte I ordered was well-balanced—not too sweet and not overly bitter. However, the real highlight was the Ube cheesecake, which was generously sized and perfect for sharing with two others. It was absolutely delicious, and you could tell everything was prepared in-house. **Overall:** I will definitely be returning, especially for that phenomenal Ube cheesecake!

Google
Maybe today was a bad day for coffee at this place, because my friend and I went here hoping to try Teofilo for the first time! We've heard good things, Yelp reviews also point out that coffee is good here. And sadly, the coffee did not live up to my hope. My friend ordered an iced bibingka (a flavor inspired from the Filipino Coconut Cake, which is a popular dessert) latte with whole milk, and I ordered an iced pandan latte with oat milk. All we could taste after trying each other's drinks were the milk. No coffee flavor, and no flavor from the bibingka nor the pandan. We also bought an ube cookie to try, and the cookie was dry. I am so sad to say that nothing met my expectations on this visit. Service was also unfriendly. Maybe our barista was just having an off day. This was a disappointment all around, so my visit here is the first and the last. Parking is also a nightmare, since the shop is located in a small plaza that shares space with other businesses. The only positive thing I can say about this place is, the interior looks very cute and the space is clean.

I’ve been following Teofilo online and finally got stop in with family that was visiting. The staff was so informative about their coffee, and even offered samples! I tried the single origin Cavite Excelsa, it was delicious! Teofilo exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot wait to come back here with more friends and family in the future!

Google
So happy to have been introduced to this place by way of San & Wolves Vegan Filipino baked goods. Came here to pick up the goods and tried out Teofilo’s ‘Si Foam Coffee (calamansi foam) and the ube latte. So unique and delicious and can’t wait to come back to try all their other enticing drinks and foods.

Google
Delicious coffee. I tried the 50/50, which is half mocha, half something else (can't remember). Nice and smooth and creamy. There was an event going on when I visited, with families busily working on crafts and worksheets.

Yelp
We found Teofilo Coffee Company through Instagram and decided to stop by since it looked like a cozy Filipino coffee shop. It's a small spot, but the interior had a really nice and quaint feel to it -- perfect for grabbing a drink and hanging out for a bit. The service here was fantastic. The workers were genuinely friendly, gave thoughtful recommendations, and were more than happy to accommodate any modifications we asked for. That kind of customer service always stands out and makes the visit that much better. I ordered the ube latte, which was delicious -- the flavor was rich and balanced without being overly sweet. We liked it so much that we came back a few more times afterward to try other drinks, and every visit was consistently great. Unfortunately, I believe this location has since closed, which is a shame because it really was a gem. This review is a bit late, but I definitely wanted to give them credit for being one of the most welcoming and enjoyable coffee spots I've been to.

Yelp
Omg glad to find my new favorite coffee spot around the area, but sad they are planning to close this location and more focused on the other 2 locations which are too far from my place...ugh I tried their pandan Latte and I love how their taste is more on the milky side. I'll probably come back in near future to try their ube and Nido latte. The staff is friendly and seems to know what they have I guess, but there was only one person working, so the wait time was a bit long. There are more tables inside and I love all the vibes and the decoration they have there. Parking is plenty but limited in the plaza. I guess it depends on what time you come

Yelp
Sigh.... Had to convince hubby to give this place another try since they are opening up another location and they have new drinks. I told him I will get the cold brew that everyone raves about. He opted for the sweet latte bibingka and sadly we were both very disappointed AGAIN. I still don't know why but I just can't seem to like it and he said his drink is just sweet milk: he said he tasted no coffee. And my cold brew is just ok:.. nothing wow about it at all. I've had better cold brew. But I wish you all luck at your next location!

Yelp
This place is a small corner shop in a small plaza. Parking is tough since there's at least 5 other businesses there. Dink selection is small but I got the manual press coffee and it was good. We also wanted a dirty matcha latte but they didn't have all the ingredients so we had to order something else. We got the original matcha latte witg oatmilk. I would give this place another chance. But we will try something else

Yelp
Came here right before they closed, and it was a cool coffee shop that roasted Filipino coffee. The parking lot was really small so always a hard time finding a parking spot because it was in a small plaza with other businesses. The staff was great and told us a little about their shop. The merchandise also was pretty cool. My favorite though was the area where they had children's books. Some books taught you Tagalog which I though was really cool and actually read through some of them. As for the coffee, I ended up ordering the Pandan Latte and it was really good. The flavors were all there and it had a great taste. We also got a cold brew which was strong but very aromatic. Definitely a coop concept and trendy coffee shop. So glad that they moved to Carson so I can still enjoy their specialty drinks. I've got my eye on their ube lattes.

Yelp
Guess this spot is moving to Long Beach.... anyway first, I'm here. We ended up stopping by after getting pizza next-door. I don't know in my opinion this place is not really welcoming. Only one person working. There was a wait even though it wasn't busy. I am not much of a coffee drinker so to me the drinks were OK probably won't come back, but I'm glad I got to try before they move.

Yelp
I love pandan everything, so when my friend told me about the pandan latte at Teofilo, I was chomping at the bit to try it. Unfortunately, they close really early, and I kept missing their hours. Last weekend I was in the area and I finally got to stop by. There was one guy working, and it took a long time to order. There was one lady ahead of me, and she was asking a ton of questions. The lady behind me was just trying to purchase merchandise, so I felt worse for her. I considered letting her go ahead of me, since the guy wasn't taking the next order until the previous one was complete, but I decided to be selfish. Even though I was feeling rather impatient by their conversation which felt like it took forever, it was also nice that he was accommodating the customer and being friendly. I couldn't decide how I felt about the whole thing. We talked a little as well, but I cut it off because I felt bad for the next customer. I feel like he should have taken my order and then rung her up before making any of the drinks, since we were the only three there. It wasn't the most efficient. My latte was good, but there wasn't a strong pandan flavor. I can't give it more than 3 stars, because that was the whole point of my visit. I probably won't go out of my way to come here again, as there wasn't anything too distinctive about the flavor.

Yelp
Omg this is the most aesthetically pleasing cold brew I've ever tried. I am personally an espresso drinker, but after seeing the menu I was intrigued by the cold brew options. I went a bit off the menu and asked if it was possible to mix pandan and ube together. The lady behind the counter was happy to do so and the drink came out amazing. This has become my new cold brew spot. If you're not big on cold brews they do have other drink options also. The dirty matcha is also well worth trying out. Please note the café itself is pretty small and it's hidden amongst other stores. Seating generally is limited.

Yelp
Teofilo! I've been here several times and their drinks are amazing, unique, and what is better than coffee imported from the Philippines? Genuinely the coffee is great , service is always awesome. I'm going to be real honest- today the drink tasted very watered down and I could only taste the creamer. Again I hope this is an isolated issue - I love this place and will continue to support. Included some pictures of the differences in color between the last time and this time. Rating USUALLY 10/10! Ample seating - good place to chat. Go get some San and wolves when you can!

EDIT: I have been in touch with the owner and after our discussion, and the owner's kindness on my feedback, I am open to giving this place another chance when I am in the area. I appreciate that the owner took the time to acknowledge my experience and concerns.

Yelp
Just read the other reviews and found out this place is just going to focus on other locations.. ok now it all makes sense. I got the cappuccino cause I wasn't in the mood for sweet coffee... it just tasted like milk, no coffee taste. Husband got the ube latte which also tasted like milk, though we asked for extra ube and it tasted better. The ensaymada however was delicious 10/10, had a lot of cheesy topping which is not usually the norm. Cafe looks small from the outside but was actually a decent size. There was only 2 people working and they were nice, but most things weren't available and you can tell they're in transition of closing out.

Yelp
First time here. Had to finally stop by and give this place a try. Supporting fellow pinoy business', coffee is a must. Heard of Teofilo Coffee for the last year or two and always forget to come. So today, I came in. Had to order the Bibingka and Ube lattes. Their two most ordered drinks. Sugary bibingka goodness. Ube is sarap. Did I drink both drinks?!?....YES I did. I love coffee and I don't order much flavored coffees. I'm a black kape drinker. These two hit the spot during these colder days. Thanks to Jona(i think thats his name?!?), for suggesting me to get these popular drinks. Pompompurin!

Yelp
It has a very minimal and trendy interior. It gives such a fresh Philippines vibe, with a coffee aroma everywhere. I stopped by and tried the cold brew with Ube foam and the Ube latte with oat milk and Ube foam. Both were fantastic. I personally enjoyed the Ube latte more than the Cold brew, but honestly, the Ube made it super unique and different from all the other coffees I have tried before. It's definitely worth it to try. The staff is helpful and efficient, making the visit more satisfying.

Yelp
Beautiful neighborhood coffee shop, that sells whole coffee beans, grown in the Philippines...here in Long Beach, California. That's unique, right? My first visit here, but one of many for my wife. We've found that a bag of whole coffee can make great gifts, so decided to stop-in to buy a bag for our family friends before a visit. It is located in a small strip mall, and there was plenty of parking when we came, since there doesn't seem to be any restaurants that would monopolize parking spaces. It's a nice shop, with a set of tables in the side and enough tastefully placed decorations to clearly indicate the love for the Philippines and the culture. There is a small display with the whole single origin beans from the Philippines, selling for $25 for a half bag. We got the Barako, which is described as 100% Liberica. I'm not a coffee guy at all, so not really sure what that means. As we were leaving, my wife mentioned that she had their drinks before. The calamansi latte was good, and she especially liked the ube latte, which she described as a favorite. The shop also sells some food, including pandesal and sweets. Next time.

Yelp
Stopped by again today to try the nido or milo latte! Ended up getting a 50/50, which is half of both per recommendation of the cashier! Super glad he offered that option. However, I still think the shaken bibingka is still my favorite. LOL. Super friendly and great service once again! My husband got the dirty matcha and loved it. Will be coming back again soon!
google avatar

Yelp
First time here... Friendly customer service A bit of a wait because it was a one-man-show which is understandable Drinks were good But... Bibingka muffin was dry and there's not much of pastries selection left. Will come back early next time

Yelp
I was super excited to try this place and compare the ube latte here with ube lattes I've had at other places coffee shops. However, my overall experience was ok. I ordered an iced ube latte and waited about 25 minutes for it. There were maybe 3 other people in front of me who seem to have also waited about 25 minutes each for their drinks. Around the 20 minute mark of waiting I moved closer to the front to see what's going on and just saw 3-4 empty cups lined with syrup just sitting there. Around the 24 minute mark I saw the lady who took my order at the cashier start to quickly make all those cups that were sitting for who knows how long. This entire time there were 2 other employees there but I'm not sure what they were doing. After I ordered, there were no other people after me so I'm not really sure why it took so long but I've had ube lattes ready from small coffee shops made in less time. The ube latte overall was good. I liked the ratio of ube syrup to coffee and the ube flavor was apparent AFTER mixing. I had to keep mixing quite a bit throughout drinking because the syrup really stuck to the sides of the cup and the bottom, maybe due to how long the syrup just sat in the cup, but who knows. The ube latte was good but the wait time lowered my overall experience.

Yelp
I came here first thing last Tuesday 2/4/25 as I left the facility I was in for 65 days. I was told this place which was recommended by my wonderful friend Jen, was close by and great to support. It was only open till 2 pm, so I was glad that I snuck in at 1:30 pm to get a quick order to go. While waiting for my order, I enjoyed looking around at this cozy establishment. I ordered an iced Ube latte, a pork bun, and a chicken bun for my first visit here. This place did not disappoint! Asaru showed great customer service as he took my order, was so super friendly! I'm glad I got the items to go as I didn't want to be stuck in traffic heading to my next location. I had my excellently made drink and ate the two buns, was a perfect little snack combo for an hours drive! I definitely can't wait to get back here again to try more items, come here with Jen, and spend some time in this relaxing atmosphere!!!

Yelp
Loved the Filipino flavors when I saw this menu so we had to make a stop on our last day in town! The barista working by herself was so sweet and gave us her recommendations. I wanted the calamansi since it was the most unique, so I chose the cold brew with calamansi foam on top. I think that calamansi just doesn't work well with coffee and on top of that I always forget that cold brew just tastes watery to me. I loved the foam though and I sipped it until the foam was all gone! Giving 4 stars still for the great service, beautiful art around the shop, and my husband's drink: bibingka sweet latte. Very unique! It was a nice sweetness level. Wish both drinks had more ice but otherwise the bibingka latte was a keeper. I'd definitely want to come back to try the Milo mocha and the ube affogato!
google avatar

Yelp
An interesting larger than anticipated coffee spot located in a corner strip mall across the street from Los Al High School, this spot boasts a Filipino inspired menu with beans imported fresh from the Philippines. I ordered a Nido Latte and a pork siopao. The latte was rich and a little heavy (because Nido), sweet but not overpoweringly so. It definitely had a nostalgic flavor and was substantial (again, because Nido). I had ordered it iced but received it hot, but I imagine it might have been better this way anyway. The pork siopao was delicious, with the perfect texture that rivals popular dimsum/manapua bakeries in the greater area. The little sauce they gave on the side was a little congealed (probably because it was stored in the fridge), but it didn't really need it. The store seemed clean but looking a little worn. The dining area didn't seem like it was getting a ton of use, so it was being used more so for storage than for seating but there is plenty of space there. And the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and hospitable. I definitely recommend checking out this spot, especially if you're looking for strong and smooth specially curated coffee.
google avatar

Tracy N.

Yelp
Quick service and very cute shop. I got the pandan latte and thought it was okay but I would have preferred if it was sweeter and had a stronger pandan flavor.

Yelp
I've been following Teofilo on IG and wanting to support this Filipino coffee shop but don't often find myself in the Los Alamitos area these days. Luckily, on a trip to the LA area, I decided to make a slight detour and finally stop by Teofilo - and I wasn't disappointed! The shop is located in the corner of a small plaza so parking can be sparse depending on the time of day but I was able to find a parking spot despite things feeling tight. I entered and presumably met the owner, who was super friendly and took the time to walk me through the different options. While I almost order the ube latte (for the vibes alone and for the 'gram), I love pandan and the owner mentioned that he could make the cold foam with pandan, so I opted to get the straight cold brew (because I wanted to taste the coffee in its pure form) and then just layered some pandan cold foam on top to give it a punch of sweetness. I also ordered a Nidolatte to-go for my husband (he's half-Filipino, so of course we wanted to support this local business!) I'm hearing that Teofilo just signed a lease in Long Beach for a second shop, so I'm glad to see this place expand and grow. They are passionate about coffee and honoring their Filipino heritage and I am here for you. Check if out if you get the chance!
google avatar

Cyndi T.

Yelp
We enjoy bringing our whole family to Teofilo Coffee. They source their beans from the Philippines and roasted them themselves in their shop. Each of the drinks are hand crafted and delicious. My kids always get the siopao and Ube Gelato. Personally, I love the drip coffee. I have bought whole beans to use at home & enjoy the fruity notes that arise when I brew it. Teofilo Coffee is the only kind of coffee I drink black. Plus, I love that we are supporting the farmers in the Philippines. The owners, Ron & Marie, do so much for our community here in the US and in the Philippines. I have attended several community events at their shop and enjoy meeting new people while also strengthening friendships

Yelp
I was picking up my order from San & Wolves, so I had to try the coffee and this iced Bibingka latte did not disappoint! Great recommendation from the cashier/barista!
google avatar

Tina Y.

Yelp
I've had a lot of coffee places before and this place is probably one of my top favorites. The drinks are NOT too sweet which is so rare these days. Tried the mango and pandan latte. Both were 10/10. Also not sure who was working today but the barista was a sweetheart.
google avatar

Florence H.

Yelp
Tried their ube latte and it was a-ok! It didn't have a strong ube taste because I asked for less sweet. The sweetness comes from the ube and not sugar cane which was pretty nice. Regardless, maybe I should have gotten it full sweet so I could taste the ube. It was still good though! Inside was adorable and very spacious to work in. They had ample seating and it was quiet in the morning.

Joe A.

Yelp
Been coming to this location since they moved from Los Alamitos. New place is large. Great coffee drinks and baked goods. Staff is friendly. Street parking kinda limited.
google avatar

Angela Marie M.

Yelp
I ordered the shaken bibingka and it literally tasted so good! I've never had a drink that was able to mimic the taste of this dessert! The service was amazing and the inside is decorated with a mural and spacious tables. I definitely recommend this spot and I'll be trying more on the menu.
google avatar

RaeLynn F.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at this coffee shop! I ordered the Iced Shaken Bibingka with oat milk and it soooo yummy. One of the best coffees I've had in a while. I also got a pork bun and the Pandesal with coco jam. The pork bun came with a really good dipping sauce and the pandesal was the perfect dessert. The shop has a little seating area with plenty of outlets to be able to get work done which I love. To top it all off, the baristas were incredibly nice and easy to talk to! I wish I lived in the area, I'd be a regular!!!
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
Ordered the shaken bibingka and it was a miss. I thought since it was before 8AM it would have been a solid choice. However, it was very cream heavy with a hint of coffee. I was hoping for something great, to get me through the long track meet ahead of me, at Los Alamitos High school. There will be several more meets in the future, hopefully I can give this place another try. Service was great, just one young guy working alone and still had a friendly demeanor.
google avatar

Yelp
Shaken bibinka drink was delicious. Pork siopao was delicious. I wish it was bigger in size though.

Yelp
Excellent place to be. Love love love the Pilipinx pride of ownership here especially with Teofilo Pilipinx Sun logo showing love for all regions and peoples of the Philippines. Appreciate how the menu is both outside and indoors so we can decide what to get before going in. Lots of pandan, ube, etc themed coffees, lattes, and desserts. I am on a strict gluten free and dairy free diet right now so I could not order anything so I wish for more gluten and diary free options especially when there is a growing vegan and vegetarian movement today. Nevertheless, appreciated our delicious warm oat milk latte and all of the Pilipinx pride decors inside such as plants within Milo and Ube recycled food/drink containers and Pilipinx art. Maraming Salamat to all for making this adorable and lovely Cafe happen.
google avatar

Ruth L.

Yelp
This is such a welcoming space! The coffee was freshly ground. We got a dirty matcha as well as an ube latte. The ube latte had the perfect balance of flavors - the ube wasn't overly sweet and the rich coffee flavor still came through. Definitely coming again!
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
Customer service was fantastic upon arrival. Even witnessing service with a difficult customer, everyone kept their cool and delivered. The space is clean and tidy. My Pandan latte was yummy. I could have used a bit more Pandan flavor but it was good regardless. Parking is a bit tight when the lot is full. Glad I came here to give this place a try!
google avatar

Ruby L.

Yelp
I got a brown sugar latte iced, so so yummy. Sooo much better than any chain. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty lonely. There's so much space though to do homework or hang out. They have strong WiFi and the girl who took my order was super sweet. When I'm around I'll definitely stop here. Also! They have children's books that are free to borrow!

Yelp
Real cute coffee shop across the street from Los Alamitos High School. If you're looking for a really really good cup of black coffee, this little store has you covered. I tried a sampler of The Genius (daily drip, which changes pretty much daily) and was so impressed I ordered a cup and skipped my plans on a latté. Food options are a little limited compared to the donut shop next door, but each menu item features unique Filipino flavors like ube and coco jam. The baristas know a lot about coffee. This place is good for all types but especially great for coffee nerds who love the taste of coffee.

Yelp
5/21/23 Pop up @TCC,: Bastos Tacos headed by Christian, Emily & crew, hosted by Ron, owner/proprietor of Teofilo Coffee Co. Didn't know what to expect but am so happy I had the opportunity to give it a try. TCC hosts pop ups once in a while & today was tacos! I wasn't planning on breaking my fast but.....Kaktus tacos? Or Barako coffee smoked short rib? Dude!!! They probably rubbed it with crack too coz it was hella mouthwatering & delicious!! I wasn't sure I would even like the taco with nopal but . Wowzah! Surprised my tastebuds! Like wham! Oh and btw, for our non Tagalog or non Spanish speakers, "bastos" translates to rude or cocky. Those tacos earned their stripes for being cocky coz they're too dang delicious The crew was super friendly, serving up good eats. Thanks Teofilo Coffee Co for hosting this fabulous event!

Yelp
Teofilo is located in a very small plaza with a handful of parking spaces. I can see the plaza getting full during prime time hours and parking being an issue. So I'm glad I came when the rush was done. I got the pleasure of meeting Regilyn. Super sweet, good vibes, easy to have a convo with! Thanks for making my experience at Teofilo memorable Regilyn!!! I ordered the nidolatte and a cheese cupcake. I would order the latte again but because I'm curious about their other coffees, I'd come back just try a different one. Being Filipino, I sat in the cafe very proud to be Filipino. Teofilo has really cool Filipino aesthetics. It's welcoming and easy to get comfy. After following them on insta, I learned they are just more than a coffee shop. They are community-oriented and try to help out the coffee farmers in the Philippines. I love that they have good intentions!!!!

Yelp
Teofilo is one of the most pleasant coffee shops in Orange County. They bring the unique spin of Filipino-inspired coffee roasts to Los Alamitos. One of their staples is Milo Latte, which uses genuine Filipino chocolate to prepare a delicious, light mocha. They have a variety of styles, from drip coffee and cold brews to their coffee blends dubbed after the Wu-Tang Clan, an artistic spin which I really love. Not only do they have milk substitutes, but Teofilo is the only coffee spot I know to serve LACTOSE FREE WHOLE MILK. They even serve fresh breads and breakfast items which are made in-house! What a treat! The interior is an art piece of its own. It is exactly what comes to mind when you think of "independent coffee shop." The artwork is inspirational, free-thinking, and lined with other small businesses and artists promoting their products. There is even a Book Club that meets every so often! I used to love getting off work in the morning, getting a burrito from Nick's across the street, and coming to Teofilo for their coffee. They are really such a vibe! Best of all, their customer service is STELLAR. The baristas are always welcoming and eager to walk you through their menu options and offer recommendations based on your preference. They are truly a hidden gem! HIGHLY Recommended to all local Coffee Lovers!

Yelp
Love how unapologetically Filipino this spot is, from the Nido coffee to the Milo latte, the Ube cookies and pandan it tastes authentic and has hints and reminders of home. Loved the ambiance, art and space. Look forward to working from here in the future.

Yelp
Randomly popped into this place and was delighted to see some of my favorite childhood flavors turned into coffee! With the help of a friendly staff member, he suggested the Milo or Nido coffee. I decided to go with an iced Milo and the nostalgia hit hard! Super refreshing on a hot day like today. The cool backdrop and decor of this coffee shop was a very nice touch. It's a cool spot, seems like a cool place to get some work done. Not too big or too small. I'd like to come back and try their food and other flavored coffees.

Yelp
Great Ube Latte! Service was great and helpful since it was my first time. Strong Pilipino coffee. Looking forward to trying more things when I'm in the area. Love supporting small businesses.

Yelp
Pilipino coffee. Who knew it was a thing. But they do have great black coffee. It so good it doesn't need sugar or cream. Pretty much the 1st time I had black coffee & was fine with it. Note I'm not a coffee connoisseur.

Yelp
I REALLY REALLY wanted to like this place because it's rare to find a Filipino coffee shop/roaster with beans sourced from the Philippines. First, the good. Really nice staff. People were personable and willing to give their opinion depending on what kind of drink I was looking for. The ambiance is alright. I liked that they had a lot of Filipino books and memorabilia around the shop. They have a nice list of Philippines sourced beans breaking down the species, origin, process, and tasting notes. They also sell some food items. Not a ton of seating; maybe around 3-4 tables. Now, the not so good. I invited a friend along to try out the place. I got the bibingka latte and he got the pandan latte as well as a siopao. When he bit into the siopao, it was still frozen... not a good look. They were quick to give him a new one, but it's something that should never have happened in the first place. As for the coffee, I didn't get any "bibingka" from the latte. Ratio was definitely off since it tasted way more like milk than coffee. I got the same to-go for my wife. She didn't even touch it after the first sip. "Straight up ice and milk" was what she said to be exact. Maybe they had new people running the shop or whatever, but I probably won't be back. I might come back to grab some beans and just try them out at home. I just wanted to bring these things up so that they can do better and grow as a business. I definitely want to support this business and be proud to point people here who will find some great Filipino coffee since it's such a rarity here in the LA/OC area. Here's to hoping they hold themselves to a higher standard for their customers!

Yelp
Sweet ube latte is perfectly balanced with house made ube syrup, not too sweet, and the beans are sourced from PH! So delicious, love the coffee, the staff is welcoming, and the ambiance is very relaxed (with lots of outlets). We'll be back!

Yelp
Such a cute clean aesthetic with Filipino heritage centered across the shop. Hard to find this kind of place! I had the iced ube latte and a pork siopao and the staff were really friendly and nice. Latte wasn't too sweet which is what I wanted. Siopao filling was nice and their baked goods look amazing!

Yelp
I just love this coffee spot. Their drip coffee is so tasty. Today was a new coffee that they just got in. Nothing added, no cream no sugar just drip coffee. Not bitter just a nice welcoming cup of coffee you can enough even on a hot day.

Yelp
Had the honor of trying this coffee shop and now I am obsessed. I tried it for the first time this week and I've already been back twice! Ron the owner was so kind and accommodating! I don't drink coffee so I requested a matcha latte with oat milk and ube foam and it was delicious! I went back a second time and met Tim, he was so friendly and also made me my special drink! Yall gotta go visit! It's a cute little coffee shop that makes good drinks!

Yelp
Amazing coffee, and I can't say enough about it, especially the Cold Brew. So smooth and beats any of the chains hands down. It sad that they're moving to a new location. So get it while you can.
